Incredible accommodations, all as listed and photographs...it's Not to often the pics are true to form against the naked eye. A very posotive, comforting and reassurance in today's hospitality. Loved it! I have no need to go again, but we're considering a wonder around town booking (Shigrin)

I ask for blanket and wash cloth never got it. Service was terrible staff they have now is not what I use to service went down a lot. They clean the room took out the towels never bring them back management is bad.

The hotel in general is nice and clean. Inside the room might be different, as it was for me. There were stains on the furniture--not sure what it was, but I wasn't going to sit there--and chunks of wood out of the table edge.

It wasn’t horrible, but we would not stay here again. The price did not match the amenities. It took an extra hour after check-in to get our room, even though we received notification that it had already been ready for us. The room was stuffy and the air conditioning barely worked. there was mold where the bathroom tile met the bedroom carpet, and the walls are very thin, we could hear everything going on around us.

we booked this hotel then read further into the reviews and got a little nervous. but we were pleasantly surprised! the front desk was never anything but friendly to us. and while there are few things that could use some updating there things you can tell have been updated including the restaurant/bar area, we didn't use housekeeping service every day we would just call if we needed towels and they were very prompt! the rooms are really good. We had 3 people age 56,37,15 so we each had our own bed because it was 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. there was a little table with chairs where we played games. one complaint about the room was the bathroom door the thought of it is "fancy" but something was wrong with ours we think lol it was a barn door but no handle on the inside to get out and was really hard to slide. the pool needed a little skimming done to it the day we were there and the cushions could be updated but overall the pool area was totally fine. we ate at the restaurant and we loved it. we had the bolognese and the chicken shish kebobs. nothing really in walking distance except moonlite diner we walked over 2 mornings and it was great. our favorite part of the whole trip was the bar. Especially on our last night there we went down to the bar and had the best bartender! her name was nelly. all the bartenders were very nice but she seemed like she really loved her job and she was good at it! overall we would definitely stay again

Staff is always very pleasant here. I especially love the warm welcoming feel I get each time I stay. Christina front desk staff is my all time favorite! She has the best customer service skills ever! Always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She keeps me coming back! This is my new found place to stay whenever i visit South Florida. This was my 3rd stay here been staying since Nov 2022. All the staff here are very pleasant! I adore the female security guard, she takes her job very serious yet she is very kind and helpful! I met the newest manager during this last stay he was very warm and friendly too. I believe his name is Roger. Besides the great staff, the rooms are huge and very clean! Big shot to the cleaning crew staff! Way to gp Sheraton! Keep shining!!

Was a bit misleading when I was promised a balcony, but got one that overlooked the indoor dining area.. figured it would be a walk out balcony outside.. otherwise great 👍

I didn't like the lack of cleanness on the pool deck. There was gecco/lizzard droppings which was unavoidable to walk around, which got on our shoes. Would strongly recommend having a deck hand to be cleaning the walking area around the pool.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The customer service was extraordinary. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast but it had nothing to do with the hotel. It's just had something to do with my personal preference.

Still owed money from my deposit
Booked my stay through Hotels.com. The security deposit was kept by the hotel and Hotels.com did nothing to return it to me. I'm still waiting for a response to return my $150.00. Hotels.com did not respond to help in any way.
Will not do use them again! still out my deposit from Sheraton and Hotels.com

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this hotel that left me feeling unsafe. When I got there, the hotel didn’t have the room needed and set me up in a double instead (which was okay). But upon entering the room I could see it was noticeably dirty, with plenty of dirt in the corners that had never been vacuumed and furniture that was heavily beat up. There were also stains on the counter, and most of the lights were bent out of shape or broken. Lighting in the room was also pretty dim in general. They also put me in a room that had a ledge outside the window that someone could easily walk on to break into the room (it was the maintance space where the hvac units were), and also didn’t have a proper locking mechanism on the window. The secondary door to the bedroom didn’t have a lock and was hinged outward so that you couldn’t prop a chair underneath the handle to provide and extra level of security. The bathroom also did not have a lock, and was very poorly lit. My incidental holding fee was also $150, which is honestly pretty outrageous. Luckily I didn’t have this charge go through. I also had an uncomfortable experience where I was going to my room in the evening and one of the employees stopped mid walk and stared at me as I got out of the elevator and walked to my room that was nearby. Overall a really uncomfortable stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future (especially to women traveling on their own).

Receptionist was rude and lied about having rooms available. Many guest complained after check in time and magically rooms were available for all guest. Rooms were dirty. Towels and bed sheets had hair. When showering, water wet restroom floor and even carpet by the door. Everything felt old and upgrades are needed. Definitely do not recommend and will not ever stay here again.

Nice for the price.
The hotel is spacious and has had some updates but overall is a little dated. The pool area is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The doors and windows are old and hard to operate. The elevators are slow as well. Otherwise a nice place to stay, especially.

I stayed for the interMiami game. Easy 20 min walk, very safe to the venue. The beds were ok, the shower never got very hot, the ac was 78 when I woke up my first morning and they fixed it quickly. Looks like it used to be a great place to stay now it’s just a place to stay. The one meal I did order from the food spot was great. Beers were over $10 before tip

Find another place to stay
Non smoking room smelled like smoke and was gross, carpet was not clean and had stains all over it, overall the hotel was old, not clean and not well maintained. I would find a different place to stay for the price.

The staff was great especially Roberto, Silvia and Michael. They were friendly and helpful. The carpet should be removed in the room since it seemed to hold a scent that wouldn’t go away. Overall for the time spent it was what I needed for my duration in FL.

Well rounded hotel for families and the separate room with two double beds. Nice size pool and good temp for hot tub. Laundry service on site too was helpful.
Nice bright gym and lovely bar and restaurant area.
Air conditioning in lobby/restaurant very cold, so was too cold to hang out in these areas but restaurant Manager and staff were very nice and always greeted by friendly front lobby staff as well.

The bed was very comfortable, and fresh linen was changed daily. Siding doors to the bathroom and balcony needed adjustment, however the picture next to the bed was dirty and so was the sliding balcony door. I paid extra to have a balcony as my wife and I are seniors and we enjoy seating and ha ind a drink on the balcony. This was our 50 th anniversary. Very disappointing that our balcony was only 18 inches wide. It seems like all the rooms had the same balconies, and I was dumb enough to pay an extra 150.00 for it.

Our room didn’t get cleaned three out of the days we were there. The television didn’t work and the repair guy just kept rebooting it over and over again but wouldn’t replace it. So we had no working tv either. The south elevators gets locked by the cleaning people and the north elevators are so slow you will spend half your time waiting to get to your room. The manager sees very nice but overall I’d say pass on this establishment.

Elevators were in bad shape, buttons didn't work or illuminate, the other elevator wall would shake when opening and one was wobbly and lose. Hot tub stopped working but they cranked up the heat in the pool and it was very nice! Aside from that overall it was a decent hotel and good rate.

After an 18 hour drive we just wanted sleep! The first room was under construction. The second room had wet towels in the bathroom floor and the walls were vibrating from the nightclub. The third room was quiet and clean, but only had double beds. We are a party of 5 🤔 but we made it work. The property is gorgeous! The area seems safe. The staff moved immediately to help us, but some gesture of compensation would have been appreciated.

Hotel is outdated, old carpets, beds, couches etc needs to be upgraded. Our room had bugs in the kitchen area little tiny ones crawling and I saw a cockroach.
Lobby does not match the rooms for sure.

Pleased with my stay.
The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I checked in at 2am. The reservationist was friendly and checking in was a breeze. The room was very spacious and clean. I definitely will stay there again.

Great hotel!
Occasionally there seemed to be a towel shortage and we had to go to the front desk to retrieve some towels. Room was great, staff were very accommodating and friendly and pleasant. Pool area was lovely and clean and fitness room was well equipped and hardly used. We like the location as it is very easy to get around with a car. Our only disappointment would have to be that our room keys were cut off very early on the morning of our scheduled check out so that we couldn’t even get back into our room after visiting the fitness room or pool. Check out is at 11:00 am so why were we locked out at 9:00 am?

Really liked how large the rooms were. Nice to be able to get ready or drink some coffee in a separate room while not disturbing your party that’s still asleep. The pool and spa were great when the temps fell.

No good experience
We have to wait 4 hours for our check in caouse the sistem was down. We didn't get any recompesention. We didn't get our room keys,we had to wait a lot again everytime to go into our room.

Don't do it!
This place is a complete DUMP and doesn't feel safe AT ALL! IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH YOUR KIDS, DON'T STAY HERE. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I couldn't give it no stars. There was a trap door in the ceiling that clearly gets opened often and you can stick you hands under the room doors! The lobby ceiling was leaking and the power kept going which knocks the system down for HOURS! I could go on about this dingy looking place but you get the real cause the ones online have been edited to death!

The poor reviews listed are absolutely accurate. The hotel needs renovations. One of the first things that caught my eyes was the battered countertops and old broke down refrigerator at the front desk. The garden area is overgrown and the plants need some care. The atmosphere is more like a motel. My first night was a nightmare the aroma of marijuana was awful. The room had an old ragged soiled sofa and chair. The carpet was old and had an area that was visibly mended together. The furniture was old and battered. The room was dusty. The coffeemaker dusty the mirrors smuggy. It was a mess and a poor representation of the Sheraton brand. I was truly disappointed 🙁

I was unable to check-in at the allocated check-in time due to the room not being ready. I was also told by a member of staff that there was a possibility that there might not be a room available for me despite having a reservation booked for over a month. If I did not have a car I would of been stranded with my luggage and I had booked and payed for an event in the area for that night.

First of all, the overall appearance of the hotel was marvelous. Everything was very clean, polished even, and the ground aesthetic was lovely. All staff were polite and would ALWAYS greet you with a friendly smile. I had the breakfast voucher and the food and staff were superb. The rooms were very spacious and CLEAN, ours had a lovely balcony. Definitely would suggest this hotel to others and I would return in the future. Luxury for an amazing price.

Close to stadium walking distance wish that had a shuttle running . Seen a bug in my room and they never sent anyone up stayed 3 nights second night barely cleaned room no wash cloths left no extra toilet paper left garbage in room . Checked out and what's room number drop key .
There was a nice house keeper need towels for pool went above and beyond.
No follow up to bug TV stopped working had to send soemone up as well .

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all super friendly and accommodating. From the front desk, to housekeeping to the waiters and bartenders, they are all amazing. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be back. The hotel itself reminds me of a resort, very pretty.
