Very pleasant..... Staff in general were helpful...
My one big problem was the milk on the breakfast buffet tasted off....
On the last day my husband drank from the small carton and it had curdled.....He was so sick couldn't drive far so we had to spend the night in another hotel on the way home because he was too sick to travel.... The experation date was fine but moving them back and forth is not a great idea....Suck it up and leave the for guest all day ..
Also the juice should be left out.... Cutting corners doesn't say much.

Most hotels never give a refrigerator with a freezer for freezer packs travelers take but this hotel gives you a full, large refrigerator WITH freezer!

Great place to stay, highly recommended
The room was clean, updated and had all I could want. The breakfast variety was excellent. I must compliment both Emily and her co-worker, sorry I forgot her name. I asked if I could get the breakfast sandwich without cheese and she made the sandwich. Every day after that they remembered and made sure that I had a sandwich waiting for me. Even when I overslept they looked for me. The front desk person, Krisha was personable and professional.

Everything about the hotel is just perfect! Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast bar had a very nice assortment and was well stocked even near the end of the breakfast hour. Our room was very clean with a comfy bed and had a full mini kitchen. Cupboards had ample dishes and if you really want to cook you could borrow supplies, including a crock pot. Highly recommend!

Staff both the day I arrived and day I checkout was super friendly. Room was clean with great amenities. Breakfast in the morning was good and area was very clean. Easy to park when we arrived. Cute outdoor tables. Great location to groceries, restaurants, target, starbucks!

The hotel was modern yet had facilities that were impressive. A full-size refrigerator was greatly appreciated as well as a kitchen area that had everything one would need. Then to add they had a great breakfast for free. The staff was very friendly and the place quiet. We will be back next time in the area.

1) the breakfast was great. 2) everything was clean and neat 3) The carts for transporting bags were less than adequate. You need some tall carts allowing for suitcases and hanging valet bags. 4) Parking: For some reason 10 DHS trucks took up 10 spaces all the time.

Power outage refuge
The room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Very spacious as well. I live locally & power was out for 3 days at our house, which caused us to stay in a hotel. The front desk was so kind, we brought our dog, and they were so welcoming. The woman at the front desk told us if we needed extra time the next day, it would be no problem. Quite a few residents of our mountain were there for the same reason & we all gathered at breakfast the next day. The breakfast offerings were awesome & fresh. Also extremely clean.

The website advertises a full kitchen with an oven-I got a two burner cooktop. It also shows a bathtub in the pictures but all I got was a walk-in shower. If I had known I wouldn’t get what I wanted, I wouldn’t have paid so much.

They didn’t clean the room or bring any towels.
The safe didn’t work.
Wanted to call front desk, the phone didn’t work.
Called the front desk from my cell phone and BRIAN a very rude young man said he was gonna put me on hold.
I said I am calling from my room, and
he said I have a bunch of customers in front of me, you need to wait!
I said - but I am a customer too and using my cellphone because the phone on the room am I am paying $400 a night doesn’t work.
He said - you need to wait on hold because I don’t want the phone here ringing on me all the time.
And he just cut me off while I was still talking.
What a rude person!
Should be fired!
On the other side I found a young lady working the next day at the front desk who was absolutely wonderful, helpful and very efficient. Her name is APPY and she was the only good thing at this place.

Best chain experience in a while!
Pleasant stay; hotel is spotless, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. There were thoughtful little extras we noticed - (fire pit, gas grill, breakfast go bags), and the breakfast sandwiches on croissants were tasty. I found the pillow cases a bit scratchy, but that could be detergent. Would stay again!

This hotel is in really easy drive to the skyline drive. The staff are friendly and there are lots of shops and restaurants close by. My husband loved the small breakfast they offered.

Great stay at a really nice hotel. We got a room that had two bedrooms. That was nice. And the kitchen had what we needed to make dinner. Rooms was clean and nice comfy beds. Each bedroom and the main living room had its own thermostat. Nice hot breakfast with really yummy options. One of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had, and I’ve stayed in many hotels. We were there as a family for one night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Really friendly staff. Highly recommend. Close off the interstate and the entrance of Shenandoah National Park. Close to shopping needs.

Standard internet access was not available. I later was told that I signed up for high speed, which I cannot verify. I am told that I ordered a high speed service. If I did it really didn't work either. In any case I would never have ordered a fee for service since I would have used my hot spot. This made an otherwise super experience so bad that I will avoid Marriot in the future.

The girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and clean. I look at myself as somewhat of a hotel snob and I would totally stay here again. I did not try the breakfast but the stay was great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but very little water pressure. Breakfast choices were poor and there was a limit on the few hot items they had which was a first. I usually stay at Holiday Inns but I think I’d pass on this particular one again.

This was a great place- the room and lobby were extremely clean.. but I was VERY disappointed with the location of our room- beware- if you are in room 003 you WILL NOT SLEEP AT All!! The elevator is literally backed up against the wall of that room and every time it was used, the noise was unbearable!! We were stopping here on our way to our final destination to rest up, and that was nearly impossible! We definitely should have been warned about this- I would have either asked for another room or simply went to another hotel. There are several in the area that, I’m sure, did not have this problem. Lesson learned- a restless tiresome lesson. This place is well deserving of a five star rating- but my experience definitely rates on the low end.

This was a very clean and well maintained property. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a little smaller than expected but still nice. My only complaint is the lack of parking. Our second night there were no available parking spots on the lot. I had to get permission to park in the electric car charging spot. People were also parking in the handicap and out on the street. The staff was helpful and assured us we would not get towed or fined but it was disappointing to not have a parking spot for every guest. They said they are working on expanding the lot at some point. Just be aware if you can’t find a spot you’ll need to go in and have the staff direct you on where to park. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and no complaints on cleanliness which is most important to me.

Staff was very accommodating and joyful. Super easy check-in process. We got the 2 bedroom suit which was great. Didn’t use any amenities since we only were passing through for the night. I would definitely recommend!

Very nice stay and friendly staff
When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by Geoffrey at the front desk. It was a nice welcome after several hours on the road. We noticed that the hotel opened in 2019 and it still has that newness feel to it. Our room on the 4th floor was clean, well lit, with a small kitchenette, and everything worked just fine. There's a large wall mounted TV which can be swiveled for viewing wherever you're positioned. Our only concern was that being on the 4th floor, it took quite a while for the hot water in the bathroom to get up to us. It just seemed like a waste of water. There is small breakfast buffet in the morning but we opted to eat elsewhere because of greater variety. We would definitely stay here again when in the area and highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I came here for a conference and couple's getaway. The staff were always super friendly, even under stressful conditions like a city-wide power outage. We walked in our room and thought we had hit the jackpot. It was so spacious and clean. The bed was so comfy and the shower was fit for a king. We definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was great! Had everything we could've needed for a week long stay. No issues with cleanliness! While there, 2 nights for a local conference, the power went out for half the night and until well after we left for the conference. The hotel handled the outage smoothly, except breakfast options were lacking, which made for a long day. The second morning we were excited to have power and full out bellies before the conference, but upon arrival to the lobby we realized that breakfast started later on Saturday. Our options were literally, hot chocolate powder and hot water, coffee, and oatmeal packets. Was disappointed that leaving at 6:30am for a conference 3 miles away would mean no breakfast again.
All this being said wouldn't let me from staying here again. Had breakfast options been more accommodating, like fresh fruit, breakfast bars, cereal and milk, etc, available at 5-6am, i would've given 5 stars!

Nice place to stay
The room was extremely clean. The building is new or updated it was nice having a pool which was also very clean. Breakfast selections we’re better than most continental breakfast offerings appreciated the water bottles.
