We will stay here again, they are remodeling, nothing that will interfere or interrupt you. Bathroom was dated, but I’m not living here, it’s a nice place to sleep, shower and head out to explore. Parking and their fees total about ~$80 USD per day so plan that. Overall I base my review on one of two things would I stay here or not again. Yes, I would, 2 adults and Toddler. Eat at Dukes Breakfast and Dinner you won’t regret it! Make reservations for OUTSIDE! It’s a 3 minute walk across the street.

Best hotel location to stay. Sheraton is so close to everything! The Waikiki beach is less than 5 mins away by foot. Super walkable to food and shopping in Waikiki!
The hotel itself was a bit outdated but was clean. I've read many reviews about hotels with bedbugs around the area and it's safe to say that I didn't encounter one during my stay. I wasn't expecting to have housekeeping service, so it was a nice surpise to come back to a fully stocked room plus free water bottles. Elevators can be a bit slow at times. I didn't use any of their amenities so I can't say anything about it. Besedies the pool, which was a bit too cold. It is december and a bit windy o im guessing during summer is best. Lots of pool chairs and good towels.
I don't know why this place doesn't have more stars!!! I loved it here. Friendly staff. Location was perfect. Not to mention the views!!!! I'm coming back here next time for sure!!

Right in the middle of Waikiki. Everything in walking distance. House Keeping was helpful and very friendly. The spirit of Aloha is here.
Now you can laugh out loud, you have to keep to aloha.

“Read the fine print”
The stay was good but ruined by the fact they had hidden charges that we had to pay even when we did not use them.
The Manager was the most unhelpful and rudest individual I have ever come across, (told me rudely I should have read the fine print) it is a good thing the staff were the opposite. We certainly would think twice of ever staying here again.

When we first stayed at this hotel 49 years ago it was impressive. Today it is just tired and pokey. Noisy all day and night from traffic, buskers and the hotel's own dance DJs near the pool. After several visits over the years, time to move. Do not recommend.

Sheraton Princess Kaiulani is very affordable for being so close to beach, shopping and restaurants. It is walkable to every place of interest in Waikiki.

Was not happy with the resort fee attached to bill after I checked in. Why was it not part of initial bill? The water in room was brown when you first turned it on. Also, very low pressure in middle of night. Lastly security should keep the male prostitute that was around away from pool entrance. He was there at 8:00 in morning.

The supposed included continental breakfast is nothing more than fruits and an egg.
Parking is not free. It's 45$ per night and there are no elevators inside the parking lot of 7 floors.
Staff is friendly and nice. The Splash Bar is a little expensive, but otherwise it's fine.
Make sure you factor the daily resort fee before choosing this location.
Prestine location right beside Waikiki beach, barely 5 mins walk. It gets very loud at night, due to its proximity to the main street. Walls are paper thin, you will hear both your neighbors.

The staff is exceptional. Richard took excellent care of our needs (party of 7 in 3 rooms) everyday and was courteous & friendly.
Only thing at all was the hot water faucet didn’t work in the bathroom sink.

Hotel with Aloha!
The hotel is amazing~everything about it makes for a comfortable stay. The rooms were nice and clean, AC worked well, bed was comfy, the pool, landscape very tropical, overall just a great place.
The location is perfect, beach, shops, and restaurants all close by.

The hotel was beautiful. The floral arrangements were lovely. The staff was friendly and professional. The only meh was the strawberry waffles. I don't recommend them since I expected them to be light and airy and they tasted like they used bisquick. They were disappointing. The first morning I had the avocado toast which was delicious and unexpected.

My teen daughters and I stayed here for 9 days and it was the perfect location while also being a good value compared to other hotels I researched for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, beach right across the street, fresh towels for the beach as needed, everything you could need was in walking distance, transportation was easy to get right outside the lobby, the room was clean and food and shopping was right outside the hotel. The resort fees seemed high but included hula lessons, lei making, yoga, sunrise ceremony and more.

This hotel left a great impression on me with on close and convenient everything was. My only issue was with the parking. Not only was it a little confusing to navigate, but as a hotel guest, I should not have to compete for a parking space with others that are only staying for restaurants, night life, etc.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My only disappointment is the lack of valet parking and there is no elevator that services the 5 story self service parking structure. Very inconvenient and very tiring.

This property isnt very accessible for a person visually impaired. The laundry room needs to have braille or large print directions/labels on washer & dryers. I couldn't tell which payment/start device was for the upper or lower dryer.
In the restaurant, Splash Bar, I was ignored for 15 min for service. 2 waiters looked right at me & walked away. They were not busy nor was the restaurant. Thanks to Julia who was such a Blessing & took my order.

Our room light did not work. The wallpaper was peeling off of the wall. Somebody kept coming onto the voice override monitor, saying testing testing, and the mini fridge was broken. Not to mention we only had five minutes with hot water in the shower. Our room number was 969.

We stayed there for 7 days and it was amazing! Friendly pool staff. Resort fee includes a mobile wifi and towel that you can bring to the beach. Beach is just a 5 min walk from the hotel. International Market place is just beside it and Royal Hawaiian center is just right across the street. Daily housekeeping. Room is a bit outdated but we dont care since we spend most of our time outside. Bed comfortable! My two kids loved it. Only downside is the $45USD parking and pool closes at 7pm.

This hotel is OK. I have stayed there before years ago and it was much better. Our room was fine but I had paid extra through Travelocity for a room with a partial ocean view. Well, we had a partial view but were unable to use the balcony at all. We were situated on the side of the building where all the air conditioning condensers were located. Very load and also could be heard inside the room with the doors closed. To add to this problem the location was also next to a delivery area that delivered to the stores in the International Market Place! This started at 5:00 AM every morning!!! Extremely loud and woke us up everyday. When I spoke to the front desk they acted like they were shocked and had never had this complaint before. This is baloney!!
I was also told 2 or 3 times that things can’t be changed because unfortunately we had booked through a third party…meaning Travelocity.
My advise is to book a different hotel…save yourself some aggravation and sleepless nights!

Have stayed many times and love this hotel but on this visit was a little disappointed, the property needs return and we paid for a ocean front and got a side ocean view only and room was worst I have ever stayed in, wasn’t that busy but said they were fully booked not sure if part of hotel is shut down and renovation is in works! Pool area was great and pool bar

The staff was great and very accommodating. I especially loved the music playing at the pool and in the hotel it was lovely and gave such a great Hawaiian vibe. Felt like we were in the heart of Waikiki walking distance to everything. I would definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

The hotel was amazing from check in to check out the staff was awesome, felt it was very affordable. Being in the heart of downtown Waikiki everything was very close you needed, restaurants shops the beach. Definitely would stay again when we make a return trip!!

This is a great hotel in the heart of the Honolulu shopping district. It has a nice pool and live entertainment from time to time. The parking is a bit of a challenge if you arrive later than 9 pm. You’ll have to park nearby and walk. While the hotel is older, it has been recently renovated and is very clean. The restaurant on site was very tasty!

Loud neighbors(walls are super thin) house keeping was not up to par. Hair all over my room and towels. The hotel itself needs to be renovated. Resort fee is super expensive compare to other hotels and parking $45 a night is above average for the area. It’s just so over priced. Why are we charged a resort fee when we have to still pay for everything else. Resort fee is for classes they offer that nobody attends. Pool closes at 7pm which is early. You are charged for a pool chair. No laundry on site. No jacuzzi. The carpets are disgusting and dirty in the lobby.

Overall, it is a very nice place. My family had a good time. Food places, beach and lot of other things are near by. Yoga, meditation classes were included. Parking is not free ( around $50/day). Also, my son left his wallet in the room, The day we checked out, he realized that his $50 bill was missing from his wallet. Knowing that, he should have not left his wallet in the room ( in the drawer). I was not sure, who to complaint.

Like: Ideal location within close proximity to beach/dining/shopping.
Dislike: Elevators do not require key-card to access room floors. Anyone off the street can walk to a room. As a result, I take extra caution letting younger kids walk back to the room.

Close to the beach, a nice clean facility.
The check-in clerk should explain to the Guest about the towel card we went down to get one to go to the beach and the lady at the pool didn’t let me get even one towel ( I show her my room card.)
The hotel gives guests two bottles of water a day but I didn’t know until I call the front desk to ask.
It is not on the check-in paper they gave to me
