Sadly...we won't be back
The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our stay. Also the bars in the shower were damaged and parts were hanging off the wall and the body wash container had not been refilled. Was very underwhelmed in the value we received for the amount we payed.

I will never stay at a courtyard by Marriott again. When I got to the place I was totally exhausted. Could barely walk cuz I blew my knee out day before. So i couldn’t wait to get in my room. I get there and the TV doesn’t work. They made me come down to switch rooms. Got in new room called room service. Oh we don’t have room service. Not a great stay. Then swat was about to break into a room two doors down from me. Quite a night.

The front desk clerk was rude. When checking we got there all to find out they give our room away what we pay for. There was no other of its kind available. I then ask for my money back and they told me no refund when they didn't have the room i booked because they give my room away. Had to sleep in the car after driving all day and couldn't keep my eyes open. Really disappointed and still trying to get my refund.

But sheets smelled like body odor.
I called before making reservation to ask if there were any hidden incidental fees, and was told “NO”. Then, upon check-in, was informed that an extra $22.50/day parking fee was to be charged onto room charge…. I complained to clerk and was met with a stare.

Beautiful clean property. Stayed in a room with 2 king beds and a full size sofa bed. Larger than normal hotel room. We loved the beautiful rooftop pool and bar area. What a view from up there!
10-12 minute walk to the Atlantic Ave area.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to park right outside the entrance, covered parking area.
Highly recommend this property!

This was a great location to explore Delray Beach. The rooms were large and quiet, the staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s close to Atlantic Ave with all the shops and restaurants.

The location and amenities were just what we needed, but unfortunately they had terrible housekeeping and front desk staff weren’t diligent. At check-in our beds had stained bedsheets and the floors of the bathroom and shower were filthy. Made night shift staff aware of the room condition and agreed to keep the room for that night since we were exhausted. Received an apology and that everything would be taking care of the next day. When we checked the next morning, daytime staff had no idea of the issues with the room. Again apologized and said they would have housekeeping take care of it. Came back in the afternoon, nothing had changed. At that point made a request to change rooms. It was a lot of unnecessary back and forth.

We had an excellent stay. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The bar staff served great drinks and the pool was refreshing and clean. Finally, housekeeping was perfectly. Nice clean sheets daily and fresh towels. Everything was well done.

This hotel was centrally located and had large clean rooms. But the real star of the show was Adam the bartender! He had a smile that was contagious! He had such great, positive energy. Called asked for an early check in, came in for my nieces memorial service. We were told 12 would be the check in we arrived after 1 were told room was not ready. The front desk attempted to reach house keeping but could not reach anyone. Room was finally ready at 3:30. Once we got to the room it was NOT as advertised. The "Suite" was supposed to have a divider separating the pullout bed from the King bed, this would give my girlfriend and I some privacy from her teenage son. This was nothing more than a large room.

This facility is exceptional. The staff is very nice and helpful.The location is within walking distance to dining and shopping. The rooftop pool and bar is a gorgeous view and with exceptional service. We now have stayed here several times. WE love the Delray area and we certainly recommend this location as a go to!!

There were issues with the property and Orbitz at check in. I had to wait 2hrs for my room to be ready at a 5pm check in and had to get dressed in car for dinner. Very disappointing consider rooms were $300 . Front staff were as friendly as they could be staff but overall a frustrating experience with Marriott.

Clean and nice hotel. Great to find a magnifying mirror in the bathroom that could be taken to the room to do the make up. Great idea that we didn’t have last year. Some of the light bulbs in the room were burned. Please have your maintenance team check the rooms more thoroughly.

This property was so nice with friendly staff and very accommodating. When we had to evacuate for Hurricane Ian they opened their doors to our family and even our dogs without a question. I can't say thank you enough for them being so understanding and caring for my family and our dogs.
