The inn & suite is located in an historic district, check in is pretty easy the only they have you a map print it in grayscale and numbers and other doesn’t distinguish so took s a while to find our room, that mas is un full color in the elevators. Room is pretty with outdated appliances. In general the rooms was great. Bring your own cleaning supplies you won’t find it and after 5pm you can’t contact front desk/housekeeping they said had an after hours number it never connected. I didn’t pay attention due I was there for my birthday weekend.
Pool area is really cute and well maintained, due the hurricane couple time ago construction is undergoing and is pretty loud in the pool. I will love to just be able to relax but the noise and music from the workers made it a little compliments.

The rooms are huge. Kitchen fairly well stocked with needed items. Nice screened in balcony. Pool very clean and well kept. Not sure why I had to pay a cleaning fee since I was there a week and they never cleaned. Other than that reasonable price and nice facilities.

The property was excellent. It had whatever we needed in the kitchen. It was really clean and nicely furnished. Local food was not. We spent a fortune at one of the restaurants on site and it was disgusting. Note that most of the beaches around were private. The one public beach the lot fills up quickly.

Eating and entertainment options were right outside your hotel door. Inside the unit was great for families and friends traveling together. Units were quiet. I would definitely visit again if in the area.

Perfect family getaway
We were very happy with these accommodations. Not directly on the beach but a very easy and safe 2 1/2 mile bicycle ride to the beach. Bike rental just blocks away but we brought our own. We wanted to do some of our own cooking and this place was very accommodating.

Much more than I expected!
This is not your typical hotel. This was a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment! Check in was super easy and the staff is very friendly. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the music from the Boardroom but even that didn’t go late. Still ended around 9:30 on Friday night.
I will for sure be staying here again!

The property is a little overpriced. $1000 for 2 nights we think that is too much,
The property had nightly life, live music, and a bar.
Very clean, and very convenient.
No shampoo in the room.
No guard on duty. There was a strange person trying to open room 406. Somebody from my family that was in 404 told me that the guy was looking through the window since 1 hour ago. When he saw me, he was asking how to enter a room. We suggested he go to reception and we call the front office but nobody answered. I think they should have an emergency phone in case somebody needs something after 6:00 PM. Maybe they have, but they don't tell you at the check-in, or inside the room.

Dissapointed.
Hotel charged an extra cleaning fee of $101.65 upon arrival. Apparently this is an ADDITIONAL fee beyond what is collected by hotels.com. I was told this was a fee to clean the room but no one actually came to clean the room during the 3 night stay. New towels were inly provided upon request. We were told they were short staffed and were not able to clean the room during the stay those days. Still the front desk would not return the cleaning service fee. In addition, I noticed bites on my arm when I arrived home. Im wondering if these are bug bites since they obviously dont spend very much time cleaning the rooms and are short staffed. Very disappointing stay.

Rooms have been renovated. The satff and condition of the rooms are really good. Beds are very comfortable. After hours check in is a breeze! Glad it’s gone back to being one of the best and economical properties in Marco Island.

Pros: beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with very large screened in balcony. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. Restaurants/bar on site, so you don’t need to move your car. Pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Very nice live entertainment in the evening.

Perfect except for WiFi
Everything was very good they upgraded our room at no additional charge the space including the 2 bedrooms and a patio was very large. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge. The only issue we had was with WiFi and TV. When the TV was on at the same time as the WiFI the picture would breakup. We had to unplug the router to watch TV. Not sure if it was still an issue left over from Huricane Ian.

We booked the trip for my moms 60th bday. She’s had a busy year so far and really needed the recharge. She was soooo happy. The hotel upgraded her room to a water facing unit. Then there was so many fun things for them to do at the hotel like live music and great food. They had a full kitchen in the room which made sandwich packing for the beach easier. Overall, she felt rested and recharged after her two night stay here!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great, beautiful location with lot's to do. Only one complaint they need better instructions directing you to the check in lobby. We spent about 10 minutes trying to locate the office. However I would definitely recommend this hotel and come again.

Loved it except for the floor,it needed to be mopped really badly!!! Walking on the floors bare footed leaves your feet black!! Take a shower and 5 minutes later you have to was your feet.

Staff was nice. But could not get extra linens or blankets after 6. (Unbeknownst to us). That was frustrating. When staff was there they were nice. Neat area.

The overall maintenance was substandard. The hot tub was excessively - unsafely - hot. The unit was dirty and had poor maintenance. No ice maker in the fridge and the common ice maker was broken. The toilet in the master bedroom took 20 minutes to refill every flush. The restaurant turned us away because we did not have reservations - no notice of requiring reservations. The site map did not show how to get from check-in to parking. no signage.

The unit was spacious and well decorated. The front desk personnel were friendly, efficient and helpful. The location was great as you can walk to the restaurants in historic Old Marco, Snook, and Marek’s. You can also walk to the bike rental store. But what would bring us back is the great customer service. Olde Marco Inn is a hidden gem on Marco Island.

No parking just for guests. It is shared with 3 restaurants, 1 bar, and shops. So from 5pm-9pm good luck... we sat and waited 15 minutes for someone to leave. Pool and hot tub only open till 6pm. Room was nice!

Instructions for late arrivals after 6 pm needs to be clearer - had a wait to get code to get into suite due to arriving at 7 pm after office hours, but there was a restaurant next door so we went to eat so it was all good! Would stay here again!

We were very disappointed with our stay for the high cost of the property. At arrival in the unit, none of the TVs in the unit worked. When we asked for assistance, there was no one available on the property to assist with the matter. The only one on staff for the entire property was the same girl that checked us in. Her offer was to move us to another unit which did not have TV service either. We were only staying for one night and the whole experience was a hassle. No one bothered to call us to follow up on our stay or experience. The Inn was pretty desolate and highly understaffed. We will not stay there again.

This place was horrible. Upon arriving the lobby was shut down. When checking in at their make shift lobby in a guest room we were informed the pool would be closed our entire stay. They were tenting the entire main building for extermination. It was noisy not to mention concerning to even be on the property. I feel like I should have been made aware of the situation prior to arrival. I would have canceled my stay. Very disappointed.

The condo itself was spacious, comfortable and had a wonderful screened in porch. We liked it very much and would definitely come back.
One thing that would have made it a bit easier would to have had a bit more kitchen items available. There seemed to be the bare minimum.

The room was well equipped and clean. My only concern is that the windows don’t have blackout shades and made sleeping difficult since the hallways have a light that stays on all night (a good thing) but it interfered with restful sleep.

In the photos they show beach but I was disappointed because there is no access to the beach and you have to go by car about 10 minutes to go to a closer beach. But besides that was really nice be there. Peaceful, clean, comfy.

I’m not the type of guest to writes reviews, however, I have to do it in order to warn other people about this cheap hotel. Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel, never in my life have I slept on a bed more uncomfortable. This property was “appointed” with the absolute cheapest items possible: cheap sheets, dollar store toilet paper, rock hard and noisy beds, tiny paper towels, and the list goes on.
They charged me $85 for the cleaning fee but we found roaches of all sizes and ants all over around, I called the receptionist to inform them about this situation and to ask to change the room, the only answer was, I call you back… I have to talk to my manager… still waiting. TVs on rooms never worked, I had to use my iPad to watch Netflix. we had to stay there for the whole weekend where each morning woke up stiff and in pain from the horrendous beds, sheets and pillows. It has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in on Marco Island.
Had the price been $60 or less per night then I might suggest taking it, but at ridiculous $400/night for this motel, this is absolutely not the place you want.
The pool could be something that could have changed my mind to write this review but it wasn’t in good condition as well.

Our suite was perfect! We had a two bedroom suite with kitchenette, eating area, gathering area and balcony that spanned the side of the suite. The only drawback from this hotel is that the pool was very warm (didn't have any chillers) so it wasn't overly refreshing in the Florida summer. The hot tub was a little on the hot side. The food was really good. The Soleil Bistro was good but pricey. The breakfast cafe was delicious and priced better. Another bummer was that the shops weren't open.

I made my reservations and worked extensibly with Kelsey. SHE WAS FANTASTIC!!! We were celebrating my girlfriend's 50th birthday and I wanted to make it special for her. I asked for a room that had bay views and a bouquet of roses, done and done! She was so happy when she walked in. We slept with the porch doors open to catch the Southwest Florida breeze, and it was wonderful.

Not ideal location
We stayed for five days at the Inn at Marco suites. It was about $800 per night. For that money I expected something much nicer. We had a unit that face the street and was very loud. The property was not full so I’m not sure why they didn’t put us in a better location. Pool is dirty don’t even go near it. Check in was OK. The young man who checked us in was new and didn’t know anything about the restaurants or really anything about the property. Many of the rooms are getting he locks with electronica cards. Of course we had the room they didn’t have that and they would only give us one key. So we had to keep our room open and hope for the best because we had five people and we all have different schedules etc. All in all if you’re paying 100 or $200 per night this place would be fine. But not for the exorbitant fees we paid.

Everything was great. Four restaurants on property. Pool and hot tub were nice size and not crowded.
Shops on property as well.
Air conditioning had tripped due to high condensation in trap. Maintenance man arrived and fixed it within one hour of us calling manager.
Could use more toiletries and coffee bags to match number of guests and days staying.

Room was exceptionally dirty. Shredded towels. Filthy air vents. Literally black. Bad to breathe in. No hot water. Banged up cabinets and missing knobs and shower stopper. Master bet had a GIANT sink hole on door wall side. Linens had yellow and black stains all over. Floors were filthy dirty. Not COVID approved by any means😕Checked out early
