The decor was opulent and the staff was exceptional. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Valet parking made getting in and out a breeze. The location was perfect for touring Boston by foot. Our rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and nice hot showers. Only minor complaints are that the mini fridge was really tiny and there are no microwaves in the building. I definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel and would stay here again...just dine out only and toss leftovers!

Last minute overnight stay and got a good rate. My wife said, 'too bad we weren't here for longer, this is a really nice hotel.' The room was large and well appointed, and the staff was friendly and efficient. They were great with our luggage, as we had our dog with us

We had a wonderful stay at The Dagney Hotel.The art deco style hotel is located close to all the places of interest.Our room was clean,comfortable and spacious.
The staff was courteous and efficient.We give this hotel 5 stars and plan to stay here when we revisit Boston in the future.

The Dagny was perfect for our family! The location was great, amazing restaurant options right outside. The staff (bellman, valet guys) were so friendly and helpful always! The hotel is attached to a great breakfast place called the tradesman and the hotel gave us a $10 credit to use everyday! We would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The room was amazingly, comfortable, quiet, clean, and the view was fantastic! There were absolutely no negatives about our stay whatsoever. The aquarium subway stop is very close by, Quincy market is easily walkable, there are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If we ever get to Boston again, this is definitely the place we will stay!

Our stay at The Dagny was wonderful. We had a staycation in Boston for our elopement and the staff was especially attentive and kind. The room was pristine, well decorated, and had everything we needed. I would recommend travelers coming to Boston to stay here as it's the heart of the city and close to Seaport, Faneuill Hall, downtown, and walking distance to Beacon Hill, Boston Common, and Chinatown.

Beautiful hotel and room. Upgraded to the Premium King Suite. Views were amazing. The Fin Point restaurant was great, both food and ambience. The coffee shop was also wonderful.
The only real downside was the room service. We had to call down on separate occasions for toilet paper, hair dryer, and wine opener. On our last day, they did not clean the room so we had to call for that and then leave the room for 45 minutes while they cleaned.

Loved the beds; room darkening shades and quiet heating/cooling unit. Did not like that the staff sends a text asking how your room is and when you send pix of unacceptable issues, there is no reply. In fact, the next day a second text is received asking more questions.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Dagny! The decor was so chic, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect! From the moment we got dropped off we were greeted by the guys outside and helped with our bags. Each time we were waiting for our Lyft they made sure we were all good, chatted, and suggested some places to go. Each night after arriving back from dinner we would stop at the hotel bar, which was very popular. The servers and bartenders were always helpful and chatty. It was such a great vibe. This hotel was also a really short walk to Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. We would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. What a great experience!

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms - all of the employees that I ca.e in contact with from the moment I stepped through the door were very kind & helpful as they saw I was struggling to walk. Coffee shop The Tradesman is fantastic, I went the first day just before they closed. I decided to try somewhere else for coffee/breakfast the next morning, bad move, they werent a patch on The Tradesman.

Inconsistency with room service. $60 valet parking with attitude. Limited parking options should be made clear. Also got dinged with $30 per day for some out of state charges! Better options out there, please choose wisely.

There was extremely loud construction outside our room at night. I later learned this was not the first night of this and hotel would have known. I asked for change of room and was told they could do nothing: fully booked. However, I looked on this website and the hotel’s own and rooms were available….A few hours later I tried again and got one staff member who was actually helpful: she went through the cancellations and found me a room facing away from that street. I shouldn’t have had to stress so much.
