The hotel was great, the room well appointed, great bathroom and kitchen, comfy beds. My one complaint and it turned into a real downer as we checked out was that in a 5 story hotel with so many nice amenities, they only had 2, yes 2, baggage carts. We went down for breakfast at 7am, check out was at 11. There were no carts. We asked if one could be held for us and we would come down and get it. The front desk said they would bring it up once one became available. We checked all floors on our way down to breakfast and on our way back up then over the next 3 hours until we checked out we made the rounds 3 more times. Apparently people were just hoarding the only TWO carts available in the entire hotel and for good reason. No carts ever became available in those 3 hours. We had 3 cats with us and all their stuff as well as our suitcases, coats, etc. it took us 6 trips up to the 5th floor to get all our things down to the lobby. No one offered to help and it turned a really nice hotel stay into a royal pain. I would suggest at least 6 - 10 carts for a hotel that size or a front desk staff that stops guests in the am and asks what room they are in and reminds them that they can’t just keep the carts in Their rooms until they check out at 11. We weren’t the only guests grumbling about this. The manager was also sitting in her office instead of coming out to offer apologies or help. Ruined a great stay.

We found our new home away from home! We will be staying at this property anytime we visit family in the area … the staff was great, especially Evan at the front desk! Very friendly and super helpful !
Room was spacious with a kitchenette… great restaurants in the area and close to the highway. Highly recommend it!

Best area to stay in east of St. Louis. Breakfast was the only thing, all food was wrapped like it was at a connivence store. Great area by hospital to walk the dogs. Walked to the Tap Room for dinner. Dog friendly with outside patio.

This property was a perfect location for a hotel if you want to visit St. Louis. It is much safer and cleaner than any place in St. Louis.

Worst experience, DO NOT STAY HERE!
I reserved a king size studio 6 weeks ahead of time. They put me in a queen size suite. I called to have them fix and they said they gave my room away since they figured upgrading me to more sq ft would be better for me since I was staying a week. I told them it was a downgrade as my husband and I are both big and tall. They offered to move me to the correct room the next day, but the next began a slog of 14 hour days so I didn’t have time to move. They said they were not willing to take a king from other reservations that hadn’t checked in yet, and I had to deal with it. I asked fir a discount to at least do something and they only offered a $20 credit for the first night. We both slept horribly. On top of it we clearly requested no room cleaning and the first day we were gone, they came in and rearranged all our stuff. We take everything down to our own pillows and coffee maker as we are seasoned travelers. It was not feasible to switch rooms at 11pm and it was terrible to feel our privacy was invaded. The attitude of the manager was terrible. Never stay here.

Builders went cheap on insulation.
Had a great stay until 5am when the people above us started having their morning fun. The builders definitely went cheap on the insulation, after 2 of listening to the moaning and screaming we packed up and left. Pool was awesome and hotel was clean ill give it that.

Very clean, comfy bed and the breakfast had an array of options for everyone. If you like extra pillows & towels make sure you ask. They had just enough to cover the guests in the room but if you like 2 or 3 pillows to sleep with or need an extra towel for your hair, you definitely need to ask for it.

Loved the spacious, very clean room. Didn't partake in the free breakfast so can't speak to that. Parking very easy and plentiful. Check in quick and easy. My room had full fridge and a microwave. Very convenient.

Family trip
We were happy with the location, the bathroom had a closet to hang up items and toiletries were in the shower, a good thing. We were close to St. Clair and Dick's to shop and had dinner at nearby Brew house. Good location and property very nice. We loved we could eat breakfast in the breakfast are. We also used the pool and it was wonderful and clean.

Basic room for higher price
Clean space, but not much different in quality/amenities from other much less expensive options. I thought the room was going to be more spacious given the "suites" title, but the room ended up being not much bigger than a typical two queen room with a few more pieces of furniture squished in.

Room is spacious, kitchen is very nice for a hotel. Coach is uncomfortable, when the bathroom fan would run you could smell cigarette smoke. Coach also smelled like smoke.

Great place! New hotel, very personable staff that will go the extra mile for your comfort, such as bring your breakfast to your room at a specified time. Very clean and plush rooms that are set up with kitchens. Nice large bathroom and comfortable beds!

Sheets were dirty on both beds. They gave me a different room but it’s hard to recover from that. The fact that they weren’t horrified by it kinda made me feel like it isn’t out of the ordinary. That might be an unfair statement, but I can’t get past dirty sheets.

My boyfriend and I had just stayed 3 nights at the same chain in KC. When we needed a place last minute we chose this location. This is our new favorite place to stay with such great amenities it makes staying away from home easy.
The only slightly annoying thing is it was cheaper online so I had to stand at the desk and book it online. It seems like they could honor an online price? But maybe not.

The property was only two months old. So it was in beautiful shape. My only issue is that the walls are paper thin. My neighbors were having a get together in their room and we heard it all. I thought it was a little over priced as well. Rooms were nice and everything is very modern. Not sure if i'd stay there again for the price.
