Honestly the only thing that was good was the customer service at check in and check out. The breakfast was limited but did have muffins and yogurt. Apple and orange juice was available as well.
The shower was disgusting and had a lot of stains.
The sheets and pillows had stains and hairs on them. We slept on our own blanket and pillows.
There was also a distinct smell of weed throughout the halls the whole duration of our stay.
We will never stay at this property again!

Everything was nice except that the walls are not sound proof and the room next to us had the tv on all night which could. be heard in our room, we had a poor night sleep due to the noise.

The property was not well maintained- chipped furniture, the toilet had a stain the the seat that was unidentifiable.
The bedding was comfortable though and the ac was cold. The entryway was decent looking as well.
All around, a decent price for a place to lay your head. I wouldn’t want to stay for anything more than laying my head for a night though.

It was close to attractions and easy to book on Expedia.. The room was clean. I do not like the bathroom setup the small confined space with the toilet and shower together with sliding door. The breakfast is only continental with waffle maker. You can noise from rooms above you. Even though we asked for late checkout at 12p someone (housekeeping) knocked on our door at 11am asking us if we where staying another night!

I always stay here. It’s great and convenient. It’s comfortable and quiet. It’s surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and across the street from the Outlet. 5 minutes from the Beach

Much need for improvement
The exterior was clean, modern, inviting. Staff were pleasant and helpful. However, beds were comfortable, but the room had a musty odor and could have been cleaner. Elevator was dirty, phones were not working. Complimentary breakfast was meager, only hot item was waffles. Some fruit yogurt, cereal and packaged pastries. Doubt that we will return.

Absolute waste of money, the place is dirty, hallways are dark, had I known the place looked like it did, I would NOT have wasted my money, we didn’t stay there, and they would not refund my money for the WeEK! Had to spend another 900 at another hotel for the week! I do NOt recommend this place at all!

The property and most staff were great for the price. We were charged a deposit and It was never returned. I have called and the front desk girl will not get back with me to resolve. We had two rooms with two deposits. I would like to resolve this matter.

The front desk staff were very nice. The property and rooms are outdated. The hallway smells. The bathrooms are small. The shower is a pod and unsafe. Its built like an egg so its very slippery with the oval design at the botton. The shower door opens right into the bathroom door so you have to squeeze between the two. The bathroom is like a closet. The bed was on top the ac because the rooms are so crammed. The location was decent to go to the beach and stores, but for the price of this hotel, it should be updated and remodeled. The plugs were very wobbly and unstable. Everything we plugged into the wall fell out. When we used the lamp plugs, the lamp lights flickered the whole time. We were scared a fire might start so we only used them for a short time to charge our phones. Bring extra towels because you only get the ones in the rooms and cant get extras unless you bring them a towel to trade for a towel. We bought some so we could each dry our hair with one and dry off with one the other. The beds were hard and not comfortable but you do get 4 pillows a bed that were soft for your head. It was decent for this trip but wont stay here again for this price.

This was place was not just outdated, but looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. There was dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, grim on all the outlets and remote, broken remote duck taped together, dirty rags on our appliances, floor boards falling off, and the sheets were ripped (with the filling coming out!) and filthy. After notifying the front desk, they stated they couldn’t give us a discounted rate due to using Expedia but would have someone clean the room the next morning. The next day, a man from housekeeping comes in and rolls his eyes when we explain everything to him and “cleans” the shower that was so gross we didn’t feel comfortable using. We barely slept the entire time because it felt disgusting. Will be notifying Expedia. We couldn’t even change properties in the city since everything was booked for the weekend so our only option was stranded or filth.

It said it was 11 min walk to the beach, and it was more like a 20 min walk to the beach very disappointing, the beds was rock hard, and it was extremely noisy, which made it hard to sleep,

It wasn’t great wasn’t bad. The receptionist didn’t seem very friendly when checking in but wasn’t rude. The hallway and room smelled weird and there was mold in the shower. You get what you paid for but I stayed in a motel that was cheaper and didn’t smell or have mold in the bathroom.

This hotel is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and most important THE BEACH.
The desk staff could look up more when one is coming in or leaving, just to say hi or have a good day.
The breakfast was a little disappointing. It is from 7 - 10, but we went around 830 and there was very little to eat. We had a nice man ask if everything was ok and we had to tell him there was nothing out. He quickly found someone to take care of it, He fixed more waffle batter and put some danish out.
The room was nice. We had a king bed. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was pretty quiet.
Overall, we would definitely use this hotel again.

The room spelled,bathroom need updated, the shower had a nail holding it in place, bathroom door was damaged, mold was around the tub, need paint job, don't book room by exit the walls of the room was very thin, therefore we heard everything, the continental breakfast there was hardly anything there.The entry to the motel reak a smell and down the hall way. The rooms don't have carpet so the mopping left streak mark. The only good thing was the location to the beach and shopping area.

Clean and updated. Not on the beach, but a quick drive to it. Staff friendly and professional. Only complaint I have was the screaming children running up and down halls lard at night. This is NOT the hotel’s fault. I handled it each night with stern talk to the mother, but I’m sure the hotel staff woii us of have, if needed.

When I entered into the back door entrance you had to lift the handle up to open the door after entering the card. That was a concern. The bed sheets and pillow cases didn’t seem clean. The clerks that were on shift can work on being more outgoing and professional

Price was great, location was great, service was great , Room was clean and definitely a great place for a few nights. The only issue I had was the hallway smelled too much like cigarettes and pot. Our room didn’t smell bad but it definitely wasn’t pleasant especially with children. If they change the lighting and smell issue then I would definitely give it 5/5 but at the moment 3.5/5.

The pictures are very misleading. The hotel is outdated, halls reaks of blacky milds and cigarettes, other guests you can only assume they live there, cockroaches in room but were dead so pest working..towels stained, shower outdated only thing positive the front desk clerk was nice and the location is near everything so convenient other than that never again

This property is in a good location for the price. It is an older property and a bit run down but the area is safe and the staff are nice and helpful. For the price this was a pretty good deal and I was happy with it. I would stay at a resort with my kids and spend more money if I had brought them along.

TV wouldn't stay on and had to be reset every time it was turned on, it took four days of constant pressure on the front desk crew to get maintenance to arrive three days later just to tell us we had to reset the TV every few hours ourselfs with a button that almost broke off the TV every time we had to use it. Other than that, the water pressure was ok and the hot water was great. Breakfast

Overall nice and comfortable
We had a great stay. There were a few food crumbs when we arrived but it was hard to reach spots for a vacuum. Room was overall clean and in good condition. Ac was cold and shower worked really well. Breakfast was decent. Customer service was great. The only thing that was negative was the laundry room, the dryers didn’t work and we had damp clothes after 4 drying cycles in both dryers, and using those isn’t free (you have to use an app to pay and activate the machines). But aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. It’s also right around the corner from the beach and right across the street from restaurants and shopping so it’s convenient location.

The shower was dirty, there was a spider on the bed, and the room had a strong moldy odor. Luckily we were only there for one night or else we would’ve checked out and gone somewhere else. Won’t stay there again.

I loved how convenient the property is to the beach (only 4 mins) and how there were unlimited options to food and activities. I did not like how my room phone did not work and when expressing this to the front desk clerk she instructed me to do manual labor to fix the phone, which i should not have to do. I also did not like how there were bugs in the bathroom on the wall.

Terribly Disappointing
The hotel is very old, outdatwd and run down. The carpet is very stained and threadbare. Baseboards are filthy. If the replaced the carpet, painted and replaced the bathroom doors it may not be as bad.

I didn’t like the fact that room 126 was terrible and ran through. The bathroom door was raggedy and messed up. The ceilings was old and looking like it had mole in it. My bed covers had black hair blonde hair everywhere on the bed and then my comforter was not clean it had stains on it.

The hallways to the room were gritty/grimy -room was cleaned as best as it could be but the place needs a refresh. They had put air freshener of some sort in the window air vent. I tried to cancel two nights of my trip and could never get a live agent. The desk operator said she would allow me to cancel if I could get hotel com approval.

I was disappointed in the overall smell of the room. You could smell the mildew/mold or where there was water damage. It caused my allergies to go wild. I had to buy bleach and lysol to cover the smell. I also had to leave the window open continually.

We expected cheap, it’s what we paid for. But this was beyond cheap. Lobby smelled awful the entire stay (my family held our breath every time we had to pass through). The bathroom had mold on ceiling, and a slow toilet leak. We were happy to be a short walk from public beach access, spending as much time as possible not in this room.
