Terrible hotel. Didnt have NBC so I couldnt watch Daytona. There was no body wash and conditioner in the containers in the shower but yet were left and not replaced. Lack of vending area. You also have to pay for parking eventhough you are staying in the hotel.. Also.if you want "better" internet its $11 a night. Will never stay at a Sheraton again. Terrible.

No menu for dinner, couldn’t eat at the dinner, breakfast took 20 min to serve when I was the only there an over charged me when the plate was $17 for 3 two cups of juice an it came out $70 explain how. Didn’t even serve me water had to ask for water. An had no ice an it was warm. I wanted view get a room with small window I reserve the room of $182 for one night an they charge me $298 plus $70 for breakfast so disappointed never again. The pool was disgusting it was cloudy an hot water. No towels either. I wanted to enjoy the pool than have dinner than watch the fireworks an none happen. Had to eat out watch the firework outside an didn’t get in the pool. Regret it.

Positive. The 2 reservations we needed were available for the night. The front desk staff was very welcoming.
Negatives...the 2 rooms were not ready at 3 pm and we had to wait for some time. We needed to get ready for a family event. Our rooms were not ready at the same time.
We were able to find a space for the car even though the sign said full. (Some guests may have left.) However, not to lose our space, a family member picked us up and dropped us off after the event.)

The hotel is nice and a very comfortable room. My only complaint is no microwave in rooms and the having to pay $20 to park. The restaurant MVP is amazing 😃

We enjoyed our stay, perfectly located for the Sunday, June 11 Ironman race which my husband was entered in. Parking below the building made it easy to transport his bike. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great being able to walk to registration, to set up the bike transition, to see the race at many points and it was walk a block to the finish line. Perfect for an Ironman.

We had a corner room and it was lovely. Windows overlooked the memorial bridge and CT river. Lovely winter view. Very clean. Very quiet. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Not worth the money!!
For the amount charged I would think that the desk clerk give me some kind of direction as to how to even get to my room or any of the amenities. After giving me my keys, she just walked away to help someone that was more important then I . I had to get the other person at the desk to let me know if I could go to my room and where I could park as the garage was full. We were put on the 3rd floor which was hosting an event and extremely noisy. In the middle of the night my wife was awakened by a screaming kid not once but twice. Would never go back.

1st room 802 TV wouldn't turn on. Called main desk to find out if someone could fix it. Called again an hour later to find out what could be done. They offered another room 936. Moved to another room. Which had a past guest pair of socks in the room. Just wondering if the room actually got cleaned properly.

Close to Springfield Amtrak, interstate if you have to drive. Business area, hockey arena, few good restaurants, Student Prince for one. Hotel bar, front desk, 1st class.

Hotel is very busy. Check in was extremely slow. Only two people working counter and there was a line of 10 people. Took 15-20 minutes to get to the counter. Then in our room the bathroom sink would not drain. For the cost of the room per night there should have been no issues in our bathroom.

The room was fine clean and comfortable
However the shower was horrible the water kept going from warm to extremely hot
But the worst was it was a hand held shower supposed to be able to attach it but it wouldn’t
Attach to post had to take a shower holding the shower hose and try to wash with one hand. Absolutely ridiculous set up

Eco friendly failure
We chose this hotel specifically because it has EV chargers available in their garage. I cannot stress enough how important this was for our trip as there are very FEW places to charge an EV in Western Massachusetts. Unfortunately, the charger failed twice and the hotel staff were unable to get it to work. We had to drive to Chicopee to access a charger, which added two hours to our trip. The hotel itself was clean but the elevators were not all working.

I Loved our stay here. The place is so clean and well kept. Check-In was a breeze. Staff was GREAT!! The pool area was very nice. It has an open area off from the pool. Was worried at first about being next to elevators but didn't hear a thing. It was a Tue. night so the hotel was very quiet too. Will stay here again.

Room was attempted, broken into twice in one day. Emergency bar only thing holding door closed, told them at the desk and they said, oh I’m sorry and nothing else I left a day early because of this. Very poor security

The air conditioning is awful. It was 72 degrees in the room the entire day/night. It was set for 65 and never came down. Very uncomfortable to sleep.

Quick one night stay
Quick one night stay, checked in, went to MGM for an hour, drove an hour to Lenox saw a show, came back to Hotel late and went to sleep. Fire alarm went off around 12:30am, was reset quickly. Woke up had breakfast and checked out. Clean. Hotel garage layout is super poor but not much can be changed about that.

We did not get any rest or sleep, the first room we had was next to a pair of chihuahuas who would not stop barking. The next room we received the couple fought for over two hours in the middle of the night and security did nothing to stop it.
After finally getting some quiet around midnight after the man left, from 2 to 3 in the morning he tried to get in my room and would not stop banging on my door even though I told him it was the wrong room. Again security never came.
We had a day of events planned for Sunday but we canceled them because I also had two young boys who spent the night crying because of all the fighting and they got zero sleep.
They also had non stop drag racing out of our window all night but that was minor compared to what we dealt with and not the hotels fault.

We were there for a dance competition and overall were happy. I was only disappointed they did not anticipate the volume of people that would be parking, eating, and using the elevators. It seemed only 1 or 2 of the 4 were working. Long wait times and the restaurant was most definitely not prepared and turned us away. My only other complaint is the pillows smelled strongly of bleach. I'm glad they were clean but the smell was very strong while trying to sleep.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. This property was very clean. We stayed one night for an event at Mass Mutual Center. It’s within walking distance to the center. A Starbucks right outside. The pub inside the hotel was convenient. The breakfast buffet decent if a little pricey for what’s offered, but convenient nonetheless. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Surprisingly, the surrounding area was pleasant. People warned that Springfield was gross, but we didn’t think so.

Comfortable but Outdated
The hotel is very comfortable. However, for the price, the hotel really needs updating. All of the rooms and fixtures are very much outdated. The elevators are also extremely slow. So, the hotel was comfortable and the staff members were great. I just feel that it is overpriced for something so old.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The negatives were, there is no maid service unless you request it, but we were not told at check in. No pool towels, we were told they were in the dryer, but no one ever brought them. There was a kids pool party, that we were unaware of, so when if you wanted to sit and relax by the indoor pool, that wasn’t going to happen. We were there for the RV show, which was also a volleyball tournament for girls. The girls were running around the hotel way pass 11:00pm and security did nothing about it, even after many of us complained.
The communication could had been better at check in.

Started with easy access parking and very friendly and professional staff.
Enjoyed dinner and drinks on site and slept very comfortably and quietly.
Highly recommend and will be back during my next stay in Springfield.

Not a "bad" place...
No early coffee. Hot water no pressure. Heat struggled. Covered walkway to "offsite" parking locked to enter. No keyed entry. Then found later it was also locked at hotel entry. Not that the walkway was important? It was only a blizzard this weekend. There was no mention of offerings related to your hotel and its hosting our event, ie shuttle, drinks, meals, gatherings.

The staff was all very friendly. The open concept of the floors makes it extremely noisy and the “soundproof walls” do not block much out. We had to turn the tv up quite a bit to block out the yelling and music around 1130pm. The walls in the room were pretty dirty so that was gross and the shower wasn’t very clean. We had paid for a king and the room wasn’t close to being ready so we had to settle for two queens which wasn’t ideal so we could make our event in time.

Very good, friendly, helpful . The place was much nicer than I expected honestly. I would def stay there again if I had to stay in the area-(which is slightly sketchy just a few blocks over but….. it is Springfield). Wish there were more places open to eat but thats Covid - not the Sheridan’s fault .

Receptionist could not find my reservation long way and hassle to check in . Went to adjust the blinds and they hit me in the face missing hardware to keep attached to wall. Parking garage was horrific could not leave when using room key like you were supposed to and when using card that they give you it was eaten by machine had to go in and beg to have them open the gate so we could leave. If I wanted to get beat up by my hotel room I would’ve just stayed home complete and utter waste of money.
