The woman who was at the front desk on Saturday January 27th was absolutely outstanding. She was so helpful, super nice and honestly a breath of fresh air after a stressful travel day. She is a credit to the company.

We stayed there for a show in December, we expected the noise. What we didn’t expect is the AC to smell like death when turned on OR the room next to us to get raided by the cops at 4am.

Friendly bit needs some upgrades
The staff were very nice. The TV in our room would only stay on one channel, I called the desk and he came and replugged the wire and said it just needed to boot up but it still didn’t work.
Didn’t realize the hotel was attached to a bar and it smelled a bit like stale smoke in the room.
The signs leading to the front entrance need to be bigger, after driving 8 hours, I couldn’t tell where to go and ended up having to go into the bar to ask where the entrance was.

This is an excellent location. The staff for check in was friendly and helpful. The room, although not enclosed and attached to a truck stop, was surprisingly quiet. It was clean.

The best part of staying here was the complimentary breakfast. While other hotels are cutting back, especially since Covid, this location had a great hot breakfast with a friendly staff.

WOW what a breath of fresh air!
What a breath of fresh air! This place was so friendly and the beds are to die for! We liked it so much, that instead of finding somewhere else in the morning... We booked 6 more nights! Oh, I cannot forget to mention the fact that the patios/balconies are facing away from the coastal side, so when the storm rolled in we were still dry on the balcony! If you have the balcony/patio rooms, you may get lucky like us and get free live music from saints and sinners pub!

Nice place to stay
Everything concerning amenities was great. A little difficult to find the lobby though. Loud music coming through the walls sounded like a bar downstairs or something on Saturday night. Finally fell Sleep so not sure when it ended but started around 8:30 pm. Would stay here again but just not on the room #1215 side due to music issue.

The property was confusing- good thing they give out maps! My room was not the cleanest, there was hair in the shower, curtain was dirty. The night stand was out of place, weirdly not against the wall. Some hair in the bed, although it was comfy.
The conjoining door, along with neighbors that were not respectful of others at 11pm, being loud and obnoxious, caused me to end my stay early. I headed out around 11:30pm to continue my drive.

No table or desk in room. Pool for guests closes at 8pm but Condo owners can stay later....not a good policy. Hot water runs out....can't draw a full tub of water....shower didn't run long before hot water ran out.

The place was very dirty, the kitchen had no cooking utensils, the blinds were damaged, there were no curtains to block out sound or light, lousy place, I do not recommend it, Expedia should not have this hotel.

When we arrived is pouring down rain front desk person not very helpful our room was across the parking lot of the Harley-Davidson shop quite a hike the pool was down from the lobby however we were an eighth of a mile down the road from the pool the telephone in the room did not work they checked it out and said they were having problems and they were trying to get it taken care of that never happened when we arrived in our room there were no towels or toiletries except what was left there from the last guest I asked him about getting my points because I'm a choice member and they told me that I had to call choice that they didn't qualify for that that's how my stay was with my wife thank you

The kitchen counter was dirty. Both telephones in room did not work. Front staff said they would be replaced next day but werrent. No shampoo, soap or extra toilet paper was in bathroom.

My reservation for a 4 night stay was lost upon arrival and I was stuck with nowhere to stay and the staff here could care less. I made my reservation two months prior and even had confirmation from Expedia but the hotel couldn’t find it. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with Expedia to find another hotel. A huge keep rally was taking place here and finding a hotel was very difficult but Expedia took very good care of me

From check in to the room was terrible. Room smelled like urine, shower had no hot water or pressure, sink never drained properly. Asked the front desk to fix it and it was never done.

Horrible room and service
Room was very dirty, ask front desk why and the answer was basically if you don’t like it go find other place where to stay. My son has asthma and the dirty and humidity smell in the room trigger his asthma. It was a nightmare.

We stayed here during bike week. Loved the fact we could park our bikes on the patio next to the door for safety. It was being close to everything during the rally. The one thing that we were a little disappointed was that we reserved the patio room 4 months in advance, and then showed up the first Sunday during bike week to confirm that we indeed have a patio room reserved. When we showed up the last Friday we were told that we had a balcony room. It come to find out that someone had changed our room to accommodate somebody else without even notifying us beforehand. Since we confirmed twice that we had a patio room which is what I reserved and wanted in the first place, The lady behind the counter, who confirmed with us the Sunday prior, was able to change our room back to a patio room, which we appreciated. Other than that fiasco, are overall experience was very nice. I would definitely stay here during Bike Week or Biketoberfest.

Dirty rooms
I paid over $400 a night to stay at this property for Daytona bike week. When I first arrive at a room, I always check to make sure that the sheets are in fact clean. The sheets were not clean at all. There was hair all in between them and everywhere. It looks like a mixture of dog hair and human hair. There was hair on the lamp shades, and there was also hair all over the floor, which clearly meant that the floor hadn’t even been vacuumed. this place was not clean at all. I asked for them to provide me with clean linen, but the front desk worker said that he was waiting on security to come and at that point I have been waiting for over two hours. He offered to move me to another room so I did. The next room smell like cigarette smoke and it was not as clean either but was better than the last one. I am not sure who is in charge of cleaning these rooms but they are doing a horrible job. To have paid over $400 a night for a room, their room should have been immaculate, but it was not anywhere close to it.

We've stayed here before. We love it. It's not beach front, but only about 10 mins from the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and so welcoming. Anytime we go to Ormond Beach, this is where we'll stay.

Everything! The staff that we had any contact with were different staff at front desk who were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us information on the places we wanted to see. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was also very friendly and enjoyed our talk with her. Would stay here again.

Road Trip Stopover
Room was located in a separate building across the parking lot. The room itself consisted of a bed, fridge and washroom. No area to sit or even a chair in the room as it was very small. You have to walk across the parking lot to the main building to attend breakfast. A very popular spot for bikers to hang out at the bar attached to the hotel.

This hotel has bands that are on a stage that is literally 50 feet from your room. Wonderful if there for that, horrible otherwise. Truly nothing special, essentially this hotel is nothing but a biker hangout!!!! Do not go there unless you are a biker.

Called front desk a few times between 8-9 for broken remote- no answer. Told them the next morning and they just said “oh we’ll make a note if it. “ no apology- not anything. Bed/ mattress not that comfortable either.

This motel is quite dated. There were bugs in the bathroom, and no towel racks. The rooms are extremely small when two doubles are in there.
We only stayed one night as a stopover, but I won’t return.

Last minute reservation
This stay was a stopover during a long road trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the rooms smelled musty and the bath tub drain was rusted. This hotel was a little pricier than others in the area so I thought it would be a little nicer than it was.

I would stay again. Pros for this is if you are traveling along 95 it is right off the freeway in a safe spot. The area is clean. If you like motorcycles, it’s right next to a Harley shop. There are two restaurants next to it. Pets are allowed for a fee.
The cons… our room didn’t smell like smoke but the hallway did. The front door was broken so I had to keep waiting for staff to let me in and out (I’m sure it will be fixed soon). The person that checked me in wasn’t very friendly but the next shift was so probably just a bad day for that employee.
Overall I would stay here again and it was a relatively nice experience

Good stay. Priced reasonably, good service. My unit was mostly in good condition. My only complaints are that the storage beneath the sink needed to be cleaned, and the different buildings on the campus are not labeled, so it’s not too easy to figure out where your unit is.

When we arrived the room was smelly. I had difficulty breathing. Upon checking the air conditioning, black mold covered the inside. We washed the filters and told the front desk.there was one more room available but it was on the same condition. I called Expedia to cancel my booking but was told it was prepaid and non refundable. The second night after complaining. We were upgraded to a different room with less of the same problem. Needless to say I cut my vacation short because of health reasons and left early, never to return again. I booked here because of the reviews. That this review to heart.

The staff was professional. The hotel had Easy access off the highway. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious. Having a microwave and mini refrigerator was very convenient. The breakfast was ok. I would return for another stay.

Won’t use a Clarion again. The room didn’t have a makeup mirror or desk. Furniture was very old with lots of worn scratches too, loveseat leather and chair had tears in it. Coffee area was very limited. No need for artificial plants. Shower curtain didn’t contain the water and the floor got wet and was slippery. Had to use earplugs to drown out night music noise outside.

The layout is very odd, many buildings haphazard across and around a large parking lot. Drove around for 10 min. Trying to find reception. It was not well indicated. Most rooms are on 2nd floor above motorcycle accessories shops. Elevator was out of order in the morning. The lady in charge of breakfast was delightful.

I would have loved an earlier check-in time. Check-in was at 4pm and we had an event on the property for 6pm. We asked for an early check-in but were declined. Initial front desk associate could've been more friendlier. 2nd desk associate had a much better demeanor.

Our suite was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It needed to be swept and mopped and there was a roach in the bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and drier in our suite though. A ways out from Daytona speedway.

Worst customer service ever. Left w/o staying
There was very poor lighting on the outside of the hotel and in the parking lot as we arrived at 830pm.
Driving into the parking lot to find the front of the hotel was incredibly difficult with all the white tents around in preparation for bike week. I called the front desk and the gentleman was very little help and just told me to drive past the white tents. But come to find out there were more than one group of white tents as we had to drive around in and out of the parking lot a couple of times.
We showed the man at the front desk our printed confirmation for two rooms. the gentleman only had one room reserved and didn’t even try to look if there was an additional room. He just says that’s it — there’s one room. He did not even look on the computer. He did not even make suggestions to help us decide our next steps.
The lobby smelled as if it used to be a smoking area; old and musty as well.
We were a party of four friends and not one of us will ever again stay at a Clarion hotel.

Area around our building felt unsafe at night, one of front door locks broken, stairway door lock disabled. Hotel room in same building as tattoo parlor and concealed weapon permit business, non hotel guests wandering large empty parking lot that is not well lit. Felt like a deserted industrial complex at night. Inside room was fine.

Dissatisfied with staff.
After arrival I called the front desk to report the a/c was not working. The staff member said cut the thermostat off for 45 minutes and cut it back and it should work. I did this even though it was 11pm and the a/c still did not work. Frustrated I opened our window for relief and got to hear highway traffic all night. I will not stay here again!

The property sits off in the middle of almost nowhere and next to the harley Davidson. Maintenance showed up a whole day later from requested, breakfast is no longer an amenity due to pandemic I'm assuming. The remote to the tv was inoperable. An the location qas actually 20/22 minutes away from my inpointed destination.

The pool was disgusting and dirty. You advertise a hot breakfast but there was only coffee, juice boxes and stale danish. We didn't even bother. Don't advertise something your not doing. We requested maid service and they acted like we were crazy for asking although the poor maid supervisor had to do all the work because her maids kept calling out. She did a great job.
