The room was very clean. The refrigerator also had a freezer. The lady at the counter was pleasant. The rooms decorated nicely so was the hallway to the rooms. Very nice. Would recommend.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Very clean, beautiful decor. It even smelled nice in the hallways. Staff very friendly and professional. I did not eat in the dining area, wish i would have. Nice little bar as well. Breakfast bar was one of the best I have been to, including a does-it-all coffee maker. Outdoor hot tub over looking the woods. Pet friendly for those in need.
I'll be back, if for no other reason than to just treat myself to a nice, relaxing getaway for a reasonable price in a classy lodge.

Would stay here again!

Feels like home

Staff here were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. For the price of this place it’s really great! I wasn’t expecting too much but this place exceeded my expectations by far. The free breakfast buffet had a large amount of items hot and cold to choose from. Not gourmet by any means but it’s free and it was good. They also have a Nescafé coffee maker in the lobby with all the fixings and tea and honey available at all times and a water bottle filling station which I appreciate sooooo much! The restaurant was good and nice to have especially since one of the nights we were there it snowed so much we weren’t wanting to go driving in to the town or anywhere else they also have a bar which is cool. They even had a bucket with ice scrapers/brush to use to clear off our windshield when we left the next day. I would most definitely stay here again.

Best Western, Williams, November 2023
My family has stayed at Best Western in Williams every November for the past 7 years, it never disappoints. We love that it’s tucked back into what feels like you’re in the woods, the restaurant is always delicious and decorated so cute, and the seasonal drinks from their Kachina Lounge are always fun to enjoy out by the fire. Pictures attached are the view from our room.

Beautiful mountain retreat
We travel out west for the winter and stop at this hotel every year! It’s like a mountain retreat. Beautiful grounds and decorations. Comfy, clean, quiet rooms, and a great restaurant/bar onsite

The hotel is in a beautiful location.The room was clean and comfortable. Pets are allowed in specific rooms. Ours was on the ground floor with quick access to the outside for walking our dog. Best complimentary breakfast I have seen in a hotel. Lots of options including hot items. Served on real plates and flatware. Room rate was very competitive with other hotels in the area.

Always a nice break at the BW Plus in Williams
This nice little gem is easy to find, hidden in the woods, yet freeway close, making it ideal for our stopping point midway between our Colorado summer home and our California winter home. This makes the 3rd time we've stayed here and are never disappointed. Happy hour at their lounge and good food at their restaurant means we don't have to leave the premises once we're settled in. Add on a FREE breakfast and that puts us on the road timely and well fed for the rest of our trek. Highly recommend this place.

What a very well taken care of property. Our only complaint is that the bar closed at 9 PM, so did the hot tub and pool area. So that was a bummer. We enjoyed the fitness room in the morning which by the way is one of the best we’ve been in yet!

AMAZING hotel and service. Food at Steakhouse and breakfast was superb! Staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Ramona was great at the front desk. The firepit is definitely not to be missed, as are the cozy & warm fireplaces.

Wonderful stay
We stayed for three nights in all. The hotel was very well kept and the lobby/dining area for breakfast was a pleasant space to be in. Had an awesome built-in cappecino/ hot chocolate machine. Room was clean and spacious. Great views of the mountains and trees.

Unexpected gem. Property is surrounded by trees and Fall colors. Feels like a retreat but it close to a gas station, restaurants, and the grocery store. Staff were friendly. The room was a perfect set up to accommodate my dog. My favorite part was the fire pit and meeting fellow travelers. Hotel is an hour to the Grand Canyon and close to Flagstaff. Will definitely return.

Nice but pricey.
This is a nice place but way too expensive. They have a nice restaurant, bar and fitness center. If you look close, you see the wear and tear on the place. They had a good breakfast.

Overall was a decent place to stay, we were there two nights. One of the mornings the breakfast was cold, like the sausage, the gravy, and the biscuits... microwave fixed that but you have to wonder about food prep...but no we didn't get sick and the next morning was great so maybe just an off day.

Just when I think I’ve stayed at the nicest hotel I will ever stay in, along comes the Best Western Plus Inn of Williams, Arizona. It is beautiful and surrounded by pine trees. The front desk staff are friendly, welcoming, and personable. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. They have two clean pet areas. Be aware that pets are not allowed in the dining room, lounge, or gift shop unless you have a service animal. Other than that, they are very pet friendly. They even gave my puppy a large Milk Bone in a gift bag. I didn’t want to leave and I can’t wait to return. To date, this is my favorite place to stay.

I made reservations at the restaurant and the said they would ring my room when ready. I never got a call. I ordered to go and they had it ready in 15 minutes and when I went to get it I noticed 7 empty tables. Very irritated.

Nice location. It was friendly. The breakfast was not good based on what good food should be. The pancakes were very processed and eggs not so great. The coffee was lousy. The room was dated. Otherwise, it was okay.

We visit Williams often but usually stay in a VRBO. Since this was a quick trip for golf we decided to stay at this Best Western. As many times as we've been to Williams we did not know this hotel was tucked back up in the mountain. We were pleasantly surprised by the location. Our check-in was fast and easy, our room was clean and comfortable, and the bartender was friendly! We sat on the patio with our drinks and watched the sunset behind the pine trees and enjoyed the cooler weather. All in all this was a great stay. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I was told we would be able to do smores at the firepit, so I bought smores package from the gift shop and when we went out to do the smores, I was told by an employee from the restaurant that he was closing the fire pit early that night. I complained so he told me I could have 10 minutes to cook our smores. The stay at Williams was wonderful except for that employees attitude.
