Beautiful hotel at the quieter end of the historic strip. Rooftop pool is amazing, loved the close proximity to the greenway&beach. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on and all staff were very friendly, accommodating, quick to respond. Will stay here again.

Great location in the middle of everything however safety is definitely an issue. Anyone can walk into this hotel and go up into the elevator because it doesn’t require any type of key upon entry which was concerning for me and my friend (both 20 year old girls) on the middle of south beach. The whole building is super old they just renovated the interior design. Doors are extremely thin and old you can see the hallway lights shining through all around the door at night. You can also hear EVERYTHING. Sounds in the hallway are so loud it sounds like it’s coming straight from inside your room. Wasn’t the cleanest in the bathroom and tables. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but for this price you can find WAY better.

I went with 5 of my girlfriends for 4 days and we got there earlier than 4pm check in time. Eric the manager welcome us very happy and excited for us. Since our room is not ready Ceasar took care of our luggage and was very nice to tell us that he has tickets for us to go to Mangos. We left our luggage and went to lunch . When we came back our room was ready and Ceasar took us to our room while still taking care of our luggage’s. Our room has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom . It’s small but good enough for me and my friends to sleep and hang out. The pool is cold but we were able to just chill on the rooftop pool and take a dip to the hot tub. The place is quiet but really close to all the bars and restaurants. We had a good time for our first only girls trip. Thank you Eric & Ceasar for being professional, courteous and just always smiling.

Great location, beach across the street, restaurants everywhere right out the front door, rooftop pool and hot tub. Still some renovations going on but overall great place. No gym, not much food inside hotel but plenty close by outside hotel

Cute hotel
Such a cute hotel! Loved the suite set up and how clean it was. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the pool was not clean and they closed it at 6pm eventhough upon check in they told us 10pm. Some worker was extremely rude to us telling us we had to leave the pool area because he was closing it. The room keys kept getting deactivated which was a little frustrating. Other than that, we had a great time. Will come back to the Bentley.

Cute, convenient, comfortable!
This was the cutest, most comfortable, and convenient stay we could have hoped for! It had everything we needed. From Starbucks and Nesspresso K-cups, to a hot tub with incredible views! We were close to the ocean, shopping, and restaurants-everything you need is within walking distance. William Morales would have to be the highlight of our stay. He was so personable, accommodating, and friendly. I would stay here again, and recommend it for anyone looking for a boutique hotel experience, with everything you need at your fingertips!

PICS DONT MATCH WHAT YOU RECIEVE AT ALL, STAFF DOES NOT FIX THEIR MISTAKES Do not be deceived by pics online of the different suite selections. I did an upgraded luxury king with balcony. The balcony overlooked literally a pit of trash and broken equipment towards the inside of the building INSTEAD OF OUT TOWARDS THE OCEAN AS THE PREVIEWS SHOW ONLINE, looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online. The room was super TINY. Not the layout they show you online for any of the rooms . I Showed the front desk their website pics COMPARED TO our room and he acted oblivious. I asked if we could move rooms since I was falsely advertised a room that was wayyyy better and he said for $2,000 instead of correcting the problem. He then realized their website lies about every room pic and he was like “oh those are all pics of our penthouse option those shouldn’t be displayed like that” and I said “yeah this is your website” . He still avoided any help to a room adequate to what I expected to receive. Had I known the room looked horrible and was the size of a child’s room with a balcony over a pile of trash I wouldn’t have booked this hotel.

Great stay; friendliest staff
Seamless and fats check in. Friendly staff attentive to our needs. Without a question of the highlights of our stay.
We enjoyed the decor and appreciated the space in our room. Unfortunately the view from the window was not the best because of thebadyacent property.
Despite being a bit bunpy the access to the pool on the last floor due to current repairs, I recommend it for the view.
The hotel is conveniently located. The valet needs to be better organized.

Checking in was not good. Unfortunately, I was promised a room with two beds, but it was not available. We had to sleep on a horrible sofa bed. In addition, the fridge door had fallen off when we came in to the room. Then the towels were dirty. The folks at the front desk were trying to be helpful, but the management is horrible and the facility is in need of a huge makeover. The rest room sink design drains slowly.
If I would do it again, I would NOT stay here.

It’s overpriced, only good part is location and the room was ready to check in. For that amount of money I would like to have at least some drinks in the fridge. Our room was beside service elevator very loud and annoying. I stayed in Miami before in different hotels and my expectation was that you get what you pay for unfortunately not this time.

The drains remained clogged in both the bath and shower. We tried to have maintenance handle it but they were short term fixes. We just dealt with it watching the clogged drains even as we checked out. Other than that we loved our stay

They would not refund my money. Dont bother booking. Ankle was broken and had surgrey 4 days before check in. No comminucation with hotel, no refund was given. The person on the phone was clueless and not helpful in any way

Beware!
BEWARE! The hotel is under construction and the room we booked and paid for was not available when we arrived. Our family ended up being split into two rooms on opposite ends of the hotel (we were supposed to have a two bedroom suite). Very disappointing!

Desk staff was like talking to a rock and just about as helpful. Property is going thru a pool renovation so it is closed as well as the roof top. Didn’t know that until checked into room. Construction noise starts first thing at 7am and goes all day.
Desk staff of is not helpful and almost rude. Not helpful in any way. If the concierge is there is is great. Clean rooms and would be a great little place if the construction wasn’t going on.

Super comfy
The bed was amazing and room was clean and spacious. Shower pressure was good though figuring out the temp was challenging. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because of the fire alarm that woke everyone up at 5:45 am without reason

A really nice small hotel, being remodeled, but the room i had was more than adequate. Located directly across the street from the iconic Miami Beach sign. Lovely second story veranda facing Ocean Ave. and the sign, which allows excellent viewing of the varied tourist. Right next door, to the north of the hotel, are a string of restaurants, offering various menus.

The tv never worked. When I arrived the room was musty— staff helped immediately by changing the a/c filter.
No pool, it was being renovated. Expedia should inform that the hotel is being renovated.
Always felt quite safe.

Overall the team was quite warm and friendly. They offered food and entertainment recommendations. They also did a great job at ensuring our stay was super positive amid the organized chaos. We will be sure to come back to visit once renovations are completed.

We loved our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bike rentals, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided. Easy walk to south beach.
Only downside was the roof pool was closed for renovations and I didnt know until check in.
Overall great experience and would book again.

Under renovation and road noise
We arrived at the hotel only to find out the pool was closed due to renovation, however disappointed we were I know sometimes things like this might happen. However we soon realised it wasn’t just the pool a good percentage of the hotel rooms were also under renovation. We also had a man walk into our room without knocking the door or even explaining who he was and what he wanted I reported both these issues to hotels.com and the hotel reception, however the receptionist was clueless about the whole situation and could not give us any answers as to who the man was who entered our room using a key and obviously worked there or was contacted in some capacity leaving us feeling unsafe. After the first night things seamed to improve and the staff were very friendly. My only other consideration for people is that although we must have had one of the newly renovated rooms which was lovely, at night it was incredibly noisy due to the location on ocean drive, lots of loud exhausts, people drinking, shouting etc and the windows were old single pains of glass with no protection from the outside noise which does not let up until 2am every night. However in saying this for people who are out eating and drinking themselves till the yearly hours and in a few months once the renovation is completed the hotel will probably be a nicer experience.

I found out that the hotel was under renovation when I arrived. You could hear the noise from the street. They never emailed me about this. My room was on the 3rd floor. They were doing construction on the floor below me and the rooftop (where the pool is) simultaneously day and night. The noise was unbearable! You will see construction debris every time you go on the elevator. When I booked in October, I did not see on expedia that the pool will be unavailable for use nor did they mention anything about renovation. Looks like the construction will continue until December. Unless you are willing to listen to the construction noise, save your money and book somewhere else. Also on my last day, the water was shut off without notice! I was told they would send someone from maintenance but nobody came! Very poorly managed and they do not communicate anything to their guests!

Renovations to the building were not advised to me (although hotel said they advised Expedia). So my balcony room not available. I was given a room many cost levels below what I paid for. Initially nothing said to me by the staff. After 1 night, they were able to shift me to a room similar to what I paid for, but no balcony. I requested a letter from the Manager to explain the situation in case I needed it for a later reference. No letter received and he left it up to the staff to tell me. The Manager said it was up to me to follow up with Expedia to get a refund. No idea how much. Really! ... they should be sorting it out, not me. Manager said he did not have my credit card details ... so what! He could still have initiated the discussions with Expedia. Now I will have to waste my time and energy with no certainty of a satisfactory outcome. And it sounded like other people were in the same situation. Otherwise hotel ok.

They have complimentary bicycles, beach chairs and towels, champagne hour, great expresso in the lobby ( already bought me one the same ) , super clean rooms and great location ! The pool was in renovation but we went to the beach to have the feet on the sand . Definitely will go back !

The room was nice and the bed is comfortable. The shower and bathroom was very clean and the location was beautiful. The problem is that they were doing renovations on the hotel in the room directly below AND above our room. The staff was nice and professional.

The property is under construction, they did not disclose the pool was closed for construction and we didn’t know this at the time of booking. They had false advertisement and the front of the property was closed at some point, making us walk in and out through the alley, which didn’t feel safe.

I had an amazing stay at this property. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well situated. Many restaurants, shops nearby. For those who are familiar with the area, you can take the trolley to go to Lincoln Avenue.
This hotel is a must if you are planning to stay at South Beach.

There was construction going on. Extremely noisy. EVERYDAY!!!! Hardly an ocean view.....Didn't receive complimentary champagne as advertised..... Room had no phone!!!!! For the price, I expected a lot more!!!!!

Well when we arrived we noticed they were doing renovations.Once we checked into are room it had a horrible smell.Then we were told to switch rooms.They room we switched to did not have the balcony we paid for.The pool was out of order our entire stay and there was constant noise in the early mornings and afternoons because of renovations.It was extremely had to have peace of mind on my vacation.The staff was nice.I was told by management that I would get a $90 refund that would come from Expedia.While I’m grateful to receive some of my money back I don’t feel $90 is enough for my experience.

Amazing hotel right on ocean ave! Will definitely stay here again. Very clean and rooms are modern and up to date. Hotel staff were super nice. Parking available for $38 daily which is much cheaper than parking in the public garages.

My wife and I stayed one night before going on a cruise. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne! Thank you. Couple minor issues with the room but not a big deal. They were still in the process of renovating rooms, which I was aware of before we booked. Didn’t hear any construction at all. My only complaint was that the pool was closed and we weren’t aware of that until we arrived. The roof top pool was one of the main reasons we booked the Bentley. I expected a discount but didn’t get any. So with that being said I don’t feel like we got our money’s worth, especially with the pool being unavailable.

I can't fully rate the property as they were undergoing renovations. When they are done i am very confident this hotel will be beyond amazing!! (It already is!!) We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to stay again!! The staff was wonderful also!! So friendly and accommodating!! We didn't like our room that i booked since it was close to the renovations and the view was bamboo sticks set up to block the view of a building.We went to the front desk to ask if we could get another room and Eric, the manager, actually upgraded us to a brand new room which was gorgeous and had a wonderful view with several windows!! We were so happy with it and very appreciative!!! We can't wait to come back and have use of the pool and other amenities they are working on! We will always book this hotel for future stays in Miami!!

The front desk team was great from start to finish. Very helpful. Hotel was under some renovations but it’s Oct when many do this work I am told. Regardless the continental breakfast, lemon water and sparkling wine out for guests was a nice touch. Rooms are decent but keep expectations realistic. Not meant to be a 5 star Cancun hotel. What makes it unique is that it’s right at the corner of 5th and Ocean where things start on Ocean drive and right across from the Miami Beach iconic sign. So location is gold. Overall a good stay.

Amazing location and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Only downside was the current renovations and pool closure. If all amenities were available I would have given 5 stars hands down! Will definitely be back after the remodel is complete!

We thought the staff was very friendly, we never did receive our complimentary champagne on our arrival, our room was comfortable but was noisy due to being so close to the front desk where people were loud. The $35 resort fees are quite a lot considering what they are for and that we only used what was offered 1 day out of our 5 day stay.

Such a great location! We took an Uber from the airport and then could walk everywhere. The staff were all super helpful and always smiling. The only downside was poor water pressure in the shower, but it is an old building....

We had minor issues with our room, they upgraded our room and we were very pleased with that. There was some construction / renovation work going on but they kept the noise level down. Overall it was a great experience, I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to vacation in South Beach.

What can I say. The original South Beach Riviera hotel has been modernized into the Bentley exquisitely. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi made us feel regal. The nicest people talk to you all day long and the best bars and clubs are within 5 blocks. The hotel organized the best cruises and power boat rides. Love these folks!!!

Great little boutique hotel in South Beach Miami

The crazy part is I come to south beach often but I never knew about this place and I can say I wish I did when I say this hotel was amazing it is AMAZING! they took care of all our needs from the bikes to get around the pool just in case we didn’t want to go to the beach water for the hot day’s breakfast bars to the chairs and cooler to take to the beach It’s close to the beach right across the street. Food and night life I can’t wait to come back this was definitely a wonderful place to enjoy your trip

I upgraded room to ocean view but roof was leaking and after 4 hrs I had to move to different room which was partial ocean view and smaller . When I asked manager to give me discount his response was it’s sale room . I said no for ocean view you pay more money . He aggressively to give me only $ 200 back which he didn’t . I will never stay at this hotel .
