They did not have a laundry facility for their guest, this was the main reason why I chose the Economy 7.
The very next day, they had my partner move us out of their better room, which I prepaid for on line to a very undesirable room and no compensation was offered for inconvenience. They lied to my partner and told him, l knew about the move to the undesirable room and I was totally shocked at this lie.
As soon as I arrived at the front desk there were 3 out of order signs and no compensation offered. This was a rip off!!!

The staff was friendly, the room was fine the only thing I didn't like was that the AC/heater didn't work which made it very cold at night other than that it was a good stay.

The rooms looked like floor was NEVER vacuumed, first room, air conditioner did not work had no knobs on them to even turn or adjust, curtains was barely holding up , second room same thing dirty floors, Microwave was nasty, Shower did not even have a shower curtain and same thing with the AC unit. Just bad rooms for the amount of money paid to stay here

Pissed travelor
I did not stay here!! It was dirty and unsafe people larking outside in parking lot. Staff rude and unprofessional. Desk person very unpleasant and unprofessional cursed at me after telling me my ESA wasnt allowed. Said i needed to prove his ESA status which i had no problem doing until he got ahittywith me and yelling and cursing at me. I would never recommend this place. They refused to refund my money. There were cars in parking lot with busyed windows as well.

This property needs to be city inspected for mold and mildew. You get what you pay for, nothing...room was dirty beyond crazy. Shower curtain had mold on it, window was broken. The only nice thing was the gentleman that worked the front desk. Hell it's just his job but I commend him for even working there.

Disgusting!!!
I was told "there were no rooms available for early check in but for an extra $20 they would have one cleaned in 30 mins". I felt completely robbed and taken advantage of.

A DUMP!
Horrible! Everything about this hotel and management was horrible. Our room hard a large metal bed frame standing up in the room. Phone didn’t work. Only two dingy towels provided. AC didn’t work. No cups in room. No ice bucket plastic liner. Went to front desk to tell manager all of this and asked for cups, clean towels and plastic ice bucket liner. Manger got mad, told us to leave if we didn’t like the hotel and then slammed desk window on us. We never got anything we asked for. We stayed because it was too late to leave.
How can a hotel NOT provide AC in a room in the hot summer? How can a hotel provided discussing towels? How can a hotel leave a large, heavy, and dangerous metal bed frame standing up in the middle of the room?
Manager should be fired for being so rude to customers and and not provide decent accommodations.
I paid $129 for one night and expected a decent place to stay. I would like all of my money back and an apology.
I give this dump a zero rating.

The hotel was dirty, the security locks on room doors were missing, windows that would not close, broken bathroom counter, dirty bathtub, dirty bedding, cabinet with fridge was broken. There was no one at the desk to check out and no one answering the phone. Definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Black mold growing across the whole top of the shower and above beds. Mold and blood on hand towels and one set of bedding. Was so nasty that we were only checked in for 30 minutes. Broken bathroom door and our hotel door had a broken lock and toilet paper stuffed into where the peephole was.

Disgusting. My room didn’t even have a lock. I felt very unsafe. My room also smelled like piss. This place honestly needs to be condemned. The owner refused to give me a refund even though I didn’t stay in my room for 5 minutes.

We checked in on 6/24/23 myself and GF we checked in our room for a period of 5 min there was a odor smell there were bugs dead laying in the window seal the bed was stained and had an odor coming from it I went down to get a refund & am getting a run around on getting a refund to call back & etc I would strongly say that this place is not helpful & is very unclean over priced for the condition of this place I’m very upset and will never recommend this place to anyway also very unprofessional.

Been staying in neighboring hotel for the past few years and this was the worst experience. Got very little sleep due to people who clearly lived there being lousy and noisy at all hours of the night. Not picky people but we won’t be back.

This was the cheapest hotel I could find in the area. The beds were firm, sheets were clean. There was a musty odor in the halls and the room. The bathroom was clean except for the stained grout on the floor and the caulk around the toilet. There were only two bath towels, no wash clothes or hand towels. The desk chair was dirty and the tv had smudges and prints. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. There was no presence in the lobby, there is a phone at the desk to call for an attendant, who was courteous. The lobby looked bare. I saw NO bugs. The area as a whole seemed safe. Did I stay, yes. In today's economy, I can't afford more. It was fine for a few nights. This is not a 4 star hotel, expect that. Would I stay here again? Yes, for a night or two. You do you. If you need spotless, don't stay here.

BAD, BAD, BAD AND UNSAFE!
Honestly, I've never written a review for a hotel, and I've stayed at hundreds over the past years. But it's time I write one now to save other unwitting persons from making the same mistake I did.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
It was very dirty. So bad my wife and I were hesitant to even sleep on the beds. Even the towels were unclean, so we used the ones we had in our car! The lobby (if you could call it that) was bad. There was rarely anyone at the counter or would even pick up the phone. The area was the worst I've ever seen, so bad I was afraid to leave my car in the lot, but had no choice. Every day I wondered if I would walk out to find severe damage to my car. Oh, and the clientele was as scary as the place. An old man would sit out front all the time watching people come in. I wouldn't be surprised if he was giving information to homeys as to what was going on. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE COST OR PHOTOS ON THE INTERNET!!!. It was only slightly less than other FAR BETTER places. I definitely wouldn't stay here if I had children or wasn't prepared to defend myself.

Need to do better.
The room smelled like smoke couldn’t staying due the smoke being with my asthma…they doesn’t do refunds. They didn’t have anymore rooms available. Just wasn’t a good choice of hotel. Lost out on my money that I can’t get back.

Don’t waste your time or money
My girlfriend and i booked for 2 nights didn’t even stay 1 whole night the bedding smelled funny the shower curtains were extremely filthy bath towels and wash clothes were stained the front desk guy gave me an attitude when i asked for more towels and rags he tried to give me only 1 rag and towel when there was 2 of us i wouldn’t recommend staying here

I was unhappy with my stay here. First room we received was on 2nd floor that looked to be under construction and had black mold in the bathroom. There was what appeared to be vomit on the carpet. The vents blow dryer and A/C has not been cleaned and had lots of dust and dirt built up. Second room was better but still very Dusty. All of the bed linens had stains and one bed had holes in the blanket. The towels and washcloths had stains on them so we used our own. We only stayed for one night as we were attending a funeral service but if it were more than one night we would not have stayed here. I’m sorry but I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

The lobby area wasn't clean. The room smelled like someone had just got through smoking weed in it. The bathroom and towels were dirty. The bed was horrible. Was afraid that I would probably get bed bugs from the bed or the chairs in the room. Bedspread was stained with holes in it and the sheets were dirty. The furniture looked like it was picked up from the dumpster.

The lady that checked us in was great. The hotel on the other hand is awful. It smells like a giant weed factory, the rooms are dirty, there was only one towel and no soap or shampoo in the room. We checked back out only 30 minutes after we checked in and we still had to pay for the night even though we did not stay. The owner of the property was unprofessional and rude. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not for that price!
Well, this is one of the worse two hotel/motel I’ve stayed at due to being unsanitary. The first time I stayed here, there was smoked marijuana and cigars on the night stand. The 2nd time was worse, as in the entire bathroom had hair all over it. Shower curtains, excessive mildew.

My stay was terrible! Bed bugs in the bed, poor heating system, dirty looking sheets, towels and the refrigerator had ice all in the freezer. You can't get nothing in the freezer. It's terrible and I will never, ever go there again. It's horrible and the elevator is not working. Please do not go there because you will be disappointed.

The room was not very clean...carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in like a month. Heat did not work and was blowing dust out of it....went to get in the shower and 2 roaches came walking in to join me. I tried to call front office about a lady yelling in the hallway for over an hour and noone answered ..went down stairs and he was outside smoking cigarettes with a guest....so I turned my key in and left ...lost out on my money and am not happy at all

There was no towels and the toilet did not flush. Told front desk they said that they would send maintenance to fix the toilet and they did. The front desk handed me a towel and said they would be a few more to the room. The towel they handed me was dirty and no one brought any other towels to the room.

Life at economy 7
Air conditioner was leaking into the carpet and it made a splash when you walked on the half of the side of the room closer to the air conditioner. Plus the shower handle was completely broken off and getting clean towels was like impossible… On average inwould have to ask three times or more after the front desk told me they would bring some to the room… I used the hotels dot com app and would pay in the morning and the front desk worker would tell me if I used the app I would have to check out at 11am and return to check back in at check in time which is like 3pm… The person who did show up to fix a/c leak and shower handle was so high he just looked at the water in the floor and could barely stand up, he told us he would return the next day to fix the issue and by that time we had checked out and went elsewhere…. Roaches were found there as well two of them

Horrible horrible horrible customer service hotel not clean at all the owner walks around with his shoes off I paid $320 some dollars for four nights and it was absolutely horrible I had to go out and buy towels bath cloths and soap and tissue because the hotel did not provide any of those things for me I was highly upset that even after the weekend was over they would not steal change my room and they had rooms available nobody even came out to unclog the sink in my room which was clogged when I got there and the whole time I was there the service the customer service housekeeping service cleanliness water bugs walking around the floor it's absolutely horrible they need to be shut down the health department needs to go there

The stay was good. The bathroom however is not. Unfortunately with the cracks in the tub foundation and the shower head having rust, the shower curtain was broken so I didn't feel comfortable soaking in the tub. But for an $85 smoking room I can't much complain

My mom booked for her stay nearby & the room reeked of mildew & cigarette smoke. The shower was inoperable. In fact, there wasn’t working water in the unit. They should be ashamed of taking peoples money for rooms in those conditions. It was a holiday weekend & last minute so most places didn’t have available rooms. She could only stay 1/3 nights booked because it was just unclean & in terrible condition.

First night one of the pillows was super dirty.
Then there was the lack of towels.
There were insects in the room and we believe were bed bugs so we bought bug spray and seemed to help, we couldn’t stay the second night because of how bad things were there

No AC in the lobby or stairs , actually had the windows open. Doors are all scratched up. Just could be taken care of alot better but seems to be an ongoing trend with certain Cultures as to the upkeep of the facility they own????

Cleanliness horrible but service was good
Rooms were not clean, cigarette burns on comforters, hair in sinks and bathtub. Food residue on curtains, toothpaste on wall, mold in bathroom and mildew smell in room. The person at the front desk was very nice, tried to be accommodating, exceptionally helpful, but after showing 7 rooms on one was possibly livable

My room #116 was dirty, had mold in the bathroom, it was so smoking from the third floor, and I was on the first floor (I thought smoke rises, it was apparent the place was full of smoke.) When we left had to place the key cards under the front window because we never saw anyone. Called for clean towels and a clean shower curtain but it never came. But at midnight there was.
someone upstairs vacuuming but I never got my room cleaned. It was unsanitary, the conditions were horrible. and I have pictures. On Monday there was a man who apparently locked himself out of his room on the first floor and took out the screen and climbed in his room from the window.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed. I actually almost slept in my car. The sheets were clean, but had multiple cigarette burns. There was dark mold on the ceiling. The shower had small hairs on the walls and was obviously not cleaned. There was a coffee maker with no pot. The lobby and hallways smelled strongly of marijuana. And it was $140!

The hotel was disgusting and had not been cleaned!!! You could see the dust the appliances in the room did not work and when I asked to change I was told NO!!! I asked for clean towels and never received them, asked for a working alarm clock and was told no. I had to plug and unplug the ac unit to adjust the temperature. The lamps was filthy and covered with stains and dirt and they were RUSTED!!! I could not charge my phone because the outlets didn’t work!!!! I did not have an iron or ironing board and the coffee maker was thrown on the top shelf with nothing to make coffee. It smelled horrible….and I could not lock my valuables because the safe did not work. I had a horrible experience and no one would rectify the situation

There is no house keeping . If you ask for blankets or other items , because they are dirty,
They won change it . I think you can easily get sick in this place..
Heath department should visit them.. manager very rude. Everyday front desk guy said come at 4 pm for a new blanket. When come at 3:30 the manager said is too late. I have to leave the blanket out of the room to see if they change it but no luck.

The outside of the property looked like it would be a decent place for the price. The outside of the property was the only nice thing. The room had a smell and was nasty. I went to the desk to get clean linen because the cloths in my room had hair in them. No one was there and no one answered the phone. That was the last straw for me.

Nothig, bath towels are dirty with stain. Ask for new one and was denied by staff same thing with cloth nepkins, not in the bathroom, only small washcloth which was wet, ask ask for another one and staff said not allowed by management to give extra one. What a pity. For that price one extra washcloth matters.

We reserved 3 nights at this property and only stayed one. It was disgusting. Bugs, mold, trash, etc. There were actually pubic hairs in both beds. The rooms smelled, the lobby smelled, the halls smelled. I have stayed in run down hotels with no issues, but this one was beyond run down. It seems like no one cares to take care of the property and the rooms.

Upon check-in, I could tell that we would not feel comfortable staying at this hotel. When entering the building, I was met with a thick smell of cigarettes. The lobby had a damp, musty smell and there was no one at the desk to greet us. When looking around, there was paint chipping from everywhere. Our first impression was so terrible we didn’t even check in. I don’t feel like the photos or reviews were accurate and and disappointed that we wasted our time and money.

The staff were very nice. However, the first thing I smelled when I walked in was marijuana. The comforters and sheets had stains all over them that are sooooo visible. The tub had hair on the walls. I do not think that the room was cleaned or that the bedsheets were even changed from the prior guest. I had clorox wipes with me so I was able to wipe the tables and desk. No surprise, it was dirty. Had to check out early and my kids did not want to stay there at all, so they stayed with my niece.

Room service was poor, bathrooms were unclean (dirty toilet, tub, shower curtain etc.), stained furniture and carpet. The bathroom was never cleaned and trash never picked up even when asked. When asked for clean sheets and blankets, we were given what seemed to be semi clean sheets and a blanket with holes in it.

Dirty and lonesome
The place was dirty and showed mold on the shower curtain. The drain in the bathroom sink was very slow, the place did not have any small towels (only shower towels). I think the worst part was the customer service, The front desk was only visible during check in and the by lobby phone only. Like we (the guest) were bothering the employee. The only decent thing about this business (yes I am not using the term hotel or motel for it) it was quite.

The room was dusty, the mirrors needed better cleaning, bedspread and towels had stains on them, there was dust and trash under the desk, the microwave was dirty. Hair in the tub and on the back of the toilet.

A great last minute place to book, we booked a queen but they didn’t have it ready at check in and overbooked. The first room was dirty but they were more than happy to give us a different room that was a lot more clean and well kept. Would stay here again for the price and convenient location.
