Nice staff clean rooms only thing I had spiders,fruit flies, Mosquitos, in my room and something bite me and I think reason why is because the front doesn't shut all the way in there's a crack when u close it and there was a burnt stain on the bed sheets.

Scary place
We had a late arrival. The hotel is lit up like day time. People wandering around outside who don't look they belong there. The office as a window in the wall to check in. It was prepaid and she charged us again. We got to our room. there were people talking loud and rapping in front of our room til about 2:30 in the morning. The bathroom door did not fit in the frame so couldn't be closed. The faucet in the sink had to be fooled with to come on and to turn off. This must have been their best room because it had a jetted tub but actually it was a tub that had been jerry jigged to have a hand held shower head added on. The floors (no carpet) were disgusting with tape or scratches or something on them. The bed and bedding were comfortable but we touched nothing. The potty seat wasn't secured on the toliet. We woke up and left at 5:15. I told the person on duty about the double charge and she graciously fixed it. She was the best think about the stay. The room key had an ad about trafficking. I will never forget this place!

We didn’t stay longer than few hours and booked another hotell. Floors and beds were filthy, we strong smell in the room, bathroom door didn’t close, random people hanging around property.

Reviews for this place must be fake. Room was dirty with mold and stains everywhere. Floor had what looked like blood stains going into the bathroom and onto the toilet. Hotel room smelled awful like the cleaning person was chain smoking while cleaning. Just kidding this place wasn’t cleaned. Stay away…

One gets what they pay for so pay 80 dollars and be prepared for a night of no sleep. It was a last minute decision staying here because it’s beside the bus station, and I was going to leave upon my initial arrival but was so tired I stayed. Slept with my clothes on and hood on sweater up. Floors were filthy and wet, sheets were not clean, I felt sick with the smell and there was dogs barking in next room all night. Oh and the bolt on the door wouldn’t close, informed staff and they had no maintenance guy and refused to change room. Staff seemed nice but a young woman travelling on her own shouldn’t be refused by another woman a new room when a blot is not working, especially when there is a red sign on the door saying ‘for your security bolt the door’. I pushed the table against the door and didn’t sleep!
This hotel should be closed down, it stinks!

When I stay somewhere there are a 3 things that matter to me. They are good pillows, comfortable bed and a good shower.
I can say I was pleasantly surprised with the pillows and the bed that I received during my stay. I think the bed might have even been new. The pillows were a bit thin but still comfortable and didn't hurt my neck when I woke up. I had a king and found zero issues with it. Kinda reminds me of my bed when it was new.
The shower. Oh boy where do I start. The room had a Jacuzzi tub, great. Lots of space, not like most hotel showers. But that's the only good thing. I've stayed all over the country in many different hotels. And I've had weak water pressure in some really really nice hotels and great pressure in cheap ones. But this, this was comically bad. As soon as I turned on the water I could tell I wasn't going to enjoy it. The shower head leaked, the water was either boil your nuts off or ice cold. It was a very fine line. But man that pressure, it just dribbled out of the shower head and could barely get you wet. Thank goodness I have short hair cause it would have taken forever to wash.
Other than it's just an old hotel, I really can't complain to much. It was cheap and close to the event i was going to. I will say the parking lot, incrediblely small so be prepared for that.
Would I stay there again, probably.

Upon booking this hotel and looking through the website I believed this place to be affordable and also very beautiful. Upon arrival I quickly realized that the website was falsely advertised. It states that the lobby is accessible as well as coffee being provided in said lobby. The lobby was closed and a long term guest informed me that it had been closed since covid. The website also states that a pool was a key amenity but was closed throughout the entire duration of my stay. No room service was provided and I had to asked for clean towels every day. The blankets we're broken and the pillows were stained. I would like to submit pictures.

A Forgettable stay and a regrettable experience.
The room floors are wood which is better than carpet, but they were not clean. The AC was not working just the fan in it. The microwave had food from the previous customer, and we had to remove to use it. The room telephone is disconnected and had no way of contacting the front desk. Overall, a very bad experience.

The room smelt like 5 people who each smoked a pack a day had stayed in there, the windows have no screens so we could really air it out. The floors in the rooms were sticky. The sheets had multiple stains on them. Overall it was a horrible experience

The rooms are dirty hard dirt and blood on the sheets. I seen crack house cleaner than this. I’m here for a early flight in the morning. I been to Iraq and many third world countries this is the worst place I ever seen.

Do not make the mistake and book anything in this place its a trash box...I made a quick reservation to crash and rest one night on the way to west coast. Checking midnight every room they offered me was trashed by someone and actually in use or had the door open already. I don't write reviews ever but on this place I did since people's safety is a concern too. After 2 attempts to check im successfully gave up and called hotels
Com for an immediate refund.
Its a shame to have a business ran this way.

There was no personnel there to assist with any problems. The lobby was locked and inaccessible. There was a lot of prostitution activity at night and noise. Should be called "Red Light Inn"

Bed in general was clean and the bed sheets and pillows were cleaned too
The floor Looked clean but sticky like if sugary drink had been spilled.
There is a slight cigarette smell coming from the room and gets worse with the air conditioning running.

The place was absolutely disgusting! Toilet tissue jammed in smoke detector to make it ineffective, ball of pubic hair in bath tub, terrible odor, and bed was wrapped in envelope to keep bed bugs inside. We were in the room a total of about 4 minutes before we left.

The walls are paper thin. People were loud partying until the early morning hours. Got zero sleep. The place is in need of serious updating. Honestly though had it not been for the loud noises and thin walls it would have almost been worth the stay for the money. Almost.

When I arrived and began checking in i asked if they had a bell mans cart to take all 6 pieces of luggage to my room. As I was moving from fl to boston Ma. I also had my service dog With me and nobody else to help.They said no sorry we dont. Ok fine, then he completed checking in with out even atleast offering to assist me in any way. The room i was given was a long walk and on the 2nd flor with no elevator. Ok fine 3 or 4 trips to get the luggage to the stairwell at least in front of my room which is room 39. Set the hallway and all that bringing my dog up going into the room the toilet had a plunger which was overflowing with s***. So to pick up the phone call and the phone doesn't work. Now mind you this Red roof is in a horrible area streets have prostitution right outside their front door drug dealers right outside the front door. So leaving my bags there is running the risk having all of my worldly possessions stolen. So I get back to the front desk with my luggage and said hello he's like yeah I know I just found out from my coworker who is there when I checked in a new exactly what room we were going to he didn't say anything. So the gentleman who checked me in originally says I got you an upgrade to a King room and it's close on the first floor. I got you in the room it's not a king it's a double bed same as before and dirty as hell it was disgusting. And noisy until 4:00 a.m. I will never stay there again. The manager was very gracious and offered me a refund.

My stay was pretty good. The positives were that the walls were pretty thick so it was quiet overall which was nice. The location is great! Everything was about 15-20 minutes away.
The room felt comfy. There were a few spider webs in the corners and I know it’s an older hotel so it was kind of expected to see a few damages to the wall and floors.
Parking was probably the worse thing I would have to say. Simply because it’s literally first come first serve, and since the parking lot is just a narrow strip, it’s hard to back out if you need to turn around to find a new spot. My room was all the way in the back of the building and I had to park right in front of the office. Even then, it wasn’t too bad.
The service I received was great, the receptionist up front was so nice and he made check in easy. Overall, I had a nice stay.

The room was not clean. Dirt and dust in every corner on the floor, I checked under the mattress to be sure there were no bed bugs. I found worse, 2 crack pipes.. The night time attendant came with gloves and through it away. There was also hair under the cover on that bed. They don't really clean when they "change out" bed sheets. He did move me to another room the next night. It was 41o both nights and the heater did not work in either room Freezing. The management was supposed to call me Monday after I checked out Sunday morning to speak with me. It's been 4 days and I have heard nothing. Calling tomorrow to demand a refund. If for whatever reason the sheriff/police was looking for whoever was in that room before me and they found those pipes, I could have been arrested and in jail... The ownership and management does not care about this property or their guest. I have worked in the entertainment and hospitality industry for close to 30 years, for Disney in the U.S. and Japan. I lived in that same neighborhood near Florida mall 20 years ago and things were much different then. Never in my life have I had an experience like this at a hotel.

Works for Short Stay
This hotel was very close to the location to Florida Mall and the Florida Conference Center. There is a gas station next door and a lot of people who appeared to be homeless or prostitutes, so I almost cancelled the stay. The person at check-in was nice and they have policies and security. The room was nice. Comfortable bed. The water for the tub had very poor pressure. It was very hot though..so yay there. It was fine for a brief stay and would be best for couples or maybe more business men.

the inside (the room itself)was nicer than the outside impression of the property. To check in from the outside of the building through safety/protection glass with the hotel clerk was disconcerting. I haven't gone out to check out yet - I'm hoping my car is ok.

Too noisy.
Friendly staff. Hotel has undergone remodeling, and is decent for the money. But the walls & door are not insulated and/or paper-thin. Room was VERY noisy with dogs, kids, etc. Part of the property was designated a transition area for homeless vets to help them get back on their feet.

There was no connection to lobby, phone in room was not working. Was charged twice for the room, and found a flying cockroach in the room that prevented us from sleeping or using the beds. Due to our very late check-in we were unable to check out as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Area also feels unsafe.

The room was adequate at best. The bed frame had a broken piece. I found feces on the back of the bathroom door. There was hair in the sink and shower. We booked a room with a jetted tub, but after a first attempt to use it, we went to the local walmart and purchased jetted tub cleaner and ran it 2x to remove the green residue from the bubbles. The AC quit cooling at midnight & we had to clean the filthy filter to get it cooling again. The iron was only half functioning and the ironing board cover was stained. There was a humidifier on the shelf beneath the microwave, but it was very dirty and missing the catch basin. On the surface the room matched the photos shown, but on closer inspection, it was most definitely NOT worth the price we paid for a single night's stay. Do not come here.

The shower/bathtub water faucet didn’t work. We told the front desk and they said there were nothing they could do and that they were at capacity, so we were stuck. We basically stayed the night without any showers or bath. Horrible service, no hot water either. The area was unsafe. We only learned this as the hotel front desk always had their door locked and we only got to deal with them through the small window from outside. How could this have a 3.3/5 rating on Expedia?!??

Our Hotel for MegaCon 2022
My husband and I booked this hotel for MegaCon. We were happy to know it's not very far from the Orange County Convention Center and very close to restaurants and two different Walmarts. The hotel does not have enough parking for all the rooms available. Every night that we came back to the hotel, it was a struggle to find parking. One night I had to park in the curbway to the office. The room itself was just what we needed: king sized bed, tv, hot water, good pressure in the shower, a fridge and a microwave. The tv had closed caption on it that we couldn't remove because the remove was a universal and not the brand for the tv itself. The only real noise we had was one afternoon when the workmen were working on a room above us to the right. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and I felt very safe here.

I think this was the worst experience we’ve had at a red roof inn. The surrounding area is littered with prostitutes, everywhere you go, including the room smells like weed, the floor was disgustingly dirty, there was a missing tile by the sink, and in a non smoking room, there were burn marks on the blanket and duvet. The pillows were hard and flat and the beds were tiny and uncomfortable. Total regret staying there.

The dog walk was full of poop and it is very narrow. The bed we had popped and felt like i was sleeping on a spring. The pillows were flat and only had 3 on a king size bed. I looked fot twoels to stuff in pillow case and even the bath towels werre so small it did not make a difference. Early in the morning a constant barage of slamming door. I am thinking from worker running to catch their ride that had a loud back up alarm. Furniture in our room looked worn out. There was even mold growing in the picture frame.

To start off the staff that I met were friendly and have nothing to do with this review.
I just booked one night to be closer to the testing center for my exam in the morning. When I entered the room it was not what I expected due to what I paid ($125) the floors were sticky, the room was overall beat down, you can hear everything outside including a constant beeping noise, the sheets were so thin and bed was uncomfortable. If the price was half of that than okay... you get what you paid for but overall my experience room wise was very poor.
Some of the reviews were positive as to the reason I booked, because it was only for one night and close to my destination in the morning. I decided to write a review just in case someone is in my position, I would say keep looking at other options and compare closely.

I HAD ATHE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL!! My room was cancelled by the hotel. I spoke with several persons at Expedia and the hotel and they could not determine why it was cancelled. The hotel couldn’t explain to Expedia why it was cancelled. There were no other rooms available. Your representative was very helpful and offered to relocate me to another hotel but I rode with my sisters who were already booked at this hotel. My sisters booked rooms thru Expedia and there rooms were available. I had to room with one of my sisters who was to have a ground floor, non-smoking room due to her mobility issues. Needless to say the room was on the second floor, no elevator, and the room smelled very, very strongly of cigarette smoke! I was told that there wasn’t a manager on the premises until Monday. The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. Upon checkout, they only take the sheets off the bed to supposedly wash them, however, they put the same blankets and top covers back on the bed. THIS PLACE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DUMP!! PLEASE REMOVE IT FROM YOUR WEBSITE! I WILL NEVER, EVER STAY HERE AGAIN! THIS WAS THE WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE!

I had a happy time there.
It was comfortable staying.
All the employees working there were friendly and helpful. They always responded with a smile.
They were at the front office all the time. I think it is the important thing, which means we can ask anytime we have some questions or need help.
In addition, there were some bottles of water, hot water, and, coffee at the lobby free.
It was very convenient, especially to me the bottle of water.
Anyway, if I visit Orlando again, I will stay there for sure.

This was an overnight near the airport so I was not expecting much. But when they backed up a garbage truck to pick up the dumpster at 6 am I was not happy. This is a noisy property.

Will NEVER stay there again, filthy place, floors were so sticky, it was disgusting, hair on the bathroom floor, the exterior toilet bowl, curtains were so dirty, haven't been washed in 10 years, maybe more...Stains on ceiling, walls, bathroom door. I would advised people do not stay there. The only positive we got, is the guy who came by to change the tv since it was not working. He was polite and proposed a restaurant close by that we could walk.

Great place to crash but that's it. If you're not from the hood you wouldn't want to stay here. You have prostitution.druggies walking all day & night. Loud noises you can hear from outside like construction so I barely slept. Roaches were crawling everywhere I was so grossed out but I had to make the best of it since my stay was non refundable. No ironing boards. I can say the Rooms were somewhat clean didn't see any stains on bed or floor. Just little critters running out. If I had to stay here again for The price I would but, this is what you get for $80 . Front desk had me wait an hour just to get my room I booked online already and rooms were available smh. Nowhere to park at night so be prepared to park all the way in the front and having to walk to your room.

A horrible experience....Room was average at best...Neighborhood is terrible...Hookers walking in front after 9PM....Fights in the parking lot after 12 AM... Plus $176. for a night...$50. would be too much....The pictures of the place looked OK but I wouldn't stay there ever again...

Rooms was smelling bad. Sheets seemed to be used ones. Air Conditioner seemed to be ancient. It's vents we're not clean. I fell sick because of the allergic reaction to the dust in the room. Very much disappointed with Red roof.
