I liked the convenience and short distance to Departures. The room had mold in it and that needs to be dealt with asap. I am allergic to mold so I can detect mold straight away. The carpet is also old and should be replaced. It was not a comfortable night

Very close to securing for D and E gates, infact this security check point is only a fee steps from the hotel as you exit the elevator.
Not fancy but very convenient. Rooms are cleaner than I was expecting and I newly renovated and painted.
Bathroom is clean but not fancy, serves the purpose.

The hallways smelled like a kitty litter box. The floors were absolutely filthy. The staff didn’t know what channel the Super Bowl was on and there was no menu available to tell the channels on the tv. The bathroom was really small. The bedding was smelly and all of the doors slammed shut. The front desk staff was inattentive, impersonable and unhelpful. The only reason we stayed was because we just got off a late flight and had an early departure or we definitely would have asked for a new room, but from the statements of other guests our experience would have been no different.

My wife demands that we stay there for overnight flight stays due to convenience. I do not like it much because it feels like a prison, but our last stay was pleasant. we got a double queen room and it was roomy and adequate. We will stay there again as long as i can secure such a room.

This was a complete misrepresentation. The photos online are not real.
They assured me a crib was in our room. There was not one. Then, the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone.
Do not stay here.

It’s expensive for what it offers. If you pay for a cart at airport they won’t allow you to come with it. You need to pay for someone to get you baggage to your room. At the end you must pay 3x if you have multiple suitcases.
The good thing it’s the location, very convenient if you are in a connection and need a rest at the airport.

Our flight got canceled and we had no choice but to book a room here to sleep til our flight. This was prob one of the dirties rooms I have ever stayed at. While the people were kind that ran it. The rooms look like they got left in the past. I expected it being associated and attached to the airport, it would be in better condition but it was not. The tub was chipping with sharp piece. The paint on the walls was stained from god knows what. All the bathroom fixtures are rusted and very rough looking. Bonus the toilet flushing power is enough to suck you in. The door wasn’t well fitted to the frame so a large amount of light from the halls flittered in at night. The walls are thin enough you can hear all the people who do not care to keep their voices down. The housekeeper walked right in our room in the morning- WITHOUT knocking, thinking we would be checkout. It was 10am and check out is 12. Really in general, it seemed as tho nothing gets cleaned but the sheets and towels looked like they were decent. For the price I paused for this($250) I expected much better. This should be a 98 dollar night. If you can stay off site at a nicer place I would.

This property needs a re-do. Great water pressure, but that was about it. Doesn't look like the carpet has been cleaned since the 70s - the room was old, outdated, and sub-par. Convenient if your flight arrives late, otherwise skip it.

This was super convenient for our early morning flight out of Miami. That being said it was TERRIBLE to find. The GPS instructions were less than helpful and we drove around in insane traffic to find it. NOTE - it is in concourse E DEPARTURES...that will get you there better than GPS.

Hard to fine hotel in airport. Better signage needed. Long line to check in and person was rushed, not welling. Barebones and small room for the price. Was there even water in the room? Wouldn’t return.

For $400 the room wasn’t worth the price. Rooms very small and nothing in it but the bed and table. The convenience of the location is great when you don’t have a choice in an emergency. Tub drain was clogged causing water to not drain during shower.

Are Hotels.com rewards worth anything?
Front desk: good
Room: clean, but no heat or any temperature control
Biggest issue: had no information about applying Hotels,com rewards. Does Hotels indicate on search pages which properties accept these awards? Otherwise it’s a useless system, not worth keeping app for.

Beware when you get to your room
The hotel is in some serious updating. My husband says it reminds him of a hole in wall hotels. They don’t give you extra pillows or a blanket beds are hard and worn down. With our room you could see day light all round the door while you sleep.

$300+ Motel 6!! Terrible value.
This place is way overpriced for being a completely outdated property. The rooms are like a 1990’s Motel 6. The halls, walls. carpets, paint, old tile bathroom’s, ripped and worn furniture, and trashy beds are literally from the 90’s. The hallway and room walls, doors, and door jambs are filthy! The carpet is gross! It stinks pretty bad as well. I never leave reviews, but I just felt that I needed too so that people will know what to expect for $300+. Convenience is worth something, but not what this place is charging for it. Avoid if possible.

Don't be fooled by some nice marketing images.
This hotel is terrible, old, smells like a toilet in the carpets in the hallway. There is not much to like about this place. The mattresses were extremely soft. As a place to sleep it is perhaps better to head in a cab offsite as you have to clear immigration to get to the hotel anyway. I would not stay here again due to the cost not matching the product. Unfortunately cannot recommend

This property really needs updating as paint and carpet look to be very old. BUT, you can not beat the convenience of this hotel as it is inside the Miami airport. When you’re tired and have plans or a cruise the next day, this place is a lifesaver. Get your bags off the carousel and walk two minutes inside the airport right to the hotel. Bam. Nothing easier.

The bathtub needs updates. The mat was torn and floating around my feet, gross. Water pressure great however, the shower head was really low and I am 5’4”. Easy check in and check out. The king bed was really comfortable. It was ok for one night

We stayed due to the proximity to Miami airport. Our room was adequate and the king bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was another story. The shower head was really low and there was a knob for hot and one for cold water. I thought they were banned?? I’ve only seen a one piece unit for years. The hotel is clearly in the middle of renovations as one corridor on our floor had clear wrap across the hallway.

It was extremely convenient to stay at a hotel inside the airport. We got up the next morning ate breakfast , in the airport. We then headed to the cruise line shuttle service to the pier. So easy, so convenient.

Very disappointing
One good thing, being located at the airport for our 6:00 am flight. I read the reviews, so I was not expecting much. Oddest thing, at night I could see the hallway light from top to bottom on the doorway of the room. Not good for darkness or noise. My biggest question's is why do they leave the condition of this hotel as being so poor. The carpet was old and dirty. No nightstand on one of the side of the bed. The bathroom floor tile (not ceramic) had many dirty scuffs and scrapes. I would not have stayed if we hadn’t needed to for our morning flight.

This would compare to what I think a Super 8 is like. Felt dirty from the time you got off the elevator. Bathroom floor was definitely not cleaned and not too sure the shower was. Very loud outside in the hallways and rooms above. Can hear peoples every move to the tapping of their toothbrush on their sink. lol everything in the airport near it to eat closes at 9:30 except a subway and the line was at least 30 deep. FYI

In the 60’s and 70’s this was a beautiful hotel with a huge aviary in the lobby. Now it’s just grubby, but still a quick convenient place to sleep overnight for a connecting flight. Staff was friendly but the room was problematic. The bathroom door bumps into the edge of the toilet when opening/closing. When humidity from the shower is present, the door is actually stuck, and a hefty push is required. The pleasantly disguised window overlooks a dark light shaft containing mechanical equipment. We were in Room 326, if that helps anyone. I might go out of my way and stay at a neighboring hotel next time.

Bad Motel 6 style-rooms at Hyatt prices.
I had read reviews suggesting that the hotel was dated and rundown, but I decided the convenience of being on the airport grounds was worth it. Big mistake! The corridors and rooms are ugly (various bad shades of green), in bad condition (large burn mark on table), very dated (shower curtain instead of glass? seriously?), and smelled of disinfectant. In fact, the first room given to us reeked so strongly that we insisted on a change, which at least lowered the smell to the point where the room smelled a bit less than the hallway (kudos to the receptionist for at least helping us out on the room change). Overall: think bad Motel 6 style-rooms at Hyatt prices.

I enjoyed just walking from my gate to hotel and. Into my room without waiting for Uber or shuttle.

The only positive for this hotel is its connection to the Miami International Airport. The hotel itself is run down, uncomfortable, and dirty. The staff is ambivalent to guests’ comfort. There are no dining or bar options open past 9pm. The entire property smells of moth balls and febreeze in a futile attempt to cover up the musty smell throughout. Avoid this property at all cost which quite frankly are astronomical given the experience.

The air freshener in the hallways was totally overwhelming! It actually burned the back of my throat. Thank goodness it was less in the room. Otherwise the checkin and bellman was great a lot of bags I need to leave and then go return rental car. Very nice that they got me a room and the bill took my bags up to my room while I returned the car.

This hotel is convenient for when your flight arrives after rental car companies close. Other than that, I cannot say positive things. It wasn't clean - stains on sheets/bedding 2 stays in a row now, & dirt/dust built up around the base of the walls in the room. My feet were sticking to the carpet. The room is the size of a postage stamp. I will pay to rideshare to a different place in the future.
