Property was spacious and clean. Kitchen is showing a little wear but still was very good to have. Walls are thin and there was so much banging outside my room (next room perhaps) that I actually thought someone broke in to my room.

Family trip to football camp!
We had a great stay! Only thing the fire alarm blasted in the middle of the night, but they let us stay a couple hours after check out time. Breakfast had some quiche bowls that were tasty!

When we called to see if we had a full kitchen they assured us all the suites had a full kitchen. When we got there that wasn’t the case and they could not accommodate us with one. We were there to cook some home cooked meals for our 93 year old mother. Very disappointed!

Relaxing environment, wonderful sitting areas (inside and out), fantastic-free breakfast variety provided (The small hot breakfast quiches are delicious), clean pleasant environment. The employees were phenomenal; friendly and so helpful!!

Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Accommodations were very nice. Most hotels offer breakfast, and Residence Inn was no exception. Where they differ is that the quality of the breakfast was outstanding - definitely a cut above the standard offering. Coffee was great.

We love the Residence Inn
We had to stay for a few weeks due to construction at our home. The Residence Inn in Surprise was a great choice. ALL of the folks that work here are super friendly. Our room had a kitchen which made things so much easier. They also have a hot breakfast in the lobby every morning. The beds are super comfortable.

No cold water. When its 114 in the shade it would nice to be able to take a cold shower or spalsh cold water on your face. I let the water run for ten minutes. Still no cold water! The front desk clerk upon check out was wearing a mask. He was hard to hear as I'm hearing impared. I would urge him to look at the most recent research on masking.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff and good breakfast. The one room suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It would be great for an extended stay. I was disappointed to find the pool full of leaves and some random trash blown in from the previous night's storm at noon the next day. I also had an employee key in and walk into my room without a knock or an announcement. He apologized and said he thought the room was vacant. About 45 minutes before checkout while I was getting ready for my flight I got a call from the front desk asking to access my room to change the CO detectors. I asked if it could wait until I checked out and they said that they were "limited on time but would try to do a few other rooms first." Not ok, so I just rushed out.

Great hotel, exorbitant pet fee
This was a great place to stay for the AKC Dog Show next door, and a preferred hotel listed in the program. Clean, seems new or close to it, very friendly front desk and other staff.
However, a $100 pet fee, no matter how many nights (we stayed only one) is exorbitant. Other Marriot Residence Inn locations charge $20-25/night.

We would definitely stay here again. Best hotel experience in a long time. Room was great with full size refrigerator, comfy bed, and couch. Breakfast in the morning was very good as well. Hotel is right next to a park and lots of restaurants near by.

Loved everything about the hotel. The staff in particular are some of the best I've seen when it comes to customer service. I travel a lot and will typically choose the Marriott brand. The attention to detail with amenities that make you feel comfortable when away from home is unparalleled. The hotel is beautiful, clean, central to area attractions and stores. It's my hotel of choice when staying in Surprise.

Great weekend
Love our stay, we went to visit my son at the base. This hotel is in great location, restaurant is nearby. Check-in was quick, the best part was breakfast. Having 2 boys, they ate a lot. The breakfast has many selections very fulfilling. Would love to stay again.

The property is clean, well kept, quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located to Surprise, Glendale, Sun City, and the northwest valley general area. What distinguishes this property is the exceptional service. Everyone on the staff is extremely pleasant, welcoming, and go out of their way to meet any needs you may have. Special shout-outs go to Travis, the General Manager, who not only made sure that we were well taken care of, but also provided a lot of helpful information about the area, Victoria at the front desk, who is terrific, and makes you feel like family, and Caleb at the breakfast, who always gets your day off to a great start with a hearty breakfast and a smile. We have been here twice in the last month and highly recommend it.

Great stay, Very nice apartment-like layout!
t was just the greatest. But, I thought it might not be, the AC fan wasn't working, the front desk got us another room just like the one we got but all was good there! It does cost but it was quite worth it!

Property is very nice. We've stayed here multiple times, it's always clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating, room is great, love the kitchen, bed is comfortable, room is upgraded and modern, pool is clean and warm, complimentary breakfast is very good, evening mixer nights on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are fun and have good food. We will definitely stay here again.

Unforgettable Stay!
The most amazing location and view! The apartment is located in the center of the old town plaza, possibly the best location and view in Krakow. We are 3 adults, got the Royal Apartment with two beautiful decorated, newly remodeled rooms, high ceiling with bay windows, smal kitchen that we used only for coffee. The place is surrounded with restaurants from all sides. Breakfast is served not at the apartments but at the restaurant below on the plaza. Love having breakfast with beautiful horse carriages and old buildings in front of you.
When back, will definitely stay at the same place. The staff at the apartments are here 9-6pm and the cleaning is done daily if you leave a sign on the door handle. Very courteous and kind staff, make sure your stay is unforgettable. Tours can be ordered at the hotel and convenient pick up and drop off by the apartments made everything hassle free!

Only one concern
The air conditioner was so very loud that I couldn’t sleep. Maintenance checked and said that it is loud but it’s new. I got another room with an older AC and is was slightly less noisy but still disruptive to sleep. However, everything else was excellent!

It’s a very nice hotel, as Residence Inns are; clean, modern, and lots of amenities. Two quibbles - the coffee supply in my room was not restocked each day & they were playing Fox News on the TV in the breakfast area.

This hotel was AMAZING! Very clean, the rooms were very spacious, much like an appartment. It had a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The continental breakfast had a great assortment. I would highly recommend staying here, the pictures online do not do it justice.

The staff was very nice. However, the property is being remodeled and there was equipment, building materials, obstacles, furniture constantly being moved, no place to sit indoors and outdoors to relax without noise, dust, or being asked to move so workmen could work. Since my husband is blind, this all made our stay unpleasant.
