The exterior is very nice and safe.

Check in was great. Unexpected parking fees. The unit was a little dusty and the carpet areas need deep cleaning. My one year old grandson crawls and you could see the dirt on his pants. Good location but needs a little fine tuning

The property was very clean and made you feel like you were home! I would recommend again. It’s a little walk from the front to my building but they have golf carts they will drive you and your bags around as needed while on the property.

I have been to this hotel in the past so I had expectations. We didn't check in- the room was smelly old you could hear the cars and the pedestrian
I asked to change the room the receptionist didnt even try. He was rude and impolite Terrible service. When I booked they failed to say that the restaurant will be closed for 2 days, 24th and 25th. Never again.

When we arrived the Property and the Lobby area looked really nice but when we got to our room the floors were dirty. Ten minutes after we arrived our feet were black from walking on the floors. I told front desk and they suggested a cleaner would come into the room while we were there to clean it. I told them this was unacceptable because my kids were tired and we were traveling all day. They said this is the first solution they can offer. My husband left the room and went to the lobby to further complain and then we were offered a different room. It was better than the first one but still visibly dirty. Definitely will not be returning.

Sad, this could be a great place. Disappointing
I travel for work 2 weeks each month. Stay all over the world but mostly US and Canada. I usually will only comment on conditions or service when it goes outside the norm either by exceeding expectations or not meeting expectations. The only exception to this is when Im asked by a hotel chain to stay at their location and critique it. I say this so it’s known I’m fairly well versed hotels/lodging in many different climates. The Provident is by appearances a great place! Great security, location is good and lay out is that of a nice condo/apartment complex. The actual room was spacious and ideal for long stays or to bring a family to. Nice large bathroom with shower and jetted tub. However the cleanliness is way beyond horrible. I wear socks or sanders in rooms and at the end of the first night, I removed my white socks to find they were literally black on the bottoms. Everyday this was the case, regardless of me asking that the room be cleaned. There was also regular “dust” on all the furniture, the kind you can run your finger on and leave a clean mark. The sheets initially had stains on one side and the room had several places that needed attention with basic “repair”. I visit warehouses or construction sites on a daily bases, so for me to say a place is dirty, trust me, it’s dirty. There was also a serious bug/insect issue everywhere, everyday…from in the fridge to the bathroom, to the living area. Again, complained and nothing. I could list more than I have space for.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY
This is not a Hotel. These are individually owned condos that Provident attempts to manage but fails miserably. Nasty, rude, disrepectful, condescending staff that has hidden fees and smiles when they realize they have screwed you and blame hotels.com for the extra charges. Dirty old rooms that they charge you a cleaning fee which is not disclosed on the website when booking. The fee is a joke since the rooms are filthy. No one cares and I doubt Hotels.com will do anything about it either.

Our 3 bedroom villa was not clean - there was feces left on the toilet seat and also inside. One shower had other peoples hair on the walls and floor. Dirty floors overall. It took 5 hours and multiple phone calls to get someone to come and clean.

I am a regular here. This was the first time that I have anything to make note of. I requested towels twice, only to have to call a third time the next day to finally get them. My tv was not working. We have no bath towels when we first checked in. No toaster in the room. No clock/charging station in the bedroom.

The location and the Tranquility was breathtaking. However the property especially the room is pouring maintain, the room balcony was full of birds poop and you can clearly see it has NOT been power wash for some time. The kitchen window needs to be properly cleaned, as my hand and fingers turn black upon opening it. Insufficient cups and plates, their were only 2 coffee cups and we was a group of 5. No blender was available and in the shower needs to have slip free tiles (especially for kids). The present of mold build up in shower and toilet. When private function are kept at the resort better parking should be arranged for the outside guest arriving, it's unprofessional for me to pay a parking $17 plus tax and can't even park up when I get to the hotel so why charge me it's Unfair, and the frontdesk going to tell me park by building #12 while I staying in building #10 LIKE SERIOUSLY(did I paid to stay in building #12 NOPEEEEEEE SMH. As we had our 1yr old daughter this was difficult to park infront of our building, and when report this to the front desk the response was very UNPROFESSIONAL. However the services staff for the rooms was very PROFESSIONAL and POLITE. Future suggestions add some color towels and also the ice machine in freezer won't working. Neitherless will recommend to family

I booked a single room suite and I was upgraded to a villa due to the ac not workkng in the suite I originally booked. I had issues with the televisions in every room I called the front desk for assistance two times no one came. we went to the pool area and ordered 2 daiquiris we paid for the daiquiris with card and tipped our server in cash only to see the charge come thru on the app displaying the charge was updated to reflect a $7 dollar tip increase. once going back to the room to lay down moving pillows there were small red bugs coming from behind the pillow in the master bedroom. it was Avery beautiful property and amazing villa minor details ruined this birthday trip for me

Worst Hotel in Doral - Do not go book with them
Horrible experience, DO NOT book this Hotel, they have hidden fees such as parking fee of $17 (when they have plenty parking) and cleaning fee of $30, which they do not disclose until you check in. Room blinds were disgustingly dirty same as kitchen appliances.

Upon check-in, we were waiting at least 30 minutes for our reservation to get processed. Also, it was not the correct room that was given to us as we requested two bedrooms and there was two beds in one bedroom.upon asking to get a valet to the room for us and our luggage we were denied and we’re told that we need to walk, when we got in the room, there was a blood stain on the linen which is very concerning .
At check-in, we asked about restaurants and amenities, and we were told that there was nothing that could be provided to us in terms of beverages. We also did not have any water in the room when we came back.

Customer was pleasant checked in last week and the guy working the front desk at night was really friendly. The hotel room had a roach on the stove that’s the first thing I handled . The couch had stains and the shower floor looked like it was rotting away the shower head had build up . Didn’t really care for the room other than that I think it was okay.

Terrible service, during my three night stay, not once the room was serviced nor cleaned. When I ask the management the reason for this lack of service they responded that it was because I reserve through Expedia. Is that a fair reason?

The venue was nice and people at front desk was very nice. The hotel allowed us to check in early which was a plus however when we got in the room the remote didn’t work. We had to call front desk 5x before someone came to check remote. They ended up moving us to another room. The location of this hotel is a little far from the popular events.

Finally found a great place to stay in Doral, FL
I finally found the hotel to stay at when I travel to Doral for work. This place was super clean and very comfortable. The first night was a bit rough as I was staying in a room downstairs and the people staying above were a bit noisy but after they left, the stay was wonderful.

Our flight arrived earlier than expected. We asked for an early check in and staff stayed that there were no rooms available at 345pm. Check in was at 4p we asked if someone could contact us once the room was cleaned. No on ever contacted us. We eventually checked in at 6:08pm. Poor Service nice property

The apartment was clean
The sofa bed was horrible ( slept on the floor)
The jacuzzi didn’t work
The showers was not working properly
The apartment had a full kitchen but only had dishes,deep pots, forks,butter knife and spoons. Had to go out a bit a pan and toaster., and cleaning utensils
Overall it was clean, the staff was very pleasant.

Decent hotel. Good location in Doral. Room was clean. Biggest complaint is the fact that there were never any towels at the pool. 3 of the 4 times we went to the pool I had to ask the indoor bartender to please have the towels restocked. And it took a long time to finally get a few brought out. Super annoying to go to the pool and not have a towel to dry off with. Annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t stay here again when visiting our family in Doral.

Beautiful and spacious with a few hiccups
The property was nice. Spa is SEVERELY overpriced. No one manning the pool bar. If you dont have a rental car- its alot of walking back and forth from your building to the main building for food, the pool.. etc.. Thank God I was only in building 3.
Found a bug in my bed even after I shook and checked the covers.. Being on the first floor, I wasn't too happy with the patio door being so easy to open. The lock barely held it closed... So I moved furniture in front of it so I would feel some sense of security.
There was a conflict of what I was quoted online via hotels.com vs what was quoted when I checked.
I was able to check in early. And the room was huge for it to just be me traveling.. More ups than downs.

There are a lot of great places around this location. Plenty of food(there is a Publix 2 blocks away) several restaurants within walking distance. There is an adult beverage store very close also.
The room was clean. The grounds were clean. The security was top notch. The front desk seemed to always be distracted when you had a question. Maybe because I didn't speak Spanish?' I'm still not sure.f you do It will be extremely helpful anywhere you go.
All in all I had a good experience. The price was fair for the stay.

The stainless steel appliances were dirty, as well as the kitchen cabinets were old and not attached properly to the wall. The restroom tiles were not properly done, the walls and backboards were dirty plus there were ants running around the restroom. The overall room felt old and rundown as if they gave us the room because we were only staying one night. The entire room needs a proper remodel and cleaning.

Little to no customer service, no house and we stayed a week. No hot water for two days. It was okay, but I sure if the staff were a bit more concerned or helpful, this resort has potential to be a top resort. It was my birthday, I was a little disappointed but the last few days were okay.

The property is lovely. The rooms are very large. We had two full bathrooms. The restaurant was good. John the wait staff in the restaurant was outstanding
Negatives-- we could not get the room warm-- slept with our coats on as did our friend in a different room !
if you do not have your own car you have to call for a golf cart to get you/-- Our rooms were too far away to walk to the main building/ restaurant. there were not enough golf carts or drivers for the amount of guests.

The property’s location is great. I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and always enjoyed it except for this time. The room was not cleaned properly. Also, my room door was left opened after house keeping went in. I write them an email and did not get a reply to any of my concerns. Poor customer service.
