Breakfast would be helpful to open at 6 so those who have tours for the day can eat before leaving. Hotel was clean but mildly outdated. Very noisy when outside due to highway just steps away. Close to airport with free shuttle was a huge bonus to anyone who is there short time. 20 minutes from wakiki if making plans to visit and 30 from diamond head.

Decent stay
The staff is pleasant. Breakfast options are solid. If you receive a 100 numbered room near the pool, you will hear the highway traffic at times. The pool goes up to 9ft.

Front end staff were very helpful and friendly. We got a free upgrade to a suite without asking. The shuttle was very convenient and quick. Their breakfast had lots of choices and was very good, it has lots of seating and staff kept the food full when required. I would definitely stay here again. Aloha.

This motel is very convenient to bus service as well as to the airport. Shuttle service worked perfectly. Staff was friendly and able to answer any questions we had. Breakfast as good as could be expected in this setting.

We stayed there Jan 22 1 day left by Jan 23 11am Overall its a fine property. The bathroom is rather small we stayed in room 1208. A lot of military personnel seem to stay there. The shuttle comes every hour on the hour. Must call front desk 10-15 mins before it departs to reserve your seat.$1 per bag/luggage fee. The breakfast on the day we went was limited and the staff was not attentive to when food ran out. They had 3-4 tyoes of fruits, 2 big round containers for sausage (which could be cooked longer) and 1 for horrible thin french toast. They offer instant oatmeal pastries waffles cereal toast bagels and the basic breakfast drinks. We had to wait for food to be replenished for at least 10mins on more than 2 things. They only did it becasue we had to go find them and tell them there was no more food.

Good place to stay near the airport. It’s not the location for your tropical vacation but it was great for our quick trip to Ohau to see Pearl Harbor before heading to Maui.

Many rooms face the pool. My door faced the McDonald's drive through but I couldn't hear anything. My window faced the pool. You can hear people talking from the pool area so be aware if you are trying to get to sleep for an early flight. Friendly front desk staff. Driveway can be easily missed so pay attention!

My room door didn’t close!!!!!
I had to open and close several times in order to get the “key card” locked in. It was very old and unsecured door lock. Very very unsafe and scary. Good thing I only stayed there for hours during my lay over in Honolulu. The only good thing in this hotel is the free shuttle. When I called to be picked up, it came right away. But they were not on time—to the airport shuttle, they said 3pm but left at 2:50ish, I end up taking an Uber to the airport.

Room and over premise was clean. Gas station and McDonald’s right next door. Room access from the parking garage is convenient. There was an issue with the drains for both my sink and tub where the water was slow to drain. I reported it to the front desk and there was a slight change but it was still an issue. I didn’t make too much of a big deal of it since I was only going to be there for a short period. Room was also facing the freeway so it was a bit noisy. If you are a light sleeper you may want to request a room on the other side of the hotel. Not sure if it will make a difference or not though. Their breakfast window is only 2hours (7am-9am) otherwise there is a small coffee shop in the lobby that opens a 6am.

Return stay from New Zealand.
We checked in early after flight from Auckland New Zealand. Friendly helpful staff. We had a second floor room in the old original part of hotel. Clean but very dated. Neighborhood is industrial.

Picture of hotels is deceiving. It’s right beside a freeway and a lot of traffic. It does have a hourly run to the airport and is convenient. But the hotel is rundown and needs a refresh. Everything seems to be working. But there are some long-term stay people. There are washers and dryers. Over price for what it is. Breakfast is hot and OK. It will do if you’re just looking for an overnight at the airport. But not a destination. There are some stores in fast food, places, and IHOP behind the hotel. But you have to kind of look forward. It has good coffee available in the morning and a 7 to 9 AM breakfast with sausage and eggs and other things. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Can they have breakfast , lunch, and dinner service? Coffee shop could use some sandwiches . Bake goods sold out and there was no refills. This would be a big improvement.

The rooms are very large, clean with good water pressure. The desk staff was quick and helpful. They recommend that we stay in the back away from the highway. Smart move or we would have gotten zero sleep. It is right at the same level as the roads to the airport. Very loud. They put out a really good hit breakfast with lots of variety. Would definitely stay again and stay in the back away from the highway.

This is our second time staying at this airport hotel. The location is convenient and the staffs are very nice. The only problem is the fan that’s so loud at night that we couldn’t even sleep. This problem hasn’t been changed since our last stay 4 years ago. We will not stay at this hotel anymore.

Cons: Hotel is a little dated. Gets noise at night as it is 50 50 feet from highway. Expensive onsite parking ($40), however, you can park over night on the street Koapaka st.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. The hotel has transportation to the airport which was nice. I cannot confirm 100% but I believe my wife and I had some bites after our stay here. If I stayed more than one night, I would have checked the beds, etc but didn't get a chance to confirm.

Parking costs $40. Best Western reward members pay $20 but have to book it directly with the hotel. Very close to the airport. Outbound airport shuttle runs each hour. Central AC is loud and very cold in our room.

Great place to stay if you are getting on a cruise next day. Customer service is great, pretty good breakfast to get your day started before you leave out. Not close to much except the airport. But staff was awesome. Definitely would stay here if taking a cruise 20 dollar at most for Uber to dock.

Very pleased with our 1 night stay--older hotel, but very well maintained. Close to the airport with free shuttle & short Uber rides to the Arizona memorial. Pleasant staff upgrade our room in order to provide early check-in. Excellent, filling buffet breakfast included. Great coffee shop in the lobby. We'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very very expensive (we paid more than $300 for 4 adults) for the quality it offers. The rooms are very outdated, double beds tiny, bedding limited (had to ask for blankets), bathrooms quite tiny, with old fixtures, noise from windows (even on 9th floor you hear constant noise from the highway). So you feel like this is a roadside motel from the 80ies compared to the anticipated retreat between flights. Breakfast on paper plates with limited offering of everything only between 7:00-9:00 on Saturday, with practically nothing left when we came at 8:30. Shuttle service from/to airport is free (recommended $1 tip per each bag) but quite limited and shared with one other hotel (wait time is around 20-30min.). There is almost no place to walk anywhere so you have to take Uber everywhere anyway. The main plus is the location (close to the airport) and very very friendly staff that is trying their best. If you are looking for something nice, go to Waikiki. Or bring strong earplugs.

Breakfast had a lot to be desired and the hours of operation weren’t convenient, 7-9 AM. Some food was cold (eggs) and they ran out of food. Yogurt machine was down one morning.

Served the purpose of the stay. Airport shuttle does not run after 1:00 - if my plane had been late I would not have had a way to the hotel. The shuttle services more than one hotel - no mention was made of this and a number of us exited only to have to reload ourselves and baggage. The bus was overloaded both coming and going. It picks up from the hotel ONLY on the hour on a first come 1st serve basis. The included breakfast is only served for a very limited time with no regard for customers schedules.
In summary I have paid less for nicer hotels which provided significantly better service. It is not a place I would choose to stay again.

However I booked a room courtyard view months in advance and get a room with a view of the highway/parking lot. I was also told parking cost 40 which I was fine paying til I checked my account and 50 is now pending.

Had a quick overnight and one day in Honolulu. The hotel and breakfast were excellent, as was the shuttle service from the airport. The only negative was that very few tour companies will collect customers here, since it's outside Waikiki.

This is one of my baf choice i made. The place is located next to a major highway. Its very noisy evertime. The breakfast was ok. Very short time, only from 7 to 9 am. My wife asked for a bottle of water at the front desk. The lady refused to give just a bottle of water, which is the cheapest thing in the world. She instead asked my wife to buy from the vending machine. It was a terrible thing to do. We would not go back again.

We were put in a terrible room that backed onto the freeway, despite paying for one that shouldn’t. We also paid for a room that wouldn’t have stairs to reach, but that’s the room they gave us; we didn’t go back to complain because it would have taken 30 mins to wait in line and change it.
Checkin was awful, as the deck clerk was more interested in inputting online reservations, rather than helping the huge line of people trying to check in.
The shuttle service takes forever; there are so many stops that you’d might as well just walk (you have to call and wait for the pickup). It also only leave for the airport once an hour, so it’s not very convenient.

Location fantastic, accces to shuttle bus great, staff super friendly and helpful, held bags till check in, free breakfast a bonus and adequate for a quick but thats where it stops. Hotel could to with a little updating. Our room was a small room 2 double beds which were quite small for 2 people. Nice large tv and that was lucky as we had to leave on all night to block put the noise from outside car etc and the air conditioner. Walls are very thin could hear people next door room and people using the ice machie and vending machines. Bathroom had tiles looking like they would pop off wall at any moment , we had mould in grout bathroom super small. But as a quick 1 night stay before leaving next day it did what we needed but 1 night was all i would stay for its convenience to the airport.

The shuttle from the airport was there immediately and we were at the hotel within minutes. The reception staff, particularly Laura, were fabulous: so warm and inviting, and with really practical advice for ensuring we got to the airport and had time for breakfast.
The beds were comfortable and the room was really clean. We only stayed one night - got in late and left early in morning for another flight so can’t comment on area, but no complaints for what we needed.

Very close to the airport and convenient. The Hotel is very dated and air conditioning unit is extremely loud in the room. There isn't any dining in the evening, so when we checked in, we only had the vending machine to get something to eat from. The staff was nice. We used the hotel as a place to stay after la ding then moved to a resort on Waikiki.
