Father’s Day weekend stay
We spent 4 days weekend, to celebrate our Dad Friday through Monday stay. Arrival and check in process was great, location was central with favorable breakfast selection. Although we requested daily housekeeping; no service was provided during stay, as staff was out sick. The kitchen sink and dish washer flooded, due to a circuit issue. Initial room aesthetics positive, comfortable beds and adequate parking. Concerns: available housekeeping staff, room cleaning and plumbing issues needs improvement.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable which made my stay very pleasant. The hotel was conveniently located close by to the event I was attending for the weekend.

When we arrived the room we had booked was no longer available so they upgraded us to a family suite with adjoined rooms. It was so nice and spacious. It was also close in proximity to the pool. The pool was a nice size, clean and warm. My family really enjoyed swimming during our stay. The breakfast buffet was yummy and had alot of options to choose from, even made to order omelets. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in Waltham. The only thing I would suggest is getting more comfortable pillows and bedding. Otherwise, we were quite pleased.

The property was well kept, and nice. Complimentary breakfast was available for guests which was nice and coffee/tea were also provided for guests in the lobby. My accommodations were also comfortable.

It's a convenient location, right off Rt.95. Easy traveling. Breakfast included was a bonus, especially with the option of omelettes. The patio with grills was also a great bonus so we could have a group outside for a cookout around the pool. Beds were comfortable & rooms were clean.

Free breakfast was outstanding - location great.
Great location in Waltham. Many great restaurants locally for families. The free breakfast was second to done. I’ve stayed a lot of hotels with “free breakfast,” but this one was outstanding. Staffed by multiple people, including a make-to-order omelet station. Haven’t seen that before - and the omelet was one of the best I ever had. Ordered both mornings, and both mornings o said the same thing.

Very difficult to access hotel from I 95 North--need some signs guiding you to avoid a five minute detour around a half dozen office buildings to find the hotel

my only concern was the cleanliness near the sink area, there was this brown - reddish stain in carpet. enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt house. staff were great!

Arrival and check in process was relatively simple. Free breakfast was convenient. Food choices at the property are limited. The property has 2 EV chargers which is an added bonus.
If you are planning to visit the city, the practical option is to use your car to commute.

Free is my second favorite four letter f word
When i arrived i was greeted promotly and was told i actually had gotten upgraded. Im not aure why but getting a mini suite for the price i paid was amazing. I wish i had gotten to take more advantage of it but my schedule did not allow for it. Still it was a welcome surprise.

Pretty average for the price. The staff was nice. The biggest issue was the smell in the room; it seemed to be coming from the drains and smelled overwhelmingly of animal scat. We had the leave the window open for hours to air it out. There was the clear sound of rodents in the walls all night long. Also, housekeeping was offered, but didn’t show up until 5:45pm, and were surprised we had returned to the room, so no cleaning was done.

Help desk didn't ask if we want house keeping done everyday,so the second day room wasn't cleaned.

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Breakfast had plenty of options. We were touring colleges and this property was at the perfect location. Only 15 minute drive to the red line to take the train to all of the colleges. Will definitely stay here again.

Room is clean. We appreciated the kitchen. Mattress of the bed felt old and could be changed. The sofa bed for my kids was not maded. We had to ask for blankets.
Breakfast was ok but we had to wait because too many people with not enough tables and chairs.
I would recommend for a short stay and to save some money

I purchased a room with a sofa bed and was given a room with no sofa bed. I asked to be moved to the room I chose and paid for and I was told there were no rooms available. This was as disappointing as buying a “gallon” of ice cream and realizing you got less than what you paid for. Shrinkflation comes to Hyatt. Entirely adequate otherwise.

Lovely stay
The room was beautiful. There was a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The breakfast in the morning was extensive. The staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was that a king bed was ordered but we arrived late and had to settle for a queen. It was more of a mini-suite. The location was convenient to the highway and Boston. The rooms were very quiet. The hotel was packed but you never heard anyone else in the hotel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pros:Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff, Kitchen in the room was spotless.
Cons: windows were not sound proof, wind nice was heard during night hours which bothered the sleep. Included breakfast was just ok. Not that great.

The hotel is quite nice, small but comfortable rooms. However, you can hear A LOT at night, which means you don’t always get a full night’s rest.
Staff is friendly and helpful, which is nice.
Not a lot of dining options in the vicinity, so expect to drive or order delivery.

Hotel in a Raining Day
When we arrived, our reserved double room was out of order. But they were able to provide us with two suites for the same price. It was a good way to feel safe in a place where we did not have were to go. Also, the hotel was clean and our rooms smelled fresh.

We arrived at 4, an hour after check in and they had no clean rooms available. We had to leave for our event and couldn’t wait for a room to become available. After our event when we came back to the hotel they had trouble finding a room for us. The first one they gave us was not the type we reserved and had not been cleaned. It has trash and dirty towels all over it. The second one was the right room but did have some issues of broken items and not very clean.

All in all, the stay was very good, and we will probably stay there again, however the following items bear mentioning in case there were room for improvement:
The room was not wonderfully clean/vacuumed when we arrived; the staff were all extremely nice, though their interaction with each other during the day made it sound like a train station; I was working quite a lot from our living room, and was very much bothered by the constant and ongoing slamming of doors that could be heard on every floor (the building would literally shake!) The building has a no-smoking policy, but we were slapped in the face constantly by the smell of marijuana down every hallway and coming in through the outlets behind our bed from the room next door; the breakfast selection was very minimal.

Better Next Time.
I wish I could have given a five star rating. However, every time I come , the heat issue stays the same. I have to call maintenance to adjust the heat. The elevator was not working and this was an inconvenience. The staff are great and the morning breakfast is very good.
