No onsite parking. Street parking is only free 3-9am. The hotel that you can pay to park is 3 blocks away. Outside had construction, was a meaa. The hotel is clean. Small cery small elevator. Not recommended for people afraid of small spaces. Room is clean check in was fast.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise, room was affordable. Upon arriving at check in the lady at the desk was super nice and already had our room key waiting for us. Check in was very smooth, rooms were very clean, smelled AMAZING, plenty of towels and they even offer beach towels/ chairs for free ($25/item if not returned). There’s many gas stations/ liquor and wine stores nearby. Ocean is very close to property. 20 min walk to south beach. Overall 10/10 rating highly recommend

The property is in a great location, all staff was great. However, parking was stressful. The website says we can pay $30 to park in a garage but there wasnt. We had to use a parking meter which we werent sure at first if we could use it and had to make sure we were adding funds as its only 2 hours at a time.
More stressful though was that the walls in the room were paper thin, we could hear anyone walking by, downstairs, the person next door and their vibrating phone, it was so loud and hard to rest. The mattress was also super thin and bed was a bit noisy.
The staff was friendly. Julio was very helpful with out parking situation, and the beach was just a couple minutes walking with a market in the corner.

Overall the stay was wonderful, close to the beach. Only negatives, small continental breakfast area to small for the number of guests trying to prepare and eat breakfast. No ice machine on premises. The cleaning staff did an excellent job servicing our room.

Very friendly and resourceful staff! Nice room and some amenities. However, the beds were not very comfortable (too hard), and a simple amenity like ice from an ice machine was not offered at the property. Other than this, the property was nice.

Enjoyed being close to the beach. Easy walking. Hotel gave you towels, chairs and umbrellas; if wanted.
The boardwalk trail was very nice and just outside the hotel.

I would definitely stay here again. Very close to the beach. They have a decent continental breakfast and they have chairs and towels you can check out and use for the beach. Staff are very helpful. The elevator is pretty small. There is a store with a deli next door that has sandwiches and pizza and desserts made to order.

Friendly staff and close to the beach. Parking situation is not great but they did tell you ahead of time that there is none. The hotel itself is a little dated but we weren't in the rooms most of the time. Overall it was clean. Again staff was super accommodating.

Keep in mind that is an old hotel, its small and there is no patio or pool. The rooms are clean and small. The balcony was dirty, the outside paint was falling apart, it was not very inviting. They offer breakfast but the space where they served breakfast was so small and inconvenient. They need to find a better place to serve breakfast. There is a lady that stands next to the bread to give it to you and takes a lot of space. They should also serve breakfast a little longer, the time frame is too short. The staff was ok, not always in a good mood. They seemed to be bother when you ask a question. The Mexican gal, I believe his name was Joaquin, was always very helpful. The others not so much. There is no wheelchair access. They provided towels and umbrellas for the beach at no cost which was a plus. Overall, not impressed, I may look at other hotels before staying here again.

Excellent location for the beach, free towels and chairs and lovely spacious rooms. We had a deluxe room with balcony. Free breakfast was ok. If the hotel had a restaurant and bar, would have been great. Easy access to free bus was good to get into town.

Our room was wonderful! We had a pretty view of the ocean. The lobby was simple but sheer. The staff was helpful. There were not too many things within a couple of walking blocks to do or eat besides the beach. We had a nice visit.

Very friendly staff. Elevator barely worked. I had to take the steps. Pillow has stains . The lobby had a clean fresh smell. Not much to do other than the beach . Everything else is in a longer walking distance 30min walk.

I like staying there if it wasn't for the safety of my child. I could bolt the door but he can unbolt it. they are taking the flip lock where you can keep others out. To me and my child it has made it very unsafe . He can get up in the middle of the night and leave the room. I asked for a foot stop to wedge between the door and the frame but never got one. They said the would just keep an eye on the monitors to see if they see him. To me that's scary. I had a long drive the next day with little sleep scared he would get out.

I just wanted to re a review to this hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly to work with during our visit. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I like the quality of supplies in the rooms. We are planning to return to this hotel on a regular basic.

Me and my best friend stayed here for a girls trip. The location was perfect for the places we wanted to go. The staff were great very helpful. There was a homeless guy sleep on the steps of the hotel when we were leaving to go out one night. But other than that it was good. When we walked in the lobby smelled amazing and the plug ins in the rooms smelled great too. Beds were really comfortable

Convenient location
The staff was very friendly. We got to check in early. The place is very central to go to South beach. There is a free trolley service going around south beach etc plus the bus no 150 is right in the corner to take u to the airport around $2.30. Excellent express ride🙏

Rooms are very cozy
Amenities are not the best but the location was perfect for the beach and convenient for shopping and public transportation. Breakfast needs abit of improvement . There wasn’t enough options because of the lack of space. Otherwise this hotel is good for family settings and just for a night’s rest.

Overall the hotel from inside was not clean and it was dirty unfriendly staff uncomfortable beds limited breakfast unfriendly parking.
I would highly encourage not to stay in this hotel also don't book via Expedia .☹️

I was excited to stay on the beach the night before leaving for a cruise. My son and I took an Uber to the hotel, but I saw the issues the person was having in front of me concerning parking. There is no parking at this hotel, but you can pay $25/night to park 2 1/2 blocks away at a garage. Our room looked pretty however the curtains did not completely cover the windows and the view was of a metal fence, concrete, and just yuck. The mattresses were so noisy, not the bed frame but the mattress. It didn't matter if you say on it, laid down or rolled it made the worst crinkly sound. The decorations were cute, however everything looked like it was from IKEA and a lot of finishing details were absent. We were on the main floor, and could hear everything going on.
This hotel is absolutely not handicap accessible.

Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were available. Staff are super friendly. Few stains on the bedding but it was clean (if that makes sense) Deposit box didn’t work, informed reception, still wasn’t resolved when I checked out. Bath taps for the shower…cold was actually the hot tap and vice versa, very confusing. However I would stay here again as a solo female traveler, I felt safe and welcomed.

Simple 2 story small hotel just 2 minutes from a quiet beach, staff are fabulous and go the extra mile. Nice breakfast and clean linens, great service. Near neighborhood supermarket, and many great restaurants. Totally safe and quiet condos/hotels nearby. Second year there, and will go back next year.

Had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to get an early check in which was great because we had a very early flight. They gave us beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella to use on the beach. Was only a few minutes walk from the beach and there was a free trolley to ride down to south beach area.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Not as old and run down as some other reviews would make it seem. The elevator is smaller and slower than others. But the building is 3 stories tall, so besides bringing in and taking out luggage we just used the stairs. It only had one night stand in between the two beds and everyone I was with like to have water, ear plugs, eye masks etc. next to the bed so that was kind of a down side.

Great service and average room-minimal amenities
I am amazed by the friendly staff and services. We arrived 5 am, and they were able to accommodate a room right away so we could rest without extra fees. Prime location and walking to the beach on the same street as the 1 hotel or blue moon hotel. The price is not too cheap for the standards of hotels, but it is one of the cheapest on the same street. However, the breakfast only has starch-based products, no eggs or proteins, and it is always a long line. By 9 am, there is almost nothing left to eat. The rooms are average and clean, but with small bathrooms and an interesting walk-in closet. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors or anything going on in the hall away. It is a little run-down property. No pool or gym.

The rooms are not very soundproof (we were over the lobby and could hear people talking at a normal volume in the morning)--but the other guests were quiet/respectful so it wasn't a big deal. Just if you stay here and you're sensitive to that, bring earplugs.

The hotel is located near the beach which has no hotel set-ups of lounge chairs and umbrellas. It gives this beach a more rustic and untouched feel. Loved it and the closeness to the beach.
The elevator in the hotel is bad though. Slow, small and not exactly confidence instilling.
The breakfast was underwhelming.
The staff was super nice.
The hotel was on the quiet street de which during Art Basel is hard to come by.

We had a decent check in experience with good customer service, but when we came back at 8pm the power was off and didn’t come back on until 3am, so we didn’t even realize the sheets were stained until we woke up when the lights turned back on. Overall not a great experience.

The property was clean but old. I didn't like the way the front desk staff treated me. I was not given my cash deposit of $100 back. The elevator was small and slow, there was no pool, umbrellas need to also be offered with the towels and chair .

The property is an old building and the room may smell musty as you walk in.
The elevator is a bit stuffy but the staff is extremely helpful. The continental breakfast includes the best waffles in town! I would like to mention- Gonzalo at the front desk who was excellent with directions around town, knowledgeable about all the tourist attractions, and provided world-class customer service.
Manuel at the front desk is friendly and welcoming too. Great staff make for a great stay!

I selected this property because it was supposed to have parking. I was told I could not park my car because they were full. I was then told to park my on the street which required pay every 3 hours. When you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful few days do not select this place.

Affordable and Convenient Getaway!
Ive been to Miami a handful of times and every visit I learn a new way to stay under budget. This stay has been the cheapest thus far! Right on the beach. Ocean Drive is walkable but there is also the bus in front of the hotel only $2.25! Beats paying for Uber to get around. This hotel offers free beach towels and chairs! They have free breakfast every morning. They have a small deli to the side where you’re also able to buy snacks and drinks. They have beach necessities available as well. We brought a mini cooler to use during or trip. Next to the deli they also have this place you can book for Jetskis, Parasailing etc. Our room was spacious, a lot of windows. We had a balcony facing a lake. Nice view. They had a microwave and mini fridge again conviniéndome if you have left overs or get some microwaveable from the deli. The area is quiet but safe to walk around late night. I will be back again

The wide angel at which the Lorraine Photo has been taken is dubious, it gives you an illusion that its a big hotel, but its not. The hotel room is very very small and is not a good place if you are traveling with family. However if you are traveling alone or as a couple, you might still be okay. But I will avoid it if I were you. One thing I have learnt from previous two trips to Miami, the stay is expensive but if you don't want to be disappointed, then book a little expensive hotel and have peace of mind.
Apart from that, the Staff was very good, supportive and responsive. Have absolutely no complaints about it.
The proximity to the beach is the best thing this hotel provides and they also have free breakfast (but no Egg :( ) and beach chair and beach towel.

Nice location in walking distance from the beach. The beds were not that comfortable (somewhat hard) and the “free breakfast” was only some type of bread, cereal, apples or oranges, and a waffle machine that was broken after the first day I was there.

Hvis du kan leve med larm fra gaden og et lidt slidt hotel, finder du et fantastisk godt beliggende hotel, personalet var super venlige, i mødekommende og hjælpsomme. Rengøringen fin. Vores værelse var meget rummeligt og der var hvad vi skulle bruge.
Parkering gennem hotellet lå i kort gå afstand (2 blokke). Stranden var tæt på, og gratis trolley stoppede næsten ved døren. Vi vender gerne tilbage

it was quiet and unassuming. it had tea coffee and cold water available all day, the staff were all very welcoming and kind and helpful. you could use the beach chairs and towels for free. i wanted to see miami but wanted to get a decent nights sleep so i went for this hotel as most other places the major issue is how noisey... this place was perfect. easy could walk to the beach and the free trolly around the area is 3 min walk away so you could get anywhere really easy so you were in the action but could also get away from it. would tell anyone to go to this place!!

Rented through Expedia. I did not stay here. Noisy street and sidewalk work. Beach access limited due to Construction work being done for another building. Gave me a room with no view of anything but a wall and next door to the TRASH ROOM. I walked into the room and looked around at the well made up little baby beds that where almost sitting on the floor...Stay at you own risk
