This property was a nice option for the price and its convenient location just off of I-75 was great. It’s fairly dated but adequate for an overnight. The front desk clerk was very friendly upon check in.

Checkin took about 20 minutes because of the number of people checkig in, only one person at the desk, and a slow process. The person working was good and kind, it just took longer than I would have l Iiked and than usual. The breakfast was average, not great coffee and slow in coming. Room was good.

We started at check-in. I reserved a two-room suite. They gave me a single king. When I went back to the desk, they argued about my reservation even though I showed it to them on my phone. Finally, they pretended to do me a big favor by giving me the room I reserved. Brown water comes out of the sinks and the shower head does not work. Lighting in the rooms is poor. This is not a place I would recommend unless you just have to stay there.

Not up to standards
This stay was simply to allow my great granddaughter a place to nap prior to her participating in a wedding later in the day. Knowing how 2 year olds can be we felt a place close to the venue was a good idea. The biggest issue with the room was that it was old. The ceiling was patched, the plumbing in the sink was loose and it all just generally felt like the room needed to be upgraded.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I thought I should write this one to help other people make their decision whether they’d like to stay here or not.
Me and my husband only stayed here for 2 nights, but I was shocked about the state of our hotel room. Without getting into too much detail because I feel like I can write a lot lolol, the room we stayed in was just dirty.
Multiple stains on the bed sheets and pillows, cigarette burns on the blanket, stain even on the lamp, multiple roaches, bed bugs, and low water pressure in both the sink and shower.
We have pictures too of all these things described (except for the bed bugs because they were too fast for us to capture) and will be posting them in another review.
Hope this helps! And to the owner of the hotel, I understand that this facility is old, but it would be worth putting in a little more effort to keep the rooms clean so that visitors can have a pleasant stay.
The positive thing and the stay was that everyone was nice and helpful.

Having to put a $100.00 deposit and only to get it back after they checked to see I DIDN'T STILL TOWELS, that should have been on the booking part and I COULD OF CHECK ELSWHWER TO STAY.

If you like mold you found your place.
There is mold in the sink area and the water pressure was lacking. I was exhausted when I arrived showered and went to sleep. The bed was super uncomfortable very bouncy and you felt every move made in bed. I woke up Friday morning to my nose stopped up tons of congestion (I take an allergy pill everyday) I walk into the sink area and find the mold. Take some more allergy medicine gather my stuff to leave and the morning person was super rude, and acted like our business didn’t matter. They also charge anywhere from $50-$100.00 for an incidental hold.

Everything was rusty, including the drawer handles. The shower was full of rust. There were crackheads sitting on bags on the sidewalk. One tried to lure my son in law across the parking lot to "check" her vehicle.

There were baby roaches crawling around as soon as I walked into the room. In the mornings someone was beating on the door at 10 am even though I had a noon checkout. They did not speak any English. When asked for help working the coffee pot in the room my father could not find anyone who spoke English to help him. I was quite disappointed how bad this place has gotten.

We arrived on Saturday at the normal check in time we were given a room all the way in the back of the property where it seemed to be that's where the management staff had been putting all its residents.. That night which was the Saturday we checked in from driving all day we were kept up until 4 AM from noise from Spanish people blasting their music and screaming in the parking lot because they were drinking, The next incident was cars racing in-and-out of the parking area behind the building, Then there was 2 black ladies walking around talking loudly into their phone via speaker phone and walking up-and-down the hallways And the final thing was the condition of the room it was filthy dirty there was a hole in the wall next to the bed a puddle of vomit that had been all dried up and hard as a rock, The floors were filthy dirty I ruined a pair of brand new socks and my cat that traveled with us killed 2 very large palmetto bugs, the bathroom smelled like urine, and also The front door did not seal and did not have weather seal on the bottom of the door it rained that evening very hard and the sidewalk outside the door was flooding and the water came in the door my Family member and I took care of the water coming in the door And did not report it because I'm not a complainer unless the conditions are disgusting and they were.. I took pictures that I showed friends Who also work for state emergency management here in Florida ..

This Quality Inn is quite appealing from the outside. The room and bathroom were clean at first glance, but upon more close inspection, not so much. The floor and toilet could have been cleaner. Good points: beds and carpet were clean, AC worked fine, an in-room fridge (also worked fine), as did the hairdryer. Did not use shower, so cannot evaluate. Traffic noise was disturbing at times. Front-desk staff were efficient and friendly.

Condition of hotel was awful. Would guess built in the 1970’s and hasn’t had an update since. Foul smell outside.. Didn’t look visibly dirty but extremely run down. Walls were dingy. Pealing paint. Don’t normally stay in Quality Inns but there were very few options and for $150 I figured it must be half way decent. It was not. I walked into the room and turned right back around and left to find another hotel. Had to drive half hour to find something else.

They have bed bugs and the room was not very clean the property needs to be better maintained the fridge didn't work so I lost food while I was there was not enough towels for me and my girlfriend I had to go ask for more I do believe it will be my only and last stay there. If I was a jerk I would demand my money back

Property was dirty. Place was full of what appeared to be migrant workers who were drunk and high everyday. Unsafe for a family given they would make inappropriate comments to my wife and daughter. There was a domestic assault while we were staying there. Pool was filthy. Rooms were in poor condition. I will never use this hotel again.

The lobby is beautiful and the front desk woman was very nice. However, when we got to our room it was not nearly as clean and nice as the lobby. The bathroom is in dire need of a deep clean and a fresh paint job. The bottom of the tub was dirty or stained and there was a used ponytail band on the floor near the toilet. Made me wonder how you clean a bathroom floor properly and don’t pick that up.

When I came into lobby to check in, the smell of cleaning products was so strong I had to cover my face. After driving for a couple hours to get there, I really needed to use the restroom but it was out of order. Waited to check in for a little while, which felt longer when having to go to bathroom. Woman was very nice though. Get into room and the smell of cat pee or some other horrible smell was in the room. I am assuming from the ac unit leaking and the carpet. The carpeting was gross. I took my sandals off to get ready for bed and had to go wash my feet and continue to wear sandals in the room so that my feet did not touch the ground. In my haste to go to bathroom and get my stuff in the room, I failed to check the adjoining door in my room until later in the night. The door was unlocked which was very unnerving for a single woman traveler and the door knob fell off as I was trying to get the door locked. I almost considered sleeping in my car or the lobby because I was quite freaked out. All of the a/c units leaked water including the ones on top floor which leaked down over the walkway. I guess you all use bleach in the lines because it dripped on me and bleached my pants. Only plus was the pillows were comfy. I will definitely be trying a different hotel next time I have to stay in the area.

The property was conveniently located right off I-75 and was close to Brooksville. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice a clean. The only negative is that the hotel is a little dated but that is also probalby why nightly rate is relatively cheap.

Not very clean found multiple strands of hair in restroom and in between sheets not very well cleaned , seems if housekeeping doesn’t dust either everything on nightstand was dusty to top it off roaches by the nightstand some air freshener would be nice.

Older building with updated rooms. Quiet and safe. We were there for a very short stay and it was just what we needed. Breakfast could use some work because the free breakfast was something we looked for with booking and it was not that good.

We arrived after driving several hours out of our way to stay here since it was pet friendly. We paid an additional $250 pet deposit on top of our stay cost. Once we got checked in, we went to our room, exhausted. When we got inside we could not believe what we had just came upon. There were hundreds of cockroaches along the corners of the room, beside the bed, next to and under the chair. We immediately took our things back to our vehicle and went back to the lobby to let the receptionist know. They were friendly and asked us to show them pictures and once we did it they also could not believe what they were seeing either. I got a hold of Expedia, which was not much help stating they could do nothing about getting a refund. The hotel manager was out but the staff were friendly enough to get a hold of them for us to try to get a refund for our stay. The representative I talked to from Expedia was not the nicest person. She basically told us she could not help us with a refund or anything else and continued to ask if there was anything else she could do, when she never helped us in the first place.

Cleaning lady staring over walk-in talkie she gave me towels when she hadn’t. Front staff and breakfast worker were great. We checked out early. NOT AS EXPECTED
During this time with COVID issues still around, the room cleanliness was not good. TV remote not disinfected and was found on the floor near trash can, bathroom had two dead roaches behind door, vacuuming if done at all was very poor. Was told that coffee was available 24 hours, and when we went to get a cup was informed NO COFFEE AVAILABLE UNTIL BREAKFAST TIME. I had to spend extra to buy coffee elsewhere.. very disappointed at this time.

Bugs in room
Older property. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Easy access. Room appeared fine. Went to bed and woke at midnight to use rest room... Turned on light by bathroom to find bugs scurrying around the sink counter. Too much for me to handle. It was midnight. Paid for 2 nights and this 1st night. Paid for 2 nights. I dressed and left. Didnt get 2nd night refund. Don't stay here.

Not worth $125/night, that's for sure.
Really fell short on the cleanliness issue. Upon entering the room I moved the ottoman to put my bag on the chair, only to find popcorn on the floor where it was. In the sink and bath areas it looked like nobody had even swept for a week. I know labor is an issue these days but rooms have to be clean. Then, upon trying to check out before 6 a.m., I found the lobby all locked up; nobody on staff. There was a phone number at the drive up window, saying "I'm on property...call xxx-xxxx." But nobody answered either time I called. And lobby did NOT open at 6 as the sign at the door said it would. VERY frustrating, when you have to get to work.

Overall great location by the interstate and the room was nice, clean & comfortable with a refrigerator & coffee pot. Problems were a toilet that would not flush even a kleenex, so we had to flush from inside the tank and the breakfasts were lacking. Very few choices, no juices at all, and the coffee was outside in the lobby. Overall though, clean, safe, convenient, and we understand Covid is effecting everything, so we would likely still try it again.

The office staff were friendly but the place needs maintenance. Stairs were filthy and you hesitate to grab the handrail. Spilled liquids down the steps from the maintenance guy dragging bags filled with cups. Roach droppings on the bath floor.

Front desk gentleman was pleasant. The room was nasty, smelled of pet urine. Walls had holes. Trash all outside on walkways and parking lot. 99 a night was overpriced for condition and cleanliness of this motel. Will not stay here again.

I have stayed at this property a number of times over the past decade or so. It was convenient to my grandfather when I arrived too late to go directly to his house. The property has gone downhill over the year and was downright disappointing this time. The "updates" to the rooms were poorly done. The rooms were not clean. I wouldn't use the shower at all. The clerk at check-in was friendly enough. I did not encounter any other employees. This stay was only for the night as my grandfather's funeral was held the next morning. Had I needed another night I would have moved to another hotel.

Room was not clean. My daughter and I went up to dollar general to get cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves. Sink didn't drain, shower didn't work, poop stains in toliet and towels had stains all over them. We sucked it up for the first night after we cleaned it. But woke up itchy and rashy. We booked a different hotel after that night. Would not recommend.

I arrived at the Quality Inn and Suites near I75 and Highway 50 in Brooksville Florida on Tuesday, 11/23/21. The check-in process was quick, friendly, and my room was very nice and appeared to be recently updated.
That was my last positive experience for four days as things slid downhill very quickly. Unusual weather for Florida moved in with low 60’s for day-time highs and 30’s for night-time lows. On Thanksgiving Day, it was cold. Unfortunately, it was even colder in my hotel room. The heat was inoperative! This was in Room #113. On Thanksgiving evening, I called the front desk and let them know about the problem. I was assured it would be fixed.
On Friday, 11/26, I arrived back to the hotel to once again find that the heater was inoperative and was told that it “had been fixed”. I challenged them to come and try it for themselves. The female operator refused and for the 2nd time I was promised it would be fixed. I was not offered another room. You guessed it. It wasn’t fixed so on the morning of 11/27; I directly approached the front desk rather than calling and spoke with the clerk. She told me that “no one else had complained so she didn’t understand why I was!” She apparently thought I was an idiot, but these heating/cooling units are “stand alone” as many hotels and motels have with standard heating elements. 4 days no heat! Staff was friendly and responsive to needs. Deadbolt on door needed adjusted to lock. 1st two nights were quiet, next night someone kept trying to get in our room and police responded, last night we hardly slept due to guests talking and yelling outside our door and/or in parking lot.

Arrived after a long hectic woirking day. The clerk was very unfriendly, unwelcoming. The clerk did not say anything about the location of my room until I started running around looking for an elevator. I had a greasy spot on my hand during checking in. and informed ladies in line to being careful about unclean front desk. the clerk seemed not interested. Asked about location of my room. true low level service at the front desk. the room is clean though.

There were active homeless people living in the back parking lot where our room was located. It caused constant noise all night long. Staff claimed they were unaware, but not sure how they could be. By the looks of things they had been there awhile, living in cars, etc. Felt unsafe at times.
On a lesser note, the toilet in our room did not flush.
I wouldn’t recommend.

I will absolutely never again stay at any quality inns again, especially not this one. When we walked into the room with our 4 children it smelled like smoke (we booked a non smoking and they gave us smoking). We immediately noticed throw up splatter on the dresser and lamp, the mirror was dirty and it appeared as though nothing had been wiped down never mind sanitized in the midst of Covid! Then to top it all off my 6 year old daughter found a toe or fingernail in the bed. I was disgusted and we left immediately to a new hotel. I have been calling to contact the manager since then and have been ignored. The staff either says he is not there or they take me number and haven’t called me back. I am in awe at how unprofessional the entire staff has been. Do not stay here!

The lobby was closed when I arrived so they make you use the drive threw check in. It wouldn’t have been so bad but the line was long and a man decided to park his car and walk to the window, the lady checked him in before the rest of us! (I had already been waiting 40min.) The carpet felt gross so I didn’t want to take my socks off.
What I liked is that there is parking right outside your room, you don’t have to go through the lobby to get to your room either. The ac works great, shower was nice and hot! Over all it met my need of a bed to sleep in however if your looking for more than a night I don’t recommend.

Room 221 had feces on the bathroom wall and the back of the door. The sink was clogged. The towels had yellow stains on them. There was a wasps nest inside the room. Overall It was just a dirty and unsanitary environment. I didn’t even stay the full night.

Pretty basic hotel. The room looks nice at first glance but after really looking could use some updates. The beds were very uncomfortable to me. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave. They did have bagged breakfast which wasn't to bad. I think the price was a little high but it is summertime
