Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean, we slept so well and felt taken care of. My only issue was that the AC unit in our room wouldn't blow anything but cold air, which was a bit disheartening, but we were able to bundle up and survive the cold.

My opinion
Convenient to I-95, restaurants and gas stations. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I have severe allergies and within 15 minutes of walking into the building I had an asthma attack. I had to leave or go to the hospital. Building needs to be renovated for sure.

Cheap and cheerful
In general our stay was great. The reception staff were excellent. So why the average rating. The room is a bit tired. My first intro to my room was killing a roach in the shower, never a pleasant thing. Pillows not so great. Having said all that we would stay again. It's a great location and staff great.

Met the needs

Awesome!!

Great Stay
The room was not extremely large and the closet was a rod hung on the wall under a shelf. But it was perfect for us as we were just in town a couple of days. It was quite enough space for us, the beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, no carpet which is a plus in my book. Due to the weather we didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Staff was quite friendly.

The rooms are- you get what you pay for. It’s adequate for a budget-friendly, couple nights stay. No frills. I didn’t use the pool, so can’t speak to that. There’s a lounge, and coffee, but no food. Right next to Cracker Barrel though. The staff was absolutely great.

Smelled like cigarettes everywhere despite it being a nonsmoking hotel. Also, other guests were extremely noisy (e.g., kept SCREAMING repeated obscenities, lots of banging).

Roach Infestation
After traveling all day, I got to the property after midnight. The fest room I was assigned was unbearable. The A/C unit was making a hell of a whining noise. I was reassigned a room directly across the hall. I killed 3 roaches a day the first couple of days. The third night I felt like I was under attack. Roaches were everywhere , to include on the bed and on the headboard. I was reassigned a third room for the remainder of my stay. This was the 5th or 6th time I’ve stayed at this location and I’ve never had any issues prior to this trip. It’s been my Option 1. When visiting Palm Coast. I doubt I’d ever stay there again

Noisy washer and dryer by my room. Broken ice machine with some sort of alarm beeping for hours. Shower needs new works takes forever for hot water to make it to third floor.
Just not a good experience.

The property appeared to be well kept and clean. Our room was a nice size, we were assigned a room with pool view as requested in our reservation. There were convenient vending machines on our floor (2nd) and lobby. The toilet and shower were in separate room with a sliding door that was difficult to use. This room was extremely small and no place to put clean clothes to dress in after your shower. Also no trash can by toilet. The room had a musty, wet smell to it that was very unpleasant. The bedspread had stains on it. The only employees we saw was at the front desk and she was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

Arrive at the Property & The receptionist was claiming that he couldn’t find my Reservation. Took him 20 mins to find & verify my already paid for reservation. I stayed for 2 nights & each morning when i woke up my Hotel was deactivated. I had to get my key reprogrammed each day. Very Annoying

When we arrived, police were escorting a gentleman in handcuffs out the elevator we were going to take up to our room. The sheets on my bed were mildew and I complained and nothing could be done about it until the morning.

Good location and the maintenance staff were great too. First major issue was the room’s safe broke on our first night locking our valuables (wallet, car keys, passports and critical heart medication). Immediately, when we spoke with the concierge, she said that it was a third-party company that was in charge and wouldn’t be able to fix it until the next day, leaving us unable to do anything or go anywhere. After a worrisome night, I asked the front desk if they could help, but were unable with their electronic code machine. Shortly after 9:00 a.m., someone from the hotel’s maintenance came by, was able to open it and repair it (not a third party company).
Although the hotel was already paid for through Expedia, an additional charge was applied per night. When I enquired why, the concierge said it was for “taxes and stuff”.
Finally, the hair dryer was broken.

This property is an older property and needs an exterminator as there were roaches in the bathroom and shower. We stayed the night before heading to the Port before our cruise. When I mentioned it to the staff their response was "I'm sorry". I told them that I would give a bad review and tell folks to stay away..... We decided not to shower until we boarded the ship.

Hotel is located in a great location. Close to shopping and dining. Hotel property was decently clean. The room appeared clean as well. However our only complaints were that we reserved a king room and was given a handicap room. Other major issue for me was the pet like odor that lingered in the room. It was strong and awful. We did go downstairs and requested some air deodorizer- but that fid NOT touch the odor. We ended up going out to purchase some room freshner to ease the smell. Aside from the odor, the beds were comfy. Not sure if breakfast was advertised- but none was served. Not sure if i would stay again- but good enough for a short stay. We spent 4 nights
