Hard to pin it on the hotel, but nearby rooms played loud music nearly all night long. They did take a break from 4:15 am to 6a. $12 to park to me is excessive.

Saved me from winter storm black out
During a winter storm when the power is out for multiple days, I booked the hotel closest to me at 6am. Check in is normally at 3pm. When I called the hotel at 7am and explained my situation, the front desk person says to come on over right now which I did. Sheraton saved me that day. About the hotel, parking is now at a fee of $12. They give infused water in the lobby. Made to order breakfast is included. Swimming pool is a nice addition. Service is awesome. Thank you so much Sheraton!

While trying to catch up on sleep a male employee knocked and attempted to enter the room.
It was nerve racking to be woken from a sound sleep to find someone entering my room. A phone call should have been made first if something needed to be checked.

Stayed over for a quick overnight. Everyone was friendly. They charge for parking and charge for any breakfast. The parking was a biggie for me. When i asked they didnt even take my plate. Didn't tell me at check in.
Overall it was a nice stay and clean hotel.

Mouse in room and windows are not sealed properly
I got into the room and I noticed breadcrumbs on chair and cleaned it myself, then after I took shower I saw the big mouse running towards me, I jumped on bed, called front desk, after I was moved to a room 526 ( it was smaller room and very cold room, because the windows are not sealed properly I had to put pillows to cover the cracks and from a cold air! I was so tired to change the room again !! The nigh-shift manager offered the breakfast due to issue with first room ! However the voucher for free breakfast only works for certain dishes.
I hope they will take care of the windows and the mice in the hotel !

This hotel is a 3 star property which is close to our family’s home. We have stayed here many times. The rooms are large with nice bedding.

The parking lot is so poor, not a closed building, like a gas station, no breakfast included, inside the beds looks small and the sheets and blanket are old, the tables is dusty, coffee and cup are put on a small bench, so bad condition I never met that kind of Sheraton

Recommended Needham hotel!
I had a great experience there and will stay again the next time I'm in that area! It was reasonably priced, staffed with super-friendly people, and even had a nice fitness center that I made use of.

This hotel had the nicest and friendliest front desk staff. It was clean, quiet and convenient for the purpose of my trip. There is a nice bar/restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner and the food is higher quality than your average hotel restaurant.

Not what we expected
I don’t typically write reviews but I guess I expected a lot more from a Sheraton.
First of all you have to pay to park your car!! I’ve never been to a hotel that charges extra to park there. I feel like that’s crazy.
I asked for sheets, pillows and blankets for the pull out couch and we were brought sheets and a mattress protector. Called back asked for blankets and pillows and they brought us a bed cover - never a blanket. It was terrible.
Also we paid extra for a suite to have all the wonderful benefits of the club. Well they tell you when you get there they don’t staff the club on weekends (mind you we pay more for a weekend stay) and you get none of the perks!!!!
The breakfast buffet was less than stellar- stale bread and bagels and undercooked meat - the eggs were good though.
Lastly when we came back from the pool my husband saw a mouse scatter across our floor!

Hate being nickeled and dimed
Very nice hotel but I will most likely never stay there again....I can almost understand charging for breakfast but not having free coffee is non starter. ...it was 17 dollars for 2 coffee and 2 pastries...

The best deal

Staff were super nice, kind and genuine people. The only thing i did not like was the room that we were given was not the same as it was depicted online. We were expecting an upgraded room and all we got was a pull out sofa again the wall. Other than that, a lovely place to spend a night or two.

Sleepless night in Needham!
I have been going here for the past 3 years. My recent stay was a bit disappointing. I ended up on the bottom floor, even though it is called the first floor but there were stairs which was hard to drag my luggage up to the first floor. All night till 2 AM, constant noises, people were talking loudly in front of my room, running up and down the hallway, and car noises from the outside window were so loud, morning 6 AM till 10 AM doors slammed like crazy and something were being rolled up and down the hallway.

Wrong hotel for the over 70 crowd.
In town for 55th class reunion. Disappointed to find that hotel was not age friendly, especially the bathroom. Floors were slippery tile. there were no toilet grab bars nor shower safety bars. Very easy to fall.
Kitchen could not cook a medium rare burger and took over a half an hour to present it.

Meh for the money
They got a little up-charge happy (with items for which I had already paid), and the breakfast was mediocre. Plus they rationed out the coffee like there was a global shortage and couldn't wait to deprive us of utensils.

The blanket in my hotel room was ripped on the side, there were no garbage bags in any of the garbage cans. During our stay there, the fire alarm went off 5am in the morning. All guests were evacuated from the building. It was extremely inconvenient because we had a 4 months old baby with us during the stay. We did not get much sleep from the disturbance. There were no compensation of any sort.

If you’d like to see the Boston city center, then this hotel is not for you because commuting to Boston takes several hours, I didn’t know this before booking, otherwise the rooms are quite spacious and the staff pleasant.

Unfortunately during our stay the pool was closed and under repair. We were not notified of this and it was not mentioned and were travelong with a 7 year old, so this was obviously part of our choice o stay here. When we voiced our displeasure upon check we were met with a shoulder shrug and a recommendation for a pay-per-day pool near-by.
After we entered our room we saw there was nothing to make up the extra sofa bed (even though we noted there was 3 of us) along with no soap in the bathroom. It was at least an hoir before anyone came, still no hand however (which never came, 3 days total).
And just something to note, although I'm not sure if it is mentioned in the description or not, but you share 1 microwave with the entire floor.
I assumed breakfast was included, it is not. I assumed you received free wifi, no restrictions, you do not (limit 3 devices or an upcharge)
It was a clean and well maintained hotel, with the interior being very nice where they were hosting multiple events during our stay, as it also has a nice bar area. Customer service and conveeniece leave somethong to be desired however as they did not do much of anythong to remedy concerns.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed; I was told it was posted on line.....really? do I have to search on line to make sure of things like this?
I thought perhaps they would give a discount to the room price, since part of it is paying for the pool? No, parking and breakfast completed the sense that it is all about the money. I don't think I will return.

I thought there could be more sound proofing. I could hear the toilets flushing on either side of me and could hear the people talking next door until 2am. However, I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff was friendly and efficient. It is a beautiful hotel, and I will stay there the next time I am in the area.

Overall a good stay - less stressful than some places we’ve been recently closer to downtown Boston.
Parking in their garage is $12 come and go as you please - which is HUGE if you know Boston. Figure you’re saving maybe $30/night right there if you’re comparing rooms.
All the staff we ran into were very pleasant and helpful. Room was cleaner than other places we’ve been.
The facilities presented as nice and clean but showed signs of age and lack of upkeep. I’m a finish carpenter so I tend to focus on little telltale details more than some.
The pool was out of service - just a quick look at review dates says it’s been like this for months. Ice machine on 2nd floor was either not working properly or undersized since there was always little to no ice. On the way out I found a hidden ice machine in the 1st floor that was chock-full of ice.
I noticed in the bath that the air vent cover was loose - so of course I pulled it down to check for hidden cameras just because - and the dust bunnies were 1 inch thick on all surfaces and had not been cleaned in a VERY LONG TIME. little things like baseboard corners and trim were dirty or damaged not Bad but had not been thoroughly dealt with in a long time.
A family staying down the hall from us had a door that was closing badly so they sent a worker (also nice) to “fix” it by banging the crap out of it with a hammer while the terrified kids watched. It’s a metal door - it was loud. Why not give them another room ?
