My only complaint is the "destination charge." Once you arrive, they slap you with a $30 charge for the restaurant (or other services) whether you use them or not. This has the effect of understating the cost of staying at the hotel in an Expedia search if you weren't planning on spending money on hotel services. In my view, it's a hidden fee.

Very nice but pricey
We loved our stay at the Westin. It was very clean, quiet and easy to get to. The room was adorable and the bed was very comfy. Got a few drinks at the hotel bar as well which was nice, convenient and the staff was very friendly. Be prepared to pay big bucks for parking though.

I stayed here with my 2 children aged 10 and 13. Loved being able to walk to Boston Common, the Freedom Trail, proximity to public transportation options. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff did a great job.

I took my daughter and 2 friends into Boston for the night to celebrate her 16th birthday. We needed unique accommodations where we could all stay comfortably in 1 room, was within walking distance for them to safely walk around/shop and within walking distance to nice restaurants. And I completely scored choosing Westin Copley Place!!
We secured a beautiful jr corner suite - at a v reasonable rate, and the whole room was set up beautifully with some extras I had ordered.
Definite shout out to Concierge Damian - who treated us and our occasion amazingly. And Chris who checked us in.
My daughter was made to feel like a queen.
Thanks to the whole staff! Highly recommend.

This used to be an excellent property. Seems that things getting backward. We had a corner suite. Was not that impressive. They had an access to another room that was noisy all night. We were not told that the suite has a connection to another room.

We love the Westin for its location and consistent good service. It has been under construction during both of our recent visits which was slightly annoying but not a huge deal. The only challenge we had this visit was they charge a 30$ fee that can go toward anything. If you don’t use it, you are still charged the 30$ so it makes sense to use it. My plan was to have dinner at Bar 10 while my daughter and her friends were out and about. But it was unexpectedly closed. The lounge was open but they charge you 20$/day to use it or they said I could purchase something from the convenience store. Not at all the same thing. So I asked for the charge to be removed, and they did. They do a nice job with customer service and we will stay there again.

Quiet and comfortable
All the services I used worked perfectly, but the human warmth of the housekeeping staff made me feel more comfortable, I put on my Netflix and forgot that I was at the hotel!

Bathroom needs a deep clean
Staff and services are excellent. However our bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Toilet had a grime ring, sink, vanity and mirror had water and soap spots. Shower doors had soap streaks and a wet and dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head. There were no plastic liners in any of the trash cans.

If you need a place with good location!
The location is good but the hotel is undergoing renovation. Shower water is weak. Staff is not friendly and not polite. When we checked in at the lobby we didn't feel the welcome.

Rooms, lobby and eating establishments were clean, neat and very nicely decorated. All staff was eager to assist. The rooms are very, very nice with clean sheets. Surprisingly, thats not always the case in hotels. Definitely going back if ever the opportunity presents itself.

Our Hotel of Choice at the Holidays
We booked a night at the Westin Copley Place as we were attending the Christmas Pops with friends. In the past few years we've opted not to drive back to Nh late at night and to throughly enjoy Boston for an overnight. The Westin Copley Place is our go-to hotel for our annual outing.

Excellent bar service. Impressed with providing late evening food options! Staff all around were excellent. Valet parking service was very good.
Only suggestion is to improve the elevator issue as they were slow with long wait time. Smart elevators with division of tasks are considerably better.

This is a very nice property with a strategic location in Copley Square. The facilities were very clean, staff was friendly, and helpful. There was a mandatory charge that the property added, however, which was to be used on site for food, or entertainment that I did not desire. Short of that, I would recommend this property, especially for anyone traveling for business reasons.

The location of the Westin is great. I particularly liked the Charles river view and the proximity to Newbury Street. There are plenty of external dining options but the hotel’s restaurants are delicious. Fogo de Chao is also on the bottom floor if you are looking for another option. The staff was friendly and very helpful (thought I lost my license and had to fly out the next morning).

This hotel is busy. Check in and check out can be a pain because the volume of people attempting their check in and checkouts. The staff is always lovely though and the rooms are great. It is exorbitant and slow to get your car. What does being the only drawbacks, it’s always a pleasure.

A nice location, clean and modern. There needs to be a keypad on both button panels in each elevator, not just one side. Inexplicably the TP and facial tissues are thin, cheap. Very odd.

Great hotel for visiting Boston
Haven’t stayed at the Weston Copley in a long time. Was better than i remember. Rooms, staff, experience were all great. We had high floor rooms and the views were fantastic.

The location was perfect it’s near all the Boston attractions. It’s near shopping, good restaurants. The hotel service people was very friendly and respond rapidly. The beds and the room was clean and comfortable. Free bottles of water and coffee in the rooms.

Check in and out was good. Room only serviced once in four days as they did not get to it until late afternoon. Staff was courteous though. There were no drawers available for clothing which is the first time I have found that in a hotel. Everything packed needed to go on a high shelf in the closet. There was some mold in shower. Toiletries were nice. Like being adjacent to Copley Plaza.

Spent 30 minutes trying to use the elevators. Walking down 15 floors. Trying again. Stuck in elevator with 8 strangers and finally getting to the lobby to find out the elevator service had accidentally been shut off. Besides that it was lovely!

The hotel was very centrally located. Walkable to major attraction 15-30 minutes. Newburry street two blocks down. Hotel room was nice spacious great view fro 24th floor. They accommodated us an early check in around 11:00 am. Delicious pastries and coffee at the premises as well as Starbucks inside. The room had refrigerator. That was a great plus having cold water in hot weather. Overall stay was great experience will definitely stay there again.

There was always a long wait for the elevator, even reaching 20 minutes at the busiest times. Was told that resort fee could be used at any time during my visit, but was then denied using it the morning before I checked out. Staff needs to be better informed about terms of resort fee to give customers more accurate information.
