Booked a two day stay 24-26. Left hotel Xmas day to see family. Upon return our phone chargers and small cooler had disappeared. Took about 3 hours to be returned. Was told new maid messed up despite our luggage and other items still there. Other than that stay was great.

I did not get the room I booked and payed for with Expedia! The staff said third party sites like Expedia don't check on availability and there wasn't anything they could do!
I ended up having to take a standard 2 bed room!
My friend certainly did not understand why I got 2 beds!
Wanted to take a bath, the plug in the tub didn't work and was unable to take a relaxing bath!
Then when I showered, the water saving shower head was good, HOWEVER, the spout continued to run more water out of it thereby reducing any eco effect concerning water usage!
The TV remote hardly worked and the TV had lots of vertical lines making it almost impossible to watch!
Extremely disappointed with both Expedia and Sheridan!
Didn't get what I paid for!

There is a lot of homeless population around the area, so I would not recommend walking. The hotel was nice. my room was spacious, could stand for some upgrading it looked slightly old. Staff was super nice, cafe food was just okay not an in depth menu for a Sheraton hotel. My room was located at the end of a hallway that somehow extended and it took me an extra few minutes to find my room in Narnia.

Weeknd family trip
The property was clean and comfortable environment. The receptionist was friendly and fast check in. The only thing is that when it says non-smoking, this should also include non-smoking of marijuana. The smell coming into our room at night was not pleasant.

It was so disappointed when we arrived at 12:30 AM and we were tired and the fire alarm went off at 3:15AM. We half asleep and we have to walk around the building (elevator not recommended). And it was a FALSE ALARM...

Heat didn’t work in my room on the 1st cold weekend. Repair came, said they fixed it, went to bed, woke up at 3am to a 60 room. I like it cool when I sleep but that was too much, especially for the rate I paid. Overall the property seemed to be nice at one point but they have let it slip and appears run down a bit. Light in the shower didn’t work, wallpaper peeling ect. Won’t be going back. Staff was nice though

This hotel needs to be updated for the money they charge a night and it’s unsafe. I was getting out of the jacuzzi and the handle bar was very loose (it could be pulled out of the ground) and I almost fell.

Elevators were filthy, most of the elevator up down arrows on elevator didn’t work neither did floor numbers in elevator. tub had mold. Ran out of conditioner. Didn’t get all my change back from breakfast because they didn’t have coins. Employee in coyote cafe not friendly and food on display was unappealing looked like a semi ran over it 10 years ago and they saved it in a case. Parking structure says park at own risk and a lot of homeless sleeping near building. Parking structure reeked of pot.

Very old facility rooms are outdated. Room was not cleaned, the beds were not made up. No clean towels either. Had to call front desk for towels and water; front desk gal said she was busy with another customer it will be a while or i have to go down and pick it up myself. poor customer service.

They refused to take my Hotels.com visa . They thought it is a gift card . I had to give them different credit card. The carpet was very old . Not enough towels in the bathroom. The air conditioner was making noise when it wasn’t running.

There was a leak from the ceiling in one of the bathrooms, the AC unit sounded like a plane overhead coming down to land, the traffic noise from the freeway and from participants of the events leaving loud music blaring from vehicles not the hotels fault, the refrigerator froze all the food items even after we turned it down, did not get good sleep either night

Rooms are outdated but clean with the exception of the carpets they were weirdly sticky. Being next to the highway was annoying because it was constant sirens from fire trucks, police etc making it hard to sleep. I did appreciate security watching over the property diligently. Staff was also nice and check in/out was super easy.

My friends and I had a great time. Although they advertise queen beds the beds were only double beds but they were still comfortable. The pool area and the slide were fantastic. It was a great stay cation.

They gave me a room that was already occupied that was that they had my name on and somebody else was in there They gave me another room it was clean How do you make a mistake at the front desk the front desk and then the front desk didn't know that somebody put them in there that shouldn't have been in there and they called them down there and the people say well the guy gave it to us and then we walked in and on again and it was in bed that was dangerous

We were disappointed with our room because we booked a 2 queen room and walked into a single king bed room. It wasn’t a huge deal and we were tired and didn’t bother to complain. The room was grungy- the carpet was sticky! The furniture was old and falling apart, it wasn’t comfortable for us at all.

Room was clean but outside was pretty run down. Leaves all over the place, bird droppings everywhere you look, dead pidgeon in the courtyard, leaves in the murky pool water, pool water didnt smell like chlorine at all and had a very green tint the other pool was closed. And the hot tub looked pretty disgusting.

I’m not sure how this place is a 4 star hotel. The pictures/images online are taken from such angles that they are totally deceptive. The pool isn’t huge and there really aren’t 3. The spa is missing chunks of plaster that it hurts to sit down. The pool has murky water and is dirty. Room is ok but nothing special. Halls have peeling wall paper. Staff is as at times hard to locate for assistance, however, they were friendly and nice. Elevators were a bit scary movie-esque, with their clanking sounds and odd happenings. Seems more like a 2 1/2-3 star hotel.

The staff was amazing and well informend. The room was very clean. Even though our room faced the freeway it was still quiet. The pool and water slide was great. Wish the slide stayed open longer but i understand they have to have a life gaurd for the slide. But other than that would stay here again. Everything was great.

For sure worth it

The stay overall was okay. Parking was free & easy to find. Shower had no water pressure, bed felt a little older and springy. The biggest concern was that the comforter on our bed was full of makeup. Room overall seems a bit outdated. Everything else was great.

I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS AND ALWAYS HAD A ROOM WHERE THE BALCONY DOORS OPEN ALL THE WAY. THIS TIME I DID NOT AND IS QUITE UPSETING BECAUSE I WOULD LOOK AT OTHER ROOMS ON THE SAME SIDE AS MINE AND SAME LEVEL OR EVEN HIGHER LEVEL AND THERES WERE OPEN ALL THE WAY

For a 4 star hotel, customer service could improve. No help with luggage. The shower temperature knob was hard to work. Took us 5 minutes to find the hot water and set it at a pleasant temperature. When we got back from a concert, our room had a strong smell of weed. But my wife and I don't smoke. There is a door that connects to the room next door. Maybe it came from there?. Front office did offer to move us to a different room.

We picked this place just because of the water slide for our kids. I don’t want to go over every single aspect of what made this stay terrible. Rather tell you that we cut it to one night only because it was a gross terrible experience.

Nice hotel in an older part of town. The hotel is older but in good shape. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Rooms are a bit outdated… older light fixtures, water fixtures and furniture. Water is hot with modest pressure. Lots of restaurants nearby. Pools and tennis courts are in good order. I would generally recommend this hotel if you need to be in the area. I am not sure I would go out of my way to stay there without a reason to be in the vicinity.

This was a pleasant place to stay. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, and the building was kept up and nice-smelling. The pool was a hit with the kids, but only my oldest was tall enough for the waterslide. I'll definitely be back to this hotel when I am in Phoenix.

The bathroom has no exhaust fan, floors were stained with gum, the ac was broken when we showed up, everything is dated by 20 years. The jacuzzi is just a warm pool. No free breakfast. Lots of homeless in the immediate vicinity.

Waterslides not open every day
I specifically booked this hotel for the waterslides. Called before I booked and asked if the waterslides were open, and they say yes. I am checking in and the sign says they are only open Friday-Sunday. Our stay is Wednesday-Saturday. Not happy foe the amount we spent.

Great hotel large and you can walk around there. Clean the check in was fast. There is a café and bar. Very nice. The difficult part was the access into the hotel. A bit tricky and many cross streets. be careful. Parking was free. a lot of parking.

WORST STAY EVER!!! We booked a king size bed through Expedia. On arrival the hotel claimed they could not confirm the bed if booked through a 3rd party, so they gave us a room with 2 double beds and fresh urine on the carpet. WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA OR SHERATON HOTELS AGAIN!!!

Overall stay was enjoyable. I did have to ask Front desk the basics (where the elevator was, what time the pool opened/closed, check out time) because I wasn't given the general information upfront. The in-room mini-fridge made noise. Other than that, kiddos enjoyed the BIG pool and waterslide. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the 12pm check-out time.

I had stayed at this location in the past and it was a beautiful place. This last visit the place is in need of an update. The shower dispensers were all empty, good thing I brought my own. The check in staff was helpful, other than that not much to report.
