Comfortable, quiet, very convenient location for all of the activities of the weekend in Loves Park, Rosco, Rockton, and the east side of Rockford. Easy to find. Pool was smaller than I would have liked. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely great hotel. Clean. Everything in great condition. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. The pool is a little small. My kids had a blast, but they were the only ones in it the whole time. Others would definitely have made it feel cramped.

Great stay!
While we were staying only one night, this motel is set up for extended stays, complete with dishes and silverware. The room was very clean and very large. The bed was very comfortable. The walk-in shower was wonderful! The buffet breakfast was awesome! We have nothing bad to say about this motel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities.

3rd time we have stayed here. Love the way the room is set up, spacious, lots of storage. Staff is always very friendly. There is constant cleaning happening. Everything is neat and orderly. We really enjoyed staying here! The rooms are very clean and fresh. We had the 2 queen suite and it was amazing! There's a refrigerator, dishes, and dishwasher. Lots of light and space. The bathroom is huge with lots of towels (not just two) Everyone is very polite and helpful. We have no complaints! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

We've stayed at this hotel twice and both rides times have been exceptional. We stay at a lot of hotels for soccer and this is one of my favorites. Beyond the basics of cleanliness and everything the way it supposed to be, the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. On Saturdays their breakfast starts at 7 am but we had to leave by 7:15 for a game I talked to the front desk the night before. He called the correct person and they opened breakfast early so we could get a good meal before we left. It's something like that that makes a huge impression and I so appreciated them accommodating us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really cheap build. Heard the room next to us arguing. F-bombs next door clearly heard while I was with my 9 year old child. Then the upstairs room occupants were walking around and it sounded so loud. Could not sleep. Do not recommend this hotel.

My party arrived 1 hour after check in time and we were told it maybe another hour before our rooms are ready as the are short staffed. I realize staffing is an issue, but then the supervisor/manager should step up and grab a vacuum and toilet brush instead of apologizing. Fortunately, We were able to get into our rooms 30 minutes later (1.5 hours after check in time). With only a couple minutes to spare before our departure for a reservation and evening event. The thermostat in the room stated temp at 71 degrees when it was set at 68 and would go below 68. The room was VERY warm for sleeping. Shower had no pressure and could be adjusted from a very weird combination of shower and stream. In shower soap and shampoo dispenser covers were coming off and I had to fix them in order to work properly. Overall the room appeared clean (hair on a pillow) and bed was ok. No a lot of parking. Got back around 10:30pm and only a few spaces left. Breakfast was typical premade omelets, waffles, breakfast begal, toast, yogurt, etc.

Best hotel ever. Truly dog friendly. The room was fabulous and spacious, with a sitting area, full-size fridge and sink along with two queen beds. Great breakfast with many choices including three different styles of eggs. They gave my dog a gift upon arrival, and she was able to come to breakfast with me (some dog friendly hotels still ask you not to bring the dog to breakfast). The staff were friendly and personable. All in all, a great experience. I will look for this hotel chain when I travel from here on

We really felt like we were in a five star hotel. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The room was huge and our studio even included a dishwasher and a curtain between the area where the couch and tv was and the beds. There was ample work space and even the bathroom had plenty of space to hold your items while getting ready.

Comfy but a bit noisy
The rooms were great. Very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to put families with Toddlers on a lower floor....as that is how we were awakened each morning via them running around and dropping things on the floor above us.
