I know how much I paid so I can't complaint much
Nice stay for the price, the breakfast was almost non existent. Waffles and bagels is not enough, you want a good review provide a decent breakfast, we went across the street to McDonalds. We asked for extra pillows, currents are too small, we changed rooms, first one smell like urine, bed was nice and comfy, TV was small, there you go

The only thing I didn't like it wasn't handicap accessible like the bathroom didn't have grab bars and door not wide enough for wheel chair. But other than that it was a great to stay.

Budget Hotel with Budget Accommodations.
The beds were very firm with only 2 pillows on each. No extra pillows or blankets. The room and elevator both smelled like smoke even though there was no smoking. Bare bones hotel that could really be a great value if they just did a little more. Shower pressure was poor and the towels were small and thin.

I told the rep at the desk 2 adults and 1 dog. He confirmed vacancy and my expedia reservation. He then charged my credit card. AFTER charging my card he then proceeds to tell me that there are no pets. Then tells me if we stay they will charge me AT LEAST 250 for cleaning. I have been out of the funds for several days now. Caused me problems that night and there were no other vacancies in the area. It was the worst experience I've ever suffered on the road.

The beds were from and very comfortable. The staff was nice. The property need refreshed. Chipped paint and furniture. There was gum stuck to the bed. Breakfast was disappointing. Only hot option was a waffle maker. No cereal or milk.

Most likely will not stay again.
Hotel lobby was nice and up to date but the rooms were not. Took a shower. There was so much soap scum i almost fell. The wifi wasn't easy to get on and when i did figure it out I got booted off due to poor signal. I highly suggest a wifi booster. Room wasn't cleaned properly. Stayed in room #326.

There was no smoke detector in the room. There was no iron. The corner of the marble countertop needs to be rounded or something. It hurts to hit it and it makes sore spot when you bump into it.

Renovations in lobby area. Will be nice when done. No continental breakfast. Elevator was fixed. 1 washer/dryer.
No movie channels like hbo, Cinemax etc.
Mcdonalds next door but mcd lobby closes very early. Staff is nice. Very quiet area.

I only interacted with one employee. He was very friendly.
The room was old. I had a smoke free room. You could smell the smoke and i smelt like smoke when i left. The pictures show the room nicer than what it is. The bed was old as well. The bathroom was clean. However you could see mold around shower faucets.
There were signs up saying it was under new updates. So maybe in the future it will be nicer.

Stayed in room 102. The entire room felt damp. Covers bedding everything. Saw patches in walls and thought no big deal. But went to the bathroom and the floor was soaked. From the ceiling leaking above me! It’s been patched up several times however the ceiling looked as if it could cave in any moment and there was mold on the ceiling tiles. Absolutely not safe or appealing at all.

It’s the housekeeping department that needs to be more cleanliness, make sure all soiled bed linens even the bed mattress cover, sheets, pillow cases, blankets are properly removed & cleaned & that all surfaces are sanitize.

NEVER NEVER STAY HERE!!!!
I will NEVER stay here again. No one should ever stay here. There are bugs every where - flies, gnats, and roaches. They advertise daily housekeeping - no one ever cleaned my room. I checked in for 3 days. My key card was only programed for one day. I went down to have my key reprogrammed. The desk clerk never checked the system and programmed the key for one day. When I asked if it was programmed for check out date, he grabbed the key back and reprogrammed it correctly and hard tossed the key to me. Never once did he check the system to make sure I was being truthful, never once did he apologize. He was very rude. Walking through the lobby, they have signs "no use of lobby" and "mask required", yet the owner and his family walk around everywhere with no masks on. Sunday they were all in the lobby watching football. They want their customers to follow rules that they don't. Then the final straw is I left a pillow that I had brought from home, a "My Pillow" pillow which is a $60 pillow. When I called they property to ask about it, I was told nothing was found and hung up on.

The front staff was very nice, the price was right, but the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and for some reason onions - in the hall, our room, the shower curtain. There were also cigarette burn holes in our bedding overlay. We won't stay again.

I didnt like anything about the place. It was so dirty and out dated I had to turn around and check out. The staff was nice but the facility was unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It needs to be torn down, that’s how bad it was. I had to find another place to stay.

The employees are very helpful And courteous, especially the cleaning crew but now this hotel is way way overpriced and when I checked in they told me that they are now charging for a pet. I stay there because it is convenient to both of my children when I'm in town but I guarantee you I will be looking for another place. I come from Albuquerque
3 or 4 times a year and stay for a week each time. It has always been inexpensive and my small dog was welcome but now for the money they charge I will not be back. I tolerated the condition because of its cost and convenience.It is terribly run down. the bath tub didn't even have a plug in it so you couldn't take a bath if you wanted to. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and i dont think the so called bedspread hasnt been washed in years. No blankets, but a heater that will run you out, even on low. They've been working on painting it for 5 years, carpets are gross And a couple of rooms have wood floors that are semi finished. It's just run down and really bad. And for 70 or 80 (sometimes more)a night plus the charge for the dog I'm going some place nice. they do have breakfast and smoking rooms.

We got to hotel & was suppose to have 2 rooms held. They did not put both in my name. They charged way more than what was quoted. The bathroom did not work in second room, they did not have more clean face & bath towels available. The keys to the rooms did not work & we had to go downstairs and get them setup again. We wanted to upgrade the rooms but the person available had no idea how to. Not a good start do not recommend

I didnt like that I had to ask for an extra bath set each night due to the hotel towel thefts. My room reservation stated TWO adults, and yet, we only had ONE bath cloth...were we supposed to share? No way. The comp breakfast could have a few more selections, each day we decided to eat out instead.
