Not good
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The picture windows were dirty and the ice machine hasn’t worked in awhile according to staff. Some seedy characters hanging around the place.

The room was a non-smoking room but as soon as we opened the door we were assaulted with the odor of smoke mixed with air freshener. The TV did not work, the tile in the bathroom and vanity areas were both damaged and grimy. There were live and dead bugs in the bathtub/ shower. Most of the outlets did not work. Needless to say, we will never stay here again nor do we recommend this place to anyone, EVER!!!

This hotel failed miserably.
The room was dirty and the shower/tub had filth stuck to it. There were six flies in the room and little bugs on the window seal and a/c unit. There were bags of trash piled on top of each other next to the garbage cans. They also charged me 100.00 for a deposit that was supposed to be returned to me. I called and spoke with someone at the desk and they said it could take up to ten days to get it back. I told them they haven’t started the return of my deposit yet because if it had I would see a credit pending with my bank and my bank hasn’t received the return. I feel I should the hotel failed to provide a clean and welcoming place to stay and that they should refund my money for the room as well as my deposit.

We booked online, and when we arrived the room we reserved online was disgusting; it smelled of mold and there was clearly visible leak in the room that was the source of the smell. We paid $50 a DAY to upgrade to a better room, which seemed okay, but we ended up seeing a cockroach in the room.
I dont recommend booking a trip using this hotel.

THEY RUINED MY CHILDREN MEMORIES
I will NEVER stay here again!!! My family & I had to sleep in our car for approximately 5hrs due to bug infestation, towels and wash clothes were disgusting!!! They refuse to refund my money back! The management was very scary, intimidating, aggressive, I felt unsafe, which she also came from behind the counter to physically adult me, luckily someone was there to push her back. My children were afraid and said they never ever wanted to go back there again. Not to mention false advertisement as well

Worse Nightmare
There were dead flys on the bathroom floor. Two were in the room and stayed throughout my stay. The bed made a noise whenever I moved. A man opened my door and i was in the room, he didn't knock. I had the lock on so he couldn't get in. I complained to the front desk and she replied it must have been the maintenance man and left it as that. He should have known someone was in the room if he was coming to fix something. If I could I d ask for my money back. Do not keep this hotel open

Very dirty, old cigarette smell in non-smoke room. Urine smell and stains on hallway, bags of trash on corners of hallway, did not feel a bit safe at all because people were just loitering around. I will not return to this facility and do not recommend this facility to anybody.

Nasty bathroom and rude front desk workers
The bathroom had pubic hairs all over the shower floor and toilet, the toilet looked like it had not been properly clean in a long time, you could see how nasty it was behind the seat, the sink had this little net and when we got there look like someone spit phlegm on it.
The ash tray outside the door had so much nasty stuff, not just cigarettes. There was trans outside the room and an awful stench that never went away, there was a huge amount of flies all over even inside the room. The beds were hard as a rock and we all woke up with back and neck pain.
Front desk staff were rude and would never pick up the phone I tried calling front desk at least 10 times and they wouldn’t pick up.
You need to be buzzed in to check him, making me think that, that are it’s probably not safe. Room looked ok at first glance but it was not clean. My son tried to use the pool that was supposed to open at 9, we waited for 25 minutes and not one showed up to open, even after I called them. A lot sketchy people walking around the area outside the rooms. Never staying there again.

There was mold smell. I couldn’t even breathe. I saw four cockroaches. There were stains on the carpet. The room was not as it appeared in the photo. I have been to far East, Europe and Us states mıltiple times but I have never seen something like that before. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Workers were nice but the rooms are NASTY . I had to changed rooms 3 times . There were roaches in every room , therefore I had to put my clothes in the car. I spent most of my time in the car because I didn’t want to sleep with roaches . The toilet made noise the entire time , and the air conditioner was broke .

Everything was great! Was a little put back by some of the reviews but stuck it out and glad we did. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable and check in and check out were a breeze.

This place demands A 50$ security deposit as you check in, the showers barely work, this motel says the rooms are smoke free but when we checked into the room it smelled like cigarettes and there was a cabinet missing and the furniture looked to be 10 years old

Hotel claimed to be smoke free but the rooms definitely had the smell. Went to the front desk to switch rooms which she gladly did. But the room was A MESS. you could tell that it had been a good month or so since someone had dusted off the tables. They must have been remodeling due to the obvious Sheetrock crumbles on the ground that they did not take the time to clean up or vacuum. I didn’t get the refund due to me not clicking on the cancellation agreement. But I didn’t cancel. I showed up and walked into 2 of their rooms and left due to them being unsanitary for anyone staying in them. Expedia gave me $65 credit for the hassle but that doesn’t cover the 3 nights that I payed. Very upset with the way both hotel and Expedia handled it. I even sent Expedia pictures however that wasn’t enough for them to fix the issues. The hotel should be removed from the listing.

This was kinda iffy.
Customer service was excellent! HOWEVER, The first room i was in the shower head fell off, there was a hole in the wall, and my nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes(eww). They gave a better room. Then everything was ok. They require a deposit for the room and return it after your visit.

Beware of cockroaches
Weird trying to check in. We got to the room and there was a live cockroach on a pillow to great us. Also it was very noisy. No one should stay here.

Well unfortunately I have to rate this place very low because I had a number of issues with my stay the first issue was that the tv did not work in the room so they moved me to a different room then in the second room the door would not lock and I told front desk about it and they never fixed my door

The unique thing about this, property they still doing renovations, the renovating room are very nice, BUT WHEN I CHECK IN THEY GAVE A ROOM THAT WAS NOT RENOVATED YET, IT WAS BAD, THE SMELL, GOOD THING I DIDN'T HAVE TO THE AC, that was not a good thing, Expedia should give a refund on two nights i stayed in that room. That would be appreciated.

Could have been a better stay
Well, the rooms do not have any iron boards or iron in the world. I wasn’t able to get a wake up call because the lady at the front desk told me it doesn’t work. I had to kill a roach walking across the dresser and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room With a nasty smell like someone was smoking in there not long before I arrive

Well first of all when we checked in there was only 1 big towel for 2 ppl there was pubic hair on the shower walls one the trash cans did not have a liner then Saturday my was room was not serviced I called front deck they was suppose to tell housekeeping still never received any towels but overall location was convenient

Hotel room was not clean, tub, toilet, sink had not been cleaned, no shampoo or soap in the room. No toilet paper no garbage can. The place was nasty, staff sitting outside my room door getting high and making out. I complained but it did no good as the front desk lady said, "you can change hotels".

BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!! STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE THEM!
Upon checking in the first lady i was greeted with was very nice and polite. No problem. We are a family of 5 . So we have the double . When i look i n shower there was soap still in there. As we go to lay down for 5 mins a bed bug appears on my pillow. I immediately go down there to have them tell me to either check out or stay with the beds bugs. Tbey do not transfer. They do not accommodate. If you want to sleep with bed bugs go there! They do no refunds, unless you have a video!! So disappointing.

You will likely regret it
My business trip was extended a day, needed an inexpensive room. This was the one of the cheapest option around and lived up to the low price. Lobby is close “due to COVID” the other guests were there for the cheap price and it was VERY evident the reason. Worst bed and horrible bedding. It was an uncomfortable experience.

Was really mainly looking for a place to lay my head while on business. But first not checking in to a front desk directly gave me a feeling of unsafe area. I did get called into the lobby at the end for my card situation. no one directed me to a room. I was under the impression this was a Hotel, which is "doors inside the building". Instead doors were outside. Only 1 trash can in room. While looking for another, towels were discovered under the sink with menstrual blood on them. Went to call the front desk and discovered no phone in the room. Overall I was very disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Warning, Do not stay here!
Might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. I debated several times leaving and just sleeping in my car. Banging, fighting, yelling, screaming, and having my own car alarm set off three times does bot make for a relaxing sleep. I had to block my door with a chair because a number of times people tried to open my room door. The room is sparse and dingy. You get one thin sheet and one thin fleece sheet as your “blankets”. The heater is about 30+ years old and blows the same musty cool air no matter the set temperature. There is no lobby just a tiny safe room with bulletproof glass where you speak into a microphone to an angry and aggressive employee.

Horrible.
The stay was gross. They didn’t have any comforter on the bed. There was a dead roach in the bathroom, the bed was incredibly squeaky.. and it was overall just freezing in the room. It was disgusting. I would never recommend staying here to anyone, if felt extremely unsafe as well.

Sketchy, room was mostly renovated. Front of top drawer on the dresser was completely missing. Spartan conditions at best. Checking in, the front desk clerk was on a phone call through earbuds holding an ongoing conversation. She requested a $50 room deposit in cash which a provided. At check out i learned
from the sleeping morning shift that i wouldn't get it back until 11:00 a.m. which put my travel plans off by 4 hrs.

There were blood stains on the curtain, a small bloodstain on the sheet, some type of pink stain on the wall. A handful of things flying around in the room. People waiting for their drug dealer in the car, cars with real bullet holes in them, people shouting and arguing at all hours of the night. Right next to a major street, cars roaring by all night, sounded like drag racing. No comforters - asked for some, they gave me one, said they didnt have enough for my friend. Tv hdmi ports inaccessible. Woke up with a bunch of bites i didnt have when i went to bed. Dont look like bedbug bites but who knows. I paid $150 a night for this bs. This hotel should *never* cost more than $60 max. Even for $60, a comforter and clean sheets should come with it. Pool is okay. To give you a comparison, the motel 6 in the area was like a palace by comparison. Definitely hit the motel 6 over this.

There was nothing to like about this property. I didn’t receive anything I originally paid for and wasn’t accommodated adequately for it. Very dirty rooms, limited to no amenities as presented on their/expedia website. Incompetent, rude service and my request was denied to speak with the property manager.

Check-in procedure was fast, but hotel clerk was not friendly. Room was old, dated, and overall not very clean. Room smelled musty and moldy. Several outlets did not work, and the toilet sounded like it was about to break every time you flushed. Several flies and baby roaches as well in the room.

Had to change rooms due to lack of cleanliness of first room on arrival. Second room was Ok. Women at check in was really nice. They look like they are remodeling, which is needed. They say pool closes at 9 but we saw people in after 10, when we went to go, they said 'Its closed.' Overall fair stay, restaurant next to hotel is good, diner is also good and walkable distance. Gave deposit, still havent received it back and it is no longer pending but complete, so I guess Ill have to call them, frustrating.

Get what you pay for.
The lady at front desk has no customer service skills. She wasn’t rude nor friendly. She just appeared annoyed. Both my daughter and I left there with a thick nail in our tire and each had to drive to the nearest tire shop to buy a new tire. I don’t think hink it was coincidence. I’m assuming it’s due to the renovating they’re doing to the rooms. I requested a renovated room and it was decent. I definitely feel the price should have been cheaper.

None of the outlets worked in my room which means I had no lights. Dirty towels left in the bathroom from the last guest. Random cats tried to enter my room when coming or leaving. Front desk clerk very short and dismissive

Checked in. Our room door look like someone had kicked it in. The room had a weird smell, they did not offer blankets, and felt like bugs were crawling all over your legs, like bed bugs or fleas. They would not refund our money so we were out of $200.00, we ended up staying with family. They had homeless people chilling around the hotel.

The front desk staff, Marlo, was very helpful and friendly. I think we were in one of the renovated rooms. We were apprehensive reading some of the other reviews but were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. We had room #155 which was near the pool. We couldn't park right in front of the room, just a few doors down. There wasn't and breakfast due to COVID but there was a microwave and fridge. It was a great value.

There was no waste basket in room, until i went down and asked for it. Three little pillows on the bed, and when i asked for additional pillows, i was given more and rushed out the door because i was told we're not allowed normally to have more. Every night after returning from the beach, i had to go get a new key card for the door, because i was automatically locked out. There was no wifi access in the room, when i went and asked about it, i was told rudely that it was on, just check my phone. When i told them that wifi wouldnt register in my room, i was just looked at like i was an idiot... The carpet had some kind of scorching around the head of the bed and between the night stand. We ended up leaving a day early, because of all of this.

The thunder dome
They lock the Main lobby like a corner store. They did not come to the window for 30 minutes after we made reservations online. We were given a room that didn’t not lock… kept on hold two hours to be moved to a safe hotel. This hotel staff lied the room was safe but admitted the latch was missing bro lock the door. The frame of the dope was not even flush you could see all around the frame… much of the hotel was in disrepair. It is questionable how they are even featured within the app.

Needs to be condemned
This hotel used to be nice now it's ran down. Housekeeping is non existent, trash everywhere, flies in every room, furniture and carpet are basically trash, the entire property smells like urine. There's is addict hiding in every dark corner on the property doing "something" and plenty of other sketchy people walking around or just hanging around. It's filthy and unsafe and the price is way to high for this non star hotel. It's tragic.

STAY AWAY RUN!!!
This hotel is an absolute dump. Sofa was stained and dirty, tv falling out of the wall and didnt work. Too scared to take comforter off the bed. We tossed key on the dresser and ran away never to return. Lost $150 but didnt get some flesh eating parasite. STAY AWAY RUN!!! Hotels.com will not help you get a refund.

It was ok. Supposedly I was in the new renovated portion. Some things had been done but left unfinished. The lightening in the room wasn't good. No blow dryer or iron. But, there was an ironing board. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths in the bathroom. No hand towels, etc. This room had 2 queen sized beds.
Tge bathroom wasn't very clean. No hangers.....

Don’t care how cheap, not worth it!
Seedy, stinky, dirty and loud.
The sink was clogged, the room reeked, there was a piece of wood nailed on the door frame to “prevent” shimming the lock. The room was disgusting and there was no hot water, couldn’t wash the gross off. The common pastime for the people staying there is to open the door and blast music. It’s understandable as the AC doesn’t work, so it’s a source of air flow. This building should be condemned and demolished.
