Best western not to best
Ac did not work, bathroom was dirty and bed sheets were yellow and humidity smell coming from room. I’m a contractor and there has to be mold in that unit. I ended up leaving early and sleeping in my truck. Money back would be good. Unbelievable to pay close to 200$ a night for this.

Somehow my stay was wrong on expedia, the manager at the desk was so amazing, she spoke to the expedia rep and changed my date wen she didnt have to and was amazingly professional.....great service great place to stay...if i have to book again in the Naples area this is theone

Room smelled musty. We opened the balcony door and aired it out each time we came in and it seemed to clear it out. Maybe it is the rug? We kept our suitcases on the floor with our belongings in them and everything had that odor to it and had to be washed when we returned home.

Nice hotel BUT
Pros include the condition and cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel. Rooms are well-furnished and location is perfect.
Cons include the noise of the heating/air-conditioning units (sounds like a jet plane is landing in the room) pillows are awful, and despite not allowing checkin until 3:00 PM and requesting checkout by 11:00 AM the noisey cleaning staff starts early in the morning and the elevator was always stopping for them. With one of two elevators not working and breakfast in the lobby from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM waiting time was far too long.

The room was nice with a balcony, mini-kitchenette. The balcony overlooked a small pond in the back which was nice. There was some road noise from 75 but it was not very noticeable except on the balcony.

Thankfully we only had to stay one night. Our room had a smell when we walked in and we discovered one of the beds squeaked. Hotel could use some color. It had a depressing feel.

Enjoyable!
This is our go to hotel. It’s a great place to stay. It’s quiet, the jacuzzi is great, the pool area is always clean and enjoyable. The customer service is always wonderful, staff is friendly and attentive to the guests needs.

Perfect!! Zero complaint, good breakfast
Big clean and comfortable room, very good conditioned bathroom.
My husband stay 3 consecutive night that we have to book each day and they give him same room every day in perfect conditions. The included breakfast much way better than averages in rest of hotels that he stay of same price range.
Next time we will look if we have this hotel around before to book in any other. Very happy, zero complaints!! Unfortunately we dont have pictures but the one on hotel.com are accurate with reality.

Decent overall but not recommended for vacation our romantic getaway. Seems like most people staying there are construction workers from the local area. Many work trucks and sketchy cars people in the parking lot. Weird artificial fragrance pumped into long expansive hallways throughout hotel gave me a headache by the time my room was reached. Elevator broken and tagged out of service. No trash can in room, spots of cleaning chemicals our something covers all wood surfaces in room. Pillow are small and do not span across entire bed. Wouldn’t stay there again. Much better hotels located just across the street home 2 suites is beautiful and right there.

This property is very unique in that it is a historical hotel and it has been recently purchased by a lovely family who is renovating it. The minute you step in the front door you see that it isn't your usual hotel. There is a large staircase and bookshelves and a vintage style. I didn't love the intense amount of incense they had going. I would recommend they scale that back a bit, but to be honest, I don't like incense. I also recommend they get an ice machine that the guests can access easily versus having to ask a staff member to open the locked kitchen in order to get ice. The room was adequate with just a few glitches that are being addressed in the renovations.

First, let me say how hard it was to communicate with housekeeping. Everyone spoke Spanish and didn't understand English. Second, the continental breakfast was underwhelming. The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also, the dresser drawers kept opening. Lastly, it would be nice if they had some water bottles in refrigerator for their customers. Not the most pleasant stay. Will not be back again.

The staff were all very polite,room was well decorated and clean,my only problem was with the A/C!!,hardly got as far as even being cool!!,The maintainance guy was out Sunday and Monday to try and fix it!!,it was a little cooler after Monday afternoons visit,but,Nowhere near cool enough given the outside temps,same thing happened last time we stayed there,gave us a different room last time,apart from that,all was well!!

Good, clean hotel. The lobby and hallways were scented with a nice fragrance. No musty smell anywhere. Our room was clean and spacious. I felt the a/c wasn't cooling enough, my wife and child said the room was 'freezing'. Who knows, maybe I got too much sun that day! The pool was good, not too much chlorine. Didn't try the hot tub. The only minus, and it's a minor one, was the breakfast. Yes, you get the usual standards, but not up to par in my book. Overall, very pleased. I've stayed here before this visit and I'll stay again in the future.

Fire alarm went off in a room next door at 4:30 am, called to the front desk to ask what the alarm was. She simply asked what room I was in and said yeah no we can’t stop it. Alarm didn’t stop for hours. Sleepless night was not a bother to front desk. Only stayed here because it was close to the hospital and my father was having open heart surgery.

This hotel was older, but we were pleased with our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone is super friendly. The breakfast was delicious every day, and there was lots of variety. Our room faced a pond on the backside of the hotel. We saw turtles, ducks, fish, and various wildlife. We enjoyed the private balcony experience. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the air conditioner. It struggled to keep us cool. We like it cold, and the ac missed the mark! However, it wasn’t enough of a problem to worry about, and we stayed almost cool. The front desk promptly sent someone from maintenance to look at it, and I feel like if he could’ve made it work better, he would’ve. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again,

The staff were warm and inviting. They made us feel at home. Kathy was at the front desk. She was delightful. We didn’t know the name of the other woman who was working at the front desk but she also was very welcoming. The staff in the breakfast room were always attentive.

We loved our room and the balcony was a bonus. The front desk clerk was extra friendly and made sure we had a room away from a group of teenagers staying there. Our room was very quiet. Spacious room with a complete bar with a refrigerator, microwave and sink. Large bathroom. Very clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast included was so-so.
My only complaint was the air freshener smell throughout the facility. Very strong. I am fragrant sensitive and it bothered me. I removed the air freshener from the AC vent and put it outside. Then I smelled cigarette smoke. We had a non-smoking room, but the ventilation system is all connected. I didn’t sleep much because of the smell.
Unfortunately, because of the air freshener and cigarette smell, I will not stay here again.

The rooms had tiny little pillows to sleep on too firm too hard the beds were old. The hallways in the lobby had some machine spraying air freshener every minute could not breathe in the hotel covering up some kind of smell. Would not stay here ever again
