Great stay, but...
Everything was very nice except after we arrived back from a concert, our door was open!!! 1000% positive that i closed it and tested the latch because im paranoid and OCD. Nothing was missing or anything, but it was clear someone had at least opened the door and didnt make sure it was shut. I had left the "do not disturb" sign on the knob to deter room service, but perhaps they didnt notice it right away.

Remarkable Stay
The hotel's location is convenient for accessing various directions in the city and has parking in the same building.
The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, well decorated, which could be enough to accommodate for a long stay.
Maybe there are some machines missing to exercise in the fitness room?

Great hotel, great service!
We love this hotel. Sadly the pool is currently closed for renovation but Kyle, the concierge, made it up to us by upgrading our room to a suite. We had a great view and a bigger room and even though we missed the pool, everything else was fantastic! We'd stay here again in a minute!

Fire Alarm
At 2:30 am, Fire alarm system start, but no explanation about what happened at all. Hotel should explain what was happing. I couldn't sleep at all since then.

I researched everywhere in a mile radius, and I chose the Sheraton because it was something familiar, it was a fair price point and it was close to the Museum of Fine Art. It has a beautiful view of the river and friendly staff. I was put in a comfortable clean room, which made my stay perfect.

The staff was superb. However the rooms were “doubles”, meaning full size beds not queen, and the noise from the heater and rooms nearby was bothersome overnight, the tub was chipped and worn but clean. Very convenient to Northeastern University, shopping, restaurants, etc. All in all would definitely recommend, just realize that it’s a relatively older building so it comes with some of the minor noise issues.

Staff very much in the holiday spirit and kind words to our young grandchildren for our family Christmas Event to attend Boston Pops.
There was a mix up on the room accommodations and front desk upgraded us to lovely arrangements for the family.

Staff is excellent: friendly, available & accommodating ! A call to Housekeeping brought immediate results. (Nice robes !) Saltwater pool is lovely. Super clean. Air is warm without being dry. Bed so comfy, I want one at home. Sound proofing between rooms was great, but cleaning crew worked overnight Christmas & had my dog barking.
Great location for walking ! Christian Science Center nearby. Attached to Prudential Center & Copley Place. Close to Amtrak Back Bay Station. (Bell Cap great to whistle a cab for me, when Uber rates were “way too much.”) We’ll be back !

Great hotel!
This hotel has everything you need and the location is perfect-connected to the prudential. I went with my two boys, and they loved the larger indoor pool and indoor access to shopping and restaurants.

Nice stay

Below standard for a Sheraton
Room felt dirty and in need of refurb. Very dated and small. I didn’t like to walk on the carpet in bare feet. It looks old and unhygienic.
My room wasn’t cleaned.
Pillows are uncomfortable and the open sided duvet covers are unhygienic
Noise from other rooms is a problem. Mainly the excessive noise of the water pipes/showers/toilets.

Great Stay
A really good stay. Bed was very comfortable. Everyone that I was in contact was helpful. The room was clean. I definitely recommend this hotel. In the middle of the Prudential with all the shopping and eating you could ask for.

I especially enjoyed the guest services. they tended to all my questions and any concerns I had. They provided early check in and complimentary late checkout....I can't say enough about Desiree from the reception desk

Walls are thin hear people yelling 3 in the morning, bath tub didnt drain while taking a shower, wouldn't work called for service waited almost an hour diagnosed problem myself...was unplugged in back of tv...not very happy

The room was below average, with old carpet, a dark room, and a small bathroom with a tub that had patches of paint. Overall, this room needs an upgrade. The room service was terrible. There is no room service from 3 PM till the next morning. When food was ordered, the food came in a paper bag in disposable containers. When we asked for one thing, they sent a different thing. Also, there were no plates, cups, or bowls to go with food. We had to call a few times to get everything we needed, which took forever. The best thing was the pool, however.

Chose “High floor, River View” when booking. View was spectacular. Rom was a little small but more than sufficient. Very pleased with the experience. Very close to many walkable things. T stops are very close. Great stay. Couldn’t be more pleased.

People were very friendly. A number of electrical outlets in my room didn't work including the one powering the fridge. WiFi in lobby didn't really work. Lighting in halls, rooms, etc. was somewhat dim.

Great location. Connected to the Prudential Center. Nice rooms. Nice pool. Nice people.
Terrible pillows. I like a firm pillow and these pillows were likes cases with blankets inside. Woke up multiple times with neck and shoulder pain. Asked for a firmer pillow and they didn't have any. Also, food store closes at 10 and no vending machines. A hotel with no vending machines?

Room furniture was not comfortable and shabby. Bed was great. Quick response to requests. My reserved room was not available when I arrived. I was offered 2 other types of room which were not suitable. Finally upgraded room offered to me.

The worse trip in a long time. The room was never cleaned and when it was done half-ass. Told the front desk every day that we wanted our room cleaned. Never was. had to call down again to get them to clean it. Horrible experience. will never stay at a sheraton for a while.

The room was not satisfactory. Several factors, but the one I remember most was the peeling bathtub. Not good!
Also I think there were no towell racks near/at the sink area and hooks were either non-existent or way too high to be helpful.

They placed my daughter and I in a shoddy a accessible room with a slanted floor and shower piping that vibrated the walls. The sink was cracked and all the wood chipped. Most of all it was a room category below what I paid for and we were never moved to the appropriate room and the stay (which was a very busy weekend for us) was miserable. The restaurant had VERY limited options and the Market was never open at dinner and sold us a fruit cup filled with rotten fruit.

The rooms are worn and the bathtubs are peeling. We switched rooms only to have that bathtub peeling too. According to the staff the rooms are going to be renovated at the end of the year. The whole hotel needs a facelift.
The lobby is nice and the location is great but I would not stay here again until they renovate

Bathrooms are falling apart. The ceramic on the tub in both rooms is paling off. Rooms are very old. However, the surrounding area is beautiful the mall and the restaurants are great. It’s just a shame the hotel is a dump.

Would definitely recommend. 15 minute walk to Fenway, several restaurant options that are very close to walk. Staff very friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay again if we visit Boston again.

It is 12:10am we are just moving to another room we were freezing cold no heat just A/C with no xtra blankets in the room they gave us a writing tablet with one sheet of paper I checked in early so they took my king bed and gave us a queen and now I am in a room with two doubles quite unhappy

Need patience and Beware of bugs
I traveled with 2 other people. My customer service experience at the front desk was awful. Check in was 4pm and I waited 40 more minutes to get a room. I even booked 6 months in advance. The employee wanted to argue with me about the room I requested. Had a scary experience in the shower when a HUGE bug crawled out of the drain.

First I was told that they donee have the double room that I reserved and they can only offer me a queen bed. Then they made me wait for a very long time while they checked the status of the room. Finally I got the room but it had a really bad stench coming out of the bathroom. I complained and they promised to send someone up to look at the issue in 10 minutes and except no one showed up for 30 minutes.
I’m a bit tired and would like to go to bed soon.
This is not what I expected from Sheraton.

The hotel is in need of a renovation which is currently underway. The bathroom in our room was dated and visibly worn. The location of the property is top notch and we enjoyed many of Boston’s top attractions by walking or taking the T.

Toilet was so close to tub you could sit on one and put your feet in another. Toilet was like something out of men’s room at a mechanic shop. Handle in back that you use your foot to flush. Tub was missing pieces of coating. Plumbing made banging sounds. Food was left in the refrigerator. Carpets are old and dirty. Place need a complete updating. Breakfast was expensive for what we got. Starbucks wasn’t open the 3 nights we stayed. Staff were polite and helpful
