I like this hotel
The room was nice and clean, had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable-more so than my own bed. The people staying there are so quiet at night-unlike other hotels I have stayed where people are noisy. I stay there every time I need to be in Phoenix. The staff is very friendly.

Clean rooms - well-kept grounds- did a good job of keeping out riff raff. If your next door to loud people you’ll hear everything they do, sound-proofing could be better. More pillows would be cool. Overall, for Mesa, the value is good & I will be returning.

Outside dated, inside decent, surrounding area bad
Check in starts at 2pm, they didn’t have a room ready. No big deal, I come back at 3 and they have it ready. The area surrounding the hotel was sketchy, not the hotels fault. The exterior of the hotel is in need of a major facelift, makes the hotel look crummy. However I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the room. Spacious and modern-ish. I saw other comments on Roaches and I did look for them but didn’t see any. It looks like some minor wall damage in the shower but that’s it. Didn’t check out the pool or the amenities. As for location it’s listed as being near Sloan park…eh not really but the ghetto is probably less appealing lol. This hotel is overall a fine place to stay a night in the Phoenix area.

Paid for my support dogs to stay the night with me, because we are moving too a new location any we have no service or air conditioning. But unfortunately 😕 we were asked to leave, dogs were not quiet 😕

The room was in poor condition in terms of the furnishings. The bed was just a mattress on a spring frame on top of a platform. Very uncomfortable.
Towels shed an incredible amount of lint.
No room maintenance. Thankfully I was only there for 3 days.

Excellent and friendly staff. They work hard and go above and beyond to help others. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and the rooms are spacious and I believe they have been making improvements and upgrades recently.

Room was clean, but lacked hangers in the closet, had only one chair, and only two small bars of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo etc.
Common areas need refurbishing, as they have a very "worn out" appearance. Free coffee in the mornings was nice, but most hotels give you complimentary breakfast items too. Laundry facilities were not really usable, since the change machine and product vending machines were broken.

Stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament from Thur 3/23 to Tues 3/28. We arrived around 1:30am due to late flight. Random people walking around parking lot at 1:30am, was a little odd. Room was average, but fine for what we wanted. Dresser was run down and drawer would not stay closed but we didn’t need to use it, just an observation. Our room had a nice view with a balcony that overlooked the pool. Outdoor pool was not heated, but our son enjoyed the hot tub. Hallway was a little dirty, smelled like pot. Staff was friendly. Overall fine for what we needed.

Spacious, clean, fridge. Ours was a 6 day stay. No housekeeping a bit of a problem. Had to chase down toilet paper, towels etc. Only toiletery was two small bars of soap. No shampoo, conditioner and lotion. These should be a basic in a hotel room. Had to chase down extra coffee and had to have keys reprogrammed three times.

I ordered a room with a tub. Door was broke on the bathroom. There was a very nasty smell. We were just to tired from traveling to complain or say something. Smelled like pot throughout the entire place. Was very disappointing. Looked nothing like the website photos. No complementary shampoo or toothpaste. Had to buy from vending machine.

Deceptive descriptions.
The description said it was 2 queen beds. They were not queen or full bed more like an in between a twin and full. No shampoo or conditioner available. Toilet was weak and it clogged after using it. Some of the Exit/Entrance doors were blocked or sealed off. It’s against code to obstruct the exit pathway.

The absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had in our team's 11 years of travel! One room had a dead animal in the AC unit, one room had a machete under the bed, one room had blood stains on the sheets, one room had a tv that kept turning on in the middle of the night. I woke up to a lady pounding on my door asking for a place to stay because her husband kicked her out. The next night there was a dog barking in the room above me the entire night. We had 3 coaches rooms leave after the first night (3 night stay), and they said they would reimburse us once they talked to the "manager". We never received our refund, in fact, every time I call in, the "manager" is not there. DO NOT STAY HERE!

When we checked in the door was open. The pillows had chunks of something on them. And the toilet seat had fecal matter on it. It was disgusting! They did give us a different room.

Did not like that the bedding did not look clean. Stains on pillowcases and bath towels. Was put in the room on time because we had an event an hour away. But the speed to turn the room was unacceptable. Also there was a bloody bandage on one of the beds. Will not book again or recommend property

Definitely needed housekeeping to come around more. I’m the 6 days only twice did anyone ask if we needed anything. Purchased toilet paper and used our personal pool towels for bath towels because we ran out of both on day 2. Front desk was friendly.

Fairly clean overall, not great but up to par. No bugs or serious issues, just general grime. Bed and towels were clean which was the most important part. Floor had some sort of vanilla spray that got all over my feet. There was only bar soap (I found out layer you have to manually ask for shampoo). Main downside was I was put in the room directly next to a door to the outside of the building and has to endure incessant slamming all night. I managed. Would be awesome if they dampened the rate that door closes so it doesn't slam...

Priced way way too high. Not in the best neighborhood. Room was nothing like picture showed. Bed was way smaller. Plastic chairs in room. Cheap countertop. Coffee maker didnt work. Maid never cleaned room in 3 plus nights. Only thing good was front desk was nice

Staff was great! Property was not what it was advertised as. We were put in a room on a floor that was part of a program that was housing people under care/watch. Room was dirty (walls, floors and furniture) linen had burn holes, walls were filthy, no work out facility, pool is not heated as advertised. Hotel is listed as a smoke free hotel but the smell of marijuana in the halls during the stay multiple times.

Floors were gritty, shower curtain was too high so water got on the floor creating a slip hazard, towels were thin and dingy. They were really just large rags. Old makeup smeared on the wall and mirror. Cigarette holes in the sheets. It looks like they tried a nice remodel but didn’t do a quality check on the work.

It was a last minute checking. Arrived to check in about a hour later no one was at the front desk for about 10 minutes. Another guess was waiting before me. I was charge a $107 deposit fee which hasen't been return to my account yet. My room was clean bed comforter had a hole from something that burn on it. Blanket and beside the bed had a urine smell also saw a few small cockroaches.

Pictures do not align with the facilities. No breakfast is included with your stay (one of the reasons I chose the property), and the ‘No Smoking’ Room smelled like smoke was seeping behind the walls, and they just slapped a fresh coat of paint on to cover it. The smell hit you as soon as you opened the door to the room.

The sheets were clean, but the towels very very old and dingy. The tub looked dirty and the caulk was old and peeling. I heard gurgling coming from the tub drain when someone above was showering.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We had 6 of us in 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms had roaches! They would only refund 1 of the rooms which made or party have to split up. Drug attic’s everywhere were also staying at this hotel which made us very uncomfortable! Terrible experience

In an area where there were several homeless people. Appeared to be several full-time residents living at this hotel! Late night parties and kids running loose in the hallways. Banging doors and thumping in the ceilings and walls late at night. We killed 8 roaches in the room within the first hour after checking in (yuck!, nasty!) and the floor by the beds were sticky underfoot. Photo shown does not match what the room really looked like. Place is a DUMP!!!

I went for a concert—it was kind of in a bad neighborhood. I woke up to three police cars outside my balcony. Overall, it was fine, although I’m skeptical of the “extra charge” I received for staying two nights—didn’t I already pay for the room? Why the extra charge? I wish there had been a more comfortable chair in the room to sit on to watch TV.

First, upon checking in I was told my deposit would be $100. However, my email from hotels.com stated $50. The lady said that their fees just went up and I stated that I should have been informed then. The guests near my room were very loud and make it disturbing. There are no black out curtains and there’s an extremely inconvenient light with outside the window, so the night was very bright in the room! The microwave wasn’t cleaned before our stay. However, the rest of the hotel was clean. Shower is extremely loud. And the microwave was not secured in its spot, so it was very wiggly when I’d try to open/close it. I did like their touch key card to unlock the doors, it’s very convenient when your hands are full.

The deposit was not clear upon booking with the hotel.The information on Hotels.com dont match what they tell you upon check in. We lost out on the very last of our money due to inconsistencies with deposit and pricing amount.

The hotel appeared clean and the bed was comfy. However, the room was sparsely furnished, with a bed, two night stands, a desk with chair and a plastic chair in the corner. It did have a cabinet with a refrigerator, microwave and a TV hanging on the wall above. There was over head lighting, two cans with one was burned out. There was a small light on the desk, but know lamps on the nightstands. The towel rack in the vanity was missing. Sound proofing was not good, but we were very tired after a long day of travel, so we slept anyway. The pool looked good, but we were two tired to try it.

The room was hot ac barely worked. All day it sounded like someone was jumping upstairs and living furniture I had my children with me and it was hard for them to fall asleep because of the noise. Then at 3am 3 people were in the hall way right in front of our door arguing and slamming the doors which woke my kids up
