Proximity to the outlets was the main reason for booking this hotel. We have shopped on this weekend for over 30 years so always looking for a close place with breakfast and free parking. Comfortable beds and plenty of space.

The overall experience was fine. But l, I was there for three nights and one of those days room service never cleaned the room. The bed was not made and towels were not replaced.

I'll Be Back
Perfect solo self-care staycation spot. Across the street from the Premium Mall with food court options and on a strip with all the stores you want. The location was nice, but breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially on keto (powdered eggs and no meats), but I made it work by bringing my own food since I'm local. The room was perfect for my needs and the service was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

It is a nice place. Location has restaurants a short drive away and shopping also.

AC is either cold or room is stuffy.
Shower floor and around walls in shower could use MORE attention. Night stands need to be wiped down better. Shower head not good. Also I know the design of the shower is really stylish, however water sprays out on to the floor and wall. Not good design. Also they need exhaust fans in the bathrooms, to get humidity out. I always clean shower floors and laboratory area before using. Breakfast can be improved on, but ok.
I have stayed at other locations similar issues.
Over all I recommend good place to stay.
Would stay again no problem.

Nice Room/ Horrible Breakfast
The room was clean and comfortable. The afternoon/evening desk clerk who checked us in acted like we were a bother and she did not want to be there. Not very welcoming but all the other staff was very friendly. The breakfast is horrible. It made both of us sick. Very little options if you are allergic to eggs like I am. Need more variety on breakfast options .

Property is a long way out from Central St Louis but easy enough to drive to
Handy shopping in the area
30 minutes easy scenic drive to Six flags in Eureka
Breakfast was ok but needed waffles for the kids
Overall happy with the choice and stay

Like the location-next to an outlet mall. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Great place to stay
The Positive: Great place to stay, very comfortable bed and great breakfast.
Negative: there was 3 of us when we got a room with pull out sofa, no sheets or blankets supplied in the room had to call and only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. If you see on your reservation list 3 people checking in and there is only one bed and a sofa bed you would assume covers would be needed along with at least 3 towels.

Surprisingly nice.
This is a very new hotel and consequently in very good condition. It was the first time in a long time that my wife and I stayed in a "suites" hotel meaning it had a functional kitchenette, full-size microwave, standard refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a dining room table with four chairs. We were only staying for one night but will definitely consider a TownePlace Suites the next time we need a multiple-night stay in a hotel.

My stay was ok the room was ok the heating system was very loud had to cut it off and stay under cover also pillows were horrible too soft and breakfast could have been hot had to warm up food

Amazing!!
It was an awesome night! The room was super clean, the bathroom was super clean, and it came with all the amenities listed. It was a wonderful experience and will definitely be booking again!

The location of the property was prime. The exterior of the building appeared new, clean, and well kept.
I was checked in by a white male with red hair, wearing a white t-shirt, no name tag, and he greeted me with “I need and ID.” He tossed my ID on the counter after I handed it to him. His only words after that “Breakfast is six to nine.” He handed me keys and walked away.
My wife and I walked down a dirty hallway, littered with food crumbs and who knows what else. We arrived to the room to find a disgusting dirty and filthy bathroom. *Pictures upon request*
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the road noise from the outside was disheartening as well.
To say the least, after 2hrs of sleep, I will NEVER stay at this property again or recommend it to others. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

No Working AC in some rooms. Get ready to sweat
AC did not work. Couldn’t really do much about it since we checked in late. Woke up to the unbearable heat and had to check out. Since we were checking out they couldn’t do much about it.
The room was so muggy and hot. It was so uncomfortable. For the price we paid you’d think AC would work.

Stormy, at the front desk, was absolutely perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better receptionist! The rooms are also great, full kitchen available to use, can use netflix and youtube, very clean hotel. We will definitely continue to come here!

Kitchen, free breakfast, nice gym!
I love this hotel. It offers a little kitchen that I didn't use but I did keep my drink cool in the fridge. The free breakfast in the morning is very good. They offer warm eggs and sausage, yogurt, and microwavable's. The small fitness center has free weights and some cardio machines. Everything you need for a good work out. This is like a home away from home.

Clean and comfortable stay in the Chesterfield area. Walking distance to retail outlet shopping. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs and bacon too salt, and the same menu everday.

Hotel was very nice and the area around was great too. The only issue we had was with the staff. My child cut her hand and the staff said they didn’t have any bandaids or any type of first aid kit. What type of hospitality area does not have a first aid kit?!
