Roaches
Was not in the room for more than an hour and roaches started crawling on the walls. I left immediately, and was told I was going to need to call back on Monday because the general manager would not be back until then to talk about the possibility of a refund. if I find bugs I should I have to talk about the possibility of a refund. The refund should be automatic. Disgusting hotel and abysmal service.

The odd thing was that there wasn't anyone in the office for an early checkout around 600am. A pull down door was pulled down, and I slipped the keys under the opening, per instructions of the answering service. Odd....

On the early morning of check out I along with other guest on the 4th floor was wakened from our sleep due to a very long altercation with guest arguing and fighting. This went on for a good 30 minutes. Those people left them came back up and continued to carry on some more. I called front desk several times and did not get an answer more a call back. I was very displeased by this.

My room wasn't ready at 1500hrs at check as stated it would be! So I had to take a first floor room. Sheets and Blanket was dirty with hair! After I told the on duty staff worker or Manger about the sheet and blanket. they wanted me to change the bed sheets!! I asked the staff member are you serious staff member. I stated that I didn'T WORK HERE!! The floor was sticky, VERY OLD BED! The pillows were so flat had to ask for 4 total, and still the pillows were flat!!! No room service for the weekend was performed, Toilet was broken...Very Small room for the price paid. VERY UNACCEPTABLE hotel room!! Will never stay here again!! Glad I only had two nights! The manager of the hotel needs to have an overhaul of the entire hotel!! Not enough staff to perform duties and give proper service to your guess!

We didn’t have house keeping we had to clean up our own room. Cause they clean up the rooms bi-weekly. Take out the trash clean the tub sweep the floor. A lady and her man was fighting 6 cops came to the hotel they was next door from me. I was on vacation I could enjoy my time being here and plus we didn’t have tissue for three days.

Beyond no frills
This hotel was not what I expected I'm just grateful that it was for one night only.
The clerk said to us that the hotel is really for people of last resort or in transition. But I mean it really was no frills.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this little gem. The 7 night stay was a bargain compared to others in the area. The mattresses were encased in protective coverings. The pillows were pleasingly plump for hotel pillows, not flat or feathery. We traveled with our own coffee pot/mugs, accessories and kitchen necessities, so using the kitchenette was a breeze. (Frying pan, spatula, paper goods and eating utensils) Economical and Comfortable.

While the location of the property was very convenient, the overall accommodations were barren of any real amenities. The queen bed was firm but comfortable, but the bed linens were thin, including just 2 flat pillows for the bed. As a suites property catering to extended stays, there were no dishes, cutlery or cookware in the room. The television used a satellite service but the remote did not operate the box nor did it work for the television except for the volume. To change channels one must get up and manually scroll using the signal box.

Property was not worth room rate. It was dirty, carpet worn out and had not been cleaned in room. You could see old food in the carpet. Bathroom ceiling falldown. Did not even get fresh towls much less room cleaned for 2 night stay. Trash can by entrance hadnt been emptied in days. Trash all over the ground

I had called the hotel and told them that I would be late to the hotel after 11. I was traveling so me and my partner came to the hotel after 11 and someone came to help us but they told us that they can’t check us in. They told us it was because it was the next day. But when I called earlier they said it was fine . We couldn’t stay so we was up until 3 close to 4am looking for a new hotel to stay at and personally me that was not right at all. This hotel need to do better.

The Slums
It was absolutely disgusting. The first room smelled like a smog of cigarettes. Then being generous, I requested to move to another room, thinking it may be a one off, I was wrong. The second room smelled like urine. Both room weren’t cleaned properly either. The tv remote had dust and grime on it. Mirrors were dirty in both bathrooms. The bed sheets had a stale smell. The only positive highlight was the front desk attendant, she was so apologetic and sincere, even though it’s not her fault. I honestly wouldn’t let my dog stay here. I literally checked in, attempted to find a clean room in the facility and within 20 minutes I was checking out on my way to a Hyatt for the same price. The pictures are so deceiving online, it’s simply filth and you can tell their cleaning standards are non existent. Quite sad considering Covid-19. Do not stay here, they don’t offer facilities worth a decent person sleeping in.

I booked up a room with 2 beds, 1 for my wife and I, 1 for our toddler son, while our daughter slept in a travel bassinet. When we arrived, to start the lobby area smelled like cigarettes (probably from people smoking right outside front door)
Our room as stated.. 2 beds. Well that didn’t work because the door was broken when bringing it up to the front office I was told it was broken by a previous guest (so you know it’s broken? Why not fix it?) there was no 2 bed rooms to switch into so we where put into a single bed. (Great a family of 4 with 1 bed)
The room made me wonder if the place was a rehab center before it was a hotel. At this point it was a wash and we just needed sleep. Then at 2am we are woken up by a fire alarm.
First time I was ever in a fire alarm where nobody left the rooms and acted like it was just a regular thing.
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels from below basic to high end all across the country and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The worst part is my kids had to deal with it too.
109$ down the drain when I could have went to a 40$ a night hotel and have a better experience.

You get what you pay for...
Long story short, you get what you pay for. Broken cabinets, nails sticking out of the wood, leaking sink, remote didn't work, sticky residue on table, no faceplates over the outlets, sticky carpet, dirty walls, hvac didn't work...i just needed a bed to rest for a few hours which i was able to do. But i was weary of the cleanliness of the bed after seeing the condition of everything else... happy to say no bed bugs at least

Horrible stay
Never staying there again. Found hair and sock lint in bed and hair in the shower. Room stunk like bodies that hadn't been bathed in a while. Front desk is not 24 hrs either had to checkout by shoving my cards under a roll up door. Check guy was horrible and was arguing with his girlfriend on the phone the entire time he was checking me in.

The staff could have been more friendly instead of acting like they were miserable, but i get it. I cant imagine working there either honestly and i deal with animal feces daily. Our room was filthy to the point where i refused to shower there and immediately showered when i got home and washed everything/threw away what i could. I get it, its a cheap place to stay, but take pride in where you work sort of thing. I wasnt expecting anything fancy, but a place to sleep. I definitely would have rather, and will do in the future, pay for a better place if it means it will be cleaner. Sorry, but i dont want stuff splattered on the walls everywhere especially where i sleep.

No staff is assigned to front desk. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to front desk so I could check in.
Non smoking room located on floor with smoking rooms so I could smell smoke in my room.
Pets allowed. Noisy pet in room next to me.
Police called to premises several times.
It was not the best hotel to advertise on Expedia. Am really disappointed.

Worst Hotel ever!!!!
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Not only did we have to wait 4 hours after checkin to get our room we only had 2 pillows and room service never gave us new sheets or towels. I had to go buy my own pillows. The absolute worst hotel ever!!!

The hotel itself felt like an hourly hotel. The room did not smell clean. The restroom door didn't have a handle on either side, it had a stuffed rag that looked like a boxer on the inside of the door to pull it when you close it. The phone didn't work, the TV had no reception and the wife was hard to get onto. They had signs all over that masks are required at all times yet everyone even management were not wearing them at all. We didn't feel safe, sorry.

The first floor hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. This first room I was given was not clean, no blankets the sheet cover had two big yellow stains. The lady at the desk was nice and pleasant, she apologized and changed my room. This room had blankets but not as well maintained as I would have liked. The tub was really small. Overall you get what you pay for! I would never stay there again.

The room was utilitarian. That’s fine. I knew I wasn’t paying for fancy. But there was no bedside lamp. Who wants to read in bed with the overhead light on? Nobody. There was no coffee, not even the cheapest coffee maker and cheap pods. That would be ok if there was coffee in the lobby. But there was no lobby to speak of. And no coffee. The shower temp got all the way to lukewarm and the towels were almost as absorbent as an old t-shirt. Bed linens were scratchy and made me uncomfortably itchy. I know I wasn’t paying for fancy amenities. I was paying for someplace safe to rest for 12 hours. But I didn’t expect it to feel like a YMCA circa 1993. If all this doesn’t bother you then it would be fine. But if you want a hot shower and coffee and a smiling face in a lobby, perhaps you should look elsewhere. One more thing, when I left at 6:30 AM there appeared to be no staff on duty and the parking lot was a little too dark for comfort. It was disconcerting. There are much worse properties out there but there are also much nicer places in the $60-70 per night range. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

No coffee pot in room, plug fixture broken and not even attached to the wall, cheerios in the air vent, no complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, no dishes or cookware for the kitchenette and nobody was available for check out . Not worth the moneyand i cancelled my 2nd reservation for next month after this experience

I don’t mind the nothing fancy part but I do mind the damn rollaway bed mounted to a wall. My husband and I are small people and this bed was not suitable nor comfortable asked for 2 extra pillows cause we only received 2 and was told no they didn’t have extras.

We paid for our stay weeks in advance. We drove from two states away. When we arrived in the evening, there were just random people just sitting on the cement by the door. When we came in the lady said they had let the people before us stay another week so they only had a double with a pull out couch left! She said we should never buy from the internet because they don’t actually know what they have available. I made her right it down that they had no rooms for us although we paid. I’m STILL waiting for my money back!!!!

I like the fact that it's being renovated but in my opinion if there is work to be done in certain parts they should not place short term guest in those parts. I was asked by the staff to leave my room opened for the workers to finish the carpet. Also the elevator is super slow.

Very basic suite hotel
Check-in took 15 minutes even though I was the only one there! Room was clean but very basic. 1 plastic coat hanger , no coffee maker, no Kleenex, no soap (was on order), no ice bucket etc. There was a fridge, microwave & 2 ring stove top but no cooking utensils, cutlery or crockery. A/C worked well and bed was comfortable

I ordered a room with 2 beds online (which cost extra). Get to the hotel they tell me they don’t have anymore 2 bed rooms. The first room was completely dismantle and not cleaned. The second one was ok. It was ok until we woke up to a roach crawling up the wall. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Waste of $100. Don’t stay here
