Staff was great
The staff was friendly, no problem there. However the place seemed a little run down. Not like other hyatts I've stayed at. I did complain, when i literally never do that the people upstairs were stomping around, flushing the toilet constantly, and used whag sounded like a drill on the floor right above me. I told the front desk and it continued, i asked for another room but that didnt happen. Usually not a big deal but for 3 days straight of not being able to sleep because of excessive noise was frustrating.

After 2 days no staff came to replace towels, soap, empty trash. Had to request this. No lotion or face wipes were given. First night fire alarm went off and we were made to leave our rooms for 30 minutes to lobby. This was the second night in a row this occurred here according to staff

Overall good stay! Room wasn’t as sound proof as I would like, because you could hear other guest walking hard in the room above us. We also could hear the toilet running in the bathroom. Also we had to make sure the door was completely shut because it would get stuck when opening and closing. Property is well kept and breakfast was better than other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Great for a business traveler or family
Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville was conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go. It's a nice facility that looks like it's been updated recently and nicely appointed. The room was ideal for me - it included a sitting area with a sofa and also included a desk for working travelers. I greatly appreciated having a refrigerator. I couldn't have asked for a better set up. There were small issues like the tile in the shower needing to be updated and both the sink faucet and the shower taking a longer time for the hot water. But it wouldn't deter me from staying again.

It was fine. Only problem i had was how you can hear conversations on the rooms next to you. The constant foot stepping sounds if you had a room above you and the hallway noise.
Marissa our host at check in and the bar was awesome! Thank you for recommending spot hero app for parking in downtown Chicago! I wish she was working the next day so we can thank her personally!

This hotel is definitely in need of a refresh
This hotel is definitely in need of a refresh. Bed was a little lumpy and the air conditioning ran constantly and was loud. The breakfast was decent. They didn't inform us on check in that the room is only cleaned every other day.

Family vacation stay

1. Room was not ready when we arrived at 3 and was given 30 mins late
2. The water in shower runs too slow.
3. The iron box leaked water
4. We were told while checking in the breakfast closes at 10:30 am, by the time we arrived at 10, the food was removed and we were told the breakfast closes at 10 am.

Computer system was down upon my arrival. They couldn’t check me in until an hour later. A small thing, but the person working at the desk was apologetic and really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable until the system came back in line. The room was clean a little dated, but nice.

Overall, our stay was okay. The room was a nice size for our family of 4, the breakfast options were good, and the staff was very kind. The couch cushions in our room had stains, as did the foldaway mattress. The pool is much smaller than the photos make it appear. The hotel had a "circulation issue" and ran out of hot water, which was especially challenging after an 80-degree day and a basketball tournament. Staff offered a partial refund in the form of loyalty credits "to stay at any Hyatt in the world." I'd rather have been refunded for our stay!

Carpet was sticky and there were stained everywhere, had to wear our shoes the entire time. Bathroom was very small with the toilet right in front of the bathroom door. No microwave, only refrigerator and coffee maker.

Great hotel will stay there again. Friendly staff and was able to check in on time. Checkout is at noon, which is nice and the room keys worked without issue. No hot tub but pool was relatively warm. Good included breakfast and coffee but I'd recommend getting a secind waffle maker and maybe have ones that beep to indicate when to turn the waffles.

Great room, wonderful bed and excellent breakfast!
The title says it all. The bed was wonderful, the room was clean, the shower was great and the free breakfast was fantastic. Eggs, corned beef hash, waffles...couldn't have asked for more.

I was very impressed with this hotel, staying for 11 nights to visit my mother in the hospital nearby. The staff were all so nice, so kind, and so friendly. Everyone from Paulina at the front desk, and Max Fitz, to Marissa and Melissa and Shasta who I’d just met the last day — were all so kind, friendly, and provided amazing customer service to any need I had. Paulina saw I was having a rough morning and came over with a cup of Starbucks coffee as I waited for my Uber. So sweet! Her husband, Max, also so kind, offered to drive me to the hospital and arrange for transportation the rest of the time I was there. So nice!! Breakfasts were generous and very good, and best of all, coffee. Is served throughout the day! Free! Nobody does that anymore…! The room was so comfortable and I loved the space. Bedding was also excellent. One issue I had was the heater, which would make rattling sounds throughout the night randomly waking me up. Other than that and some spotty WiFi, the room and hotel were just great. I will definitely stay here if I ever have to visit Warrenville again. Thanks, everyone at Hyatt Place!!!

Needs Work
This hotel has seriously deteriorated over the past year and a half. Pillows are stained, bathroom tiles are chipped, and carpets need to be replaced. A lot of updates should be in order for this hotel. We used to love coming here too. Th least two times we’ve been extremely disappointed.

Update rooms.
Room was small. Bathroom was tiny. No microwave. Tv was in front of a couch and not the bed. Layout was just off. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

No dining options in an isolated area (oven to cook/heat up sandwiches was apparently damaged by a power surge). You expect to be able to get a bite to eat in a $200/night hotel. Room and breakfast were OK.

This hotel is located outside the city in the suburbs, which is fantastic. The rooms are large, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Honestly best hotel choice for this area. Breakfast in the morning was great. It was actually a hot breakfast! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would completely recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. The climate control was good, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included fresh fruit and attractive hot selections. The location was conveniently near an interstate, and many nice restaurants were a short drive away. The only thing I can ding them on is the bath area. The sink was separate, so the toilet and shower were very small. Despite this, I would stay here again.

Very "so what" for the price
The hotel is "meh" for the price and has seen better days (carpet, wobbly floor when running suitcase down the hallway). Only two unwieldy luggage carts for guests - seriously hard to manage. Breakfast buffet was also "meh": subpar "huevos rancheros" option. Drinks at the front available for purchase were warm - no refrigeration. AC in rooms blows loudly in the bedroom area (one of those wall units).
On the plus side, I slept well and room was clean.
