Got an ocean view with a patio to sit and watch the ocean from. Also, nice to leave door open and listen to the ocean at bedtime! Clean room. Excellent service and check-in! Highly recommend!

We were 2 70 year old females with 4 suitcases and our room was on 2nd floor. No help was offered. A nice young man who was also staying at the hotel offered to help us. I feel the hotel staff should have offered.

Lady at the front desk was promptly knowledgeable. Our room was not ready for a pre arrival. She took our phone number and texted us when it was. We enjoyed the ocean front room. They shuttled us the cruise ship with was a huge help. All in all a great place to stay. A little cramped with 6 adults and luggage in the room but managable. Beds were quite comfortable. But not pillow top. I would stay here again.

We had a great time at the best western cocoa beach. The breakfast staff was absolutely wonderful with our children. The location is second to none. Right beside the pier and perfect to watch rocket launches. We were fortunate enough to watch two, within hours. one was at 530pm than one at 1:05 am. Such an amazing experience.

We arrive late to the hotel but they still had a restaurant open where we could sit and eat. They also served complimentary breakfast the following morning. There was also a plaza nearby where we shopped for some essentials.

Friendly staff and easy check in. Beach was easily accessed and we watched a rocket launch from there. Great location. Room was very old and needs to be updated. Rug was in need of replacing. Would NOT stay here again.

Fantastic hotel right by the ocean. So many well rated resturants within walking distance. Kind staff and amazing bartender at attached blue flip flop bar/pool. Public transportation is great too, bus ride is 1.50 per trip. Continental breakfast is so good many options. I would feel safe solo traveling here.

Great for quick stay
Greeted well even though it was after midnight. Given great information and assistance with shuttle services. The walk to the room was not expected and there are no elevators. The room could use some updating especially the shower which was super small. Breakfast was decent although a bit of a walk from the rooms.

Return visit to Cocoa Beach
Enjoy Cocoa Beach with a hotel close to the beach and Pier. Grocery store nearby and parking included. Good base for Kennedy Space Center.
Rates include a breakfast with good coffee.

After 15 hours of cross country flights I arrived at 1am exhausted and ready to sleep. I was able to check in quickly and the front desk gave me some recommendations for late night food that would deliver quickly. I was able to eat and get to sleep within about 45 minutes of arriving. It was exactly what I needed.

We stayed here for a quick winter getaway and loved every bit of it! We stayed in the oceanfront building where we found plenty of parking and the room was clean, smelled fresh, and had an outstanding view of the ocean as well as the pier and rocket launch site.
The beds and pillows were super comfy, and it was SO convenient having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Perfect for popping some popcorn for a movie or a late night snack to wind down!
We were literally steps to the sand, and the heated pool felt amazing after a chilly January dip in the ocean. The drinks at the Blue Flip Flop were also great and reasonably priced.
Very kid-friendly all around, and located in a great area. We felt totally safe walking all around the huge Best Western campus and around nearby shops and restaurants.
All of the staff were also great! I can't remember his name, but I think Nate was who helped us most often and he was a total delight.
The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious, and there were plenty of gluten-free options. The coffee was also really good, both at breakfast and in the room.
The staff were super accommodating when we had to check out early after our flight got cancelled and rebooked and did everything they could to save us a little money for having to lose a little vacay time.
I'll absolutely be staying here again next time I'm in Cocoa Beach!

We stayed here for 2 days after our cruise to enjoy Cocoa Beach. They were accommodating in allowing us to store our bags in the hotel until our room ready. Our room had cockroaches and they were BIG. They were not able to move us as the hotel was full. Pretty sure we will never stay here again. Great location but needs updated. Fish Camp next door was good.

The getaway to the WONDER!
One of the nicest breakfasts I have see in many of my hotel stays. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and polite and happy. Yes it need work on the equipment in the suite ( utensils, plug for sink wash dishes , paper towels, dish clothes. Ok for over night stay before going on Cruise.

The reviews of this place are not the best , but honestly I enjoyed it very much. We only spend one night but it was clean, the pool area was lovely . The staff are nice very accommodating. I enjoyed my one night stay here. Our room door was sticky and hard to open cocoa beach and the pier are right there.

Good location on the beach
We had an Oceanview room that was right above the sand, and watched cruise ships going to and fro Port Canaveral. If there was a rocket launch, we could see it from our balcony or the beach. The hotel was what I expect from Best Western, clean room and good hot breakfast buffet etc. Our room was missing something and we called and it was delivered to us quickly.

Very old facility. Smelled of cleaning products upon arrival. Bed was okay.
Got up to get my phone and cockroaches were on the other queen bed.
Needless to say, I couldn’t sleep the red of the night.
I can’t believe that this place was given such positive feedback.
Definitely will never stay there again!!!

Very nice property for the money. Bedding was excellent, better than most 5 star hotels. I like a blanket instead of a comforter and the blanket on the bed was just right for warm weather. Will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Perfect 3 night stay

We only stayed for one night but will be back! We got a kitchenette room and although it was only for a night, it was the perfect amount of room for 5! The balcony view was beautiful! The restaurant attached to the hotel is so much fun, can be a little expensive but a lot of fun! We are already planning a visit back to Cocoa Beach because of our stay here!

We didn't have a rental car but with numerous dining options nearby, we could easily walk or have a variety of foods delivered, or go across the street to the Publix grocery store. Meanwhile there's super close beach access, a heated pool, laundry, and fridge and microwave in the room.

Too expensive for the low quality. I recently stayed at this hotel and am disappointed by the state of the room despite the $344 spent. The furniture was old, the room was unclean, and the overall quality was subpar. I expected better for the price paid.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The bathtub did not drain when taking a shower the refrigerator did not work! The towels had holes in them, when you walk across the floor and your socks, they turned black from the floor being so dirty!

The staff is amazing. The guy behind the counter perceived how tired I was and it was rainy and cold and I had children in the car and upgraded us and I was so thankful of his empathy. Thank you! The grounds I wouldn’t say was the cleanest unfortunately. We only needed somewhere to stay for less than 12 hours so this did the job but wouldn’t stay longer.

This Is A Motel Rather Than A Hotel
There are 3 buildings in this hotel. But the one we stayed felt like a motel. We can hear every footsteps and flush of water from upstairs and next door. The room looked very old and the carpet is worn out.
Customer should be make aware that some buildings or rooms in this hotel are not in the same standard as it is marketed. And they should not be charged with the same price.

The AC did not work well. Couldn’t get it lower than about 74 even though the thermostat was set lower. There was also a stinky smell in the bathroom.

My family and i enjoyed our stay here. We only stayed 1 night but it was clean and we had a great view of the beach from the 7th floor. It was a short walk to the beach and a very short drive to grocery stores or restaurants. We would definitely be staying here again.

The unit was clean but had that old musty smell and overpowering air freshener smell to try to mask the musty smell. The door to enter the unit was stuck from humidity and very hard to open. I had to body slam it to get inside and use all my strength to open it from the inside. The shower water was luke warm at best. I like hot showers.

For its age and “motel” atmosphere we were actually pleased. Steps away from the beach (although we thought we had an oceanfront room booked ). It’s clean and friendly. Breakfast staff “Jackie” was just the sweetest. Downside is people leaving in the early mornings are so loud and not respectful at all. Kids above us sounded like elephants. Neither of which are the hotels fault.

Happiest of Anniversaries
Me and my wife stayed at the Best Western Inn and Suites on Saturday night to celebrate our wedding anniversary for the first time! We don’t have much experience with staying hotels as we raise a large family with six young children. This was our first getaway and it was very memorable! We enjoyed suite 409 with a partial beach view that also gave us a full eyeshot of the beautiful Cocoa Beach Pier. The front desk reception was so kind and courteous as well. Extremely accommodating and welcoming from the moment you open the door. That’s what we call exceptional service. Thank you Ms. Jaslyn!

The front desk was very friendly. They Let us check in early. Shuttle to cruise is only $10 a person, This is my second stay with this hotel for a cruise. Its on the beach, near the pier, walking distance to grocery & restaurants.
