Arrival and check in process was relatively simple. Free breakfast was convenient. Food choices at the property are limited. The property has 2 EV chargers which is an added bonus.
If you are planning to visit the city, the practical option is to use your car to commute.
Overall good value!

Free is my second favorite four letter f word
When i arrived i was greeted promotly and was told i actually had gotten upgraded. Im not aure why but getting a mini suite for the price i paid was amazing. I wish i had gotten to take more advantage of it but my schedule did not allow for it. Still it was a welcome surprise.

Pretty average for the price. The staff was nice. The biggest issue was the smell in the room; it seemed to be coming from the drains and smelled overwhelmingly of animal scat. We had the leave the window open for hours to air it out. There was the clear sound of rodents in the walls all night long. Also, housekeeping was offered, but didn’t show up until 5:45pm, and were surprised we had returned to the room, so no cleaning was done.

Breakfast was great but sometimes coffee and pastries were not available.
Help desk didn't ask if we want house keeping done everyday,so the second day room wasn't cleaned.

Great stay
The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The only complaint I have,the workout room was right next to me. People were dropping their weights and it would wake me up.

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Breakfast had plenty of options. We were touring colleges and this property was at the perfect location. Only 15 minute drive to the red line to take the train to all of the colleges. Will definitely stay here again.

Room is clean. We appreciated the kitchen. Mattress of the bed felt old and could be changed. The sofa bed for my kids was not maded. We had to ask for blankets.
Breakfast was ok but we had to wait because too many people with not enough tables and chairs.
I would recommend for a short stay and to save some money

I purchased a room with a sofa bed and was given a room with no sofa bed. I asked to be moved to the room I chose and paid for and I was told there were no rooms available. This was as disappointing as buying a “gallon” of ice cream and realizing you got less than what you paid for. Shrinkflation comes to Hyatt. Entirely adequate otherwise.

Lovely stay
The room was beautiful. There was a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The breakfast in the morning was extensive. The staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was that a king bed was ordered but we arrived late and had to settle for a queen. It was more of a mini-suite. The location was convenient to the highway and Boston. The rooms were very quiet. The hotel was packed but you never heard anyone else in the hotel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Pros:Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff, Kitchen in the room was spotless.
Cons: windows were not sound proof, wind nice was heard during night hours which bothered the sleep. Included breakfast was just ok. Not that great.

I booked a suite. It had 2 beds and a pull out couch….all crammed in a tiny room. It wasn’t a suite. We stuffed 6 people in there uncomfortably

The hotel is quite nice, small but comfortable rooms. However, you can hear A LOT at night, which means you don’t always get a full night’s rest.
Staff is friendly and helpful, which is nice.
Not a lot of dining options in the vicinity, so expect to drive or order delivery.

Hotel in a Raining Day
When we arrived, our reserved double room was out of order. But they were able to provide us with two suites for the same price. It was a good way to feel safe in a place where we did not have were to go. Also, the hotel was clean and our rooms smelled fresh.

We arrived at 4, an hour after check in and they had no clean rooms available. We had to leave for our event and couldn’t wait for a room to become available. After our event when we came back to the hotel they had trouble finding a room for us. The first one they gave us was not the type we reserved and had not been cleaned. It has trash and dirty towels all over it. The second one was the right room but did have some issues of broken items and not very clean.

All in all, the stay was very good, and we will probably stay there again, however the following items bear mentioning in case there were room for improvement:
The room was not wonderfully clean/vacuumed when we arrived; the staff were all extremely nice, though their interaction with each other during the day made it sound like a train station; I was working quite a lot from our living room, and was very much bothered by the constant and ongoing slamming of doors that could be heard on every floor (the building would literally shake!) The building has a no-smoking policy, but we were slapped in the face constantly by the smell of marijuana down every hallway and coming in through the outlets behind our bed from the room next door; the breakfast selection was very minimal.

I wish I could have given a five star rating. However, every time I come , the heat issue stays the same. I have to call maintenance to adjust the heat. The elevator was not working and this was an inconvenience. The staff are great and the morning breakfast is very good.

The elevator was broken, and our room wasn’t what we thought it was supposed to be. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful with moving us to the first floor and upgrading to a suite as compensation. I’d book a suite again it was quite convenient and nice to have a separate sitting area

Upon checking, our room stank from cigarette smoke. The front desk moved us to a suite to accommodate our non-smoking preference. We were very tired (late check in) and appreciated it very much as we just wanted to sleep! We plan on staying here again as our kids just moved into the area.

There was blood stains on the sheets,I requested to get new linens and it took two to 3 hrs before I finally got some clean ones. The mattress looked like it had sweat stains or urine stains a on it,the worker that came in the next day to clean was beyond rude,they had no bartender at the bar so I wasn’t able to go it was overall a horrible experience,and I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. Honestly should have a refund!

Booked into the Hyatt House for 10 days while visiting family in Boston. Great value, staff helpful and friendly, room (King suite) was clean and comfortable, had good kitchen facilities and lounge area perfect for relaxing after a day out sightseeing. Breakfast was included, good selection but didn’t like having to use paper plates at the weekend when it was busy. Location of hotel great for freeway etc. but you do need a car as not on T line and commuter rail 45min walk or 10 dollar Uber ride, nearby bus stop but busses not frequent, courtesy bus radius 3 miles but you do need to book beforehand. Nothing to find fault with.

We had a great room. It was a bedroom and a living area with a sleep sofa. A full kitchen.
The room was spectacular, especially since the last time we stayed here it was in a standard typical hotel room.
I do think they are struggling with finding staff for cleaning rooms. Seems some of the room cleaning was happening late in the day, and a request for another blanket was never met.
the complementary breakfast is nice, not spectacular, but totally buffet.
