I stayed here on 3 diff occasions and never had hot water for a shower. All 3 times it was luke warm for maube a min and then cold for the rest of the shower

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER TO USE THE SHOWER NOR THE HOT TUB IN THE ROOM THAT I SIMPLELY REQUEST FOR TO USE IN THIS ROOM THE KING SIZE BED HAD WIRE MATERIAL ON IT HAD TO REQUEST TO GET BATHTISSUE IN THE ROOM AND THE NIGHT TIME STAFF COULDN'T GET MAINTENACE TO FIX SO I WOULD LIKE AN REFUNED FOR THE NIGHT PLEASE THE MANGER SAID WOULD GIVE IF HOTELS CALL THEM THEY WOULD GIVE BACK TO ME

Was really disappointed. Got in late so didn’t really check the room. Next morning saw red goo on the wall next to toilet and sticker on the wall. Told the front desk and asked for housekeeping to please clean. Came back after a long day packing a truck to the goo gone but red still on wall along with sticker, hair in the shower (which we had not used the night before) and no hot water. Will not stay again.

For a late booking it was nice to find a decent place; even though the nightly rate was ridiculously high.. We checked in at 1AM, my husband had to be at work by 6am so, unfortunately he wasn't able to grab any breakfast or decent coffee. I went later and found only cereal, waffles, microwaveable JD sausage sandwiches, PB &J sandwich, microwaveable mini muffins, fruit, yogurt, granola bars. The room was clean, however the tub was stained from soap scum stains and needs attention. Bath towels were thin and hand towels thick.. Bed was comfortable, Just local Spectrum broadcasting, no streaming.

Room outdated even though they tried to cover it up with paint.
Pool area including pool needs attention.
Breakfast was basically quick grabs and a waffle maker.
For what we needed was ok overall but would find someplace else when in area again.

I checked in on 8/17/2023 and was in room 420. The pictures of the room do not represent the actual room. There is no tub only a small shower the sink is out in the room not in the bathroom. There was a part of a plug stuck in the socket. Shower door was missing so they hung a curtain over the door frame. White walls all dirty ,closet smelled horrible.There was a reddish brown substance smeared all over the door frame.

we did not like the fact that we asked for a first floor close to front due to my brother coming with me could not walk far distances i called ahead of time and they said not a problem. well needless to say they put us on the third floor. i was not very happy with that. also we got into room and the bathroom sliding door was jammed and we had to wait almost an hour to get door fixed and we were told that if we needed to use restroom there was one in the lobby. i stay at sleep inns alot but i am rethinking that decision after this last stay.

This hotel was average. Check in was easy check out the same. There are fast food places around the hotel , Waffle House McDonald’s and a dollar store. Cherry grove beach is 8 minutes away which was convenient but for the price you could easily get ocean front elsewhere. Housekeeping comes by request only and if you try to request after 2pm no good. Staff was on lunch between 11-1 no one was at the desk to ask for housekeeping so when I called they informed me it was too late even tho housekeeping was on our floor. Our garbage got piled up. No way to do laundry. Phone in our room did not work and tv got limited channels. Microwave in room only with mini fridge. Towels and linen you have to get yourself at the front desk. The pool was cold and dirty being it’s half outside and inside. Not to mention smelled bad. The room was outdated, beds were uncomfortable and the shower leaked and bathroom door didn’t lock. Room ac was ice cold and over all it did the trick for a weekend stay but I doubt I would book again at the same place. Wasn’t awful but wasn’t the best either. Liked that you’re not bothered but you have to do basically everything while you’re there. Area seemed safe with no issues.

Great Stay!
I had a great stay! The price was great for the value especially in the middle of summer.Every staff member I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The pool was terrific amd the room was everything I hoped. The jetted tub was a godsend after a particularly busy day. Being able to soak in the tub was a big plus! Would def stay here again.

Our first night there, from 12:45am until 3:00am (because I looked at the clock when it woke me up and when it stopped) there were kids running through hall, yelling and shouting at one another at opposite ends of the hall, slamming doors and banging on walls in their, who was next to ours. We ended up sleeping at total of about 4 hours this first night. When we spoke to the front desk later that morning, they were aware of the situation already and moved us to a different room, two floors up. The water in that room had a musty smell and horrible taste, so we bought a case of bottled water and used this to drink and brush our teeth. The next 5 nights we had no issues however, our final night was as bad, if not worse than the first night, as kids were running in the halls and their parents were yelling and cursing them from down the hallway. They also kept slamming doors and knocking on doors until 1:00am. Then it sounded like a dog barking in their room in the middle of the night. Needless to say the 9 hour drive home the next morning, felt like an eternity due to lack of sleep. This was our favorite place to stay when visiting the North Myrtle Beach/Little River area. However, this will be the last time we stay at the Harbor View Sleep Inn.

No frills but clean
Not a place I would have normally chosen, but there were really no other options that were not $250.00/night or more. We were just going to be sleeping there as we were visiting family and would at their condo most of the time. The bed was comfortable, I thought the room/shower/bath were clean. There were people out side smoking at the entrance a good bit. The building next store is abandon, and looks really bad. The hallway the first night smelled like smoke, even thought it is a non smoking facility, but I have had that even at 5star hotels. Over all not a bad stay.

I hated my stay at this hotel. There was no real breakfast other than a waffle. The shower had mold in it. On top of that, the manager was lazy and let it be known he did not care about my complaints. I was highly upset. This experience was horrible.

While the staff was wonderful and accommodating the hotel itself was just not well maintained. The room was very old and so outdated and the bathroom we had was not ideal for a family of 4 it was way too small. It was just a toilet and shower with a pocket door and the sink was on the outside of the bathroom. Breakfast was only waffles and packaged food had to be heated by microwave not very great. Last year we stayed at a different Hotel, and we might go back to that one when we come down to visit our family. Sorry will not stay at this hotel again.

I liked the fact that the hotel is in a convenient location near the NC / SC border. I didn't like that they had soiled comforters in my room and when I discussed it with the front desk the only thing they could do was to remove it from the room for my entire stay. There was broken equipment in the room such as the remote control for the television, the refrigerator, lights over the bed didn't work, and some of the outlets in the room had no power and these were main outlets not the ones with extension cords in them. I used to stay there because it was nice and it felt good to be there but now I just was so disappointed!!

My husband and I just wanted a little R&R so we chose NMB, and Sleep Inn being that the area wasn't as busy as MB, and we also got to visit Cresent Beach which also was a good choice Melody made check in very easy while wearing a smile, Farrah from housekeeping was soooo nice always asking if we needed anything THANK YOU WE NEED MORE People LIKE YOU GUYS . Property made an attempt to update but room was dirty and damp. Carpet was sticky, bathroom walls were dirty and outdated.
Indoor/outdoor pool was advertised online and on sign out front but both pools were closed for the season (including indoor portion).

The stay was decent. I've previously stayed at this establishment a couple of years ago.
It's clean, which is very important to me.
Some of the furniture and fixtures need to be replaced. Management should pay more attention to detail, because the room I stayed in had what looks like some patch work, maybe they were going to finish the repair and paint soon, but if there were other completed rooms available, one of those rooms should have been offered.

very disappointing stay for me and my 3 other colleagues. wifi TERRIBLE, bathroom tiny, breakfast only hot item was waffle. I would prefer to pay a bit more to have improvements in this very basic areas.

The location and cleanliness was great!! The property does need upgraded and smells like stale cigarette smoke. When checking in the staff member, which I believe was the manager, was very rude and told me she would of refunded my money to me because I did not live far enough away to be able to stay here but it would be more inconvenient for her because I booked thru a third party. I used Expedia, so for that fact I will never stay here again!

Will not stay at again
The smell that hit you in the face as you walked into the hotel room was horrendous. The carpet was damp everywhere so you had to wear shoes the entire time. The staff was very friendly but that did not make up for the nasty smell or damp conditions in the room.

We were only here for one night. The room was a little small for 2 Queens. We didn't really explore the property. Just grabbed a quick nights sleep and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Limited options but was adequate.

The bathroom sink was clogged up and the jacuzzi tub was scummy. I felt unsafe in the bathroom because the shower floor was very slippery. Therecwas nothing to hold onto and i had to put a towel down to keep from slipping and getting hurt! The toiletvwas so low to the ground i could not get up off it without my daughters help. I was upset because i ask them for extra pillows to help me sleep comfortably, ( I am a cardiac paient with swollen feet from my trip) they refused thecextra pillows i needed
