The property is a few decades old. We knew this going in and were prepared for some aging. We were very happy that it was in as good a shape as it was. They are undergoing some upgrades but nothing that was off putting or unsightly. We were greeted by a front desk person Neveen as soon as we came through the front doors. She was very gracious and helpful and could answer all my questions. We were checking in the same day as we had to go to a wake and she let us check in early so we could get to where we had to go on time. I would not hesitate to encourage any of my friends to stay at the Sheraton as my wife and I were very satisfied.

Renovations impacted stay - it took almost an hour after check in to actually get into my room because none of the key cards worked. Staff was lovely helpful and apologetic, but never should have been put in a position where renovations impact access, safety and security.

The room doors slam loud. That's a bit disruptive late at night. Other wise, my room was beautiful. Very clean, spacious. Friendly staff. Conveniently off I90 and lots of food in the area. Will book again.

I am extremely disappointed with the hotel services. We had a good stay, great cleanliness, despite some stains on the carpet in the room and bathtub. However, I forgot a bag with shoes in the closet. I called for 4 days in a row and no one could tell me if they had found the bag. Until on the fourth day the attendant told me that the bag was not found. My fault for forgetting the bag. But how did they not find it if it was in the closet? This shows the terrible character and dishonesty of the employees at this hotel. I no longer trust staying there and knowing that someone from cleaning could come into my room and something would disappear. Unfortunately, otherwise I would make a good review.

Overall the stay was good. Bathrooms were very small and the restaurant/bar needs some upgrading. The leather on the seats were all cracked and broken. They are renovating so things were very messy outside. Location was right off the highway so there was a lot of highway noise all night and they were repairing the roads too so wasn’t the most fun.

I booked 2 rooms at $275 each. One was fine but mine was awful. There were big stains on the worn and lumpy carpet, crumbs on the floor, and the refrigerator’s freezer that I had specifically asked about was iced over so you couldn’t put anything in it. I requested another room but was told they were sold out. They sent a housekeeper to vacuum but there wasn’t anything to be done with the carpet. Then at 2:00am I started realizing that the room was hot. I tried to adjust the thermostat but the battery had died - there was a battery failure reading in the screen. I didn’t call housekeeping again since we were getting up at 4:30am and I didn’t want to wake up my daughter.
I texted the front desk, called the property, and had Expedia contact the property to get the room refunded but the owner/manager kept blaming me for not calling housekeeping at 2am. As if getting the AC fixed at 2am would have made it a pleasant stay.
I would never stay there again and definitely advise others to avoid it. Way too expensive for a hot and dirty room! A Motel 6 would have been much nicer.

Old hotel. , the room has a strong smell of cleaning products and leaked from the window, on the second day it began to leak from the top floor, as a result, things hanging in the closet got wet. The price does not fully match

Check in process was fine. An hour into arriving someone knocked on my door and entered without announcing themselves. It was a maintenance worker. I informed the desk and opted to switch rooms. Besides the general traffic noise which was unavoidable, the air conditioner was annoyingly loud and made it hard to sleep.

This property is EXTREMLY horrible!!
for a Marriott product to be this BAD is crazy!!
The pool area is horrible!! The pool water is so cloudy you cant see the bottom and people were swimming in it??
Marriott should seriously consider closing this property until a complete renovation is done, it's that bad!!

The room and staff were excellent with the exception that the air conditioning didn't really work well. They are in the process of renovating so hopefully the air conditioning units will be upgraded. Otherwise I had a lovely stay. The staff is exceptional, and the location is right off of the turnpike. I will stay again.

The hotel looks like an small castle from outside , front desk personnel very friendly and helpful
Parking free with a lot of space available,
Huge room , comfortable . Bathroom a little small but with all necessary supplies

First of reserved and paid ahead, for a king bed, got there it got 2 beds room, which they were the smallest bed for a couple i have ever seen in a hotel. Bed bath as the worst!!! Still got back ache ! I travel all the time and this was the worst bed ever. Hotel smelled, super old, bathroom smelled. They only had 1 elevator working…. Please dont waste your time here and have to sleep in a horrible bed with a smelly old rooms

The staff here made this a great experience. We stopped by the hotel hours prior to check in to use computer printer and change clothes; they suggested we check in. After taking a red eye across the country, we so appreciated that opportunity to freshen up and drop off our luggage.

Comfortable, friendly hotel, front desk staff were very professional. Bar staff were wonderful, we arrived late and they were very accommodating. Our room was a good size and nicely laid out, though the bathroom was very small. The room needs updating but was very clean and is excellent value for the area.

There weren't microwaves in the rooms so you had to walk far to use the central one on the floor.
When I first entered my room, the bed looked very disheveled and uninviting. I tried to call down to the front desk, but the room phone wasn't working. I had to walk down there to ask them to please make my bed.
The refrigerator was on the floor so I had to bend all the way down to access it.
I ordered and picked up food outside the hotel bc the restaurant was closed so I asked the woman at the front desk to please give me plates and silverware. I got one tiny plastic plate and she said she could only give me 1 but I needed 2 for all the food I bought.
The bathroom was so small that the bathroom door just barely cleared the toilet so I felt cramped in.
I thought the price was outrageous considering the lack of extra comforts they had
Some of the furniture looked dingy. Not sure if perhaps it needed polish or needed repair.
Also, I asked for a late check out on Sunday because I was part of the event hosted at the hotel I someone knocked on my door at 9:30am to clean it
The mattress was hard and the pillows were too soft.
The linens used looked cheap and didn't allow the bed to look attractive.
I was very unsatisfied and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
The only 2 good things I can say are: the gentleman at the front desk was professional and took pride in his job and the hotel lobby looked very attractive with the fireplaces

My son and I had a blast here. The place looks like a castle on the outside, and he was so excited to go in. The lobby was beautiful and also resembled a castle. My son and I explored the whole property and loved everything we saw. I love the gym; it had a ton of space and a great variety of equipment. My son loved the indoor pool. We will definitely be going back!

Mediocre stay, great conference area
Amazing from desk service. The room was lower than I expected, no trash bags in any of the trashes, I got put in a handicap room which I’m not and really wanted a tub to soak in …. The lamp had outlets on it which I expected to use for my charger and I couldn’t because it was completely loose, it has an alarm clock with usb ports but not c cord so my phone charger being my actual alarm needed to be on the other side of the room. I was told they will be updating it! So here’s to hoping. I stayed for a conference and the conference aspect was great. Food, coffee and the room for the conference was all well put together.

I made reservation for 2 night.but had to check out 1 night early, Sheraton hotel would not let me check out early. They refuse to refund my money. No where on sheraton's website does it say no early check out.also, front desk employee Gaja couldn't get it touch with any supervisor or manager being a Sunday. I have multiple requests for refund. Sheraton ant Marriott refusing to refund. I will in future never give my business to Sheraton hotel or Marriott lesson learned

The hotel looks like a castle from the outside. The inside looks like a dump. Sure the lobby is renovated. The rooms, however, are not. Beds must be 20 years old. Carpeting in multiple rooms were stained with pet urine. Doors were rotting. AC was loud. Water pressure was barely more than a trickle. Bathroom fixtures were rusty. Bathroom are vents caked in dust and and debris.
I needed to be shown 3 rooms and then have a hotel employee scout the hotel for a clean room. They eventually put me on the 6th floor club level. If you are a club member, whatever that is, and you are expecting nicer rooms. Don’t stay here. The condition of the rooms in this hotel was no better than a super 8.

Pleasant and Very Convenient Stay!
Staff were excellent.in the delivery of service and the environment was comfortable. I just wish I was told where the temperature control was located ahead of time because I was cold until I snuggled up under the covers which were pristine. I found the temperature control in plain view so it was my distractions that prevented me from seeing it the moment I walked in the room. The furniture was modern yet still comfortable. My only frustration was the room phone did not work and my cell phone had died and would not work to make a phone call for a long while and I had an emergency come it needing the phone use.

The staff were very nice and accommodated me the best they could. I really appreciated them putting up with me. I travel to natick/Framingham sometimes for work and I wanted to try a new hotel. It was a mistake. The rooms are very outdated. Very cramp and old bathrooms. The beds were so uncomfortable and sunken in. I changed my room twice. First time was because there were construction sounds coming from the floor above me. The second time the beds were all slanted. They need to renovate this whole hotel or at least get new beds and pillows. It was like staying in a motel. It was not worth the money. But they had Starbucks in the lobby so I was happy about that. Other than that I would not stay at this hotel again.

Would like to see them provide breakfast - at least grab and go. Staff service was fine but minimal. Road construction at nearby intersection. Room had small refrigerator and microwave.
Starbucks hours very limited.

It was a nice overnight stay. For the money spent I think the breakfast should have been complimentary.
As far as the cleanliness, when we walked in, I noticed the bed sheets were hanging of the beds, and comforters were not smoothed out very well.

So gross and run down. Stains on everything, the woman who checked me out was nice, the man who checked me in was meh.
It’s just a very run down and old property. Everything was damp and musty. Luckily we were only there for a night, otherwise we would have transferred to another hotel.

The rooms re large bit outdated. The bathrooms are tiny. They should really renovate this hotel. My room’s Carpet was stained and soiled from years of neglect. The gym has potential but very outdated and poorly maintained. I told the front desk about the first fitness machine that was Inoperable… then went back to my work out and discovered two more machines broken with no sign to warn guests. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Overall it served its purpose but I will never go back there again. It felt like “Christmas/visiting family time circa 1999” with a terrible mattress and terrible gym. Lastly- they have an outdoor poor bUT IT WAS CLOSED!?!?! Only had an indoor pool which was “meh”. It’s summertime people! I would have never written this review if you had your outdoor pool open.

The lobby has been nicely remodeled and there is a Starbucks on site open during breakfast hours. The rooms are a bit dated , but spacious.
The staff is also very helpful.
