Breakfast Issues Ruined Our Stay!
Great hotel, but we were told weekend breakfast was served until 10, but it was over before 9:15 when we came down to eat. Front Desk cited low occupancy. Not Pleased!

When we got there at about 2 pm , no front desk person to take care of guests! We had to wait at lobby for more than an hour! Other than that it’s good hotel.

We were visiting family in the city. Hotel was relatively close, had onsite parking without charging too much, clean rooms, breakfast, and easy access to CA 101. We also could walk around the bay--not too far.

Great stay. Very happy with the room, which unexpectedly included a kitchen with full refrigerator and cooktop. The provided breakfast was just ok. This was ok because i was able to cook my own food in my room. Overall, very clean and a great value.

wonderful stay at larkspur landing
I liked the kitchen and and cleanliness, it was nice size may try half moon bay suite next time I stay here. Wonderfull time breakfast was good as well

They should put more attention to cleanliness sadly but i have to say it for the good, when I Arrivied to my room there was women's hair in the shower. I talked to the receptionist he was very kind he offered me a new room. I said no just a little more attetion on that.

Breakfast was missing items such as pastries. They accordion door for the closet wouldn’t open because the night stand was blocking it. Even when I moved the night stand I could barely get the door open to hang up a few pieces of clothing. Also, the tv was literally two feet from the side of the bed perpendicular to the bed.

It was good. Area was safe, parking was okay. Inside was clean. Could have a few more selection of food for breakfast, but it was good overall.

We moved the chair in the room to pull out the sleeper sofa, and found garbage under. A blanket had blood stains on it. The refrigerator in the room leaked onto the kitchen floor. We couldn't figure out the coffee maker in the room. When we left for the day, someone had broken into our room from the window, and stole our son's Nintendo. The screen was removed from the window, and the window was unlocked. Lastly, the complimentary was supposed to be open until 0930, but was closed early both days we stayed.
On the bright side, the shower pressure was really good, and the beds were comfortable.

The website offered a shuttle to the airport. So I booked. When I showed to schedule my transport to the airport the next day, I was told they no longer offered shuttle service. So I had to order another Uber. Update your site!

Ants, Bed Bugs & Toilet Paper Like It’s 2020
Unfortunately this location had not only ants in the room but bed bugs. I’m not so naive to think this won’t happen but you mix bed bugs with trash piling up in the halls, ants on your breakfast and being told that they’re out of toilet paper makes for a particularly bad stay.

It's the little things that count
I was disappointed to have to wait for the front desk attendant to appear. It was even more disappointing that they could not make change. The attendant for breakfast was not in evidence and the bacon and potatoes ran out. The tongs for the hot breakfast items was missing. Just a simple lack of attention

Conveniently close to the airport. No daily cleaning service, but we were able to get new towels and other supplies easily. The suite and the appliances were a little dated but the room was spacious and fit three of us comfortably. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us an early check in and a late check out, which was great. Parking was readily available, and reasonable at $13/ night, considering I've paid $50/ night at other hotels. Overall it was a decent place for a decent price. I would stay here again.

Our room smelled so bad we could barely sleep. They new it was a problem because they had the windows open trying to air it out. No other rooms available, no discount or refund offered.

Night one I came into a TV that did not function. No one was there to run to my room with batteries so I went to the front desk and got a new room.
On night two I returned to my room and the key card(s) did not work, back up to the desk for a new key.

The room size was great for what we needed. Pretty good location, as we had a car. I would say 13$ a day for parking should be included. It was a quiet hotel, with close proximity to main roads and other amenities.

The property is located in a safe location, with plenty of parking. Room is dated, but comfortable. I believe AC was set at 75 deg because no matter how low I set the thermostat, the room temperature stayed at 75 deg the whole night. Now the free breakfast need improvement. The selection was small. The hot item were just scrambled egg, which tasted weird, and bacon which was too greesy. Definitely the worst breakfast I had that came with the hotel. Overall, the hotel is good enough

Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood which is more of commercial offices in the area. Parking was easy but it costs $13/day. Breakfast just satisfactory but was hoping for more, but was good enough for the morning before on the go.

Rooms come with kitchen, but limited utensils.
An OK hotel if the price is right, which would means it should the least costly of the hotels in this strip along Gateway Blvd. The kitchen is a great addition to the room, but poorly equipped as regards utensils (no pots, pans). Oddly, despite the room being equipped with a kitchen, including microwave, cook top and even a dishwasher, there is not one single thing to buy in the hotel lobby (other than drinks vending machines). So as long as you bring all your things to cook and some pots and pans, you may find this hotel a good place to stay. Hotel breakfast is average.

stayed in what's called an executive suite, which means it has a full kitchen, and a separate bedroom, plus a pull out couch. In the past the kitchen was fully stocked with silver ware and dishes, this time no bowls, only one fork, no toaster, the pull out couch was pretty worn out, like sitting on the floor. Toilet had trouble flushing, let the front desk know about it, they said maintenance would take care of it , never happened. Not a lot of pressure in the shower, but after a few minutes you were up to your ankles in water, told the front desk about it, nothing happened. Breakfast was the same everyday, very salty pre made cheese omlettes, bagels and creme cheese, a little bacon, ham, and potatoes would have been nice.
TV's were 32 inch worked fine, and the Larkspur had the lowest room rate for that weekend.
Checking out, reminded the front desk about the toilet and shower, and they decided to waive the parking fee to compensate us for the inconvenience, thought that was a very nice gesture, would have been nice to know about the parking fee in advance.

First of all the staff was amazing! They were very friendly and very accommodating. We had to change rooms four times. Our original room, the toilet didn’t flush, second room smelled like a pot hot box. Third room, the card reader didn’t work so we couldn’t get in. Fourth room, we were able to get in, it was clean and comfortable. Only problem we had was the tub didn’t drain very well while taking a shower. The hotel says it’s pet friendly however, pets are only allowed in the first floor. Overall it was a good stay.

Disappointed
The quality of this hotel has dramatically decreased. The breakfast has declined. There is no shuttle. There was garbage all around. Additionally, they did not have the correct rooms at check in.

What i did not like ! The phone was broken, there was a steady beeping sound coming from the dishwasher, both tv wasn’t working, and there was no remote for the tv, the refrigerator sounds tractor running all night

reserved Executive suite, had a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. very clean and neat, refrigerator worked well except built in ice maker didn't work , but there was an ice machine in the laundry room.Shower worked well, plenty of pressure, bath towels very small, more like large hand towels. Furniture could use some updating, sitting on the couch was like sitting on the floor.Room had desk with one chair, so if you wanted to eat at the desk only one person can sit. Breakfast very limited, same every day, premade cheese omelettes, hard boiled eggs, bagels and cream cheese, apples and oranges , juice and coffee.Checked out on a Monday, and there wasn't any breakfast available, asked why and was told their order didn't come in, "sorry"

Worst experience
This room was booked months in advance. When we arrived front desk was friendly but failed to verify if room was ready. We went up to the room and it was extremely dirty. Piss on the toilet, hair on the counter, towels and blankets all on the floor. The cleaning service manager came and verified the condition of the room and told the front desk about thier mistake. They just apologized and said they would clean it right away. We were stuck waiting almost an hour for them to have our room ready and all they offered was their "gym" as an option for us to wait. I kept asking to speek to a manager about the huge inconvenience and they would just give me the run arround amd said they would get back to me. Our key stopped working the next morning and had to ask for a new one. I asked once again about the manager and again gave me the runaround. Right before we left they said they would give me a$50 credit which i still havent seen in my account. Still havent heard from the manager either. Worst place we have ever stayed at for sure. And dont waste your money on the vending machine. Itll eat it up and they wont refund you.

I am completely baffled at how this hotel has the ratings it does. We booked two nights this last week and arrived for our first night and canceled the second immediately and found someplace else to stay. The whole place smells awful - like an old, musty hotel. The carpeting in the halls is wrippled and old. We walked into our room, and there was a torso sized piece cut out of the carpet and the entire carpet was filthy and old. The couch was completely broken and the arms were coming off. I felt like I couldn’t sit down or take my shoes off without taking something gross home with me.
There are SO many hotels nearby that might be e a tad more expensive but well worth it in my opinion.

Room lock was not working properly; had to return to lobby for new key, but lock still difficult to open, so had to switch rooms. Parking fee was not mentioned at time of booking; expect these type of fees to be revealed up front, to be able to compare prices between hotels.

Its an old hotel but clean and nice. Quiet and safe srroundings.very close to the airport. With free continental breakfast. Free laundry. 13$/day self parking. Friendly staff.its an all suite hotel and youre provided with everything you need to cook simple meals. We didnt get to cook but its always nice to have that option.Cookies at the lobby everynight. It was a nice 3 night stay. Except the last night. when one of the guests decided to smoke weed inside the room and the whole hallway stunk. Its not the hotels fault though. But whoever it is, i hope he got caught and fined big time for the misbehavior.overall i liked our stay and would stay again whenever we are in this area.

I liked that there was a living room and kitchenette, but there was makeup on the cover and smashed bugs/spiders on the bedroom walls, our t.v. didnt work and they refused to give us a complementary stay in a clean room or help us initiate a refund

I was very unsatisfied with the cable. At that price there should be more than 5 channels available. I was told I'd have to wait until a manager came in to tell me that out of the 48 listed channels only 10-12 would work. If you want rest and to watch TV don't book here.

Stay away! Save your money
It was terrible experience. The first room smelled like fish so we had to switch rooms. Then we switched to another room but that was dirty. The gym equipment didn’t work at all so if you want to workout forgot about it. The workers don’t seem to care. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Don’t waste your money on this cheap hotel pay a little extra for a better stay
