The entire hotel was spotless. The breakfast was just right. The only negative was one of the elevators was out but even the stairwell’s were spotless. Very nice hotel.

Outstanding bouquet hotel
Outstanding stay. Staff went above and beyond accommodating us for a overnight stay. The deatils from customer service, to the live music at breakfast. Room was comfy, beds were great. I would recommend this hotel. Its a must and we will be back.

Property was nice and offers shuttle to Vanderbilt Beach. Staff was very courteous. Pool was closed during my stay, not sure why. Naples is a favorite vacation spot for me and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Pay for Deluxe room with balcony Lake view when we arrive my room wasn’t available They gave us ground floor smaller room no balcony when we complained lady at front desk offered as bottle of wine no thanks i paid extra $30 dollars each night for five nights next time will stay somewhere else I am not going recommend this to my friends

Absolutely loved this hotel!!
This hotel is a hidden gem. Beautifully done, great breakfast included. Good location as it is walking distance (although having to cross US 41) from the Mercato. Shuttle can also be utilized. I would highly n recommend staying here. You will love it!

I had such an excellent visit to Inn at Pelican bay. The staff was awesome, accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The morning breakfast was a great perk. Pool is very nice and well taken care of. Felt more like a luxury b and b in the Hamptons !

Very Accommodating Staff!
Several of our families stayed here last weekend to attend my Dad’s funeral. The staff was so professional, yet friendly. They could not do enough for us. We also loved the delicious breakfast each morning and especially emjoyed the talented guitar player who performed each morning of our stay.
Highly recommend The Inn at Pelican Bay!

This hotel is such a gem. My daughter walked in and said this is the nicest hotel I have seen in a long time (we usually travel and stay and big chains). The staff was lovely and super helpful. Live music at breakfast and a very convenient area with shuttle to the beach. It was a great stay!

Rooms need updating. Our bathroom door was so warped, it would not shut properly. The tile in bathroom is unpleasant to look at, with its stains, dirty grout etc.
Breakfast remains good, the lobby is very welcoming.
The pool needs umbrella’s around chaise lounges, not just tables.

Great stay, surprise fees
This was a great place for us to stay close to family in Pelican Bay, near Vanderbilt Beach, shopping, amenities. Relaxed and comfortable even though upscale, excellent service. We're adding this review a bit late for our stay Sept of '22 because of surprise fees we had at the hotel as we're reviewing our expenses from last year. When we paid our "total" to Hotels.com before our stay we did not realize that we would be paying an additional (almost) $40/night after our stay for fees and taxes. Be sure to read the fine print before you book.

Exceptional property, staff, breakfast and service
We absolutely loved our stay. So appreciated the very early check in - 11am, the warm, friendly staff, the beautiful room, delicious breakfast-especially the apple fritters, Jeff the very talented, outgoing bartender, complimentary cocktails that came with with our stay and talented piano player that entertained us on Sunday. Had very nice breakfast, with a guitarist playing nice melodies. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Have drop off and pickup service to Canderbilt Beach. The beach was in good condition, but you could see damage from Hurricane Ian. Room was comfortable with a nice view. Would stay again..

What a wonderful find this little boutique Inn was. The hotel has a lovely cozy, intimate feel, however it is the service that truly sets in apart. Every single staff member was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The service feels almost old-school in that it’s so genuine and personalized and carries through in every little detail.
The rooms are charming, and the breakfast (as most reviewers mentioned) was out of this world. Special cudos to the lovely chef who managed the omelet station. I had the best omelette I have ever eaten!
We were also delighted by the location. It is so convenient having a Publix and restaurants within walking distance.
We will definitely return to the Inn at Pelican Bay what next to Naples. Highly recommend!!!

We liked the old south Floridian style. The room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. We wish they offered more than a boiled egg for protein at breakfast and that the bar was open every night.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. Room had a really comfy bed and was nice, but the room had a bleachy smell. It was just about 1/2 mile from Vanderbilt beach and they provide a nice shuttle on the hour. Its about 7 miles from popular Downtown 5th Ave and 8 or 9 miles from the pier. The hotel offers a breakfast which is nothing to write a home about. This could be so much better to put a gold star on the Inn. All in all a decent stay, but not a guarantee return as we might try other places in the area.

We've stayed here before so we know the high quality of service we've had in the past. This time it was slightly less. We didn’t have our room cleaned one time during our stay and asked each day so that was a disappointment from the from the front desk who didn’t notify the houskeeping staff after additional requests. It is very nice and we would stay here again but the front desk disappointed us this time.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The atmosphere is extremely family-friendly and the staff was outstanding. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio with live music playing. My husband used the gym several times and loved it. We will definitely be coming back.
