I only stayed one night but was charged a deposit twice. I hope I get all of my money back. When I got there it was a huge argument between a tenant and the receptionist. I think he was rattled but I shouldn’t have to pay for it

The best part was the Location.. Right off highway exits. Literally. The bedding was VERY questionable as to its last wash, blood stained should not be reused! Cockroaches are more friendly than the desk manager. I also booked a " water front" room since on vacation trip.... NO Water even Close!!!!

The room was dirty the beds all had burn holes in the bed and smelled like cat pee. It wasn’t a hotel I’d recommend for anyone to stay!

Seemed to be aged bloodstains on the sheets. Couldnt get a replacement room nor compensation at check out. Killed 3 roaches. Tv had only 4 channels. Fridge was leaking. Shower knob spent in full circles; so finding the right temperature was like playing with a combination lock...

Stayed here for a softball tournament
I stayed there for days in front of the pool room 124. Everything went well quiet no problems without so I can noise for the Joe disturb sign on the door. Nobody bothered me.

We had to be moved from our first room due to overwhelming smell of a 3 day toking session in our non smoking room and the clear uncleanliness overall. Even the bedding was still dirty, took a picture and went straight back to the front desk to request a new CLEAN room.
Also the furniture was very beat up and rough. This hotel room was on the cheaper end so we expected some level of an upgrade being needed but what we walked into was awful.
The room we were moved to was a small step up, now concerned with whether or not this room was actually clean or just made to look that way we spent 20 minutes wiping down everything before we would bring any luggage in the room.
Also concerning there was stack after stack of mattresses and box springs directly outside of our room in the parking lot, which hopefully was not due to an outbreak of bed bugs.
Not the hotels fault but the families staying next door to us were loud and continued to bang into our 2022 truck. It was hard to discuss with them why this was an issue due to a language barrier.
Just would not stay here again in the future. We did move over to another hotel across the street after day 2.

Dirty and Unkempt
Dirty and unkempt. Walls had unpainted patches. Headboards we’re either broken or held held up by screw heads. Exceptionally dirty. Was very disappointed by this stay.

Nastiest econo lodge I have ever seen. Several homeless people camped out by the pool! Multiple men coming and going to meet the prostitutes staying there. We looked around and immediately cancelled our room! Would not recommend to anyone! Very unsafe! Very dirty!

Disappointing Stay / Dirty and Disgusting
We arrived with a pleasant greeting and even enjoyed a short conversation with the front desk before checking in.
Once we got to the room, we immediately noticed several issues. First, there was mud or blood on the carpet, couldn't tell what it was. Then, we noticed water damage on the ceiling and a dirty bathroom.
Our king size bedding had cigarette burns all over it with dark and light stains. The whole place smelled like marijuana and cigarettes.
Then, at 1 or 2 in the morning, we heard gunshots very close to the hotel.
This was definitely my worst experience with an econo lodge.

The only room they had was a smoking room we had 2 children with us and the room smelled like ass tiles broken in the bathroom exhaust fan did not work cigarette burns in the sheets pillows were flat and only 3 pillows per bed why not 4 i dont know light above the sink did not work at first shut the bathroom door then it came on but on the other hand it was a place to sleep for the night nice tv with cable also seemed like a decent area parking lot was well lit the girl at the check in was nice

Carpet in our room was filthy. Hair dryer didnt work but they provided a very old psuedo working one to borrow. Houseleeping was very loud and insistently came by at 9am each day of our 4day trip. No breakfast, no complimentary toothpaste.

Not a nice motel
I wouldn't recommend this motel. It said we had continental breakfaat for 4. Unfortunately that was a lie . Also stated coffee maker in room which again another lie. The room was very nasty. Mold in refrigerator, food under bed etc.

Don't stay here with your family!!!
My two young children found a sex toy in their bed, we also found some narcotic drugs under the bed and a credit card... The "house cleaning" at this facility is obviously minimal if any cleaning is done at all. It's really very disgusting! I understand that this is an economy hotel, but this is completely unprofessional and out of line.

We didn’t get too stay because the handicap room we asked for they already booked it. Thank God we didn’t have to stay there it’s so much better going to the holiday inn . Please people it might be a budget stay but they are the rudest unfriendliest hotel I ever booked with and 30 extra dollars is worth it book it somewhere else!

Terrible service
Booked it under the impression that they had roll away cots (according to amenities on hotel.com). No roll away cots when we got there.
The customer service was well below par! The man behind the counter was rude. Online also stated there was free continental breakfast and there was NOTHING. When we asked the man behind the counter, he said “we were on vacation so we should have money to eat out. If we didn’t like it. Leave. Go somewhere else”

It was ok for the money.
The 2 gentelman at the front desk, werent helpfully or customer service person, the saty was ok, quiet and no problem , but the romm didnt have a iron table and the iron was brokend. After telling the guy at the front desk , he was sorry and never did anythong about.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Blankets and sheets had huge burn holes. Furniture was stained and dirty. This place should be closed. I will say the manager was kind enough to give our money back.

I've stayed at other Econo Lodges and other hotels for approximately the same price but this one was by far the dirtiest. The rooms smelled like smoke (even the non-smoking rooms and we tried two rooms before leaving) and there were stains on the sheets. The front desk attendant was accommodating when we asked to switch rooms initially and then refunded our money when we realized the second room was dirty too and we didn't feel super safe on the property.

The room stunk like stale smoke. The customer service was not all that great. It is advertised that they have breakfast, but they don't actually have it. Unfortunately, we were surrounded by people smoking weed, so we got to smell it and listen to them until about 3AM. The maintenance man was the best part of our entire stay. He was extremely friendly and helped us with our luggage.

Upon arriving to the hotel, I was greeted by locked doors and being told I needed to speak to the receptionist through the "night window," which is basically one of those bullet proof windows with a dropbox to exchange cash or cards. I tried to check in at 1:00PM and was told the room would not be available till 2:00PM, because that's the check-in time. The parking lot was almost completely empty, so I had a hard time believing every single room was currently either occupied or dirty. She then told me that if I didn't want to wait for an hour, I could pay a $25 "early check-in fee" and the room would be ready. I then repeated this back to her because this really didn't make any sense – I said, "So, you do not have any rooms available until 2:00PM, but if I pay you $25, you have a room ready?" She said "Yes, how will you be paying?" Clearly anyone with a brain knows this is just a way to get extra money out of me. Since I was already in a rush, I paid the $25 and immediately got my key card. Turns out, the room was ready the whole time! Crazy surprise, right? The hotel is actually a motel, which means I could see ALL rooms and ALL doors while this whole process was happening. No cleaning staff, no one coming in or out, just an extra $25 and a lie for me to check into my room before 2:00PM. The room was OK at best – one of the outlets didn't work, multiple outlets burnt out, and a general smell of the hotel and rooms was old cigarette smoke. Bed was comfortable, noise was OK.

Stayed there twice in 2 weeks. Both times my room was clean, felt like a safe location. If you want coffee, you’ll need to make it yourself, dining area is closed off.

Not great, but not completely horrible either.
Pros: the air conditioning unit kept us cool, the showers were clean and the water hot.
Cons: the beds were so hard my back was sore for two days. There was an unusual smell, even though we booked a nonsmoking room.
Would I stay here again? Not if a better option presented itself.

Nice enough for a short stay
The staff was not very friendly. The girl at check-in was not very forthcoming with any information. You had to check-in from outside with a little window like at the bank and with masks the communication was not very clear to hear. I was honest and advised that we had an extra adult in our group and was charged an additional $10 for what I dont know. Due to COVID they did not have the free breakfast setup and I feel that since this was a choice on selecting the room and part of the decision that there should have been a discount for no breakfast. The room was clean and the beds was very comfortable. The comforter on the beds did have several cigarette burns in them and the ceiling had a spot where there had been a leaking problem at some point.

First, to check-in and check-out I had to stand outside in harsh weather conditions (windy and 31 degrees) to complete transaction. Second, The bed and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable. Finally, the hairdyer was broken; due to Covid, they would not repair or replace. I will not be using this hotel in the future.

Clean room......dirty owner!!!!!
I was very disappointed on how the owner handled business and it was very inconsistent depending on who was working the front desk. The rooms were clean and the pool was open, that's why we stayed there!!!! But you could not have any visitors or late to pay again for your room or the electricity was shut off!!! Unbelievable!!! My friend and I were treated like prostitutes!!! Never again!!!

Horrible service
Horrible service and never a manager on duty apparently. Also after checking out and returning home, was charged twice on credit card, when trying to call to fix only told have to talk to manager but no manager available. Think twice before selecting this property.

The property has been recently updated with modern fixtures (furniture, tub enclosure, vanity etc). Excellent value for the money. My only complaint is they advertist "full" breakfast but it isn't. Staff are friendly and we will definately stay there again.

This hotel is fair in my opinion
This hotel is really only fair in my opinion. Everything was ok. The floors need serious attention. The beds were ok. The breakfast had options of cereal, toast and small doughnuts but none were very good. We were there for one night on a cross country drive and it was adequate.

We stayed at a non-smoking room. The building seemed really old which was fine but had some weird smell in the room. Pillows were way too flat, and blankets had a ton of holes from cigarettes. I guess this is what you paid for. Breakfast was fair. Location is pretty good though.

Loved the improvements from last stay.
This time my room was better. Bed was comfortable this time. Everything worked like it was suppose to. So I was happy. Love the plug outlet upgrade to hook up our phones. TV was great. Customer service was great always is.

For an inexpensive hotel, I give this 5 stars. It feels like a safe location and there are other hotels close by as well. I stayed on the second floor and there are security cameras on both ends of the hallway. I don't think they serve hot breakfast, just coffee, juice, muffins and some fruits and cereal (I think). Hotel is better than expected.

Not worth the price
The room was not worth what I paid for it. The sheets and bedspread has cigarette burn holes in them even though it was a non-smoking room. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it and the tub looked as though it had not been cleaned in ages.

The pillows for 1 bed were not on the bed when we got there but stacked over in a chair - which made me think they needed new pillow cases. The underneath of the toilet seat was disgusting. Not like stained but like someone had puked previously & it was not cleaned. The mattress on 1 bed was awful - like poking out the side. We asked to get a later check out & were told that it wasn't possible but that if we wanted another night, it was available.

6 months ago it cost $103 for my family to stay here, last night it cost $165. I could manage the $15 for the dog but $150 for two beds was ridiculous.
