The room was just clean enough. Obvious poor state of repair, but you can tell the staff does the best they can with what they have. Not a great neighborhood. Lots of homelessness around. If they price is good, I'd stay again, but given other options I'd stay somewhere else.

Ok. The hotel itself is not that bad either is the area. It doesn’t look that old. The staff was ok. But not very friendly or helpful. Lots of “I don’t know,” and blank stares. I think it’s a language barrier because they’re Mexican. My heater didn’t work the first night and the wifi in my area was not connecting. The keys had to be re programed 5 times. The room are clean. Only had blood stains in one of my rooms. I had two. The pool was clean and the hot tib worked. It’s cheap rates so don’t set your goals too high. It works fine. Oh! They close their office to the public at 6pm. You have to use a window booth on the side to interact with the staff. Give it a try.

We found long hair in the facucet and inside the tub. Outdated rooms, homeless around the property, no gate so access is really easy from anyone outside the property. All in all we will look for something else when traveling to phoenix.

The room was dirty. Curtains, floors, walls, all dirty. The door into our room had been damaged, the lock was there for decoration only.
The bed sheets were clean though, and the mattress comfortable enough, so there’s that.

Pretty bare bones.
The card reader at the door barely worked. I had to try 5-6 times to get in each time.
The toilet was clogged when we arrived. They provided a plunger, but we had to do our own plungind.
The place feels pretty sketchy overall.
There were suspicious spots on the sheets.
I'd probably choose another place next time.

Who parked the corporate van right in front of the front office? Isn't that parking area supposed to be for customers? Found parking difficult. Lot was rather full, too. Two people blabbing outside the room right now, too. My first room had a high-pitched sound to it. What was that?

Pretty much what I was expecting for a cheap motel room. We drove up to phoenix for a concert and then slept here one night and it was fine for that purpose.
Bed and sheets were clean, staff was super nice, convenient restaurants in the same parking lot.
Probably not the best area of town but I didn’t feel unsafe there at night. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. I would probably stay here again.

I had a whole in shower. Hair all over the shower. Has to leave a deposit after I had paid in full and left a credit card on my account. It was disgusting everywhere you looked. I would not recommend this dump.

needs some major TLC
Location was very convenient, first impression was good. Bathroom really need a facelift. I asked for different room they issued a key so I could look first was the same condition. Tub was unusable, the stopper was on the edge of the tub broken, rust on the tub the sticky tape in the tub was pealing. several paint patch in the tub. Stain on floor and furniture that were discolored.

Horrible lication. Not safe, lots of homeless people and drug transactions at every corner. The hotel was very dated. The bed sheets were stained, towels were paper thin. The bathroom had cigararette burns everywhere, the room smelled like mold. Service was very rude.
I would reccomend not staying here.

Check in was sketchy. Homeless people and the smell of cigarettes and weed littered this place. Felt very uncomfortable taking my family to our room. Front desk argued with us about the amount of blankets we had in the room and refused to bring us another. Beds and pillows were lumpy and stained. On top of all that we woke up at 7am to a guy banging on our door and all our windows. Very unpleasant stay and canceled the second night we had already paid for.

The property itself is not clean. There's homeless, and random individuals walking around asking for aluminum foil clearly looking for drug use. The fees are Not accurate to what the site says when you book the room. They tried to make me pay twice the amount of fees for a deposit when I arrived. The room was not clean. The sheets had dirt and black stuff on them. The beds were uncomfortable and smelled like smoke despite the non smoking room. The staff was rude and cold in all interactions. I won't ever stay here again.

The check in was process was smooth and somewhat friendly, and the check out staff member Adriana was very friendly; and that’s the only positive thing that can be said about this property. The website description is NOTHING like what we just experienced, I took pictures of the black mold in the bathroom, the blood splattered walls, stained towels, filthy carpet, an unknown substance on the curtains, dirt crusted doors,l the cigarette burns on the sheets and the old torn pillows that were in our room, that was directly across from the “courtyard” where the the dead grass and a dried out dirty water fountain. The lobby is not accessible from the guest rooms side after 9pm to 6am, is what is posted on the door and the staff locked it before 8pm and wasn’t not happy about unlocking the door at 6:30am so I could access the, world’s smallest cup of coffee from a small pot of coffee that was only available in the mornings. I was approached by a strange man who was hanging out in the parking lot asking if I was his friend. The room above had what sounded like a domestic violence incident, and the pool was filled with trash and looked so murky like it had not been cleaned in sometime. The night staff on the second night was extremely rude, and disrespectful when I had to get my room fixed for the 2nd time that day, and slammed the lobby door in my face saying the lobby was closed and there were other people in the lobby that I believe live there. False advertising on this site.

I had the worst experience with my family getting here we got there 4:30pm to check in room was dirty we carry all our things up to the highest floor and open the door was a mess came to the front lady said she’ll give us another room we went again with our belongings same thing dirty so disappointed after a long drive me and my family were tired to go through this front desk lady was ok she immediately gave me a refund after that I don’t understand why rent the rooms and then be dirty when people come the area wasn’t good neither

I liked the convenience of restaurants.maintenance was friendly. Office staff would not give me my deposit because she said the sheets were garbage. When they have me them sheets hey had holes the blankets had burnt marks. That's not fair didn't mess up the sheet's thats Jo they came o mee. Lady who does Landry was extremely rude. The staff were professional and courteous. The building however, should be condemned. The bathroom door had one solid hinge, and the other hinge was hanging on by a single screw that had just not fallen all the way out yet. I took a picture of it and showed it to the person at the front desk who told me they would have the maintenance tech come fix it. That didn't happen. The shower walls were cracked all over and the caulking between them and the tub had rotted out and the seams were full of mold. The shower fixture leaked all over the place while in use. The floors above the ground are so worn out I expected my upstairs neighbor to come crashing through while walking around their room. The room served its purpose for the time, but that specific hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Never again.

MY TRIP
It was coo to much drug addicts of course in this neighborhood to where the smell of blues hits your nose quick to where you wanna puke. The deposit amount that you have to pay for this hotel is probably the best deposit amount as well that’s amazing how you can get it back in your hand after you check out. The room has a nice big bed but definitely didn’t like the shower the holes in the wall little flying bugs etc and the TV HAD NO CHANNELS WHAT SO EVER GOOD THING I TOOK MY LAPTOP

The floors in the room were so dirty that the bottom of your feet where black with dirt the bathroom was in bad shape with a hole in the bathtub at the bottom, door not completely secure broken safety latch, Fire alarms went off and the staff on front desk did not have a clue how to deal with it being a retired fireman i went to the lobby and helped her turn it off after verifying there was no fire, contacted the Phoenix fire dept. to let them know they had no evacuation process to determine if there was a problem in any of the rooms, drifters hanging around too bad nice property but needs work on rooms

The nearby convenience store was surrounded by homeless people smoking marijuana. The shower did not work. The room next to us had their door open with loud music and later in the evening brought out a small grill and cooked. Some of the channels on the television were static and you could not hear the channel. The worst place that I've ever stayed. So unsafe for a Mother and her child to stay. Never again!

There was nothing I liked. This place is a dump. Sketchy area, old & run down hotel. Awful staff behind locked window, mandatory deposit that isn't disclosed. Rooms are sparse & gross, lock on the door was malfunctioning- I had to put a chair against it to feel safe enough to sleep. Shower/Tub was gross, holes in the pillows, no coffee maker in room, lobby is locked from 9pm to 9 am so no access to ANYTHING unless you drive off property. Screaming match in the parking lot that staff just ignored & never addressed. HORRIBLE experience. I would never bring children here. I would have felt safer & more rested if I would have stopped at a rest stop & slept in my car next to an alligator enclosure. Awful.

Checked in at 9 and had to use the night desk entrance since the main lobby was locked for safety purposes. Had to wait for 20 minutes for the after hours front desk person to get off her personal call and deal with the line of 4 people in front of us.
The room had 3 dead roaches and some other bugs on the floors. Shower head and water knob were broken and you could see into the wall behind the tub.
Beds are springy and not comfortable at all and they squeak anytime you move.
TV has intermittent service. Hope you like Weather Channel and TLC because that’s all that came in clearly.
Having a room on the first floor (probably second floor too) will allow you to hear EVERYONE walking across the ceiling above you and in the rooms on either side. Bring headphones or a sleeping pill.
Not worth the money I paid for the room AT ALL.

Had to come here after my flight left without me. I was unfamiliar with the area and chose a relatively cheap option. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at. Room felt like it was not cleaned well to the point you didn't want to walk around barefoot. There was hair in the shower and the worst part was the people to smoked weed every hour from 1-3am and the smell that came through the door and landed on you like a cloud as you tried to sleep.

I'll tell you I was worried about this place because the rooms were on the less expensive side. And for those that are staying in Arizona especially for Spring Training realize that usually means it's a crack motel. I was pleasantly surprised the hotel didn't need armed security. We had no problem parking even though they did not have electric gates, keeping people out. They even had a Rent-A-Car vendor right on the premises which is great because you don't have to pay all that airport tax. The room was clean came with a microwave and a little refrigerator. If you need a blow dryer you have to pick it up at the front desk. I was told no room comes with a coffee machine, but there is an IHOP within walking distance in the parking lot also, in the morning, they have coffee in the lobby, the staff was very friendly. The only reason I gave it a neutral, smiling face is because housekeeping didn't come in to pick up our trash or change out our towels and I was told they were supposed to and we had a real hard time getting the keys to work , the entry is with the credit card type key after about doing it eight or nine times and cussing at it it would finally work . was it perfect no buildings older but like I said the rooms are very clean.

Convenient to drop rental car off but nothing else
We knew this hotel wasn't going to be great but it was convenient to drop our rental car off at Avis and was near the airport. At check in we were told that the wi-fi wasn't working atm and it didn't work for our whole stay. Luckily only one night. Not very convenient as we were flying home the following day and had to use data for checking flights etc. We booked a taxi to the airport through reception. Room was clean though. Went to have a shower in the morning and it didn't work. We thought we might as well go to the airport earlier. Luckily we did as our taxi had not been ordered. When we checked out, we mentioned about the shower not working and just got 'ok' as a response.

Upon checkin they had the lobby closed. Had to go to window to check in. After getting to the room there was holes in the bathroom wall and door. That had been attempted to be patched. Bathroom roof and brown rust color marks all over it. Towels was thin and rough. You could feel the springs in the bed also. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also reservation said free breakfast but when checking it they said lobby is closed and we will not be serving breakfast.

Super disappointed in our stay. The lobby was closed 24/7, no one could tell me why. Room was not very clean. Large holes in pillowcases and boogers smeared on the wall in the bathroom (very obvious, right next too the toilet and door). Trash scattered throughout the property. Very busy location (lots of homeless) and loud at night. We were right above the main office and could hear the bell to the door all night long.

The hotel lobby is closed off to guest. Only a small room is open for check-in.
The Hotel is not safe, at 3:30am night time someone knocked on my room door and said they are security, I peek through viewing lens and found a black man and woman outside the door. I yelled to them to go away. They left 2 min later. There were no any problem near my room.

Definitely a economy motel. I would call it a truck stop motel. Everything is minimum. King bed room but we only had two small bath towels , one hand towel , and one was cloth each night. No coffee maker in room or lobby. Lobby clised 24 hours still due to covid ? Night security window only for all business

We were expecting a “no frills” stay as described, however we were asked to pay a $60 room deposit.
I was not happy about that, but presented my card and allowed the transaction.
However, upon checkout this morning we were told my deposit would not post for “5 to 10 business days”.
I find that unacceptable. No one had checked the condition of the room and I found that experience demeaning.
And although the hotel amenities offer a continental breakfast and coffee, there was a crudely written sign posted that read “no breakfast served since Covid”. The other place we stayed offered a full breakfast with no restrictions.
I’m quite certain I will not stay at this hotel again.
