Beware when you get to your room
The hotel is in some serious updating. My husband says it reminds him of a hole in wall hotels. They don’t give you extra pillows or a blanket beds are hard and worn down. With our room you could see day light all round the door while you sleep.

The property was clean, the people were great, but the room was so dirty, smelly, the carpet was so filthy. We found bugs in the room, we felt like we were being bitten in the bed. It was not good.

$300+ Motel 6!! Terrible value.
This place is way overpriced for being a completely outdated property. The rooms are like a 1990’s Motel 6. The halls, walls. carpets, paint, old tile bathroom’s, ripped and worn furniture, and trashy beds are literally from the 90’s. The hallway and room walls, doors, and door jambs are filthy! The carpet is gross! It stinks pretty bad as well. I never leave reviews, but I just felt that I needed too so that people will know what to expect for $300+. Convenience is worth something, but not what this place is charging for it. Avoid if possible.

Tired but comsidering its location understand no fridges cammodes old and noisy can hear flushes doors have space beyond tolerable.
That being said staff was friendly cordial and informative Marianna to be metioned!
Will we stay again????probably so convenient to TSA & dining.

Very convenient but ….
Another quick overnight stay, can’t beat the convenience of the location if flying American but it’s an old worn hotel, would be lucky to get one third of the rate if it wasn’t in the terminal.

Don't be fooled by some nice marketing images.
This hotel is terrible, old, smells like a toilet in the carpets in the hallway. There is not much to like about this place. The mattresses were extremely soft. As a place to sleep it is perhaps better to head in a cab offsite as you have to clear immigration to get to the hotel anyway. I would not stay here again due to the cost not matching the product. Unfortunately cannot recommend

This property really needs updating as paint and carpet look to be very old. BUT, you can not beat the convenience of this hotel as it is inside the Miami airport. When you’re tired and have plans or a cruise the next day, this place is a lifesaver. Get your bags off the carousel and walk two minutes inside the airport right to the hotel. Bam. Nothing easier.

The bathtub needs updates. The mat was torn and floating around my feet, gross. Water pressure great however, the shower head was really low and I am 5’4”. Easy check in and check out. The king bed was really comfortable. It was ok for one night

We stayed due to the proximity to Miami airport. Our room was adequate and the king bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was another story. The shower head was really low and there was a knob for hot and one for cold water. I thought they were banned?? I’ve only seen a one piece unit for years. The hotel is clearly in the middle of renovations as one corridor on our floor had clear wrap across the hallway.

It was extremely convenient to stay at a hotel inside the airport. We got up the next morning ate breakfast , in the airport. We then headed to the cruise line shuttle service to the pier. So easy, so convenient.

No-Tell Motel Vibes
The hotel is very convenient within the terminal, but that is the only positive thing. Otherwise the hallways and rooms look like a third-rate road side motel. I would choose to stay off the airport at a better hotel with a shuttle in the future.

Very disappointing
One good thing, being located at the airport for our 6:00 am flight. I read the reviews, so I was not expecting much. Oddest thing, at night I could see the hallway light from top to bottom on the doorway of the room. Not good for darkness or noise. My biggest question's is why do they leave the condition of this hotel as being so poor. The carpet was old and dirty. No nightstand on one of the side of the bed. The bathroom floor tile (not ceramic) had many dirty scuffs and scrapes. I would not have stayed if we hadn’t needed to for our morning flight.

Very convenient for an overnight stay if you have a morning flight the next day. The 7th floor restaurant is also consistently good and not overly expensive for being located in the terminal. The rooms need updated but I believe that is currently happening.

This would compare to what I think a Super 8 is like. Felt dirty from the time you got off the elevator. Bathroom floor was definitely not cleaned and not too sure the shower was. Very loud outside in the hallways and rooms above. Can hear peoples every move to the tapping of their toothbrush on their sink. lol everything in the airport near it to eat closes at 9:30 except a subway and the line was at least 30 deep. FYI

In the 60’s and 70’s this was a beautiful hotel with a huge aviary in the lobby. Now it’s just grubby, but still a quick convenient place to sleep overnight for a connecting flight. Staff was friendly but the room was problematic. The bathroom door bumps into the edge of the toilet when opening/closing. When humidity from the shower is present, the door is actually stuck, and a hefty push is required. The pleasantly disguised window overlooks a dark light shaft containing mechanical equipment. We were in Room 326, if that helps anyone. I might go out of my way and stay at a neighboring hotel next time.

Bad Motel 6 style-rooms at Hyatt prices.
I had read reviews suggesting that the hotel was dated and rundown, but I decided the convenience of being on the airport grounds was worth it. Big mistake! The corridors and rooms are ugly (various bad shades of green), in bad condition (large burn mark on table), very dated (shower curtain instead of glass? seriously?), and smelled of disinfectant. In fact, the first room given to us reeked so strongly that we insisted on a change, which at least lowered the smell to the point where the room smelled a bit less than the hallway (kudos to the receptionist for at least helping us out on the room change). Overall: think bad Motel 6 style-rooms at Hyatt prices.

I enjoyed just walking from my gate to hotel and. Into my room without waiting for Uber or shuttle.
The room is dated but was pretty clean. The A/c and heat was excellent.
I went to the terminal for breakfast to take back to my room.

The only positive for this hotel is its connection to the Miami International Airport. The hotel itself is run down, uncomfortable, and dirty. The staff is ambivalent to guests’ comfort. There are no dining or bar options open past 9pm. The entire property smells of moth balls and febreeze in a futile attempt to cover up the musty smell throughout. Avoid this property at all cost which quite frankly are astronomical given the experience.

The heat did not work. It made lots of noises but generated no heat in the room. My 90 year old mother was miserable. She had to wear her coat to sleep.

Very disappointed stay…….Hotel was dirty, light switch did not work, room was ice cold. For the price that you pay to stay at this hotel, I would have expected a much cleaner, warmer room! Would never stay again or suggest to stay here!

The air freshener in the hallways was totally overwhelming! It actually burned the back of my throat. Thank goodness it was less in the room. Otherwise the checkin and bellman was great a lot of bags I need to leave and then go return rental car. Very nice that they got me a room and the bill took my bags up to my room while I returned the car.

This hotel is convenient for when your flight arrives after rental car companies close. Other than that, I cannot say positive things. It wasn't clean - stains on sheets/bedding 2 stays in a row now, & dirt/dust built up around the base of the walls in the room. My feet were sticking to the carpet. The room is the size of a postage stamp. I will pay to rideshare to a different place in the future.

It's perfect for what it is, a hotel inside an airport. If you're just looking for a place to rest your head for a few hours its fantastic. If you're looking for a 5 star resort, you're being naive.

It’s an old hotel. Room Smells like the stuff you sprinkle to vacuum carpet.

This hotel is so run down it should be called a motel at best. It’s very loud with the rooms next to you and the room was extremely small. We stayed there only because we had a 5am flight but next time we’ll stay off airport. Do everything you can to stay off airport. There was a ton of hair in the shower and we saw a housekeeper cleaning the carpet with a broom in another room rather than a vacuum.

If you need to stay in the airport this is our only option. If you don’t need to stay in the airport- stay someplace else. The carpets in the room are almost greasy they are so dirty.

Dated, uncomfortable, and overpriced
You’re getting, at best, a motel for the overpriced cost of a hotel.
We stayed here on the way to and from a vacation. Both rooms we had were very uncomfortable — beds were sunken in, smell was musty, showers took over ten minutes to start warming up and had chipped tile and mold.
When we requested something a little less dated the second time around, the front desk staff didn’t actually finish listening to us before assigning a room, or acknowledge the statement even if they couldn’t do anything about it.
The only benefit of this stay was its location in the airport — but plenty of hotels have regular shuttles and would likely actually allow you a decent night of sleep.

Needs a Reno. Not open for dinner when I got there which was just after 930 at night. Also was not open for breakfast which was a very big disappointment. As the last time I stayed with you. I enjoyed the breakfast so much I was looking forward to it.

Super convenient!
The carpet and bathroom are a bit dated, but everything is comfy and clean. They also look as though they are renovating, so it should be perfect once complete.
Also, you can't beat not having to take a shuttle or cab when needing to stay overnight to catch an early flight!

Last resort.
OUTDATED...no safe..poor lighting..no bathroom fan..bathroom door looked like someone through something at it..windows overlooked ductwork and were chained shut..tub would not drain..two crummy pillows..bedside table corner was sharp and when I got into bed I bumped it and the scratch bled...needs total renovation ....location cannot make up for the shortcomings......

Hotel property is in poor conditions. Inside the rooms and at the hallways, looks like you are entering a Motel type hotel. Needs a lot of work. $250 per night, is not worth it, even though is at a convinient location inside the airport, it’s better to pay at a hotel outside, that have a transfer included every 10 min or pick up at request, than paying for this hotel.

The beds, towels and room/bath were clean. Fingerprints on doors and door casings and fairly worn carpet would be nice. Expecting less from some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised by the service and cleanliness. Super convenient if you want an overnight at MIA for a early connection.

High price for NO Quality
Very run down. Furniture old & very used. Bed very low to the ground. Stains on the bed runner at the bottom of the bed. Lamp & lamp shade were broken & leaning over. Felt like we were in a sleazy motel. Thermostat was a slider style from cool to warm so you never knew what the temperature was, except it was cold even in heat mode. How much could it cost for a thermostat?

Convenient and easy to find in MIA. The room had basic amenities, but was comfortable and there was no noise from the planes. The windows have additional glass panes to help with outside noise. Only the hallway is noisy due to parents not teaching their children how to keep their voices down when people may be trying to sleep. I would definitely stay here again when I have an early morning flight.

The room did not have any storage, hot water was not hot enough. No complimentary water in room.
Fittings and furnishings are dated.
$400 is a very high price for a short stay, only nice feature is proximity to check-in, it is downstairs.

The best thing about this hotel is the convenience- I didn’t want to deal with having to catch a shuttle to an off-site hotel for the night. The room as clean. The bed was not great - it had a huge depression on one side. The mattress definitely needed replacing. Overall, it was fine, but it can definitely use some upgrades.

Horrible!
This was one of the worst hotels we have ever experienced. The bedding was very old and torn up. The pillow was only 2" thick. It was obvious that previous occupants had folded it in half to try and have more depth for comfort. The shower was very unsafe. You think you have the right temp and suddenly you are blasted with scalding water. This was a continuous problem. (I reported the hot water issue at the front desk because it was a definite safety issue. The attendant gave an attitude that could easily be interpreted as indifferent.) There was a plastic kleenex box in the bathroom that was empty but also very dirty. The hotel provided one paper cup in the room shared by two people. This place is in dire need of an update and a thorough cleaning! Avoid this place if possible!

Thought this hotel would be as in the pictures. And since it is in Miami airport was expecting more for that price. Hotel needs total renovation. Really old rooms and bathroom.

Good for an overnight trip, but not for a long one
The hotel is old and that shows, but the beds were clean and comfortable. For a 1-night stay to catch a connecting flight it's the most convenient place, so I recommend it for that. If you're looking for a place to stay to see Miami, I would suggest going somewhere else.

Very convenient location right in the MIA terminal. Great for long layovers or overnight connections. Windows are soundproof from the airplane noise, but interior wall and doors make the room ‘not soundproof’. You can hear conversations in next room, halls, bathroom sounds next door. Hard to get a sound sleep.

The room (furniture and decoration) was not high end but also not low end. It was clean and comfy and the temperature was easy to adjust. The restaurant upstairs was good. I was surprised how good my burger was and how quickly it came. All staff from front desk to restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The convenient location is worth every penny!

One of the worst hotels I have been in in a long time. Needs to be gutted and renovated. Furniture old and needs to be placed. No blankets. Windows so dirty can't see out. Redeeming feature: good shower. Miami deserves far better at its very important airport.

I liked that's at the airport so it's easy to get to the terminals... however, for the amount of money that you have to pay, you should get a better room... in our room, the ceiling had a leak that wet the carpet and the bathtub was peeling off... maintenance should be better

Always my choice of hotels for her convenience to catch an early connecting flight in Miami. This grande dame may show a little age but she is clean, convenient and congenial.

Noisy hotel
The room was fine but my wife could hear every little noise burps and farts the person made in the next room. People were talking in the hallway all hours of the night and early morning. Sleep was impossible.
