The room was very disappointing, the furniture was badly stained the fridge and microwave were not clean (especially the buttons caked with crud) it wouldn’t take much to wipe the doors and handles clean. One of the beds squeaked like a rusty old machine when my husband simply moved in the bed. The front door barely fit the frame so you could see light coming in from outside. This place is being terribly neglected. I would recommend another choice of hotel for those who expect a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay.

Will NOT allow True Service Animals!!
Wouldn't even let me check in. Will not allow service animals over 25 pounds! Show me a true service animal under 25 pounds, not your emotional support dog that you carry everywhere. Then when I called him out on his ridiculous policy and that it was not Choice hotel policy, it was his own, he threatened to call the police!

Stayed here for a funeral last minute. Not only was the staff very rude and unprofessional, but the rooms were FILTHY ! I had to drive to a pharmacy just to buy disinfectant and Lysol . I was afraid to sleep in the beds , and even shower (that’s how disgusting these rooms were). On top of all of this , they charged me $50 for my underaged brother to be able to stay in the room with me. I am very disappointed with how misleading this property is . Don’t stay here !!

Pool was green. Stains on sheets. We left around 10 pm when a roach crawled across my son’s hand. Asking for a partial refund.

Not modernized, no place to put luggage and no alarm clock. Very noisy air conditioner banging all night. Expected more for the cost.

The room smells horrible. Like someone dumped a bottle of cheap perfume in here. I rented here for the pool which was closed and didn’t get a break about it and was not happier at all with service or premises

I normally don't do reviews, but the cleanliness of the room was questionable. My husband's socks were black after walking around for a short period of time. The hair dryer didn't work, actually the outlet where the hair dryer was didn't work. I told management about it after first night and it was noted. Nothing was done to correct the problem. Also, had another outlet that sparked when trying to plug in phone charger. Waffles were not good, had a bitter taste to them. Milk was sour. I was given milk out of gallon milk jug, but the rest was poured into the pitchers without dumping out old milk. My daughters room was supplied with only one towel for four people. Our room had two towels, but on the following day when my husband requested more towels and he was given a plastic bag to bring back the used towels in exchange for new towels. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again.

Floor was filthy. Towels and sheets had stains. Shower didn’t close causing water to go all over bathroom floor. Asked for non smoking room but room had a musty old smoke smell.
This was easily the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. I will never book a Choice Hotel again.

Comfortable beds but disappointing overall
We were disappointed in the quality of the hotel and in its cleanliness. The floor of our room was very dirty when we checked in. The walls were very thin so that when our neighbors got up at 3:30 am, we could hear every word of their conversation. And the hotel was located in a busy, noisy area - there was a group of men drinking around a campfire in the parking lot next door late at night that we could hear clearly.
The beds were comfortable, but oitherwise, it was a disappointing stay.

The lady was asleep in the lobby when we got there. I had to wake her up. Then it took 20-30 minutes to process one room. When we tried to shower there was no hot water.

Worst Choice Ive Ever Made in Hotel Booking
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The rate for a place like this should be $60 - Yet, They charged me $400 for one hour in a room after kicking me out for complaining about their transparency and cleanliness. When I first checked in, I was informed that there was an additional nightly fee of $25 because I had my cat with me. All the hotel booking said was "pet friendly" and the last 2 pet friendly hotels I stayed at didn't charge me extra for my cat. I protested at first but paid. Then was checked into a dirty room. There was mold all around the shower edge, pet hair everywhere, pubes and brown stuff on the floor by the toilet, a soap wrapper was in the sink when i first came in. I called the front desk for a room change, was denied, house keeping came by with cleaner in a smart water bottle, saturated the place in cleaner and mopped all surfaces - effectively spreading the pubes and fecal matter that was on the floor. Then I posted a 2 star review and they kicked me out. The owner promised me a refund if I took down my review but today I checked my account and I'm still short $400. All I did was take a shower. The owner argued with me for 15 minutes in the office. This place is a scam. I can't believe they charged me $400 for a one hour stay in a hotel. I'm reporting to BBB and Choice hotels

I arrived late and the lobby was closed so i had to check in through a 2 inch bullet proof plexiglass window, makingme question the security of the property. The lady checking me in was very nice. Once I got to my room I was under impressed. There was an armchair in the room that appeared to have been there from the 1970's. It was stained with dirt and grime badly. The rest of the room did look fairly clean. I would recommend that the ownership might look at replacing some of the furniture with something newer.

checked in at 11:00 and had to wait outside in the cold to check in through a window. Was charged an extra ‘service fee’ for using a third party to book my room. Did not use shower as it was old and gross. Sheet had what looked like a bleach burn hole in it. Floor was abit sticky. Would not recommend

Cheap, clean, decent stay.
It was a decent place to stay. The room was clean. There is no carpet so that helps. It was very basic but thats all we needed. Could use updating but for what we paid, we didnt really care. The guy at the front desk semed nice.

I am very picky when it comes to hotels! I was leery when I arrived outside! Positive points…this hotel is unassuming . It is beautifully decorated from the lobby to the rooms. The bed was very comfy. The rooms have a fridge and microwave. All of the decor is modern, the staff from the front desk to housekeeping are helpful, kind and friendly. So much so, that I extended my stay for another night. This is a family owned and operated franchise. You can tell that they are invested in providing their guest a “quality” stay. Outside of passing traffic when you exit your room, it’s quiet in the rooms. I don’t sleep well. I felt like I have gotten some of the best sleep I have had in a month just being here. The black out curtains actually work. I did not have to use my sleep mask or white noise. There is a rite aid a stones throw away. I really was impressed. Oh and the property is clean! I don’t know why this place had negative reviews, I believe it’s more so the quality, character and integrity of the guest enough have written poor reviews. Kindness breeds kindness, follow the rules, no before you go and you will be fine. I would totally stay here again! Thank you to the staff!

Horrible place!!!
It was the absolute worst stay I have ever had in a hotel/motel. The first night we woke up to House keeper trying to forcefully open our door. It scared my kids so bad because the top latch opened enough for the housekeeper to actually see into my room. The top latch actually was loose after, that is how hard they pushed on it. The next day they skipped my room for housekeeping, so I stepped outside to their cart and requested at least towels. They said they would be right back with towels, and they never came back. I than went to the office and they said they would bring me some in a little. That never happened. I went to the office later that night, and once again got denied towels. The guy in the office told me there was nothing he could do, and it wasn’t his problem. I thought towels should be available 24/7 in a hotel?!? I than told him I was very disappointed in the service at the hotel, and he replied with “thank you” We drove 9 hours to have a good vacation with our family, and this is the service we get. I highly recommend looking for a different place to book from if you stay in the area.

The pool was closed & this was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel, pet-friendly & an open pool. The TV wasn’t hooked up, we had to get help. The pet fees were high & should have been included in the Expedia quote. Will not book here again or with Expedia.

You get what you pay for
Bedding and linens were visibly dirty, dead bugs were near the heat/cooling unit, very apparent that it could use a thorough cleaning. Upon arriving we were approached by someone saying that she had been homeless for 6 months and was staying there, didn't appear to be a threat but still was leery of a stranger approaching us.

Door was broke couldn’t even shut it or lock it without two people and a tool, was charged $25 for a deposit once got there still haven’t got it back. Went to check out the next morning and couldn’t get the door to shut.

BEWARE!!!
Beware of this property. If you book them through hotels.com make sure you "pay now" and not at the hotel later. And make sure you get your receipt. They will try to charge you more than what you agreed to pay, then when you dispute it they may give you back less than what they need to and then report to hotels.com that you were a no-show so that you cannot get your stamps (despite clear evidence that shows you arrived and stayed such as credit card statement and Google maps timeline). The room was okay, but when house keeping came in while we were gone they didn't clean the room and they took all the towels. When we asked for new towels so we could take a shower on our second day they gave us the spotty towels with black stains on them. The check-in process at 10-11 pm took forever because there was an issue with the system, but the frontline staff that helped us were really nice. She was also really helpful when I called back about my dispute on the charges, but the owner or manager is awful.

The mattress had a big dip in the middle. No matter where you tried to sleep you ended up in the middle. The breakfast was very disappointing. We had to check in through a little window from the parking lot

Place had been renovated so it’s better than how it used to be when it was econo lodge. Room was spacious. It does get loud from traffic noise due to location.

Nice clean and updated. Great location surprisingly great condition given the number of hotels we have had to use while traveling with our furbaby. Definitely impressed and will stay again when we come back this way

Customer service sucks
The front desk people was rude and unprofessional the 2nd time i stayed there. My room keep kept getting deactivated and they kept changing the price of my stay on my card. When i asked about it tge man got nasty with me and told me it would come off in 3 to 5 business day. The key stopped working to my room door because the battery died in the door so the front desk lady had to let me in with the master key. They told me she hope i was in fir the day because she was not walking up the stairs again to let me back in my room. Room service didnt even come to see if we needed towels our second day and when i asked for some in the lobby the lady told me i was lying and they gave me 2 towels already so she only gave me one towel for 4 people. I'll make this place my last option to stay from now own.

Hotel is convenient to freeways. Check in took way too long for having a prior paid reservation and I was surprised by their requirement of a $25 deposit which was not disclosed prior to arrival. They must have problem with room damage bec they had many rules posted about visitors in the rooms; made the place feel low class. Also, the GM wasn’t helpful to the checking clerk when she had several guests checkin in at the same time and was having system problems. He seemed oblivious to customers.
