Great spot for a quick getaway!
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great - close to all the action. And the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. All in all, a great trip. I would definitely consider staying here in the future.

I’m shocked that this place is so inexpensive and so close to everything we wanted to see. I felt safe at all times the staff was impeccable. The room was so clean I couldn’t have asked for a better place.

My stay at Club Quarters was lovely. I really appreciated the filtered water station that was very close to my room. It made it super easy to keep my water bottle full. The bar was cute and had great service. Perfect location to walk to a Broadway Show. I will certainly stay here again.

This New York hotel is one sparkling gem! Located just minutes from both Time Square and 5-th Avenue, with easy access to the entire mid Manhattan downtown and in a safe area it allows the traveler a lot of options. The hotel associates are awesome from Nicole, the manager to Joanne, Rachel and Ivory they make sure your questions are answered and needs met. There is no working restaurant but the lobby has free coffee and mineral water and a working bar with Happy hour. All in all a very good experience!!

Solid midtown option for a weekend trip
Excellent location on a street with restaurants and coffee shops. Not on top of the subway but close enough to most lines and it was very easy to rely on transit. Room was spacious and comfy. Bathroom was pleasantly large considering. Had a view from the 9th floor but some lower floors might look at the buildings next door.

Room was fine until we went to sleep. The noise outside the window made it feel like sleeping next to a plane engine. Couldn’t sleep at all. Tried to call front desk at 3am but phone in room not working. Found a guest service phone in the hall and called to explain the problem. Security came up with an eye mask and ear plug pack. Told him that won’t help and we needed a member of staff to assist. The concierge came up to hear the noise. I asked if we could switch to another room. At first was told we’d have to wait to the next day until someone checked out. Told him I couldn’t bear the wait due to headache. Was then offered a smaller room. After checking the noise level in the room we accepted.Thanks to Xavier at the desk.

Consistent and Reliable - Excellent Staff
reliable consistent experience and stay . What is most remarkable is consistency and professionalism of their front end staff. See the same staff last 3 yrs ( most hotels high turnover) , well trained, inviting and helpful.
I am sad the espresso machine gone . One of the reasons keep coming back. You bar isnt always open , but again the three bartenders i’ve had last 3 trips . Excellent!

I generally like the CQ hotels. This was my first time at this particular one. While the hotel is convenient to pretty much anything you might be doing in midtown and is clean, the noise was too much for me. I’m not sure if it’s where my room was or what, because I’ve stayed in noisier, busier areas with no problem. Despite leaving the AC on for loud white noise and ear plugs I barely slept. Lots of traffic noise and what I assume was loading/unloading of trucks which brought startling loud bangs. So if you’re sensitive to noise, maybe not the best.
Again, nothing the hotel could control and everything on their end was great

Had the most amazing stay at Club Quarters, Times Square - Midtown. From the warm welcome at check-in to the cozy and stylish rooms, every moment was comforting. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The central location made exploring the city a breeze and the amenities, especially the Lounge, added that extra touch of luxury. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

I've stayed at this hotel twice and it is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is very friendly too. It's a great midtown location close to Broadway, Times Square, MoMA and 5th Ave. Good dining options on the same block as well.

We loved the location and staff was awesome. The toilet was hard to flush and was loud. We were next to the elevator so we could hear it going up and down but it wasn’t loud. It was clean and guests were quiet.

Super convenient location to Times Square and Broadway, Rockefeller Center, 20 minute or so walk to Central Park. Hotel rooms was clean and spacious and the staff was very kind and helpful! There is a fair amount of garbage on the street where the hotel is located but that wasn’t unexpected.

I was expecting a room like this picture and it was not. Our room whilst tiny, had to bend around air conditioning unit to get on side of bed, TV was on the side of the bed, not straight in front, which were both disappointing, it was spotless, cleanliness A1 and would stay again, but I would check which room it would be.

The location is amazing. Not sure if that was enough to be worth the price. The room is very small and didn’t have a safe or mini-fridge. The elevator is extremely small, only four people can fit on at a time and only two of them. The room was very clean and the entire staff was awesome. Every one of the staff were very helpful at all times and with a smile and willing to help.

We really enjoyed staying there. The location is just perfect and within walking distance from the main attractions like Times Square, Empire State Building, Madison Square, Bryant Garden, etc.. very friendly staff and super clean. Would definitely consider it for future visits

While the hotel was convenient, and relatively clean, the neighborhood was terrible. 45th St. was an absolute mess - trash, litter, filfth. As such, I won't stay in hotel again. The block hotel was on - terrible. Not where I wanted to be with my young daughter.

tuvimos que esperar hasta las 6 pm para hacer el check in porque la habitación no estaba lista. nos dieron la habitacion 1211 que era una habitación club cuando habiamos pagado por una estandar. la primera noche pasó con algunos ruidos pero la segunda se pudiera comparar con una noche de terror. las conversaciones durante la madrugada en el pasillo se sentian como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra habitación y cuando abrian las puertas pensabamos que era la nuestra. cuando nos quejamos al otro día. nos cambiaron a la habitación 912 y las otras 2 noches sin problemas. nos guardaron las maletas después del check out muy amablemente.
We had to wait until 6 pm to check in because the room was not ready. They gave us room 1211, which was a club room when we had paid for a standard one. The first night passed with some noises but the second could be compared to a night of terror. The conversations during the early morning in the hallway felt like they were inside our room and when they opened the doors we thought it was ours. when we complain the next day. They moved us to room 912 and the other 2 nights without problems. They very kindly stored our bags for us after

This was an excellent choice for our stay in NYC. My mother is 80 so I wanted somewhere close to Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, St. Patrick's Cathedral, shopping and Broadway so we could walk without taking the subway or ubers. This location was perfect. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and toiletries, especially the shampoo and conditioner, from C.O. Bigelow were excellent. I normally have back pain when I sleep on a new bed. We stayed here 4 nights and no back pain! Also free coffee downstairs was delicious which is a bonus. Will definitely stay here again when visiting NYC.

Club Quarters staff were amazing, professional and keen to help. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Room service provided to your degree on request and free bottled water available 24/7 as well as coffee in the lounge. Additional coffee pods available on request for your room. Daily Happy hour in the bar saw half price signature cocktails which were popular.

Can’t beat the price and location. This property is fascinating… it looks super different the way is built, yet so intriguing! We loved staying here plus you get free water and coffee in your room. For us, that was a huge perk! We’ll stay here again for sure. Remember though, all hotels rooms in NY are small 😉

Easy walk to Times Square and Rockefeller center. Great Christmas decor in lobby with free coffee/tea all day. Friendly check in lady stored our bags when our flight arrived early. Rooms are clean, small with high quality bath products and toilet paper.

Overall, the stay was good. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because the bathroom could use some upgrading/TLC. Behind the doors in the entrance had some dust balls. Service was great though and quick to retrieve bags or anything we needed. Great location. Thin walls/ doors but didn’t bother us as we barely spent time in the room. Great lounge area to relax. I would definitely stay at this establishment again.

This Hotel is clean, and has all the amenities you would want for a small break.
No restaurant but there is a bar, and there are 5-7 Bars/Restaurants on the same street, plus a Deli style Cafe with amazing breakfast choices.
Smart TV works fine, wifi worked fine, Coffee maker in the room plus free Tea and Coffee all day in Reception/Lounge.
Yes the rooms are small, but as to be expected for the location which was perfect.
A few minutes walk in either direction takes you to Times Sq/Rockafella areas/5th Ave shopping etc.
Public transport 2 blocks away.
Surprisingly quiet considering all of the above.
Staff are very engaging and welcoming, nothing too much trouble.
Would prefer an in room safe, but reception does have safety deposit boxes for your use if desired.

My room looked nothing like the airy, bright room pictured when I made the reservation. Very small and had one tiny window up on the wall. No natural light and no view whatsoever. Very disappointed.

-Of course the location is the primary driver to book this property and that does not disappoint, however rooms are small and features could be improved, especially the bathroom door and layout.
-Staff at Front Desk is friendly and efficient at check in and check out.
-Good to know about the options with Housekeeping services in order to anticipate instead of finding the room not cleaned that day.
-Building design and lobby area are nice as well.
- I would come back but with a lower rate.

I was disappointed with the room, the service, and overall conditions with the hotel. Stay was for three nights and did not have room cleaned or even towels replaced during that time. At check in, the room wasn’t ready. I was told to return in an hour for the room. I returned in 90 minutes and still had to wait another 20 minutes for the room.
For the high room rate that was paid, the room, property, and service was very poor and signficantly over priced.

Location was fantastic, 5-10 minute walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Bryant Park and Radio City Music Hall. Lots of restaurants within a couple minute walk. Property was clean and staff friendly. Rooms are small but all you need. We had challenges with the temperature in our room, very hot or very cold. Got it sorted out but wasn’t easy to resolve. I’d stay here again.

I had a great stay here at Club Quarters Midtown for 4 days at the end on November. The staff here were excellent especially Joanne who went out her way to help by calling and reserving my transfer to JFK. I enjoyed the coffee and tea section and would definitely come back to stay when i visit NYC again.

The property was a 10 minute walk from time square. Check in was easy amd thr front desk lady helped me with getting information in how to get from the hotel to Metlife stadium for the Jets game. Would recommend staying here

We booked a standard room and the photos are not totally representative of the room that we got. We did not really have a window and there was no natural light in the room. The room smelled strongly of plastic and the hallways were very tiny.
We felt like we did not get what we paid for and would not have booked here, had we known.
The bed was comfortable, staff was very kind and accommodating, and the location is good.
