nice little hotel, breakfast was nice but you can hear everything through the rooms thin walls we were kept up all night. but the hotel was nice & the amenities were pretty cool too i would go back.

At first glance, the property looked clean and modern. The views of the water were fantastic and we liked using the kayaks out in the bay. I would not, however, stay here again. It was so noisy (the highway and from something leaking outside) and the windows did not block out any of the noise. The beds were so uncomfortable (lumpy and thin), and the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting and covered in stains.

Late check in is non existent i called early in the day and told me if i arrive after 9pm to just call the after hours number no one aswered. For 40 minutes. I had to get other accommodations at 10pm.

Cute place. Paddle boarding, kayaking and bicycles included in destination fee. Well worth it. Great ocean view! Loved the kitchenette. Clean, comfy beds. Super friendly, helpful, fun staff. Need new lamps in the rooms and window that stays open in the bathroom. But very enjoyable place overall.

We had a great stay, the staff is very polite and easy going. The beds were some of the nicest hotel beds I've slept on. The room was clean and very nice. Great amenities, boat ramp, pool, lounge chairs by the water and ping pong tables. We will be back for sure!!

Inaccurate description of the facilities. I liked the room, and it was nice. The “private beach” is an area of the volleyball area. No access to water except if you have a boat. Got Eve same price or less there are better hotels if you are looking to do anything other than sleep.

Mixed review! Beautiful view.
Our tv didn't work and even though they said they would come fix it, they never did. They did remove the resort fee as a compensation. The kayak I took out was in very bad shape and not so clean. The view from our tiny porch was amazing. The villa was so tiny there was no room for a chair! Personnel were kind.

They canceled and did not notify me
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with [Fisher IN], and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Just 24 hours before my scheduled check-in, I had not received a notification stating that my booking had been canceled due to the hotel overselling their rooms. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and immediately reached out to their customer service.
What followed was a lengthy argument, during which I insisted on receiving the room I had already paid for. Eventually, after numerous complaints, they arranged for me to be transferred to their partner hotel, Hadley House. However, to my surprise, I was informed that I would have to pay the price difference for this alternative hotel, which was not the one I initially requested. This unexpected cost increase added further frustration and significantly impacted our vacation budget.
The entire situation left a sour taste in my mouth and significantly disrupted our travel plans. I believe that overselling bookings is an unacceptable practice, as it shows a lack of consideration for their guests' reservations and undermines the reliability of their service.
I appreciate that the hotel eventually arranged for an alternative accommodation, but it should not have come at an additional cost to me. This entire ordeal not only caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience but also soured our overall experience.

Not happy about the 'ocean view' and noise!
The property advertised a beach view but our view was of a parking area looking at a very ugly boat launch area. The pool was filled with noisy patrons and the beach area had tons of seaweed. The property was not what the pictures depicted...

Warmly greeted by Thomas at the Fisher Inn
We ended up in the keys at the last moment-our flight to Roatan had cancelled-we were warmly greeted by Thomas at Fisher Inn and we were soo grateful for his outstanding service. He gave us all kinds of tips for beaches and restaurants, and truly made our stay a great one!!! Our room had a lovely porch, and view, and we loved the property.

Terrible experience. The staff assigned two 70 plus seniors a room on the top floor which required walking up three flights of stairs. The smell of bleach was sickening. The two windows had no screens. Neither did the slider. The air conditioner wall unit was so loud that the sound combined with the roar of traffic on the overseas highway and the sickening smell of a gallon of bleach made sleeping impossible. Leaving windows open (no screens) left us bitten up with mosquitoes and sickened by the skunk like smell of weed being smoked by the neighbors. Worst experience of any hotel ever.

Clean and apparently recently renovated rooms were very nice. There didn’t seem to be an elevator to the second floor rooms. Nice (small) beach but swimming only in the pool not the ocean. A nice inexpensive option for short stays.

Amazing vacation

After driving 6 hours, I spent the first 10 minutes sweeping my room. An area of crushed chips greeted us as we stepped inside. I shared with the front desk that the room had clearly not been vacuumed and was handed a broom. Beyond the chips there are as the large toe nail on the floor near the bed. Then later that evening, the sand on the floor of the shower. Our last night there was no hot water. Front desk stated they had to reset the water heater. But the second person to shower still only had warm water. That said, glad we showered before staff left for the night or we would have been left with ice cold water. Will not stay at the Fisher Inn again.

Stay was average. Air conditioning did not work well, the room was stuffy and temperature never got below 77 for our entire stay. Did mention to the front desk and they said someone would look at it. That never happened. Requested our room to be cleaned after 2 nights, that also never happened. Pool was chipping and in need of repair.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room and facility was super clean. Staff was very hospitable especially the gentleman at the desk. Sorry I didn’t catch his name but he was super nice and helpful. Just wish the facility had a washer and dryer. Lady at the desk gave me a suggestion just down the street which to my surprise was actually very nice and clean.

This is a basic 3 star hotel that is well maintained, with mostly friendly staff, a small beach area and small pool with a very basic continental breakfast included. Our room was exceptionally noisy and if there would have been availability, I would have moved to a new location. All in all, we would stay here again. Nothing fancy, just a clean room in a good location.

Located right on the ocean. Could soak in the pool with the ocean for a back drop. Kayak and boat launch provided.Outdoor game area provided. Access to great eating places. Access road for options to enter and exit from busy Hwy 1. Nice friendly staff with knowledge of area for recommendations. A very nice stay.

Thomas at the front desk was professional & service oriented. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The location & property pleasant. We checked in on Sunday and checked out on Friday, 5 days. Despite repeated requests to have housekeeping service our room, housekeeping NEVER showed. We were there on business and at the end of a tiring day had to change our own sheets, pick up towels at the office and mopped the floor to our room.
Ashley, the mgr, did not respond to my email, nor the 2 verbal messages left with Crystal & Derrick.
The main phone line is rarely answered as the hotel has a useless and discouraging communication system.
The room keys had to be reprogrammed on 3 different days.
But the worst was not having our room attended.

We stayed in the new building, but the A/C unit rattles sounds loud and its very hard to sleep with that noise. Otherwise this place is a gem, and easy walking distance to many things. We will return, just hope you have A/C unit a little quieter!!

Great trip..Oceanview balcony was awesome. Just needed a toilet brush a mirror in the living area a larger garbage can and some kind of rollaway cart near the kitchen. There was no counter space in the kitchen.. and some cutlery was missing

No one cleaned our room the entire time. I found out on the last day we needed to "request room cleaning and sheets 24 hours in advance.". I'm not sure why this is the policy, but it wasn't explained ahead of time and left us with an uncleaned room for 5 days.

The stay was just okay for the value. Location was convenient, plenty of parking. We came during ‘hell week’ as the staff referred to it, so maybe our encounter would have been different at a different time.
Upon check-in, we were told that we’d be charged for parking our trailer (in a huge and empty gravel lot) because ‘There weren’t any notes in the system.’
(1) I called prior to arrival (per email instructions) to confirm there’d be no issue with us unhitching the trailer prior to check in (no mention of charge or any policies)
2) there is no mention anywhere on the site that there is a charge or that we’re required to notify beforehand
3) how am I supposed to enter notes into their system??
While checking in, I used the restroom off the lobby. There had clearly been significant water damage, as the sink is actually rotted out, the floors are caked in mystery gunk, and it smelled like a port-a-potty.
The rooms are spacious, and the standard includes a kitchenette.
Flipside: the floors were gross. Like, get out of the shower and walk across the room, black feet gross. They desperately need to be mopped.
We received 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 adults for 2 days. There is no front desk after 8pm, so if you run out, you’re just without for 12 hours.
We enjoyed approximately 4 minutes of heated showers. After that, water turns ice cold.

It was slightly questionable on cleanliness but we felt safe and secure. The included breakfast was ok most days but quite empty right at 8 am when it opened except on Sunday morning when it was fully stocked… odd but hey it was free food.

The property was nice, clean pool and waterside area was nice. Would be good for a night. Couch was uncomfortable and sounded broken when you sat on it.room is very bare bones right down to only half a roll of toilet paper. If your traveling with a lot of bags or have a hard time with stairs I would pass on this property. The breakfast was a pot of coffee and rude front desk person in the morning

The pictures on the site were not the same as the actual property or room. This is not a resort but more of a fisherman’s parking lot. The breakfast was non existent as not even a continental food was given. There was NO waffle maker NOR bread available to guests. The pool was small but ok. The place is overpriced compared to other actual resorts around the area. The staff was friendly and profesional. Over all Very dissapoonted.

First time staying here and I must stay I was very pleased with the room with balcony as it was very spacious and clean. The property was nice. I brought my 12 year old boxer and at her age she couldn’t go up the stairs as there weee no elevators so imagine carrying a 70 lb dog up to the third floor and down during our trip. Overall I am very pleased. I took my boat with me and it was convenient that it had a boat ramp and where to dock your boat even though it’s quite small. The pool was nice and staff was friendly. Would recommend to anyone

The first day we got there we were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. He was truly very helpful. He even helped us get an additional room for some family that was goong to be joining us the next day. The room appeared clean. Although I found a cup under the night stand, and hair in the bathroom. Shower has low water pressure and hot water takes a while to come out. The next day when my other children arrived with their girlfriends we had an issue with the then front desk clerk, they change daily, who kept staring at my sons girlfriend very uncomfortably. The situation was addressed. We wanted to barbecue for dinner, but they only had one grill. It is stationary. It's supposed to be gas, but no gas was available, so was being used with charcoal. We realized late that the toilet was clogged. It was about 10pm. Apparently after 9pm there is absolutely no staff on sight and no number to call in case of anything. We searched till we found the janitor closet which was left unlocked and took the plunger to fix the bathroom ourselves. The A/C also stopped working in the middle of the night. And again no number to call. The check out is suppoosed to be at 11am. The house keeping was already knocking on the door at 10am while we were still picking up. The continental breakfast consist of cereal cups, milk, coffee, tea, and little muffins or cheese danish. I will not be staying here again.

Everything seemed to be clean . I was just looking for a place to sleep and shower , and ended up using the outdoor amenities as well. Great spot to paddle out out and watch the sunrise on 1 of their free kayaks or paddle boards

Pros: room new and clean. Very comfortable. Quiet hotel. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful in assisting us with our issues.
Cons: no umbrellas by beachside. Umbrellas at pool minimal and one was broken. Pool needed to be tended to as pump was not working properly and water wasn’t clear. Breakfast area was not tended to and we had to ask for cup lids and replenish packaged breakfasts.
All it will take is a little TLC and this place would be a gem.

Tried to put my 22ft boat in water. And it was so narrow you couldn’t pass thru. Someone on property stole my phone off the dock and the person on property was acting weird and wouldn’t call the cops.
