Much needed get away!!
This hotel was top notch. Everything from the parking garage lobby elevators and rooms are all immaculate.
The only problem that I experienced was the hot water in the bathroom was not hot at all. I reported that to the front desk person at checkout and she advised that engineering was working on the system.
Other than that, overall a great stay!!!!

Room although clean and comfortable, is dated. Lacks outlets on desk and bedside table for phone charging etc. Hot water in bathroom not even warm.

I love staying at the Westin Dulles. However, not all of the rooms have the same amenities—specifically, the bathrooms. The room I stayed in could use an update to the bathroom, similar to other rooms I've stayed in at the exact location. Overall, you won't be disappointed staying here. It is clean, great staff all around. Their restaurant is also good.

Perfect location & great staff
We stayed at this airport- centric hotel because our flight was cancelled and then cancelled and rebooked multiple times over several days. The staff was cheerful, helpful, and professional. The hotel is 5 minutes to Dulles on the hotel shuttle, and there is also a convenience shuttle for nearby errands or transport to the very close Metro station.

Convenient hotel close to Dulles Airport.
The heating and air condition is very bad. The fan is super noisy, and the control panel for the heating is obsolete.
The breakfast is excellent !
The bathroom needs some upgrades.

Fantastic staff and service! Room is ok. The property itself is showing signs of aging by the furnishings and color palette. However, the bedding was fabulous and at the price point, well worth the stay.

Front desk & her supervisor were unprofessional as a member of Bonvoy this was very disconcerting second time staying here & the first time was impeccable not this experience. This was concerning a late check out for 2p due to traveling changes by the airlines. They offered to hold my bags for an hour vs checking out at 2p. I could’ve paid for the extra hour. Very disappointing.

I stayed overnight to catch a morning connection flight. I had made a reservation for breakfast, which was served after 7 am. However, I had to leave at 6:30 am to catch my flight. When I asked for reimbursement of the amount corresponding to breakfast, I was told that this is not possible. This is unacceptable. Breakfast should be offered earlier at airport Hotels.

Chaotic guest registration. I was told I had already registered despite that I had literally minutes earlier arrived on their airport shuttle and had my bags around me at their front desk. Took 20 min to sort out. Later, trying to take a shower, had to run the hot water for 10 min before it got hot.

The experience was excellent beginning with the manager’s email prior to our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was excellent. The only thing that was a small negative was the hot water was not easy to adjust in the shower.

A Westin without a Heavenly Bed
An acceptable, but not a great stay since a Westin without a Heavenly bed is less than. Cheap mattress, not dead but FAR from luxurious. The hotel may call it a Heavenly Bed, but average linens, Target pillows and a cheap mattress make it an impostor. Lots of stains on hallway carpeting. Someone has tried to clean them, but stains remain. This property needs a tune up and a guiding hand.

Perfect stopover
Bed was very comfortable, the room was cool on arrival, I love that. The restaurant was good and open for all 3 meals. And nice quiet-ish shady areas to walk around the hotel and stretch your legs. Everything I'm looking for in a hotel when I'm traveling.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I would have liked a microwave in the room. There was a slight mix up with my restaurant bill, but it was corrected. I was in town to visit a sick family member, so having a place convenient to their location and the airport was very nice.

In our room Coffe maker is not working and there is an issue in the shower faucet. We stayed just for one night to sleep as our flight had been cancelled and very limited options in the breakfast. we informed all the isssus during check out in the morning in the front desk to improve their service. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel ever.

Nice and close but shutting not a good experience.
Had an unexpected layover in DC and booked a familiar name in a hurry. Needed close to airport with a reliable shuttle. When I checked in, I was told that I would need to catch the 5am shuttle for a 9:45am flight, which was CRAZY early. They said the shuttle would be too busy and I couldn’t wait to try and get on a later one. In reality, the next morning, after rising super early, I was on a shuttle a bit later that only had 6 people on it. Ugh!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that they allowed me an early check-in at no extra charge. Also, I was allowed to swap my breakfast to arrival rather than departure so that I didn't have to miss out due to my early departure. Overall the Hotel staff were very flexible and helpful. Definitely would recommend them!

I stayed here with my daughter who is autistic. Requested a quieter area. Had a neighbor that screamed the n word, yelled and slammed doors all night. The room wouldnt cool down and was hot. The water took 10 minutes to heat up in the shower. No hand soap. Requested extra towels and pillows but never received them. The buffet wasnt very good. Staff seemed like they were annoyed or inconvienced by having guests stay there. I wont be staying again.

Extremely helpful staff. From the shuttle driver to the restaurant, one could see the attention they put into customer service. Hotel is second closest to the terminals as the crow flies but takes 10 minutes by shuttle drop off. It’s a large corporate-convention type hotel and has big banquet capacity, but no leisure items such as Pool or Saunas. Own underground parking. Beds are super comfortable but there was a morning issue with hot water only Luke warm.

Great One Night Stay
We arrived a little road weary after a trip up from the Outer Banks. This is what we found: Staff genuinely concerned and caring, ready to accommodate us in any way to make our stay comfortable!
We dropped our rental car after checking in. There is an airport shuttle that runs 24/7. Easy to pick up at the airport and to take in to the airport early the next morning.
Then there is Padella's Restaurant adjacent to the lobby. Food was fresh and really good. There is something for everyone on the menu! I loved my glass of wine, too. But what really makes this restaurant shine is the manager and the wait staff!
Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Great one night stay!

The hotel itself is beautiful on check in. The reception staff are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The corridors to bedrooms are tired, but the room are nice and immaculate. I had a good nights rest, after 26 hrs of travel but I wouldn’t stay here again due to the general vibe which didn’t align with the hotel’s aesthetic.

My number one evaluation for a hotel is cleanliness and this hotel was excellent for cleanliness. My second evaluation is quietness in the room and since we were beside the airport and our room was across from the elevators, I was concerned. However, I heard little noise in our room. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom lighting.

The follow-up and front desk was best ever for me. Room small - needs new carpet in halls, but otherwise top of the heap and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. Cleaning to perfection and comfortable bed in a very quiet room.

The Westin Washington Hotel was just perfect. The amenities were good. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was ok and certainly can improve the menu choices. Not much vegan options. Overall amenities and the convenience of having the Hotel close so close to Dulles International is simply great. I'll definitely booked again.

Service at the front desk and in the restaurant was excellent--very helpful employees. Excellent shuttle services to and from Dulles airport and ample parking in the hotel parking garage. If you want to relax at the hotel, the dining area is lovely, the exercise room is ok, but the pool and hot tub are out of service (April 2023).

Great breakfast. 24 hour shuttle service, fast and professional, Good security, had to use a room card to go up in the elevator from the lobby. We arrived at 12 AM and this added a feeling of security. Have had good experience with Westin properties in the past and will definitely continue to use.

Really enjoyed my stay. I booked my stay
through expedia through my phone at the airport, and by the time I got to the hotel my reservation was all set and super quick. My room was excellent, the pub was lively until closing, and the staff was great!
The morning breakfast was probably the best hotel free breakfast I have ever had. Custom made omelet and high quality and plentiful eggs sausage bacon, and the rest of the usual stuff.
The only problem is that the internet would not connect to any of my devices. I was able to log in (and get charged the $10/day). It said connected but I could not get ANY data across, not even one email. They did refund my $10. The front desk was no help on this one, saying only the wifi is very busy but even early in the morning I could not collect my email.

The hotel booked several busses of young athletes and put them on multiple floors of the hotel.. I had only a couple hours of sleep. At one point I came out of my room at 1:00am to see if there was a party happening in the hallway and discovered a hall monitor directly outside my room. She asked “can you hear that”? Hah…. As if the entire hotel couldn’t hear it!! Then they were up again leaving at 6am! People yelling in the hallways to get everyone up.
I asked the front desk agent to have a manager call me and explained what happened, told him I had 3 hours of sleep at the most. He didn’t, no-one ever called me nor did they adjust my room rate. In fact, basically treated me as if I was making it up, probably never reported it to the manager. I checked out at 6:30 and although I travel to Reston frequently for work, going back to the Hyatt Regency!
What kind of hotel does that to their guests? I am a member of Marriott Bonvoy so kindof shocked by their lack of concern over other guests.

My favorite hotel in the Dulles airport are close to everything you can’t beat it Just love this place at an affordable price!! Keep up the good job.
