Very convenient location in the city. Can be a little bit noisy but that’s to be expected in the city. Just the occasional emergency vehicle sirens. Room was clean other than the hair I found in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Good and bad
Overall my stay was ok. Hotel was modernized and inviting. The wifi in my room was horrible. The tv channels were disconnecting often and made it unwatchable. The shower functioned poorly. Not sure if i was given the black sheep of the rooms, but I would not stay there again.

The room was lovely, sized right for the two of us and was warm, despite the cold outside. We walked from the train station and to the Seattle Art Museum and could have walked most places that we visited. There is so much to see within 4-6 blocks of any direction!

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city
The hotel room was spacious and the view was cool. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again in the future.

Stayed there because it was so close to Lumen Field. We drove up from Portland to see the Eagles / Seahawks game. It was a 5 min walk to the stadium. Our room was on the 10th floor with a view of the bay (recommend getting a room with a view) The room, staff and valet were GREAT! We will be back.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to everywhere we were planning to go.
I did not like that there was no on site parking. While having the valet there was great, it was very expensive to park since the hotel leases out their parking facility. Our bathroom was bit dirty, vents and baseboards were very dirty. The hotel bar and restaurant were not open as much as I think it should be especially on a weekend where so many were there for the football game.

It was great, EXCEPT for the valet, they forget to check us in which means we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the car when we were checking out and we needed to get to the airport. The only other complaint was the master light seitch that was connected to the bath room, very strange. But overall it was good, we would stay here again. Walking distance to pike market placr, the ferris wheel and all kinds of restaurants.

I had the Caesar Salad and Salmon for dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was very, very good! Delicious!
The front desk man dressed in Seahawks attire was very helpful in suggesting sights between Seattle and Edmonds, where I was headed. So nice and helpful!

Easy and comfortable for Seattle Sounders fans
We spent 5 nights here so we could attend soccer games at Lumen Field. The hotel was very nice, the room very chic and comfortable, and the staff very pleasant and helpful. We could easily walk to the stadium as well as plenty of other places (restaurants, Smith Tower, ferry dock). We will definitely stay again if we come back for more games.

Valet terrible experience, hope you didn't drive!
Valet was some combination of malicious and incompetent. Wouldn't acknowledge the growing line of people, then when we finally made it to the front she kept saying she couldn't see my car, which was right in front of her. Mind blowingly terrible customer service. This person should not be in a public facing role. Also, bed was hard as concrete. Otherwise, it was great.

Not sure if it was an option for this hotel, but I would have given 5 stars if the bed was more comfortable. A room with a king size memory foam bed option would have been much better.
Otherwise, we liked everything else about the hotel.

Appreciate the no charge early checkin as requested. No bedding in room for sofa bed. Called three times to Frontdesk to provide. Staff who brought the things was very rude and abrupt. Hair on blanket. 0730 am Housekeepers talking across hallways and opening/closing so loudly. I woke up and actually went outside the room to see what’s going on. No consideration of guests might be sleeping at this time of the morning.
Frontdesk staff took care of the parking charges for the inconvenience. Appreciated that.

Our plans included dinner and a Mariners game. This hotel is within walking distance to T Mobile Park and there were ample restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. It is a big city and the location is right downtown so it was noisy with traffic and sirens. Nice room and the desk staff were friendly.

Room was ok, clean and spacious. I was a little disappointed that no parking was included, paid $61 for a night to park the car. Breakfast was average and also has a separate fee. For over $400 a night I wasn’t impressed. 15 minutes walking distance to the T-Mobile park, the sole reason why we chose it. Otherwise not worth the $$

Staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel room was dirty, the parking was astronomical and the hotel
restaurant was very limited and average at best. The pool is downstairs in a dark basement and looks nothing the photo online. The nightly rate is similar to a 5* so I would pay the extra $30 and stay at the Fairmont. I would never stay here again.

Easy check in and check out, walking distance to everything, clean room, comfortable bed smd pull out couch for the kiddo. Pool is small and no hot tub but it’s nice enough to swim in circles. The pool area smells like a mix between chlorine and mildew. Zero street parking so the only option is $65 valet which is a huge con and the reason we likely won’t stay here again.

This is a great location if you are going to any of the stadiums for a show or a game, it's and easy walk to Lumen Field.
My only negative is the rooms are super expensive and then they want to charge you for a bottle of water. I would think 300 to 500 a night would include a bottle of water.

Great hotel - clean, kind staff, beautiful air conditioned room, I was on the 13th floor and had a view of the water/port which was gorgeous. The hotel is also in a Convenient part of town, where you can walk to Pike Market, some coffee shops and restaurants etc. but the surrounding neighborhood is not the most updated, clean, or safe. I didn’t really feel safe walking around especially not at night, Pioneer Square is very dilapidated in my opinion.

The hotel staff are wonderful and incredibly friendly. The valet service is efficient and worth the price if you bring a vehicle. Location was within walking distance or a quick drive to many of the areas sites. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with our 4 year old and there was plenty of space. Lots of big so windows with great views.

Room was clean and spacious for the most part, but dated, worn and used. The bathroom was sufficient but poorly lit with what felt like industrial, cheap lighting. Fixed height, non-adjustable shower head. Bed was really comfortable and the view was lovely.

The elevators were very small but they were speedy! I tried to make a coffee in the morning and it was obviously very old and dry. I could not drink it. We appreciated how many towels were available for all of us. The pull out bed was definitely better than most. Overall a pretty great experience.

We had HUGE problem with the valet parking. Was told to move the car because of double parking left but the attendant parked other cars but refused to help us! Did not the weekend good for us. The bartender at the bistro was super nice.

We found the area to be very convenient and never felt unsafe. Walking distance to waterfront and space needle area. Pioneer Square is a fun spot. The hotel staff was great. Super helpful and kind. The hotel itself the rooms were so quiet other than city noise you rarely heard people in the hallways or other rooms as in most hotels.

Never stay at courtyard Marriott in Seattle 2nd st
The hotel placed us double bed when we reserved a king size bed. We got a wall to wall views. There were other guests hair in the bath tube and the shower walls. We wanted to use the pool but water was muddy looking with a bandaid on the bottom of the pool.
We will never be back or recommend to anyone staying at this hotel. Front desk wasn’t friendly either and seems as if they’re only there because it’s a job they had to be there.

The hotel is older but rooms are clean. Parking is $61 a night but saves you the hassle (valet). 3rd street ( a block behind the hotel) is full of homeless people so an area to avoid for sure with children (lots of drug use which we saw) Hotel is close to T-Mobile (15 min walk) and the walk is quite nice. Overall location. Is great. We enjoy our time seattle and will come again.

The Courtyard Seattle Downtown hotel is centrally located, the staff is very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend the hotel, specifically with respect to being closely located to the Seattle ballparks.

The hotel is great but the restaurant on the main floor, The Bistro, was less than ideal. We were excited to have breakfast there before setting out for the day but we waited for 45 minutes for our food which was bland and overpriced. However, the staff was very nice.

We had two rooms. Both rooms were to have sleeper sofas in them. Neither room has sofa sleepers. One family has to cram three people onto a king bed.
We were checked into a room that was already occupied by a different guest.
So far this has not started out well.

Overpriced, seedy neighborhood
Hotel was nice but in a seedy area of town. Convenient walk to the light rail to get to the airport, which is why we chose the hotel, but there is a large homeless population on this side of town. And they never bothered us but watching one of them trying to light his crack pipe as we were walking to the light rail with my toddlers at 4:50 in the morning wasn’t a great experience. It was overpriced and we would not stay here again. I will stick to the area closer to Seattle Center/Space Needle where it is nicer.

The room doesn’t have good sound proofing. You hear homeless people screaming, hallway doors slamming, construction, all of it. I was on the 8th floor. I didn’t have good quality sleep for the 4 nights I was there.
The area where the hotel is located feels very unsafe, homelessness is pretty nuts there. I wouldn’t stay there in the future.

Property is great room comfortable and clean restuarants in hotel and several within 5 to 10 minute walk, just be careful street vagrants.
