Atrocious
There's mold and roaches in the rooms, the staff is rude and disrespectful. Housekeeping will walk in and or knock an hour early. Half the rooms have damage to the walls and or light fixtures

dirty room
the toilet was very wobbly, it actually had a little piece of something under one side I assume to try to stable it. around the bottom of the bathroom door was very dirty, the floor around the bed was very dirty. We had fresh towels on our bed the second day, That is the only way we knew someone was actually in our room, the bed was not made and the blanket was on the floor.

The hotel dis not match up to the pictures pictures show grass lake and walking path outside does not have those bathroom was much smaller than pictures and room was significantly run down

The place is a dump! Bright blood-colored nail polish in the tub. Bathroom floor was filthy. Sheets smelled weird. It was like being in a seedy hotel with drug abuser & hookers.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean but needing of a lot of TLC. When I turned on the shower a stream of orange water came out, the water did not get hot, there was a steady drip from the sink faucet, the front of the vanity had fallen off and there was quite a bit of road traffic noise. I think the website said free breakfast but there was no free breakfast. I would not stay here again.

This hotel is terrible, from the outside looks like any other hotel but when we enter the room noticed that everything was dirty, the bed sheets, furniture, pillows looked like someone was using them and left them there. My husband and I feel horrified by the condition of this place. We immediately went to the desks and talked to the representative there and asked for the cancelation of our stay. Fortunately, they refunded the money. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pictures on the website are deceiving. It’s made to look very clean however the room we were given had what looked like mold on the walls. We couldn’t really tell, but it was something. It was absolutely disgusting. The shower was so gross we didn’t even use it. The sheets were clean at least - fortunately we only needed to sleep there for about 6 hours and the we got out the next morning ASAP.

It was horrible, we would not even consider putting our heads on a pillow there. We turned in the keys after we saw the rooms.
I was told by Expedia the hotel agreed to refund the two rooms for 2 nights.

Read This Nightmare Stay
DON'T STAY HERE...Had 2 rooms..TV cable didn't work..Black mold on ceiling & bathroom..advertised continental breakfast and only had coffee.. bedbugs ... told office on condition and got excuses but no help. No more Travellodges for our company. Sorry Windham..you loose.

There was not anything wrong with property and staff was excellent,it was clean but I have been used to staying in higher end places and I don't like staying where there are outside entrances,I could not tell this from looking at pictures when I booked room. So if these facts meet your approval then a good place.

This hotel was filled with a bunch of spiders and webs as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. It also had an LED light in the room hardwired into the wall outlet which is not up to electrical code at all. I would not recommend this place. We did check for bedbugs and did not find any, but judging by the look of it all we definitely expected to find some.

The room was clean but the bathroom shower head was dirty. The towels are very thin and cheap. There is no cable tv . The door in the bathroom has a hole which appears that someone kick it ir something like that. Otherwise is ok to spend one night.

We pulled the blankets down to get in bed. Bugs everywhere.
Bathroom had a hole in the wall and didn’t smell the greatest. Smelled like they didn’t clean the toilet.
Was bugs in the coffee machine.

Best available rate in area, booked two rooms in advance. Check-in was very time consuming and staff did not go out of their way to assist. Our rooms were not located next to each other and they both were different in cleanliness. One room had an unpleasant smell and the other, the bathroom was dirty. The shower had nice hot water and okay water pressure. Stained sheets but plenty of pillows. The air-conditioner in one room was cold and had no smell; the other ac was visibly full of mold and smelled of mildew. We arrived around 9pm, the pool water was obly half full and unsuitable for swimming.

Filthy. Bedding wasn't washed in weeks probably. Literally spiders in the bed and in every corner of the room. As soon as we walked in a HUGE beetle trotted out from under the bed to greet us. Looks like they clean once a year if that. People fighting and screaming at 7am right outside door. Also, had to wait nearly an hour at 12am to check in because the front desk service man was no where to be found with only a "be back in 5 minutes" sign on the door. Avoid this place like the plague it'll probably give you

The people at the desk were nice. It was sooo loud at night (including the air conditioner!!) that I couldn't sleep. Photos also indicate a lovely yard area. Weeds were up to above my knees!! Very disappointing.

Filthy, smelly, burn holes on comforters in non smoking room we didn’t stay. We left. There was a intoxicated girl passed out on the curb in front of hotel. I’m shocked this facility was an option on your site. I did get refunded only because the hotel agreed to refund. I trusted Expedia and booked non refundable. Not sure I’ll be comfortable doing that again. Bad experience, wasted a lot of time. Glad it’s resolved.

I was given a handicapped room ,although it wasn't necessary, that was not serviced. The bed was stripped of sheets and when I called the desk I was told that housekeeping was gone for the day and they could give me sheets but i would be making the bed up myself. There was no blanket or bedspread, the garbage was still in the room and the bath hadn't been cleaned. Then I was moved to another handicapped room that I doubt would passed the Americans with
Disabilities Act. There were no shelves or bed stands next to the bed, the only lamps were across the room so when they were turned out at night, you had to stumble in the dark to get to the bed and there was no phone at all in the room. The bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning, especially the lights that were grimy and around the toilet. The one good thing about the room was that the bed was comfortable.
I hope the condition of this place is not an example of what you find acceptable.

Don’t stay there
Was very run down. The back parking lot had a junk pile in the grass. There was a family living in one of the rooms with trash all around their door. I would expect to pay $100 dollars a night not over $200. Would not stay there again.

Key failed 3 times during our stay. Not sure what was in the draws but nothing I would put my clothes in. Trash not emptied despite leaving it by the door. No towels left during our stay, had to request more. Floor was dirty and sticky. Wore socks when in the room

Well whe. I checked in she put me in a room by homeless people tgst lived at the hotel that was now a shelter. The room she put me in was so Smokey I couldn’t breath.

The rooms were disgusting. The bedsheets were not changed. There was macaroni and cheese smashed between the sheets. We had to end up going to Walmart and purchasing bed sheets and blankets and pillowcases, and lots of disinfected and cleaners, because I refuse to let my kids sleep on them. It was the night of the Daytona 500, there was no other rooms available anywhere else, so we had no choice but to stay there we tried for three hours to find another room. I would not recommend anyone staying at this facility until they get improvements on their housekeeping and start cleaning their rooms. I’ve stayed in hundreds of motel rooms all across the country and this by far was one of the worst.

Daytona 500 weekend so price was off the scale. Place is very old and tired, $60-$70 is all I would pay at any other time. Area looked very rough? might be lovely? Staff were nice, bathroom door would not close, switches worn and loose.

The room needed serous maintenance and cosmetic repairs under the sink,bathroom ceiling and the bathroom door knob was falling off. There was a guy knocking on doors stating he was house keeping but he had no supplies with him. No towels no kart no nothing but as looked to be a master key on his wrist.

We got to the hotel at 9pm they did not have a non smoking room. We were told we needed to request that ahead of time.
The room was disgusting. It reeked of smoke and was filthy. Holes in the bathroom ceiling and cigarette burns on the bed!
We went back to the check in and we’re told they couldn’t help us we would have to contact Expedia. Do not book here!

January 27th 2023. Horrible! Dirty blankets, dirty pillowcases and sheets! The sheets are scorched by cigarettes! Coffee Maker is broken! They brought another. Broken too! Sink drainage does not work! Plumber couldn't fix it! When we checked out the clerk at the front desk said he will make a discount for that inconvenience! forget it! I was charged a full price $95.63

For the nightly fee very overpriced the bathroom needed a major upgrade. You actually had to go inside the bathroom stand between the toilet and the tub to close the door no tissues, dirty mirrors, dirty floor, dirty sheets must I keep going the only good thing about it was the list of people at the front desk more pleasant.

The rooms were clean, although the bathroom floor by the shower had standing water when we arrived. We were traveling with a handicapped person. The bathroom shower/toilet was an experience. There were 3 of us on the reservation but only 2 towels in the room. As it turns out our handicap person could not shower anyway due to the placement of the grab bar (see pic). You had to have gorilla arms to be able to reach it. (I could not). The bathroom area was so small you had to almost climb in the tub to close the door. very very uncomfortable and hard to navigate. would not stay here again.

They gave us a non smoker room that smells like pure tobacco with staying in the covers, all dirty. The second one after complaining was not great either and no towels, only 1 soap. Bad service. Not recommended.

The room and bed were good. Everything was clean minus the floor. Linens were clean and shower was great. Couldnt hear anything from room to room but we could hear the traffic very well. Attendants were kind and rectifying booking issue and were able to accomedate our family quickly. Definitely a smooth and positive experience.
