Stayed for a quick one night stay to let kids swim in pool. Service was top-notch from all staff, front desk staff was very friendly. Nice to have a door separating bedroom from main area.

Great staff I had an concern with another guest whom said me and my guest were being loud but she also had a dog that was barking abruptly anytime you would walk in tha hall or it heard someone or something but I had no problem and we were laughing and playing uno cooking also but we handled it like mature adults but was still disturbed by the act but I loved the room and staff will definitely be back sometime soon

Room was nice. Did take a long time to get hot water through the shower the first night (at least 4 minutes of running it before I could get in because it was too cold). Was really quiet the first night but the second night there were a lot door slams happening all throughout the night.

The microwave in the room did not work. When the room was cleaned during my stay (I asked one time), the bedsheets were not changed, the trash was not taken from the bathroom and the toilet paper supply was not replenished.

Combo room with kitchen, full fridge. I liked the room with the sitting area and great king bed. Bathroom area ok, but a bit crunched with closet in the bathroom. I was hoping for a larger room with all that was contained, but it was comfortable for the one day we stayed.

I would stay there again.
The room was quiet. I was a little disturbed by he animals allowed. I have allergies and didn’t realize it was pet friendly. I also was not feeling well, so put off by this. Pool was a little chilly. Bed was hard. Everything else was clean. The breakfast was very good.

Terrible out dated interior hotel
Hotel interior is way out dated. Bathroom floor is rotten and sinking and water is deteriorating along with joint and strange bug found on the bathroom floor gap. Water draining from upper floor is very noisy due to wear of interior structure.
I never been such terrible condition interiors past 10years with Hotels.com reservation.
Strongly recommend not listing this hotel or send some assessor to evaluate.

Great Stay and Experience
The associates were extremely friendly and helpful i. All ways. They deserve a bonus for their hospitality!
The room was wonderful and provided a ‘home away from home’ vibe.
Breakfast was always a treat. There were plenty of common spaces to sit for dining or relaxing/working.
We even had the luxury of watching pre-wedding bridal party preparations and photos. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

The room was missing furniture. I asked to change rooms, they declined. It took me three days and five visits to the front desk before someone helped me. Thanks to Carlton who finally located a table for me so I didn't have to eat off a garbage can.

Excellent staff, but the room we stayed in (208) is in need of maintenance and cosmetic touch ups. There are cracked walls, tired rugs, walls and kitchen cabinets.

We enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt House. You really felt like you were at home because the room had a functioning kitchen and it was cozy. Staff was friendly. And always available when we needed assistance. The pool hours were great And the breakfast had a lot of choices. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Definitely worth checking out.

Small inconvenience but a great place
In honesty the stay itself was great. Everyone was nice and attentive. The only problem was I stayed for 2 nights and the key system was down so i consistently had to wait to be let into my room. And not to be a pest i tried not to leave very much so it was a slight inconvenience. The first morning i did have a lady come in the room as i was leaving she said she didnt have any occupying it but did apologize. Long story short I've stayed here before and it was great then and it was now minus sadly those inconveniences. Good luck with fixing that of course thanks.

Great apartment style hotel! Staff incredibly friendly. Good breakfast. Parts of room and bathroom starting to show signs of age but overall a very nice place at reasonable prices.

Great stay!
The service was excellent at this hotel. The front desk employees were very welcoming and my family had a pleasant experience. I will absolutely use them again because they accept dogs and I travel with my dog, so that's very important. The pool was a nice temperature.

Everything was great, except charging us 55$ early check in which is something most of hotels don’t do if they have the room ready.
And they didn’t check the silverware after every guest, so it was disgusting to find a knife with sticky food in the drawer.

Definitely wasn’t 4.4 stars. Furnishings were run down, sliding bathroom door didn’t slide very easily and other visible maintenance issues. I expected more and ended up being disappointed.

Overall experience with the hotel was great. Just a couple of issues, one being the original room booked seem like someone was occupying it. Next issue or problem, comma the 2nd room that we had to move to had a broken dishwasher this with sitting water in it.

francesa was great, however this property needs serious updating. the couch and mattress were terrible, it was not comfortable. the pool was cold if you are traveling with a baby, I wouldn't suggest to swim here.

Not the best

The staff here is amazing!! Every time we went through the lobby, we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. For this trip, I wished the hotel was not so far away from a train station(3 miles) and closer to town.

The front desk employees were amazing. So nice and accommodating. My only complaint about my stay was the bed. The bed was worn out with a sink hole in the middle which made sleeping a bit difficult.

Great customer service, not so great Managers
I know since Covid started, a lot of things changed but staying there four nights and having my trash over flow because they don’t have any one come around and clean your room anymore is disgusting. Luckily I had a worker out in the hallway cleaning a room of someone who just checked out, take my trash from me and gave me a few trash bags. Everyone that was working at the hotel was amazing, it’s who ever is in charge of the hotel is the one messing up the whole experience. Also had the sprinkler system hanging from different areas of the ceiling and one had a plastic bag wrapped around it in the bathroom.

When i approached the front desk to check in, another guest said to the staff that their TV was not working and they came down to tell because their phone is also not working. Also, as I checked in, one staff person said to the other staff person, "The kitchen is a mess!", right in front of me.

Loud guests left minimal sleep for us.
The staff was friendly and helpful. However, there were lots of teenagers (I’m assuming) running through the halls well past 1am. They were knocking on doors and running. There were times were you could feel the room shaking as well as loud banging or moving (maybe furniture or suitcases) above our room. This unfortunately kept myself and our small children up until about 2am. I wish the employees would have done something since we were right off of the lobby so I’m sure they could hear much of this.

The room we booked based of the pictures online was not the room we got. Our actual room was so small the 3 of were basically on top of each other the whole time. The sofa cushions looked like they were hit with a weedwacker. Sofa bed frame was so bent that sitting on one end of the couch was painful. Slightest movement made the bed bounce like a trampoline. There were dirty dishes in the drawers. The keyed entries were broken on ALL side entrances leaving only the main doors to get inside the building. Blackout curtains had slashes in them. Giant water damage bubble around sprinkler in bathroom. Bathroom sink filled up if water ran more than 30 seconds. Showerhead so corroded it sprayed everywhere. Parking sucked. Common areas were clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly.

Our room needed some remodeling and new equipment. The carpet was damaged at some places and there were numerous of what appeared to be knife stabs/cuts on one of the dining room chairs. The king mattress was way too soft for our liking. I think it was a worn mattress.
We asked for two extra pillows but was told there was no extra pillows in the hotel.
Our shower had three weak streams coming out of the shower head. The other shower head settings only allowed weak warm water when faucet was turned all the way to hot.
The hot breakfast consisted of gas station style breakfast sandwiches.
For years, this hotel had been our go-to place when we visited the area. We were left wondering what happens to it after our last stay.
