The wifi and TV keeps losing it signal the whole time, The microwave was chipped and rusted stained carpet ,And the worst was the toilet didn't flush called the desk she came to door the lady at the desk handed me a plunger that had toilet paper on it smelled in a plastic bag and said good luck, there was no maintenance worker no manager had to fix it my self would not give me another room I need to get some kind of refund here terrible experience I ever had at a hotel

I have been staying at this sleep inn for a few years now, This is the first time I was asked to leave the breakroom before it was time to end breakfast time. The lady was kind of rude.

Missing clerk, double charge
The check in was difficult. No one was at the desk and there was no bell. I found an employee upstairs and she said she was checking rooms that is was a small hotel and everyone did everything. When checking me in she had me red wipe my card and I was double charged but she said the 2nd one would come off in 7-10 days.

Broken desk lamp. Broken desk chair. Dirty carpet, my bare feet became filthy. Bathroom counter very small. Comfortable and clean bed.

Terrible experience.
The room was not very clean, the light in the room didn’t work, the fridge barely kept my food even semi cold, the walls are so thin I could hear the people in the room next to me all night long which was extremely disturbing and uncomfortable. When leaving to check out there was people in the parking lot just hanging out making me extremely uncomfortable watching me walk to my car and load my belongings in.

Didn't like that I left my room for breakfast and came back and could not get back into room with key card. It was on my last day on a Sunday and needed to leave immediately. No one at desk and one employee in breakfast area. Luckily Cleaning staff got me in.

Hotel room floor had Cheetos on it and the floor length mirror was covered in dirty kids hand prints. I don’t know if anything was cleaned before we arrived. Bed linens could have been dirty for all I know.

Check in was hectice. We were first assigned a room that was still being cleaned. The next room we were given was already occupied. The room we finally received was clean. It was nice to have free parking and beakfast. Location was close to the venue we were going to.

I’m not retury
The refrigerator didn’t work which I discovered after we were already there a day. When I reported it, a technician was going to come at 10pm. I had a sick child so I declined. They offered to switch rooms but because of the sick child, I couldn’t.
TV remote didn’t work & needed to be replaced

the mattress was the worst lumpy bed i ever slept in my 65 years period. desk chair was ripped up i think they found it on the street. check room 111 . this deserves a refund . unbelievable they charge for a flop house mattress ! oh check the breakfast out was totally stale ont fresh they dont care.

I was checked in by Dkaur. Even though I had already pre-paid for the room, they didn't receive the payment from the 3rd party, hotels.com, so I had to pay for the room (again) using my credit card. Checked out in the morning. Got home to find that my credit card was charged for again for the room by Sleep Inn. So now my credit card statement shows 3 charges for this room. One from hotels.com and two from Sleep Inn. I hope to get this issue resolved quickly. Other than that, the room was great!

All was great, same as last time. The only thing was that when I entered the room, it smelled so strongly with disinfectant and chemicals it gave me a headache. I had to open the window and turn on the bathroom fan to air it out for a few hours before I could tolerate the strong chemical smell. Not awesome. Beyond that though, everything was nice.

Pros: Pond behind hotel. Room was clean.
Cons: Back door on first floor NEVER locks. Anyone can get in. Told front desk; said it's always like that. Didn't care. After trying multiple outlets in room, finally found ONE that would charge my phone. TV volume would randomly go up and down on it's own. Snack/Drink machine broken. Will only accept quarters. Again, front desk said it always like that. Bottom line: Would not stay here again.

The room had two queen size beds that were very comfortable - 4 pillows each cold be larger. The room size was adequate - the shower large; very nice. The breakfast was hot with a large selection - very quiet location close to transportation and restaurants. I would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel was clean but they want 250 for literally any inconvenience. They list that if the room is horribly unclean that its 250 extra. No specific guidelines for it either. They also had booking issues which held us up for a couple minutes. Overall the place was clean and decently quiet. The walls were quite thin though...

It is a nice hotel to stay for a good night of sleep. Rooms are clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The only thing that may be a problem is if you have asthma. There is a very strong smell of chemical cleaners.

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. the only bad thing was when we first got there we had to leave the bathroom exhaust fan on all night long because the bathroom smelled bad. the next day we got up with the fan running all night the smell was gone for the day but would return so we just left the fan running. this is not an excuse but they did have construction goin on at the other end of the hall which might have caused the smell. other then that would probably stay there again because the staff was very nice to us

The room was clean and OK for what the money paid. Didn't expect anything fancy. It was a bit loud due to noise from the mini fridge. There was construction on the 4th floor that made the hallway quite chilly (the roof had obviously had some damage). The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Typical hotel breakfast.

Good: quiet, easy to reach, good price. Bad: (1) no USB ports in rooms; that's not what Prince meant by "party like it's 1999". (2) The room safe didn't work. it displayed "unlocked" but never unlatched, so now they have a permanent empty water bottle that I was using to test if the safe worked. (3) Breakfast was utterly disgusting. Very low quality, like what would happen if White Castle made scrambled eggs.

Parking was fine, beds and carpet, etc were clean and tidy. However the shower had an odor and showerhead had very low pressure. The TV only had ~40 channels and half of them had no signal. The Wi-Fi password did not work for us. Not a bad hotel experience by any means, but it could have been better.

We were here for a conference at convention center and it was less than five minutes away. There’s a few restaurants very close that can be walked to like Cracker Barrel, Wendy’s, Burger King. It’s a close to the highway too.

Overall it wasn’t super bad. Quiet. Little old and out dated. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean until I went to grab the suitcase rack and found old dog poop in the corner. This is a pet free hotel. Hmmm….
